Its like a greenhouse currently in the heat but generally a nice space with some independent shops and they do have events sometimes like the vintage fair. There is public toilets which is handy and it kind of backs onto the sovereign centre

Very quiet place not too busy but no toilet facilities. Not helpful when you have with you a diabetic or kids and need to shop for a few hours.

Not much in this arcade a record shop shop that sells second hand China and ornaments, There is a very good watch repair shop call "In Time" zone old man operation. A science club for kids/little who want to know more about dinosaurs (you will need to check that I've only seen them as Ive passed)

This is such a delightful arcade of historical content, but it is a shame that there are very few shops occupied. Lots of character.

Beautiful architecture but almost completely masked by internal scaffolding for the past few months (Jan 2018). The shops are rather esoteric/exotic, and I feel it could do with one or two more mainstream retailers to attract people into the place.

I quite enjoy the Royal Arcade. There are plenty of shops and also a central coffee area. Also, there are toilet facilities which I always find are cleaned to a good standard. The car park is cheap and you can stay under cover on rainy days.

Surprisingly pretty place considering we'd been warned off Boscome for shopping. Had what we needed. Birthday card and balloon shop, mens tshirts and a baseball cap.

Beautiful Victorian shopping arcade, l love the stage on the first floor, unfortunately full of vacant shops or shops engaged in selling insignificant items or services. Sadly, the area around it is so run down that it now resembles a ghost town.

What a shame! There are hardly any shops in use! This is a beautiful retro under- cover shopping mall, sadly lacking in vibrancy & customers! The cafe/restaurant is gone & half the occupied shops were closed before 4pm on a Saturday! So the new Craft & Sew shop I wanted to check out also had its door locked before 4pm even though it said on door it closes at 4pm! Sadly they may not last especially if the Council charge their exorbitant rates! Boscombe as a shopping centre is dying! 😢
