Reviews of Silverburn
J. M.
Silverburn is a very good shopping complex with upmarket products for all tastes.
It has the added feature of being enclosed under roof and comfortable to the eye.
With the many eateries they have you will find one that will satisfy your taste buds.
Z.
Great plaza with all you can imagine. Nice flat 1 level layout. Good food and cinema with many shops. Bus stop in front for convenience.
d. m.
Been a good day today there's plenty of shopping to do and a great choice of restaurants
j. d.
Great shopping centre with a good range of shops. Unlike many places there are very few empty units and what is there is generally very good. The food court has some very good options that will cater to most tastes and dietary requirements. There were good parking options and it is easy to get to by car.
I. S.
Silverburn is hands down the best shopping mall in Glasgow. Tons of options, great brands and the toddler loves the interactive screen in the children play area!
The mall is clean, has tons of parking specially the indoor car park with plenty of Disabled and Family parking slots.
The timings are great aswell, and is open till pretty late.
There's disabled toilets, Family baby change room, and even a multi-faith room. Facilities are always clean.
We enjoy every visit and we do visit alot!
G. W.
Like all the retail parks there are a lot of gaps where shops have closed down. However there are still some nice ones to browse and have a coffee or a bite to eat. Lots of parking but spread out so choose wisely if you have mobility issues.
A. N.
Really wonderful place to find so many brands all together. Easy shopping experience with multiple things to enjoy from food to movies. You can buy your groceries and grab a handful of fashion items from Next and Marks and Spenser.
B. H.
Always enjoy a visit but now they are trialing being dog friendly. Not sure how it works as tiled floor for mishaps? No specific area for dogs to go to and can be noisy due to barking. Don't think my dog would enjoy the experience
C. M.
Recently silverburn announced that you can take your dog into the centre plus some of the shops will allow your beloved pet in. If anyone is like us with a pet who doesn't like being left alone means they will be more settled coming into the centre with you and let's be honest it's mainly men who aren't keen on going shopping so if they are with you, you got a dog sitter outside
L. M.
Been a while since I visited Silverburn but was pleasantly surprised with the number of small independent businesses in the middle of the mall- a bit like Braehead. Very few places to eat that are family friendly (esp if you have small children with you) or purse friendly.
A. R.
Silverburn is a lovely place to go for shopping and food. There are so much things to do, it is also kid and dog friendly. Such a great atmosphere. You could spend all day walking around the shops.
G. G.
Great place to go when we occasionally get rain😂 food to suit most taste's. Bonus for me lovely clean toilet's. Only caviat, why don't all the designers of wash basins get together one wet Sunday and agree on one design?. There must be 10s of different formats to serve same purpose, I.E Soap, water, dryer.
Regards Oor Welly 🤗☕
t.
Has some excellent eating options like Tortilla and Nando’s. Loads of car parking and a Cinema. Place is generally spotless and nice and bright and airy
C. M.
It's a big shopping centre like others. Be careful where you park as the Tesco car park is timed and one of the private parking companies will issue you with an invoice if you overstay the time limit and then chase you for payment.
W.
Large shopping centre in Glasgow, where the former Pollok Shopping centre was.
Very modern, a large number of popular stores and eating places.
Quite a walk from one side to the other, so if you know what you're going for you can try to park at that end.
There is a Cineworld as well, so if you are taking teenagers you can set them loose and go and see a film or go for a coffee at one of those places - bliss.
Not somewhere I like spending a lot of time, but it is handy.
On the same footprint is a Tesco which has a Decathlon, so it pretty much caters for anything you might need.
S. S.
Amazing shoppping experience suiting all budgets starting from Tescos, TkMaxx, Next, River Island, sports direct, Claires, HnM etc (sadly Debenhams no longer open)
Good variety of grab a bite restaurants as well as dine in/ takeaway available to choose.
I. M.
It's a good shopping centre, plenty of parking (can be busy at peak) plenty of shops as well as F&B offerings. Cinema tops it off.
L. M.
Plenty of parking spaces, loads of shops and places to eat. Lovely staff in the Marks and Spencer cafe. Enjoyed our visit.
