Reviews of The Fort Shopping Park
S. R.
I always got shoes and trainers from Sports Direct. Not anymore, what a rip off! JD prices much better and easy parking at the Fort too. Great helpful staff, but give them more scanners!!
D. W.
Good and wide selection of different shops to cater for most needs. Parking and crowding was a problem although this might have been to going a few weeks before the holiday season. Free parking was available. Toilet facilities were also available.
N. N.
If you want to do your shopping, without paying for parking, then look no further than Fort Shopping center. We come here all the time, sometimes spend hours here, and don't have to walk miles to get back to the car with all your shopping bags! Good range of shops with coffee and restaurants, as well as clothes, footwear, household and electronics/mobile phone shops.
H. Q.
Well managed and much quieter than expected. Everyone working in the stores there are extremely professional, friendly and polite. Huge car park.
L. “. D.
Plenty of free parking. Lots of great shops not many places to eat. I went with my friend she walks with a stick and had no where to sit to rest. Santa grotto was fabulous
T. T.
For a retail park this is ok. There are closing down shops and getting in and out of the car park is a bit hectic with only one road in and out and the lower car park closed but the range of shops is acceptable. Just check that the shop ypu want is there before you go
D. C.
The Fort shopping centre had a variety of shops for all you want and convenient car parking. You can have a enjoyable shopping experience and dining afterwards. It's nice to know that you can get everything you need and in one place and don't have to rely on just the main city shopping centre.
1.
Went Fort Shopping for some shopping. Didn't find what I was looking for but end up buying a jacket from primark. Value for money. Hope its last this winter. Parking was busier then normal. Didn't expect busy in this weather.
P.
Same as its always been, Asian lads cycling about threatening to "juk ya fam" If you won't buy weed from them or look in their direction. Not bad shops just out of bounds if your a caucasian
M. H.
Meatballs were quite dry and not worth the price, however the salad was juicy and gave the dish the flavour it needed. Beef sushi was ok, but could've done with more beef. Portion size was decent.
H. K.
Love coming here when the days are nice just for browsing, still end up buying loads of stuff! Toilets are clean too.
D. J.
It was nice but couldn't find any public toilets and no signs for public toilets any ware so had to rush home couldn't finish shopping
M. S.
It's a busy shopping area, with not a lot of frills... Shops, Gregg's, Cafe, boots etc... Not a relaxing experience, functional and reasonably easy access... Wouldn't shop there unless I had to...
J. R.
Few shops empty but new ones opening up. Good clean toileting facilities. Plenty of places to eat. Do be aware that some people chose to ignore the arrows directing the traffic flow and think nothing of driving in any direction they chose.
K. B.
Good range of shops and easy parking access! Does get busy at peak times!
r. c.
Really nice shopping area to visit with plenty of FREE parking. Would be nice if their was a few more shops, but the Primark & indoor play make up for it.
A. M.
Great place to shop. Great variety from Poundland to Next. Coffee shops and even a man with a van serving hot food.
A. A.
Perfect place to go with or without family. Free parking!!!! You won't really find that anywhere where you have a primark. Lovely variety of retail stores and restaurants. Always clean.
j. t.
I don't know why but the Fort has lost its appeal to me ,My Mum and I loved it before she was taken Ill over 6 years ago we used to have a weekly visit to the Fort one of the attractions to us was M&S can't understand why they pulled out but major loss too the area ! I went there the other day and couldn't be bothered to walk all the way round it felt not welcoming anymore, I would rather go all the way to Solihull or Tamworth Shopping parks the atmosphere is different and the variety of shops seems better ! Sorry just saying, maybe it's just me but it doest feel the same as it did there is definitely something lacking ! But I can't put my finger in it !
C. P.
Great convenient place for shopping plus saves the hassle of having to go into town all the time. Great variety of shops here. Somewhat clean. Just wished people knew how to use bins.
L. C.
Good range of shops with free parking... What's not to like
S. E.
Fantastic place. Huge range of shops and places to eat. All on one level spaced out and not rammed like the City Centre.
Free parking.. What's not to like 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ I can't believe I've not been here sooner. I'll never go to Town again!!
A. T.
Plenty of shops and easy access due to big parking place.
C. T.
Good variety of shops and very clean only problem if you dont drive it's difficult to get too
C. L.
I like this shopping centre I'm disabled and this is easy to get around just waiting for one more shop to open bargain shop then you start with Asda then you can shop for clothes shoes perfume and finish off wta coffee ☕ then taxi home 🏠 that's a good morning 😊
M. I.
Best place for multiple items for daily life items ,clothes and shoes. Prices are affordable in stores and you can find different brands here
M. O.
Decent selection of shops and adequate parking, can get very busy at times so i suggest to visit early ~9:30am
p. b.
I arrived early to buy some golf shoes. JD Sports don't sell the product, but Sports Direct do. Unfortunately, Sports Direct doesn't open until 10am on a Monday. I went to the Harvester to peruse the menu and decided to give it a miss due to a poor recent visit to another one in Walsall. Thankfully, McDonald's restaurant is nearby so I settled for a value for money deal.
I did buy my golf shoes at SD and managed to get a bargain
S. “.
Good enough revamp of the centre but not enough spaces and priority done for the restaurant parking.
O. F.
Love the Fort loads of parking contains all the shops I need finish off with someone's and don't have to walk around for hours pay for parking or clean air so perfect
R. G.
Not the same quality of shops they had years ago, but it's in a convenient place and it's free to park.
S.
Nice choice of shops and eateries with free parking.
N. I.
Lots of retailers all in all a good number of popular brands in one place. The parking is free. There is so much to shop .
j. h.
Good range of shops and places to eat . Theres a brilliant place there to take your kiddies need to book though, its by Nandos can't remember the name of it
S. R.
Great place to shop. Car park is good size and good variety of different stores
J. P.
Nice little bunch of shops to get any clothes or beauty products, not too busy either.
D. A.
Excellent shopping experience, good facilities, plenty of parking spaces
K. K.
Wide range parking Area, you can get more opurtunaties for your favourite shopping.♥👍
A. Z.
Very good choice of all the best shops free parking
D. C.
Very busy but plenty of free parking. Good variety of shops & places to eat but also lots of empty units
z. y.
It's a nice place for shopping n going for a coffee with family and friends.
M. N.
Went flannels been wanting to come here for a while and I must say it was worth it. Staff was very helpful and there are plenty of shops here to look around. Having been coming from Devon I just wish I had more time.
