Useful set of shops to gdt stuff done in and close to bus stops as well. Better to visit when not too busy however varies by season and time of day.

Handy bus stop drop off and walk though to Churchill Square

Loads of shops inside Churchill Square as well as all around. Easy walking distance to the beach, north and south lanes. Loads of restaurants, basically almost anything you can think of is within approx 10 mins walk. Ideal if you want to shop in mainstream stores, or if you want to check out some quirky places in the lanes. Caters for all

Nice walk with less shops than before overtaken by a vaccination centre. A few good takeaway stands such as churros, Greek food, burgers and hotdogs with the usual busker surprisingly singing and playing nice music. We enjoyed a cheeky clasic hotdog with all the trimmings in the refreshing crisp air. Nice day out.

Sadly a lot off the small shops in the arcade have closed so nothing much to browse anymore .

You don't see these unless your in a town with some architectural merit. Experience depends on shops. Worth a visit if you're sight seeing.

The arcade is now looking tired with most of the shops now closed. The Arcadia cafe is really good for an independent cafe in a central location. Hope the owners of the walkway through imperial arcade have plans as it feels that it could be a great central area for multiple cafes perhaps .

Drab. Basically just a walk through to and from Western Road. There is a Bureau de Change, a cafe, mobile phone repair shop and shoe repair/ clothes alteration shop

I mainly use it as a shortcut to dodge the otherwise busy section of high street where the main buses stop. It does a minimal amount of stores such as a small cafe and a dodgy looking phone store which I would reccomend avoiding but otherwise it is a good for a shortcut to avoid pedestrian traffic

This place is a little bit dead. Maybe better lights can make it a lovelier place and more attractive for tourists. This would be specially beneficial to business as more people walking in would increase the sales.