J. T.
Having mobility issues, they provide a free mobility scooter service paid by the shops, staff were brilliant and caring and could not do enough to help and reassure me. It made my day
R. S.
Very nice centre ,great they let dogs in but if dogs are allowed I'm centre they should be allowed In ALL the shops and cafes too , I would loveto bring mine but always on my own so can't give him the chance to come with me it would be great to be able to bring him christmas shopping with me , only big let down silverburn
M. W.
Large indoor shopping centre. Good choice of outlets but an increasing number of empty units. Plenty of parking.
M.
Easy free parking. Great selection of stores and plenty of restaurants. Traditional outdoor shopping experience
A. D.
Lovely mall and thanks to the genius layout, always. Favourite brands and food under one roof.
y. m.
Great place to shop all under one roof x managed to do all my Christmas shopping painlessly x Good places to eat too x Regular visitor x
G. F.
A lovely shopping centre - always clean and well-maintained. Good variety of shops and restaurants. We often visit because of the Cineworld - it’s good to be able to combine cinema and eating, then being able to pop into Tesco before we go home.
Parking can sometimes be tricky during busier times but I’ve always been able to find one, even if it’s a walk away.
Well worth a visit - you could easily spend a few hours here.
D.
Fantastic shopping experience for a family days out with the usual UK high street designer shops (even with a Hugo Boss) and more.
M. F.
It's a really nice shopping experience here. I use a wheelchair and it's very accessible. I did struggle to find an empty accessible parking space though, in the end I had to wait on someone leaving first. The centre itself is excellent and the staff were very helpful. A nice selection of shops a eateries.
M. M.
It's a wonderful place to visit with family.. you can shopping, there are plenty of good restaurants.. very spacious. There is a separate feeding room for the little ones.. best part is the family room.. I love the place
N. B.
Great for a shop around tescos & to hit some of the stores. Would've scored higher previously but with a few exits from some retailers in some parts feeling a bit unloved & empty
L. M.
Regular late evening shopping, with a good selection of stores, restaurants and a cinema. It really is one of the better shopping centres in Glasgow. It's easy to get to on public transport and there is plenty of parking. The place is always clean and apart from the loss of Debenhams it has few empty units, so it avoids feeling a bit depressing.
A. O.
Just a brill place all round. It has everything you need. Staff in the shops i have been in have been very helpful. Strong security, bus station. Well worth the visit.
m.
Silverburn is bright modern shopping centre of the outer edge of Glasgow. As shopping centres go, Silverburn is fairly standard with the usual suspects of high street shopping. Although none of the shops really stand out, there's a really good cinema inside and one of my main go to cinemas when in Glasgow. Ever since the make over about two years ago, there's now a lot more choices for eateries with a mix of types of food.
Silverburn isn't quite as good as Buchanan Galleries or Princes Square in the city centre, but it's a good shopping centre to go and there always parking spaces.
D. M.
Nice selection of shops. Not the best Nandos...it's a bit 'food courty' but the food is fine. Well worth a visit if you can walk .... if you have difficulty then I'm sure they can provide mobility, but we didn't use it. We were just tired after walking it.
R. A.
Great variety of high end clothing stores, it has a cinema, good selection of different chain restaurants (Tgis is the best one) excellent parking and transport links. Silverburn is still leagues beyond other shopping centres.
m. f. d. a. v.
Silverburn tortilla is one of the best in the UK. As a usually customer I am my self, I can say that staff and service are 5 stars. I have been in many tortillas and Silverburn plus few down South England are as good as them. 5 ⭐️. BR.
J. B.
Nice and clean shopping, loads of different shops to pass the time... Best times to visit mornings weekend or during the week... recommended!
D. D.
Some good shops but many empty shops too. The old Debanhams would be ideal for a Primark but I think the owners of the shopping mall would see that as below their targeted audience of upmarket shoppers.
P. W.
This place is huge with all your favourite stores and lots of eateries I have never been here before but very impressed very good for disabled parking and you definitely need a full day to get round it all.