p. b.
I arrived early to buy some golf shoes. JD Sports don't sell the product, but Sports Direct do. Unfortunately, Sports Direct doesn't open until 10am on a Monday. I went to the Harvester to peruse the menu and decided to give it a miss due …
G. H.
First time visit. Plenty of free parking is a good start. Shops are as expected.
S.
Good variety of stores and selection, especially for clothes.
j. h.
Good range of shops and places to eat . Theres a brilliant place there to take your kiddies need to book though, its by Nandos can't remember the name of it
K. A.
Great place to shop everything you need and free parking
J. F.
Discovered completely by accident yesterday. So many great shops, free and ample parking, great food. What's not to like?
F. N.
Loved this place, all shops under 1 roof
S. K.
There's 40 top brand shops example Next, River Island, Boots, Clarke Shoes, pound shop, Costa. We spent few hours shopping and relaxing outside of Costa with coffee and cake. Bit Windy, but no choice, because of Covid 19, have to sit outside.
D. K.
Had McDonald's There And Just Chilled. But Man, It Was Good... The People Are Nice There, And The Places There Are Really Nice Aswell And Well Set Out!
R. B.
More than what I expected. Primark, Costa, Nandos, JD, Sports direct, Greggs and more with plenty parking. All in one place. Can't go wrong.
J. W.
Plenty of parking and good range of shops. Very accessible and easy to find.
A. L. S.
Was a little awkward to get around when using a crutch, as I do myself. And some of the shops have isle's blocked with boxes and displays, making it impossible to get through.
P. W.
The fort is a good shopping park if you are either getting there by bus or walking. If you choose to drive a car on a weekend or during the school holidays it can be a nightmare to get in and out due to the one entrance. Of you are planning a trip to McDonald's get a drive thru on the way home it will save you walking
A. H.
Good parking, plenty of spaces. Good for disabled parking. Only three stars because there is only toilets right at the end of the centre. They have not catered for disabled people who sometimes need toilets more than the average person. This is most annoying.
W. H.
Great range if shops and buggy friendly too.
M. R.
Lots of parking. Well laid out. You have all the top end high street shops e.g WH Smith, Next, Boots, River Island but also a giant Primark which can get super busy especially weekends. You have quite a few options to eat and upon entry there is even a Mc Donalds drive thru..bonus!! This retail park is a fab family trip out but if you feel the kids may need something more exciting well the Fort Retail park has a play center 'Scallywags' for kids to let loose. The boots store has fantastic breastfeeding facilities which many new mummys will appreciate.
T. W.
When it first opened it had a lot more choices but it has become a victim of the high street syndrome with many high profile casualties including Marks and Spencer’s
Lots of parking with the stores in easy access
Hope it becomes five stars again
J. F.
Discovered completely by accident yesterday. So many great shops, free and ample parking, great food. What's not to like?
K. F.
Loved it!! Amazing!! Can't wait to go again.
L. W.
Plenty of shops, large parking space, nice environment
K. A.
Great place to shop everything you need and free parking
A. H.
Parking was a nightmare. Cars come wrong way round which just causes chaos and out of control. Went to Primark, lots of clothes on floor, untidy but we dis get what we needed at good prices with plenty of choice.
s. g.
Good place to shop for some items. Was surprised on visit some shops now closed.
No longer show shops or MandS so was unable to purchase food or shoes.
Quite a few empty shops and a few moving. Was able to have drink and cake and Costa coffee.
R. J.
Everything you need all in one shopping center well worth visiting
S. B.
Great, free parking and a variety of shops with a range of things on offer, mainly go for Next and loved having M&S up there but unfortunately thats no longer! Great place to go to have a walkaround and go for a bite to eat, have been going there for years!
A. 8.
Great place to shop and you can purchase designer & high Street brands, grab a coffee or some lunch and park close to shops. I feel the place would benefit from a healthier option for food & drink as I struggled to find that so ended up having some watermelon from Starbucks, but would have preferred sushi. Nice place to shop for all the family but maybe somewhere we can all eat a healthy option.
S. Y.
I prefer going to fort rather than city centre as there is free parking and it is not as busy as city centre is so you are more likely to find something in stock at the Stores.
T. H.
Has gotten better over the years. A nice place to shop
O. A.
Shopping here all the time, easy access, free parking and loads of shops 🛒🛍️
T.
I used to enjoy going to the Fort once upkn a time. But the shops I used to go to have closed. I hope the powers that be open some good clothes shops in the near future.
J. M.
If you want a quick run round a small selection of stalls it good to visit only the location makes it tough some times when the commuting traffic stacks up
Large Primark good Next few food places nandos costa Starbucks harvester
The little huts selling hot potatoes etc have lovely staff
Afew more shops Super Drug good size well stocked, Boots, card factory, sport shop and
River Island wilko and a few more
Choose a quieter time
Choose a quiet
S. G.
Car parking directional arrows are abit all over the place. You don’t realise your driving the wrong way until your already out of your space. Everyone clearly follows suit and does the same thing.
S.
Good shopping mall with big free parking space and different stores.
F. N.
Loved this place, all shops under 1 roof
A. B.
Amazing place to shop they have the best Marks and spencers store in Birmingham
S.
Good variety of stores and selection, especially for clothes.
m. u. k.
If you donot like going to town centre or at the high street this is the perfect place free parking and a massive car park it has got all sorts of shops in here you will be able to shop for whole family or can order online at collect from the stores here
N. S.
Excellent place to shop must get there early for a parking space
L. J.
Not the best choice of shops here now the big stores have closed down.
N. A. K.
For me this is a little bit of a day out. There is a good range of shops including several places to rest and have a drink or a meal in between your shopping activities. On the two occasions I have been there recently there was enough parking near the shop I was heading to first. I like the horseshoe design of shops with the parking in the centre. A big shout out to the cleaning staff who keep the entire area clean.
R. M.
Nice variety of shops... The Boots store is great.
C. B.
I visited Poundland and Wilko here a week ago. Both of the stores were well stocked as you would expect with these two excellent business.
I went in both with a shopping list, and not only cleared my list, but bought more items I did not expect to see.
I visit both these stores in Derby, and have high expectations of both business and was not disappointed in any way.
Very professional and helpful staff in both, as always in Derby, it was a pleasure to shop in them both.
Colin

