Reviews of Waverley Market

Great selection of fast food places and a sainsburys to get any last minute snacks you might need for a train journey so it’s right next to the staircase down to Waverley station. Brilliant independent record store with a wide selection of …

Pleasant little mall/foodcourt with some more unusual choices (sushi, churros), alongside the usual fast food suspects.
There seems some confusion as to whether it's called Waverly Market or Waverly Mall. Also there's three levels, which is something that Google Maps does not cope well with.
On the down side, the one and only set of toilets for the whole market charges 30p, and reportedly is not as clean or pleasant as you might expect for the price.

Bought tickets for the Ferris wheel , this could be a saga , one entrance 4 exits , 40 minute wait , that included a massive walk to the entrance then round the gardens to get in , food pricey but normal for this type of event , the Ferris wheel was not bad , it was a hurried experience though , place was jumping all good

Excellent, really good under cover/ outdoor bar m/seating and some private domes for hire

The mall as such is small with a limited food selection of mainly fastfood. The outside area has a few stalls and bars. It is beautifully decorated with fairy lights. There is also live music most of the time. Nice place to unwind after a long walk in the city. It is crowded most of the time, but as it is an open space, need not worry too much.

Everything is focused on a big profit, when the same products are cheaper elsewhere and of exactly the same type and quality. Not to mention the fact that most products are impractical or unnecessary for anyone to live. Due to the fact that there is a main train station next to it, there should be things useful for traveling there, not some nonsense services!

Only used the Macdonalds. Was very McDonald's like. Not much else to say. Was very busy indeed, clean, bright. The toilets need the code off your receipt to gain access.

Stopped here for a drink whilst the Christmas Fayre was on. Very well organised it was too.

Stayed in the market bar whilst they had live music, food and drink on a Sunday night. Thoroughly enjoyed it and the beer pricing wasn't too bad either. Lovely atmosphere.