S. B.
With the demise of Debenhams, Topman and other Arcadia Brands, there is a huge unoccupied space inside the shopping mall. No good standalone ice cream stands, the entire walkway is filled with time wasting stalls. Only saving grace is the improved food section of M&S and the Tesco.
J. Q.
Used to be a good shopping center but going like all the rest shops closing
R. M.
Plenty of parking and a very clean and tidy shopping centre, excellent facilities and probably the cleanest public toilets I've seen yet.
L. C.
I was at the Coca-Cola truck this was brilliant would like to have santa 🎅 but overall it was a good day
S. e.
Excellent place for families and kids
A. R.
So clean and shops amazing great variety of food available brill
C. L.
Not worth going now due to the fact that Debenhams has closed, along with other shops. Quite boring now. Needs a breath of fresh air. Turning into high street shopping. Run of the mill- card shops, sports shops,M&S and eateries.
G. F.
In search of the perfect gift? I'm sure you can find something suitable at Silverburn.
s. M.
I would recommend Cosmos as an excellent place to eat so much choice of food from around the world we had an enjoyable time and there's plenty of choice of food, I just hope they open one in the east coast as my family loved it A+++++
D. T.
Good range of shops and restaurants. Good opening times, always busy but shows how many enjoy there
T. C. 6.
Good shopping centre with lots of shops to explore and food to try 😋
M. H.
A very clean and tidy shopping center with a lot of food outlets
F. A.
I love this shopping centre. It has these high streets shops and I love the fact that it is very clean and the toilets are also clean.
A. L.
Great place to find anything your heart could desire. Only downside - it is a bit far and not altogether easily accessible by public transport from the Shawlands area on the wast side of Pollock Park.
E. N.
Lovely shopping center to spend few hours for shopping, coffee, dinning or just for walk. Floor and toilets were clean.
B. M.
The best place I have been so far ever since I moved here. Very beautiful, good food outlets, good shop
C. C.
It was ok the only thing has changed is when they puted plastic dinosaurs in it for everyone and it was amazing but to see everyday and always the same it's a bit boring they should change it the way it looks on the inside if they change it on the outside it is possible
a. r.
Free parking is available here, unlike EK shopping centre, Silverburn is definitely the better shopping centre in the area, the only thing my mum and my partner complain about is not having a Primark here.
A. W.
Went for Cineworld. Couldn't believe the amount of eateries at hand, and great for shopping. So many choices and the smell of the food as you walked around got the saliva glands flowing. Clean, fresh and looks lovely. Brilliant cinema with 14 screens.
G. F.
Beautiful Christmas gift stall
C. M.
A beautiful, big mall full of cool shops and great places to eat...a very nice place to visit...I do, regularly.
S. C.
Absolutely loved it. I feel its like the best shopping mall in Glasgow I have ever visited.
a. s.
Quite a big shopping centre, so many brands are present here.
Ample amount of parking.
L. I.
One of the best shopping centres in Glasgow. It has much to offer by having a large selection of retal stores, places to eat and a cinema. Plus there's a Tesco extra next to it.
M. F.
fine place, but not a lot of shops. you’d think that such a huge shopping centre would have more shops but there’s not a very big selection. food court is consistently busy as well so getting any kind of food at peak time is near enough impossible. most shops are expensive designer places too, so not worth your time i’d say.
l. k.
Nice shopping centre. Not overly busy. Good range of shops.
K. M.
Silverburn is name to remember.
The sad thing is there's a lonely spot without Debenhams what a loss.
Hears to the future, Silverburn all for one.
F. J.
One of the best shopping mall in Glasgow, out of town but still well connected by busses. Pretty huge and can literally take a while to walk from start to end: has over +100 shops and great selection of restaurants, supermarkets and cinema. Very recommended for a nice shopping day!
S.
SilverBurn shopping center or the Pollok Centre as some still call it is one of the very best shopping centers around Glasgow .