Attended new superdrug and it was nice experience.. got my ears pierced...

Well worth a visit. Plenty of decent shops, free parking and toilet facilities exceptional.
W. L.
I love the Fort shopping centre 😍 can be very busy at times though.
T. f. s.
Awesome place, so many top brand shops at competitive prices! Great family day out too with lots of free parking. Ample disability parking bays too!
c. g.
Shops all in one place easy access food outlets and free parking not bad

N. S.
Good variety of shops, free parking also
S. Y.
Good range of shops, parking can be a bit of a nightmare but it's free
A. F.
Lovely place, sadly still some empty units. I love the free parking and it's a nice day out
D. B.
It's good for parking and a good variety of stores
G. C.
It's OK not as many good shops as there used to be
L. V.
Everything you need you can find here, from clothes to food, pharmacy and many other stores.
p. J.
It's a shopping center it's ok music in stores would drive me mad we don't all like (c)rap
S. W.
Good range of shops .parkings can sometimes be a head ache. But overall it's ok
J. P.
Nice place lots of shops to look round.
s. J.
Great place.. some amazing shops
M. M.
Good selection of shops, ample parking, good day out shopping.
M. N.
Nice range of shops, although a few have closed down. Best to get their early if you want to avoid the que because of covid restrictions.
Ample free parking
J. H.
Large sections of car park shut off but this seemed pointless of all stores except Primark when visiting one Saturday morning during the pandemic. I imagine it would be chaotic when food places reopen if half of car park remains shut off. Toilets were open when visited.
A. (.
Great places for shopping, especially on sunny day. Less busy than bullring (as there is less shop) but more convenient. Top parking is free. Check what you really (need) want to purchase in the available shops as you won't have much alternative shops. Unfortunately there is no grocery store.
M. D.
Fort shopping park good selection of shops and can grab a bite to eat there to
J. O.
It's a good place to shop and eat
d. j.
Packed today but that's expected plenty of shops to visit
E. D.
Pretty average - parking system is a bit of a mess and people seem to just drive any way they fancy. Good selection of shops though 👍👍
B. s. i. U.
Positive better than bull ring if you have leg problem
j. J.
Good shopping centre but needs some seating areas to park your bum after shopping
c. t.
Plenty of parking spaces, toilets were nice and clean. Lots of various shops to visit.
K. C.
Really Convenient got all that I needed today. Great service from staff too 👏
B. M.
Decent place for shopping if you fancy somewhere a bit quieter than town. Just a shame about getting in and out of only one exit as the traffic can build up alot.
L. F.
Lots of room in the car park, a good place to meet someone near Birmingham if you want to avoid tricky, busy roads
J. “. L. H.
Great choice of shops, oy one problem not enough public toilets, if you have kids it's hard to find a toilet
M. J.
Great Range of shops. Boots; superdrugs, Wilko's, WHS Smiths, Primark's amongst other well known shops in one place. Very Convenient. One Stop Shopping retail park
J.
Great range of shops and restaurants. All it needs now is a cinema 🤩
R. B.
Hard work to get in and out of the shopping centre
S. M.
Good place, an Great variety of shops
m. s.
Not too busy plently of parking and very clean
R. A.
Plenty of parking. Great variety of shops, such as boots, Primark, JD, NEXT, wilko and many more. Food stalls, delicious doughnut stalls.
B. b.
Well worth the Visit with several stores, including Primark.
Car parks available.
Nice place to stop.
A. K. T.
Great value and selection of the usual designer brands at Tessuti
I. C.
Has a variety of great shops with a very big car park. Most shops are open as we are in tier 3 lockdown. During a full lockdown I visited boots along for essentials.
s. h.
Since the fort opened, which is literally 5 mins drive from my house.
Very convenient, the is a wide variety of shops. The best thing is easy free plenty of parking.
Since the fort was built, I vary rarely visit Birmingham City centre, which is worse for parking and very expensive.
Going to Birmingham City centre is like going out to the theme park for a day out.
W. K.
Usually i am not shoping loving person but whenever i need to do shoping for myself or for my family, i prefer the Fort shopping Centre. One of the good place in Birmingham
E. D.
Easy parking great shops.
K.
Not too busy and plenty of shops to choose from
S. B.
Great shopping area. Everything you need
S. S.
The fort has come a long way, unfortunately there are some shops that are closed and awaiting new renters but the recent updates to the outer shell of shops has really made the area look well presented
L. L.
Loads of shops very relaxing
M. T.
Well managed and much quieter than expected. Everyone working in the stores there are extremely professional, friendly and polite but sadly, I can imagine it can be challenging for them on occasion.
P. S.
Great shopping centre. All the shops you need in a horseshoe parade
S. B.
Easy to park. Very efficient due to covid restrictions in each shop we went in to. Nice and clean place to shop for bargains
P. W.
I have known about this place for a number of years, but only visited in the past 2 years. Loads of parking and shopping options. Today was a pop into next for work trousers, and they have a good range. They also have a Costa which is a good use of space and a nice touch. Definitely worth a visit. If coming form the north on the M6 need to come of at J6 otherwise it's a long detour of you need to go to the next junction.
R. N.
Relevant shops with good overall facilities.
R. S.
was just a quick visit, nt so busy easy to park too
T. O.
Excellent place to shop ,great bargains to look out for during sales and plus new online collection system in place ,,,,, well done next ! fort shopping centre!
M. F.
What a big car park sometimes very very busy
L. P. A. H.
My favourite clothes shop
M. W.
Yes this place is better than the idiots working at the Sutton Coldfield branch
S. L.
A good range of shops and plentiful parking. There is a valeting service available for your car, and public toilets. Often very busy, especially on weekends, but many of the shops are open in the evenings.
I.
Clean toilets
Free parking
Gregg's now open at the Fort🥳
Amazing new Sports Direct
Great day out for shopping
Safe and friendly staff
K. F.
Watch out for the overly high speed hump on the left entering the outside car park, the speed hump is full of scars from the amount of cars that have fallen victim to it, the hump still damages most cars even if u drive slow
R. P.
Great place for all your shopping needs
P. K.
There are lots of thing you can buy in this place clothing food etc there are playing area for kids. You can also buy cars
J. J.
But of a drive for me but it’s great to get out of the local area every now and again. Some great shops and places to eat but avoid at peak times and rush hour due to amount people trying to get into the park and of traffic on surrounding roads and carriageways which can be shocking. Great access link to motorway so you have been warned. Avoid both rush hours like the plague. Sometimes shops are being renovated which means you have to walk around on the edge of the pavement or actually into the car park which is in the road, so buggies, wheelchairs or scooters may need to locate a drop curb which can be a bit of a hassle. As well as walking or being in road section of the car park being dangerous, some drivers aren’t always paying attention when they’re looking for that car park Space. Parking is free but check as there’s a certain time max you can spend there, and can’t return before so long has elapsed. Park within a white lined bay or expect a ticket. Look out for holes in lining bushes in at park, quick shortcut to cut through the car park instead of walking all the way around. You’re welcome. Ok for variety of shops, a large boots and a new JDs. Usually one or two small food trucks offering different delicacies but otherwise there’s a couple big chain fast food places to eat at. As I only visit at non peak hours and outside of rush hour, I cannot comment on how the park is during those times.
M. l. h. t.
I like going here theres a wide variety of clothes shop and food shops.
There's a lot of parking spaces and measures put in for social distancing
J. W.
Good variety of shops and eatiers.
Y. K.
Have not been for a while and it's a surprise to see so many shops accupied with a great selection of stores Nandos, JD sports, Costa, etc plus free parking with plenty of space to park. So worth a visit for a less hassle experience compared to town.
t. h.
To many shops for the younger people now not as good as it was
L. N.
We came here today for my best friend birthday and was so amazing as i got to spend time with her and her family and got to go clothes shopping together and spend some nice time together!! There is so many shops, plenty of places to choose to eat, there are shops for makeup, skin care, trainers, clothes, phone companies, phone accessories shops and a lot more. Definitely recommend!!!
