Always nice to park there and do some shopping. If u park between other cars u won't open any door. Looks like same genius planner did BIC car park.

Nice place,but not too much to do over there,shame they've closed wilko down was a very lovely store,always going to Lidl,you would pop into Lidl and the other way round,couple of cafes over there,which seems to be nice,especially the ice cream cafe,or something like that,very lovely staff over there,so other than that I guess is not much to do over there,except food shopping 😀

Went to the indoor scooter area on the first floor, next to the VR centre kids enjoyed 2 hours of fun. Great for wet weekends. Coffee was good and had wi fi . Only found out about it via a friend, well worth a visit.

Sadly with the demise of wilko there is not much to come to this part of town for anymore. Rip off rents are slowly killing Bournemouth town centre. Unless you want junk food or lidl I would say don't bother hiking up the hill.

Always feels a bit wasted in here. They could put some awesome shops in here but they’re all a bit… meh? It’s fine, nice and clean but you’d only visit if you wanted Wilkinson’s or Lidl.

Great shops here especially jewellers but no phone or Web signal to use online offers like lidl card. Highly recommend to screenshot your lidl card to use mobile offers unless you want to use I store WiFi (limited) also public toilets are in car park not centre but accessible via lift.

Good selection of shops, paid the shopping centre a visit during my break in Bournemouth. Good location, walking distance from my hotel. Saved a lot of money buying items from there rather than from tourist shops.

Good old Wilco's & Lidel both excellent for either food & household items + inexpensive clothing upstairs,great coffee/ eating place on ground floor always friendly & professional with a delicious menu to choose from also quite a nice jewelry shop & alterations place right next door definitely worth a visit

This is a good shopping area with a good variety of shops. Access may be a bit challenging with wheelchairs due to being on a bit of a hill, but plenty seem to manage when pushing prams. One issue is a lack of a guide to help find which store is where but if you have the time, it's fun to explore!

Signs up saying you must wear a mask in the mall and not only in the shops you enter... Nobody to enforce it so lots of others just not bothering. Makes you feel a bit of a do hooded and not a rebel like those other crazy visitors.

When you hear the words shopping centre, you think of the Trafford Centre, Blue water, or maybe Meadowhall... this is not anywhere near that, in fact it is a glorified entrance to a handful of eclectic shops looking for out of town rents. Wilkinson's being the main anchor and LIDL being the second. The remaining shops are either closed or rarely open. It serves a handy means of getting from the car park to town, undercover, but apart from that... the slippery when wet floor, with awful direction tape makes it as much good as an undercover porch entrance to the main shops, as it actually is.

There really isn't much to tell about this. I believe the term "shopping centre" is used very loosely for this place...but it serves its purpose. Really this is just the main entrance and exit for Richmond Hill carpark, but there is a Wilko, lidl and a few other smallers shops nothing to rave about. But a word of warning, the floor does tend to get quite slippy when it's raining outside as people tread the wetness in, and on many occasions I have been here and the large Aircon heater system seems to often be dripping liquid on the sloped floor, which again makes it slippery.

Not a bad section of Bournemouth with it becoming a bit like Poole a ghost town and places shutting down all the time. Bournemouth councils policy of not helping shops with obscene rates to pay and mismanagement of finances. Three quarters of a million pounds spent on Beatles place a real joke now and one of the worst towns for homelessness with a so called party that supposedly supports austerity and thinks it knows how to keep its accounts in order that is paid for by rate payers and tax payers .

The Richmond Garden shopping centres offers convenient parking for the rest of Bournemouth at quite affordable prices. the shopping centre itself doesn't offer a lot except for a large Wilkinson's and a Lidl. There are some small Boutique shops also.