Lots of big brand names retailer and amazing dinning experience accommodating a huge selections of restaurants and some best cuisines , Italian , Spanish , Japanese , Thai suiting every taste, over all its a lovely great place to spend your weekends and bring your family and kids for tons of indoor fun activities, great shopping experience, delicious food and Movies ( Cinemaworld )
R. M.
Lovely, modern retail mall incl cinema complex. Vehicle park is huge, make a note of where you are!! Good facilities. Recommended.
d. h.
If you love the Metro in Newcastle, you love it here though in a smaller scale great for shopping, cinema and for a quick bit to eat or drink.
T. W. B.
Had to collect a parcel from Decathlon. Lots of parking, and Decathlon staff were very friendly and efficient.
J. R.
Great parking, lots of places to eat. A good variety of shops. Wish Argos would reopen.
L. H.
Lots of places to eat, and shop and there's a cinema and a tesco. Very nice, bight and clean
H. K.
I really enjoy going to Silverburn plenty of shops although there is one or two of the shops closed
As for eating you can get burgers, Italian,Chinese you name it and you would need to be awfully fussy not to get something to please you and if it's only coffee your looking for there is a choice of that too
B. O.
Easy parking. You can find everything what you need. Cinema, restaurants, tkmaxx, tesco, sport direct…
P. G.
Lots of parking, lovely places for food & great variety of shops
B. L.
Good shopping centre, always clean tidy and we'll presented.
s.
This place is nice not having the 2nd floor like breahead does. Some great shops and restaurants. It's definetly one of the cleanest and tidiest kept shopping centres. My wife never likes public toilets but she said they have the best toilets, I then went and she was right, best toilets I've seen haha
C. G.
It's great there is still somewhere to go and physically do some shopping. This place still fits the bill.
M. R.
Great for a shopping spree, although JD Sports and Sports Direct could make their stores more Wheelchair friendly to comply with the Disability Act as both have non accessible areas throughout and staff not willing to help our even move out of way for you.
The odd stare from people isn't welcomed when you try to get past them in a chair, and can make you feel anxious, although the majority are easy going and move way to let you through.
M. O.
Lots of lovely shops and places to eat
K. M.
Great variety of retail stores, always clean. Staff are friendly enough. Always fund good deals. Recommended
A. K.
I went birthday present shopping with my
y grandauter and family then went to heavenly dessert wich was fantastic
J. K.
Great shopping mall with a very good variety of shops and eating establishments.
I. M.
Really great show, highly recommend. 2 hrs flew in. Absolute masterclass of variety & talent.
S. M.
Walked four and half miles round the shops at Silverburn
M. B.
Nice experience loads of shops to visit great parking
M. M.
Good variety of shops, plenty eating places, lots of parking. Easy to get to.
R. H.
Great big shopping centre with good shops and plenty of places to eat well run establishment
k. “.
Parking let's the place down. Avoid on weekends for this reason but always well maintained and good choice of shops inside
G. M.
Lovely clean place but very busy
R. T.
Great used the shopability scooter smooth run round shops
Will be back
L. M.
Since Debenhams closed down, the place is not the same. Not a great variety and a bit expensive if it's not sales season.
R. i.
Like everywhere else outlets are closing but still a few good stores, also good places to eat.
R. D.
Excellent selection of restaurants and the cinema is great. The shops are OK but a little pricey.
K. G.
Good variety of shops, bright and airy. Good if you're fit and mobile. If you were old and not so good on your feet I think it would be hard going as its all on the ground floor with alot of shops which means you have to walk a bit of a distance to get to one end of the centre to the other.
O. T.
Big indoor shopping mall. They have a section for food, a cinema, clothing store, sports stores, jewelery store, coffee shops, a Tesco, a currency place, and many more.
A. E.
I think it can be a better place if only the restaurants improved. Poor choice of restaurants
B. L.
This place has a great variety of shops and food outlets. Parking isn't well directed at first but once you find find them its ok. Not a lot of baby and toddler Parking tbh.
B. Y.
Good variety of shops, plenty of choice for a bite to eat.