M. H.
Great place for shopping and meals. There's also coffee shops and kids play area. Ample free parking both on and under ground, beware enforcement officers lurking though, expect an unfair fine and obscure images apparently.
C. B.
Good parking, good shops👍
B. T.
Ample free parking, large variety of stores for clothes and gifts and plenty of places to eat.
M. T.
Fort is great shopping experience with lots of clothing stores and food and drink, massive car park.
C. M.
Great shopping , great parking
y.
Very nice,a lot of shop's that have an array of different types of things you may need. FREE parking!!!
C. K.
Nice retail park with a good variety of sites. Has additional parking underneath the car park which is useful for when it's busy. Toilets are available and parking is free. Plenty of places to eat and a McDonald's just outside as you drive it the retail park.
T. M.
I like shopping at The Fort there are plenty of shops where I enjoy looking around. Parking can be quite busy in the upper car park but the lower car parking area is usually quieter. Definitely worth having a shop there if you've never been before.
M. C.
Decent selection of shops toilets are a bit far from the shops but there's one on boots at the back. They need to add new shops where the ones are missing. Underground parking is nice and cool as expected. Parking is free too...always a bonus. Overall a nice shopping experience.
S. C.
Decent. Lots of shops and parking
W. H.
Nice place to shop. Plenty of parking spaces and nice shops
K.
Great shopping center, has an upper and lower car park, so even during peak times you can find a space. Good assortment of shops, and also a few food places too. Has improved a lot over the last few years
D. I.
It's ok not much on offer really compared to previous years could do with more shops glad we have primark.
J. F.
Some thing needs to be done about people driving up the wrong way.🤨 People are heated at the moment so they should get on it for the next week if i was managing that site. 🤔 Just saying. Already seen a near punch up over parking space and near miss when driving past someone.
C. P.
Pleasant vibes, could do with outdoor seating to chill a bit in between shops because it's faaaar from one end to the other
N. H.
I love the Fort shopping centre... Free parking when you find a space! With a good variety of high street shops all in one compact place. There are toilets and a free to use cash machine by Costa Coffee.
D. C.
The fort shopping centre is a deceiving place as the car park is always full but the shops rather empty. Make it easy on yourself and park underground. The shops that are there, especially the newly updated ones are very nice inside and exactly what you would expect from these chains. The food choice at the fort is fairly good. Public bathrooms are also available.
N.
I hate B+Q but its i.lmproveing. i managed this time to snag a assistant for help. Having found my item even more pleased that the item had a price on it. Not happy that a asian lady sneezed in her hand then wipping her hand on a pack of 5 towels that was for sale snd two shop assistants did nothing.
a. b.
Open air easy to park lots of variety. Marks and Spencer needs to come back . If they lowered the rents l am sure it would be full
B. S.
Handy place to shop around when you can get everything in one place and easy to go
S. G.
Love shopping here. One of my go to places.
w. s.
Nice and clean, plenty of FREE parking, nice selection of stores, some bargains to be had
D. F.
The selection of stores have reduced in the last 12 months, used to a reasonable place to shop but with around 15% of the units empty it has dropped in my estimation.
Let's hope the empty units are occupied soon with good quality outlets!
F. A.
There are some empty units a couple are currently being redone. Some of the shops are as the original development and some newer shops. Lots of free parking would be good to have some more mother and baby spaces. Good range of shops but would benefit from the units all being full.
M. P.
A good retail park some great shops lots of parking, good road signs it's just a shame that some people can't read them and just do what they want ie: drive the opposite way to what that big white arrow says park on double yellow lines even take up 2 carpark spaces.
C. M.
It's hard to say. The retail park itself is set out nicely and spacious however when I visited only 3 or 4 shops were open due to the lockdown.
M. B.
My favourite place in Birmingham, always feel safe shopping here, good range of shops too.
H.
Not a big fan of this place as I prefer it's competitor. I find the sandwiches, cakes and biscuits heavily over priced and the fact that there's one toilet only (not very clean, but personally I'd say that's the customers fault....clean your own pee off the floor and toilet seat!) Is the reason why I wouldn't give 5 stars.
Personally, I find the place a little cramped inside. The outside has quite a few tables which is handy for the customers that wish to sit outside.
K. N.
Excellent range of stores away from the chaos of city centres. Brilliant parking and facilities, always tidy and clean and have allocated more room for queuing pedeatrians due to Covid restrictions
M. N.
Nice relaxed atmosphere, need trainers for my daughter, various outlets to pick from, she was spoilt for choice! She loves her new trainers
a.
Great variety of shops for almost everything I need. Haven't been city centre for shopping much since this place opened. Easy parking however can be difficult to find parking amd busy on Saturdays so I avoid on weekends unless I urgently need something.
C. D.
The addition of restaurants to this complex has made a much better experience. There is a good selection of shops and free parking. But building work and roadworks detracts from the overall feel. Generally good for phone shops and cheaper clothes shops but anything high end or unique look elsewhere.
J. T.
Free parking, lots of shops. Nice and clean.
s. p.
Great product's and great customer service 👍
And toilet facilities which is a plus especially having children
P. R.
Great place to shop. Although some of the big name stores have left the fort, so there are a few empty units at present. Parking is free, both on the upper level and lower ground level. Great places to eat and drink. Easy access via major routes, is car and public transport. Shops open till late.
h. s.
Love the fact there's so much variety of stores here. Some of the stores including, boots, JD, Primark, superdrug, JD etc. A large car park available on site too.
L. C.
Too much parking set aside for queueing at shops. All outside benches removed which means disabled customers at disadvantage as can't rest during transit and do doesn't allow them to visit all stores
G. 4.
This shopping park is a lifesaver for those last minute shopping trips. A great variety of shops available and a great alternative when you don't want to venture into the city centre and have to pay for parking etc.
A. f. f. l. L.
It wasn't to busy at this present time pre lockdown, best time to go is most of the day but gets congested by 3 pm .good selection of stores and places to eat.shame that some stores have been closed down.prefer coming here than city centre to be honest
B. K.
Not so busy since M&S left. More of a destination shop than high street browsing. All stores are big multinationals rather than small specialist shops. Plenty of parking though very busy at weekends. Quieter in the week.
D.
An easy, convenient shopping centre. Decent shops and free parking
T. S. D.
Good place to shop and close to the motorway makes it easy to navigate. Toilets are on one side of the complex. So if you are bursting you might get some discomfort while you search. The stores are lovely, staff are helpful. We went around Christmas so it was festive mood and the staff were jolly good.
L. V.
My daughter lynsey prefers comin here to town and now so do I lots of shops to go in river island my fav love the blonde lady assistant who serves at the till good peoples skills slightly disappointed with new look but I think it's one of them places that is hit or miss reminded me of mark one from the eighties showing my age now lol but still worth a look theres plenty of places to eat not to much hustle n buscle yes I really like shoppin here ohh n plenty of parkin spaces 🤗
M. I.
One of the best shopping centre in Birmingham region
A. M.
You can find all shops here from coffee shops, clothing shops, restaurants, etc. Free parking is a huge plus although it can get a bit busy! Quite accessible place and have other industrial shops nearby.
J. J.
Beautiful shopping centre. Huge Car park. Shops like, Next, Wilko, Primark, Sports Direct, Boots, Clarks, Perfume Shop, H&M etc etc can be seen here. Absolutely, very neat and tidy toilet facilities available here. I do recommend this shopping centre. *****
