What a fantastic service.. Toni you are a credit to your employer and profession.... Thank you so much. After suffering loss of hearing.. itchiness and discomfort for the best part of 6 months within 30 minutes it all just disappeared... Following 3 reasonably serious ear operations over the past 7 years I was mightily impressed with the knowledge and research these guys did before I arrived for my treatment. Pleasant, professional and a customer care service unrivalled. My "GO TO" place from now on without a shadow of a doubt... Thank you once again Toni and i will definetly be back to sort out a new hearing aid.....5 Stars is simply not enough... Mick Tucker... A Very Satisfied Customer.

I had my first appointment with the Hearing Care Centre last week, and they will definitely be my first port of call if I have more problems in the future. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient, and my hearing issues of several weeks standing were fixed inside minutes of my arrival. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Thank you so much to Toni for being so patient and kind with me this morning. My ears were challenging to say the least but Toni persevered with microsuction and water irrigation and cleared my ears of wax. I'm not the best patient but I was at the point where I desperately needed help with wax removal. The whole process was done with the utmost care and professionalism and I would thoroughly recommend anyone to go to the Hearing Centre without hesitation. Also, thank you to Lucy, the receptionist who I spoke to when making the appointment - a very polite and kind young lady.

Brilliant service, unfortunately the ladies here couldn’t clear my ears fully on my 1st appointment, however they immediately booked me a 2nd appointment later this week free of charge. Had 2nd appointment today and Jo managed to clear them today. ALL staff at The Hearing Centre are great, very helpful and really friendly and all experts in their respective job roles. The service and professionalism of all staff makes for great value for money…100% recommended.

I cannot fault the professionalism that this Centre has shown myself and my family. Three of us in the family suffer from hearing loss and each one of us have used this centre to advise and support us further. I was a little concerned as to first of all trying on hearing aids for the first time, especially at 26 years old. However the impact that I felt when trialling them out for the first time was incredible. Richard is such a genuine and knowledgable Audiologist, nothing is ever too much trouble and he really has helped me to get the very most out of my hearing aids. I am very grateful to him. I have always found the reception team to be polite and helpful... arranging and confirming appointments is a breeze and you can always be sure of being offered a great cup of coffee! I would thoroughly recommend this clinic... Professional, knowledgable and most of all... caring.

I have been going to the hearing care centre in Colchester for the last three and a half years and have always found the service exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble and if I ever have any problems with my phonak hearing aids all I have to do is phone up and inform them. I am always told to come straight in and see them. Even when my aids were sent away for repair I was loaned a set of hearing aids in the meantime. Always greeted in a really friendly manner and offered a coffee straight away. Will be returning most definitely when my aids are due replacement. Mr Adrian Tadman.