R. M.
Brilliant place to shop very friendly and Tony macaroni great place to eat 😀
D. M.
Not the best selection of shops but if you're looking for somewhere to go for food or cinema, I'd definitely recommend silverburn. Amazing selection of food places. Clothes and other shops not so much.
R. H.
A great place to go and spend a few hours, lovely shops.
S. M.
Average big shopping center, bit empty now as several shops closed, parking is good but have struggled at busier times, has good food and cinema options.
N. B.
When its busy nightmare to get parked and get out of the multi story. Decent selection of shops and place to eat
A. E.
Loads of space to breathe, eat, shop and watch movies with a huge range and variety of shops without worrying about the weather. Æ
A. A.
Very happening place, lots of things to do. A fun place for all ages
e. h.
Everywhere should welcome dogs!
More eating places need to let us in and the once that do should make more or a big deal about it!
g. A.
Great for seasonal events and hot food
D. G.
As a shopping centre I don't know but the food court is top! Lots of delicious 😋 options while on the job
t. m.
Thank you to the 2 security guards/first aiders think 1 was called liam they attended me when i collapsed straight back with low blood sugars they looked after me incredibly well..thank you guys & thank you to the lady who got me water & chocolate. First class
G. R.
Great shopping centre with all the main shopping outlets. The best thing about Silverburn is the food court. There is a great choice of cuisine and there normally isn't too much of a wait to get a table in any of the places.
I still much prefer Glasgow City centre for shopping but for convenience or on a rainy day Silverburn is a good alternative. Much better than Braehead in my opinion.
N. O.
Great shops but nothing spectacular. It seems to have less shops than other shopping outlets but all the same as what you would find at Braehead or Glasgow Fort.
Bonus is the free parking unlike at St Enochs or Buchanan Galleries plus the large Tesco Extra if you need a food shop or fuel while you are there. It is an indoor centre giving it the advantage over the fort for rainy days.
C. D.
Good place to shop and eat! All areas were clean. It felt like a safe place to be during time of incidence of covid-19 cases. Was able to purchase everything I needed in various shops.
B. R.
Very nice shopping can be done here.
R. F.
This is a fantastic shopping location with shops to meet almost everyones needs. There is plenty of parking available, lots of coffee and food options availabke too.
If you are there with babies and young children, then the family toilet facilities are the best I have seen. There is a toilet for mum and dad, sinks, microwaves, bottle warmers, hot and cold water facilities, nappy changing stations, comfortable chairs for feeding and a touch screen game setup for slightly older kids to diatract them while dealing with the little ones. Lots of space for your buggy too.
Well done Silverburn
M. O.
Better than braehead and many others, great facilities, fantastic toilets, spacious and comfortable to navigate even when busy
M. F.
Big shopping mall, really busy, specially around Christmas.. reccomended!
J. B.
Not really impressive. It has shops. It has a food hall. Nothing to write home about.
Went there because there was meant to be a decathlon as well but it turns out it is tiny and is inside the tesco. So ended up leaving to go to another decathlon.
Sports direct is big. Tk maxx is okay size.
I just don't see the fuss of it.
A. B.
Not a bad place to shop could have more toilets not just the ones by the entrance it is clean and tidy
J. M.
Good range of shops and eateries with lots of free parking
S. P.
My favourite mall. However, still not its old vibrant self owing to SNP Lock-up.
UPDATE. Mostly restored to its pre-Lock-up state. The best mall in Glasgow.
D. M.
Amazing selection of shops, great for hours of shopping, TGI is always worth a visit xD
A. H.
Quite busy first thing.
Not a lot of masks.
Could not get what I wanted so left and went to a local shop and made a purchase, with the abortive trip there and back it was still marginally cheaper to. Buy local.
Still the costly option
W. M.
Haven't been in years but I loved this place far better than Glasgow
S.
Very good area and spotless and maintained with security and cleaning staff in a good way. Ridiculous amount of disabled parking in lower multi storey car park. Hence 3 stars.
M. F.
Great place to shop from; couldn't help but notice the number of old favourites that have disappeared since covid. What a shame.