D. C.
Brilliant shopping centre! Has everything that you need in a shop. Would be great if they turned the old shops into something soon though rather than having empty spaces.
Only bad thing I would say though, is avoid the ICC car wash that they have in the shopping centre car park, absolutely rubbish!
W. S.
Decent amount of shops...won't please everyone but adequate. Parking spaces aplenty, access to the shopping centre is good. Rarely any traffic in or out. There's also a selection of eating places around the corner at fort Dunlop.
A. B.
The fort is an okay shopping centre. It has a lot of restaurants and shops. Does the deed I guess.
C. W.
All in one place. Like a forest area
Q. A.
Great shopping centre almost all the shops are there and the car park is free so you won't have to be worrying about you will get the ticket or little time is left in the ticket. Free of tension.
H. D.
The fort is an okay venue but do check the shop list before visiting. It's got make up shops and footwear. It's got food and trinkets but there's nowhere to buy a video game there.
Given that buying video games is my reason for leaving the house it's not somewhere I go unless my daughter makes me.
d. 2.
The fort is such a great place to shop.
With different varieties of stores like boots primark superdrug (new) and a wacky warehouse for the kids.
Also new shops being added which will be exciting to see.
Also alongside poundland being there for 6 months.
I love shopping and getting majority of what I need and also enjoy working there.
R. M.
Great little shopping area for the last minute outfit or gift. Vast amount of parking although finding a space is usually the only inconvenience of a visit. Parking in the underground parking area is usually the wisest option. The area is always kept clean and stadd in all the shops work hard.
i. s.
Always the fort same shops no change all the staff doing a great job to keep it going the people are fantastic but it is a carbon carbon copy of everywhere else if you have individuality this place will crush your sprit.
C. F.
There really isn't much wrong with the Fort Shopping Park, it's got a great selection of shops (although the last of 'my' shops went when HMV closed down), however parking is regularly an issue of a weekend. I try to avoid the place during busy periods because you will not find a parking space and will end up circling the car park looking for a space. The underground is your best bet but I haven't attempted to park there during a busy period, but the over ground parking, forget it.
S. H.
Love this place all the shops you could want to visit in one place nice layout not too hectic or busy. Has great places to eat nearby. Costa and Starbucks both nearby. Lots of parking spaces all near shops you want to get to. New shops additions coming in all the time.
J. R.
I parked there to drink my coffee. The bathroom where closed I imagine due to the health situation. Safe place to park.
J. C.
Very easy to park here lol
K. A.
Great place plenty of shops and a few places to eat. I always park underground plenty of spaces, saves loads of time because it can be very busy. This Costas has serious health issues with the clothes in the picture, they should be kept separate wiping the surfaces and cleaning the steamer.
S. S.
Nice shopping centre with a good variety of stores. Free parking too which is a bonus. It’s a shame the Arcadia group stores have gone (topshop, warehouse, Dorothy Perkins) and the M&S is no longer there, in my opinion fort shopping park was much more better with these stores as it has a much wider appeal for all shoppers
M. S.
Nice shopping centre and macdonalds was really nice their and good workers
N. W.
A reasonable selection of shops. The car park is a nightmare to get out of tho and it's quite rough. It's best to go on a weekday when the children are in school as it's quieter. Theres a few places to eat here which aren't fancy but they do the job. Be careful not to store belongings in your car and beware of theives.
S. G.
I feel the place has declined in the past few years with M&S and HMV leaving the complex. There are still good shops there but there are also empty shops. Good underground parking with CCTV so the lone shopper can feet safe parking there. Good choice of places to eat.
D.
Many shops plenty parking (FREE) has additional spaces underground.
Has good clean toilet facilties
Has many eateries good for families. Occasionally has events for small children to enjoy definitely worth a visit.
A. R.
Good selection of shops. One of my favourite shop was mothercare which isn’t here anymore. And secondly toilets should be somewhere in the middle and now at one corner. Other then that its a very convenient place to shop with plenty of shops. Primark and boots are large size stores. Scallywags is a kids playing area to keep the children and toddlers busy.
L. H.
Went to jd sports very impressed.
L. B.
A great shopping centre till we went into lock down will visit when many of the shops are open again
N. A.
Didn't expect to like it, just another soulless shopping park I've zipped past 1000 times, but was pleasantly surprised. A good range of shops, plenty of parking and CLEAN! A pleasant change from the post zombie apocalyptic shopping parks that ring birmingham.
J. S.
DON'T GET STUNG BY A PCN...
The Fort has a great selection of the usual high street shops (Schuh, WHSmith, Starbucks, Costa, JD Sports, Boots, Vision Express, Wilko, Next, The Works - something for everyone).
They also have a handful of restaurants, but for a better selection, Star City is less than 5 mins away. Generally you can get in and out of The Fort fairly quickly even during peak periods.
But BEWARE - the Fort Management have employed "undercover" staff to patrol and snap pictures of cars that may be picking up and dropping off at the curbside outside shops. They're on commission, so they don't have the courtesy to give a warning and ask you to move on which isn't unreasonable. Instead, they take a picture undercover from a distance even if it's for a minute, then they send out a private Parking Charge Notice to the registered keeper of the vehicle. This is underhanded and shady behaviour, you've been warned!
M. B.
Great shopping experience friendly staff very happy
G. J.
Great shops, free parking something for everyone
S. L.
Lots of shops and plenty of free parking.
S. C.
OK new a few more shops
J. B.
I've both driven and cycled here. Parking is plentiful including underground but there is VERY limited cycle parking. The range of shops is OK for an out-of-town shopping park. At peak times traffic jams on Fort Parkway can be annoying. Decent range of eateries/coffee shops.
S. C.
Awesome place for shopping
Great variety of places.
T. C.
Not bad just a shopping centre
A. A.
I went there because of a wrong turn. But was impressed with the ease of access and easy parking facilities. There are a LOT of different shops to visit and it is a day trip in itself. Maybe I'll visit next time.
n. m.
Nice experience plenty of parking
G. E.
We only went to primark and poundland shopping, primark here is large.
Went to costa, but didnt eat or drink there as at least 7 tables and chairs were covered in dirty plates and cups, and through the storeroom door we could see a pile of milk on the floor next to the fridge, so couldnt bring myself to have anything.
I then spotted the sausage hut in the centre of the park, the food was really nice, (i had the 1/2 pound cheese burger and german hotdog).
On talking to the person serving its a family run business and she is the daughter of the owners, so you can see why they take pride in their product. Only problem was no diet drinks but coke. Will visit this stand again for sure.
A. B.
Parking is free…. Best thing
S. C.
Very nice place with a lot of shops.
E. R.
Today was a brief trip with the family.
Found family parking space near Next and Debenhams, they're just after the disabled parking space in a large clearing for parking.
Went to Frankie and Benny's for lunch which was nice; the staff were very professional and helpful, the layout was good for a family of four to manoeuvre. We found having the menus plastered on the boards outside the restaurant made things easier and faster because by the time we sat down we had already an idea of what we would order for each person.
Then we went into Next for a few essentials for the kids to prepare for winter and next thing we knew we had spent four hours in The Fort. Grabbed a coffee for me and a drink for the boy then headed home.
I kept thinking "time flies when you're having fun"
The end.
H. Q.
Good place to shop. Lots of large stores.
Shame that many large retailers have closed. Hopefully some others will open up soon.
D. J.
I love the Fort for shopping or even just to get out for a few hrs to look around u can grab a bite to eat have a coffee would definitely recommend for people to look around
K. M.
Its alright but the parking needs to improve by more traffic control but other than that its good
R. C.
