a. b.As someone who grew up in the area it's staggering how much it has changed especially in the last 5 years!
If you are looking for a good retail park which caters to most needs then I'm sure it won't disappoint. It has good access to the A12 and parking is plentiful although I suspect they will have to redesign the entrance as it's already getting busy due to M&S opening this week.
It will be telling how these outlets survive over the next year or more when the economy tanks and I will be surprised if the empty units are filled anytime soon...
Overall it's a good retail park.
C. H.The Cook food shop is amazing. Fully prepared meals from 1 to 4 people all cooked from frozen in less than an hour. The chili con carnival is excellent.
Now that a Gregg's has opened up next door is an added bonus. Their bacon rolls are perfect to start your day.

We went to B&Q and M&S . You can now get pretty much everything you need at Stane Retail Park and Greggs is a
Winner for snacks.
Z. L.The M&S cafe isn't what I would call M&S standard. It feels a bit like sitting in McDonald's, all too cramped. Also the ordering of food only on a machine is not something the older customers will do, i know some have walked out instead of eating!
The food was excellent and so was the service.
R. “. C.This is a new part of the retail park at Tollgate, Colchester. Incorporating Aldi, B&Q, and more business to follow. There are plenty of free parking spaces available and the site is very close to A12 exit.

H. W.A good retail park. I really like the new M&s store but there really isn't enough parking and it has made traffic in the area so congested which is a real shame