L. M.
Can't believe Debenhams has disappeared from our high streets and shopping centres. M&S has an extended and inspiring food hall. I would love one near where I live in Poole. Also has Patisserie Valerie, what's not to like.
B. P.
Good place for complete weekend activities. Shopping, food, cinema and big place kids love ❤ it
M. D.
Cotswold Outdoor at Silverburn has a great selection of outdoor wear. Extremely helpful staff and a pleasant place to shop
J. B.
Great place for a shopping trip, managed to get fully kitted out with a wedding outfit and accessories, had a lovely day finished off with a yummy meal, there is a good variety of well know restaurants all in one area of the centre 😊
p. c.
A very good modern shopping centre with plenty of shops.
R. S.
Good shopping centre with free parking
C. D.
As shopping centres here go its quite a diverse one
M. M.
absolutley fab that you can go shopping and take your pet with you , makes you want to come here more often 👍
I. B.
Service yards are not hard to find security sweet
M. W.
I do like a trip to silverburn , but it's missing something now Debenhams has closed
k. w.
I has great time there, got my sister put on canvas the girl down fantastic job as my sister has been dead for 18 year the photo I have her was quite dull so happy because wake up every morning she there bought clothes out zara and next great quality, and cheap as well, security where there but not follow me about they where very helpful, and it they're job, to catch their as there is always plenty about
C. C.
Good shopping for retail but my favourite is tim hortons doughnuts amazing
j. f. (.
It's been a long time since I've visited. It's changed so much and was really busy! My son is in a wheelchair and we were able to visit most stores without taking the stock with us!! Navigating through the crowds was a challenge, but we managed! Hope to visit again in the New Year.
S. S.
An amazing facility with plenty to see, shop and eat.
Update July 2022
There's a few closures; A few new stalls but no less to see, eat and browse.
I consider it commendable that the standard of maintenance and cleaning appears to be as good as during the Pandemic.
P. C. E.
Great Shopping Centre in Pollok. Boasts of many major High Street Shops.
A. R.
A few of the stores have disappeared but this will be to those companies closing down, but this has left a few vacant spaces, but retail is like this everywhere, good shopping venue great food choices and great cinema. Staff are friendly and helpful.
J. C.
Relaxed shopping arena? Good space to move around even when busy👍
J. M.
It has every known shop in one place. No need to go anywhere else
P. C.
Lots of space to move around. A wide variety of high end retailers and restaurants to suit your needs. Like all shopping centres Debenhams being closed leaves a big GAP. I think having a small marketplace within the old Debenhams store which hosts a variety of different entrepreneurs with their own bespoke products to sell could be both exciting and innovative 💡. You could have sections like Foods of the World and Culture Arts and Crafts etc.
L. S.
It's a big mall and nice, but be aware of mall rats everywhere. I think must be a local issue. Special attention in early morning times as these go to school!
a. g.
Personally my fave shopping centre. Its just perfect size not too small and not too big , and there are all the most popular shops in there with some cool restaurant selection and cinema. Especially recommend to check Thaikhun ;)
Y. H.
Good choice, good location, easy to get in and out of. Tesco car park has a stay limit of 2 hours and spaces outside can be difficult to find. The multistory car park is on the other side of the building and has great access and lots of spaces.
E. H.
Very busy place good variety of shops .Parking can be difficult if busy
V. D.
Facilities are generally clean and never too busy.
A lot of shops are closed though so selection not as good at used to. T
Restaurant selection needs a refresh too.
Parking is plentiful and you have a 24 hour Tesco as part of it which is useful.
T. B.
Clean, tidy, lots of good shops. All round a good shopping centre.
A.
Free parking and a ton of places to shop and eat. Very well maintained.. has charging points with lockers too
L. A.
Good variety of shops and food outlets. Love the Christmas decorations but a bit underwhelming
D. B.
Clean shopping centre with good parking and decent shop selection. Unfortunately some have closed etc but still worth a visit and food court has lots of variety.
Special shout out to the "baby room" too which is perfect for all feeds and changing needs.