Has pretty much everything you could want at the Fort. Its clean, parking is easy, and after shopping you can have a coffee or lunch! Good place to go!
N. H.
One place to all big brands shopping
T. s.
I love to go to fort shopping centre especially with young kids you don't have to fuss about because its mostly quite not over crowded..also free parking and easy accessibility for disabled people also public toilets are available which are always very clean.. you can buy almost everything you needed from there..except grocery lmao.. but i love to go there as don't like going in town its mostly crowded.
P. S.
Great place to shop second to none
R. M.
A reasonable selection of good shops let down by the community, and people who visit it. The parking lot is perhaps even more dangerous for cars with families willing to walk out in front of moving vehicles without any regard for safety, or signal that they are willing to cross.
L. L. (.
Better than shopping in city centre and plenty of parking spaces
S. W.
I love the layout and although a bit tight there is always a parking space. Plenty of choice in shops, from clothing, phones, electricals to some lovely eateries. Nice shopping precinct made better by the new island system leading up to it.
M. Q.
The choice of shops is a lot better thought out here than other shopping parks. Kudos to management. Plus facilities are always clean
S. G.
Good little retail park, generally clean and tidy. Decent toilets on site. Good little mixture of shops, open till 8pm in week day.
F. G. H.
Better place to shop than the city centre, but not as much variety. Has got a big Primark, Wilko, Sports shops, Boots, WH Smith, a cafe or two, and some more which I can't recall. Loads of parking, even on a busy day you'll find a space. It could do with having a good HMC certified restaurant ..that would be so good!
R. S.
Decent shopping experience, close to where I work.
L. A. E.
Very full at all times I think they need extra tills as the queue is always so long. But I like it here.
C. C.
Some good shops but parking can be an issue since Primark has opened. It has been upgraded with some nice dining options. Think it needs a modern refresh and some additional toilets.
G. Y.
Good range of stores and Restaurants/Cafes. We've been coming here, although fairly sporadically, since it opened. Couple of the main stores are well overdue refurbishment, particularly the Next store. Big plus is that it's fairly easy to park close to where you intend to shop (or eat).
And if you're a Primark fan (we are) the store here is so much better than the one in Brum City Centre.
N. M.
Great lots of different shops and free parking
r.
Beware where you park.Make sure you park accordingly. There are people watching carpark. You will be fined if you park the wrong place (£60).
M. K. F.
It's relatively good and kept clean. Parking after 11 on most days is difficult for the side with food outlets. Weekends are a whole new ball game.
Now that there's a Wilkos here, it makes the trip worth it.
L. L.
A great shopping centre with everything you need. Plenty of parking. Clean and tidy. My only criticism is that there are only 1 set of toilets and they are at the end. A long walk, especially as I am disabled.
S. A.
Lots of free parking with a decent range of large chain sites. Coffee shops, restaurants and food stalls. Nothing you can't find anywhere else but convenient. Needs a facelift but the stores themselves are good
P. K.
Totally love this place, lots of options.
S.
Went here for food and to go to Primark, when you go into Primark its like you have stepped into a designer shop, everything is neat and tidy and the shop is fresh looking.
There are no clothes on the floor, the ques are reasonably long I would recommend it, it has a relaxed atmosphere. Nice store.
There are a lot of other stores as well but the Primark store was the stand out one for me.
K. H.
Plenty of parking. Great choice of shops. Only negative is the toilets are located on one side of the complex and they should of been in the middle. Not very accessible if you are the other end with disabled or young children
A. M.
Fort is my local shopping area. Unfortunately throughout the years much has changed; M&S, Bank clothes shop, Brantano and many other shops have closed. Otherwise it was a perfect shopping area. Anyways, it yet has many good shops such as; Next, River island, Clark's, Schu, Debenhams and much more.
This is a shopping area that one should not miss to pay a visit. It has a secure and good size car park. Much to see and benefit of. It saves time visiting town centre.
S. S.
Very enjoyable we use again.
D. M.
Everything under one roof and more. Free parking and a good choice of shops. Also a great place for a bite to eat or a coffee break. The kids also have a indoor ball centre. What more do you need for a day out?
T. B.
Plenty of great shops and places to eat... and to top it off FREE PARKING. Boooom
M. L.
Not bad but if u don't drive hard to get there
J. E.
The shops are ok, nothing special.
Underground car park needs looking at - all the water is dangerous, hard to see with the low lighting down there
A. T.
Fantastic selection of shops but the car park one way system can be a nightmare
H. S.
I prefer here to town, you can buy everything you need but with free parking. Can easily spend a few hours shopping then grab something to eat, or just park up for a quick run in one shop.
T. F.
A well laid out shopping park, with leading clothing brands and other retail outlets. Great place to be for shopping and eat outs
D. D. W.
Waited 20 min for a coffee. Queues were insane. Think they could do with more staff. But to be fair staff were friendly and as efficient as possible. Not their fault not equipped for the volume of people
J. F.
The Fort is always a great place to shop and grab a quick bite. The only problem is that when it gets busy.... the queues and parking is ridiculous. I don't fall into that trap any more. I always go when it's nice and quiet
S. r.
Lack of halal food options available if you fancy a bite to eat whilst shopping. Nice clean toilets, however as Mothercare and M&S has gone there's a lack of places to go for children's clothes....only Next and H&M and primark (if you like that place).
P. K.
Only a few shops open, as we're in lock down, but love that's boots and wilko were open, and Costa for a coffee to go
T.
A couple of units are empty, but there are many customers passing through. Free parking and decent public transport links. There are many shops selling a fine range of products. I believe a supermarket may be in order here.
m. v.
Shops don't open til 9.30 in the week apart from Costa. Car park is free but gets very busy and can be difficult to get around as people don't follow the directions. Some great shops like primark, Wilkinson, the works.
E. K.
The Fort Shopping Park is a great place to visit whilst in Birmingham as it is located outside the main City Centre- there is less hassle of traffic or finding a place to park as The Fort Shopping Centre has a large car park. The reason why I have gave it 3 stars is; there is not enough variety of Shops/Restaurants. When your walking around the Fort Shopping Centre- you notice the amount of empty shops. Once the directors and managers of The Fort Shopping Park start to attract more big brand Shop/Restaurants to invest their business at Fort- it will therefore attract more members of the public to visit and spend.
t. m.
The only local next store near me
T.
Great place , first time there and everything i needed was all nearby. Great quality
S. B.
Plenty of free parking and most of the stores are large and well stocked. I much prefer shopping here to going into Birmingham city centre.
J. O.
A very busy area with lots of good shops
J. K.
A decent location, with plenty of shops available to shop at.
Maybe for local individuals wouldn't really recommend to people living 20 miles out to visit the Fort Shopping Park.
As you will find plenty shopping parks around the West Midlands.
M. H. C.
Always lots of free parking and a good range of shops and places to eat. A few units are empty (Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Burtons and Wallis closed - hence 4 stars, not 5) but it's my first port of call if I want any clothes as there are some good stores, which are always smart and clean, offering clothes at the whole range of prices. If there was a supermarket too (maybe Sainsburys with Argos in store) I'd probably never stop anywhere else!
K. C.
Great place for the whole family great parking good mix of retailers loved it
l. s.
Ok range of larger stores for shopping. Not too many options though. Could be improved for mens clothing. Recently closed a lot of shops which limits shopping experience. Primary there is excellent as saves going into city centre. Smash box in Boots is l great and the service on that counter was excellent. Ask for Octavia to give you a makeover. Made our day!
S. A.
