The staff are friendly and obvious gamers themselves, often stopping to chat with customers about games they are looking at and recommending others that the customer may like. Really good customer service, I misunderstood when I uneducatly purchased something, and on return to the shop nothing was too much bother and they rectified my mistake. Also demonstrated how a machine would work regarding my sons additional needs. Would definitely recommend.

Just been in the store and was served by Lewis who was so helpful and patient. (I know very little about games consoles) he was so polite and did not attempt to rush through anything, even though they were quite busy. The manager also came to advise and was also great. Haven't bought a game in years as everything is online nowadays, but I suppose its still nice to go and get a physical copy of a game if I want it. Don't expect old old games tho you'll need to go to CEX for that.

I picked up two heat-reactive mugs in the sale - Atari Asteroids front box design and Pacman, each £4.99 and also a Atari Space Invaders bottle opener. All three are super cool.