A. M.
Visited here today for a Mother’s Day treat and thought the service and food was amazing, will definitely be back. Sushils service was great. Only down side would be the poor wine selection.
S.
The downstairs M&S cafe is closing. People need a watering hole somewhere other than in the shop cafe upstairs which is claustrophobic.
Nice move M&S.
You closed my favourite little cafe. We'll simply shop somewhere else when we want clothes. Bye Bye. 👋
L. B.
Very good shopping centre. Decent variety of shops from food to fashion available. An excellent food court with most tastes catered for. A take away coffee to a full sit down meal is available depending on what you want. Toilet facilities are clean and tidy. Free parking is aplenty. The centre is well serviced by bus and has great links to the motorway.
J. S.
Love this place. 1st visit and highly recommended for food/shopping
D. A.
Parking isn't great at busy times and could do with a better range of shops but good, varied restaurant section
R. D.
Centre is long and narrow with nowhere near enough parking, especially at the food court end. That said, the centre is immaculate and a really nice environment with a good selection of shops.
D. C.
As shopping centres go this is one of the best. Great selection of shops, restaurants, cinema etc plus it's airy and wide open so feels less crazy when busy.
The addition of a TGIs here is the icing on the cake.
S. W.
Very large. Plenty of parking and shops for your retail pleasure.
C. C.
Not my favourite retail park. Not a great choice of stores.
J. S.
Been here shopping some fantastic bargain and the public toilets are like a 5 star hotel
A. B.
Fantastic shopping centre. Free parking.
A. M.
Many shops, but specifics can be hard to find.
Parking causes a lot of problems during cold days.
A. W.
Busy busy place .love the Christmas decorations .
K. W.
Went to Barrhead Travel for holiday money great rate
R. P.
Great big space for walking round shops if it's raining. Really nice shops and good restaurants. There is also always something going on
M. R.
Good shopping centre. Free car parking. Easy access from Motorway. Clean and family friendly.
B. O.
If you're going to give in to consumerism, it might as well be here. More places to eat than before, Waterstones always good. Toilets quite clean which is nice.
E. N.
The cafe outside M&S has disappeared, luckily the one inside is still there and the filter coffee and a scone is still reasonably priced.
G. G.
We only went to McDonald's and the cinema but we had a great time hope to do more next time
A. B.
Best place around to shop these days
g. I.
Just a good place to do shopping on weekends
R. M.
Came for the first time a couple of weeks ago to go to the cinema, and going through the atrium was very mind blowing.
Lots of shops, snack stands and restaurants, plus a cinema all in one big space.
Highly reccomend for a day out after the pandemic has cleared up, ensuring you can take advantage of all facilities
K. K.
Good shopping mall with a decent variety of shops, just missing a Primark, got everything else you need from a mall. Like the fact it has a Tesco extra too and a few good mainstream restaurants as expected, just a hassle with the car park, always seems full or spaces seem to be at the far end, which is a horrible walk in winter. Tesco car park has a time limit, Better than Braehead though
P. B.
Lots of the shops are closed/closing down. Seems like its only still going because of the restaurants and cinema
L. M.
Friendly atmosphere and loads of trendy good shops
M. S.
its such a shame they didn't make it 2 levels with more shops. the place is clean and tidy and airy
M. B.
Yes it is nice but nothing that other centres already have. Prefer braehead and livingstone.
P. M.
Great place for shopping got everything I was looking for 👍
P. H.
Busy but always clean only 1 or 2 empty
P. B.
Lovely shopping centre but a very unpleasant experience where 2 bristle headed, leather jacketed creeps in an Audi blasted their horn at me for walking across the car park. They were driving across the parking area, not the road. I'm hoping it's on CCTV. They laughed, I didn't.
L. G.
I'm just passing through quickly to get to a restaurant. Looking forward to coming back soon for a shopping spree.. very clean and welcoming also security guards very helpful..
A. A.
Ample Free parking. Bright clean atmosphere.
Coffee or new shoes or maybe bread and milk it's all there.
Plus a good walk around.
R. f.
Always love the place. excellent customer service.