Went on a Sunday morning. Ample parking if you get there somewhat early. Went around quite a few shops looking for a winter coat. Great range from Primark to Tessuti. Cash points dotted around if you're one of those weird types that doesn't pay via card nowadays. Got a Nandos as well which rounded off a good day!
M. G. S.
Nice place to go to does have variety of different shops but gets really busy during the weekend and holidays so parking does take a bit of time, otherwise quiet during the week days.
I. A. A.
Free parking right next to Primark!
Cleanest shopping center in the West Midlands!
Great day for shopping
B. C.
Love going here however most of the shops seem to be shutting down! The past couple of times I have been the parking underground has been opened but this needs to happen more to save people having to drive around for half an hour to find a parking space!
G. B.
The Fort is a good place to get a bargain. The massive primary offers loads of bargains, aswell as other stores like sports direct. Their are toilets which are a must, as I've pretty much used them all the time. The food shops are ok. The only downside is sometimes the traffic and queue's in and out are horrendous.
N. A.
The fort shopping centre, is so convenient and their is a variety of clothing store to choose from.
Hat off to my brother in law for introducing this shopping centre.
K. K.
I love shopping at the Fort. But feel there are very few eating options that cater for halal food. Plenty of coffee shops, great place to socialise and meet up with friends.
H. S.
Very beautiful place and very large. Unlike London, the shops are massive and it has a lot of variety. Operates N&C Radar Key Scheme for disabled toilets and is very clean and useful.
L. W.
Good retail park with most the things you need in one place, doesn't have as many products in their stores as the big store in the city centre but still a great place, also has free car parking for customers
M. B.
How amazing does the store look!! I actually went back out because I thought I went into the wrong shop. Looking very up market
H. K.
Good variety of stores and ample parking which makes it a more attractive shopping destination than the busy City Centre. Notable high street fashion stores include Primark, New Look, H&M, River Island. Food and drink options; Costa Coffee which can be quite cramped, a few foodvans that sell sweet items like doughnuts and candyfloss, jacket potatoes, sandwiches and paninis etc. There is also a Starbucks, Harvester, Nando's.
M. B.
Excellent range of stores and different places to eat and drink. Does get very busy and can struggle for a parking spot. As every where inconsiderate non blue badge holders take disabled parking bays.
P. O.
Wifi fitted in poundland
L. W.
Some great shops and loads of free parking!!
M. :.
This place is great, loads of places to eat and shop. The only not good thing is that they used to have an M&S here but it closed down a few years ago. Other than that it’s a lovely shopping area.
A.
Arrived early before the shops all open, which was nice as I could pick and choose easily my parking space...only need H&M and WHSmith on this visit.oversll Fort shopping Ctr is a generally nice place to spend a few hours.. plenty place to eat also
T. C.
Always busy on the parking side. Nice retail park in Erdington. Looking forward to new retailers. Could do with new restaurants not a fan of F&B or Harvester. Nandos can stay as every area needs a nandos lol
K. R.
Very good out of town shopping park. Nicely designed and unique. Plenty of the better high Street stores and plenty of coffee shops and places to eat. Lots of over and underground parking and there is plenty here for anyone needing retail therapy!
m. 1.
If u are going shopping its got quite a selection of diffrent shops from perfume to sports clothing they have a primark and tessuti has opened which is great I bought some armani jeans from there nice lots of parking can get very busy on weekend sband u have to search for a car spot lots of food places to
A. R.
Some good shops!
s. k.
Shops are limited major store is primark and next. Parking is ample just on busy days its hard to find parking.. U got wilko boots major stores new look debanhams Clark h and m small stores
J. G.
Great selection of shops and restaurants, we shopped at the HUGE Primark before eating at Frankie and Bennys. No complaints it's a great place to do a Christmas shop or just get a bite to eat.
N. M.
Huge retail park. This retail park has an excellent choice of shops, there is a good variety of places to eat, whether it be a quick coffee or meal.
Parking is free, and has public toilets.
Well designed shopping park.
P.
Love shopping at the Fort it has such a wonderful variety of shops with Wilkos and Superdrug, Boots, Card Factory, Clintons H&M etc etc then stop off at Starbucks for coffee and cake 😊 my assistance dogs Edna Pug and Charlie Shihtzu love it too...
S. A.
Loved shopping here, especially during Christmas. The best part is the food selection. They have so many restaurants to choose from. Whatever the mood may be for food, they have it!!!!!! Starbucks, Burger King, Nandos, and so much more! I was visiting Birmingham from USA. I LOVE BRITISH PEOPLE ❤
T. H.
Every week i go there, a place where i can satisfy myself.
Z. Y.
What can I say about the fort shopping park. I've been Birmingham for over twenty years and fort shopping park has always been a great place to shop with great and helpful staff never had any kind of issue, they have good variety of shop ranging from m&s to topman, jd room to sports direct they have it all with plenty of car parking space. Sure there are a lot of review on fort shopping park good one and probably bad ones too but mainly good ones .
T. C.
The Fort has seen better days, the out of town shipping concept has done a dive over the years, this is reflected in the number of empty shops on the unit, smaller portacabin type units are now set up in what were parking bays, the underground parking lot seems to be experiencing subsidence looking at the reinforcing underneath, there are plenty of places to eat and drink just an expensive taxi ride to partake for most
U. H.
I love this place you can get like most of your shopping from here
R. I.
Large selection of shops, mainly clothing but there are others
Costa and other food restaurants on site all with free parking
Slightly odd hours on Sundays but generally very nice but can be quite busy
M. P.
Quality stuff but 2 expensive.
1. x.
Almost everything in one shopping centre. Affordable prices depending on which shop you go into.
M.
This place is right next to my house, it used to 4/5 stars but too many good shops have disappeared and not been replaced. Bank, Bhs, Marks and Spencer, Miss SelfRidge, Top Shop, Top Man and Burton to name a few. There are still many empty shop spaces not been filled. The fort needs to sort it out! But with free parking, and still a decent selection of shops it's still a great local alternative to going into town !
K. l.
Busy a lot of the time parking can be tricky. The variety of stores seems to be diminishing however, the larger stores such as next, sports direct and Primark offer a decent choice.
S. A.
Nice and everything you need in one place apart from doing the shopping as there is no super market around. You can have a moment for yourself, relax and chill with your favourite drink or just have a quick bite.
Must visit
S. B.
Great place to go, lots of space for parking and great selection of shops and food. A calm environment. I really enjoy coming here and having a walk about
A. S.
Good selection of shops and always free parking available, this place is very underrated.
J. M.
There are some empty stores now, but still has good shops. There is Primark, Next, Debenhams, Boots and New Look to name a few. The Costa is also a great store. And it is all free parking.
S. P.
Very nice retail park, lots of shops, bit sad the Burger King is closed.
A. C.
Has a few decent stores and a nandos. Underground parking is good when it's raining and the parking is free. Worth a visit for an hour or so though can get very busy at weekends.
R. N.
Has lots of shops (it's a shame they got rid of the mothercare though) and a few restaurants (nandos) and cafes such as costa. There is two parking lots (one is underground) it can be hard to find somewhere to park sometimes you have to pay for parking. There is a soft play which is ok. Toilets are a long walk of your the opposite side of the fort.
I. P.
Big shopping park but not that many shops.
There's always queues to get into the ground level parking & whilst the lower level is usually fairly empty you do have to queue to get out! (Crossing the incoming traffic to site).
S. P.
Great place to shop much better than Coventry shopping centre
R. d.
large parking space always available, bus number 96 national express available if you prefer public transport, choice of different shops.there is also a mcdonald branch i guess kids love day out
P. B.
All shops in one place, great for quick shopping. Only down side( well if you're unlucky) very difficult to get space for parking, it's always busy.
L. C.

Good range of shops only down fall is lack of disabled parking near shops have to walk considerable amount if you travel by car. And police often attend this site due to incidences

Always a pleasure shopping there, great selection of shop's

Good covid signposting and system in place.

Good variety of shops, popular high street stores. M&S is missed! Lots of free car parking space however it can be difficult to find a space due to how busy it gets.

Enjoy shopping here! Parking is busy but theres always spaces. I like the layout of shops and that they're all accessible on one level.

Still a beautiful place to visit

Most shops are closed at the moment for obvious reasons. When the lockdown is lifted its got most shops most people need with plenty of parking.

It's looking a bit run down now. But if you want somewhere to go for a quick visit then this could be the place for you. It has two mobile phone shops and plenty of clothes shops too. You can even stop for something to eat and drink should you need to.

Good selection of shops, but can be difficult to finding parking space near to shop you want to visit, best to go midweek when it is less busy.

Don't understand why anyone uses it... Poorly designed, quite a few units empty or being refurbished... Car park exit takes you right around the site. Didn't buy a single thing, just nothing 'different' here that you find in any shopping area.

Nice clean shopping centre. Large variety of shops and nice places to eat. Carpark is very big too.

Very good selection of large shops, although very busy and parking in extremely limited/tight at times. Will continue to visit smaller shopping centres and visit The Fort when I specifically need an item not available anywhere else.

The number of decent shops has reduced. Would be good see a more affordable variety too

Yes it's very good place to shop I'm quite happy to go sports direct again

Good eateries there such as Starbucks, Costa, Nando's, Frankies & Benny's and a 24 hr Mcdonalds.
Plenty of great shoes & clothing stores like Next, Debenhams, River Island, H&M plus a Primark will be opening there soon as well.
But there's not enough places to buy any groceries & household items, especially with Marks & Spencer's now closing down too, as they had the food hall that would come in very hand whilst over there.
D. H.
Wasn't too busy when I went. All the shops I went in to seemed to be following covid guidelines.

The Next and Primark are big and much less busy than other stores. A few empty shops around St the moment which is a shame. At peak times go straight for the underground parking, save yourself time and hassle!

Without a car this shopping centre Is a trek to. A lot of buses and there's not that much section of shops. Its ok if u want something specific but I wouldn't come here on the bus it's a journey and a half from birmingham

I do do do love this place especially because it’s very quite in the morning if you want to escape from the city 🌃 and i disturbingly loud music in the malls that is bound to bring you home with a migraine then choose to shop here instead. It’s a shame that Marks and spencer has shut though!
A. M.
Great place to shop all the main clothing shops there and parking is so easy. When there's no space the underground parking is pretty decent ngl. Just get a good vibe shopping there ...

There's not much you can't get from here.