H. C.
Only 2hours free parking takes longer than that just shopping in Tesco's for my groceries thank God I don't go into the shopping centre as well would end up getting a ticket for over staying and spending money in your shops
R. T.
Very good glad most shops open
A. B.
The environment is big and airy enough room for everyone given covid restrictions, people respecting distance between themselves and others. The shops are working hard to make people feel very comfortable and enjoy their browsing and shopping experiences.
R. S.
Love visiting here. Great shops, great place for having a bite to eat and free parking. There's also a big Cineworld for all the latest movies.
R. L.
Really gone downhill recently, the range of shops is pretty poor and the variety of restaurants is not great. The food quality from these restaurants has also dropped. It used to be a day out for the family now its just rubbish.
A. M. R.
Went to Silverburn to get shoes for my husband as really nowhere in East Kilbride to get shoes now as so many stores have closed.
Silverburn is really nice. Lots of shops to suit everyone. There is also a large M&S which is good. We had a walk around. Plenty of places to eat. Bright and airy and free parking, which is a bonus. Got what we were looking for. Will defo go back.
C. C.
So many of the same type of shops. Nothing special here
G. E.
It's OK if you can park !
D. M.
Lots of empty units, a bit disappointing. Visited M&S and had a struggle to get what I wanted, seems to be low on stock as are a lot of the shops . MAYBE Braehead is a better option.
N. D.
A dizzying array of retail outlets, chain cafes and restaurant. Includes a pleasingly large Tesco Extra plus an excellent multiplex cinema with kiosk and toilet facilities one would expect; and are perhaps a legal requirement.
c. c.
Fantastic shopping centre and one of the few that has most of their retail units with shops that haven't closed down and good area for a bit to eat
A. S.
Not very many decent shops there are more fast food area's could do with some better shops considering the amount of local area's nearby the shopping centre
J. R.
Great experience every year for Xmas shopping
C. M.
A splendid array of concessions from one end to the other, food court at the northern end allowed for a break & then back again. Ample parking with Tesco fuel station.
A.
Good cinema but the seats could be more comfy like Odeon's or Vue's. A decent amount of restaurants available too but quite a few shops closed down.
c. ..
Big Shopping Centre with a good variety of shops and restaurants. Clean environment and kid friendly.
Could easily spend the full afternoon there.
V. P.
Biggest mall in my area with lots of brand
A. S.
Great selection of shops and restaurants, prices are higher as you would expect.
Very busy, had to take third choice of restaurant. We ended up in a pancake place which was in a word bogging.
P. W.
Really good, lots of name brand outlets,
A. A.
It's a nice shopping centre with free parking and a really good food hall
R. M. (.
Premium shopping centre limited shops nothing special but free parking and a nice space with a good selection of resteraunt chains cinema ample parking and some shops
J. K.
Shopping
Eating
Family time
S. L.
Best indoor mall in the Glasgow area. Loads of free parking including numerous disabled bays. Very wide mall with lots of space for social distancing. Most units occupied so nice to see not many boarded up shop fronts. Good selection of shops, usual chains but very tidy and well looked after. All staff helpful and friendly.
p.
Good food options as well as shopping. Has a huge Next and M&s within the centre itself. A beautiful desserts place and pure gym. Everything in one place!
R. C.
Good parking, friendly and efficient staff. Not a bad selection of shops, just a pity about all the empty shops.
R. N.
Great place warm and under cover. Good range of shops and lots of parking. Pleasantly surprised during 1st visit.
A. L.
I was a bit dissapointed to find that a lot of what could be considered big stores have now disappeared, and replaced by some unknown Stores.I went to look for a pair of Jeans, but was limited to only two or three Stores to Choose from.
Changed days, and unfortunately for the worse.
S. H.
Probably one of the nicer malls in Glasgow. Good amount of free parking and a good selection of shops. Also the cinema and food court area is very nice now. Plenty of choice of places to eat.
I. D.
The shopping place you should definitely visit
s. M.
Lots of great shops with sales on just now and loads of great places for food
A. G.
Great place to meet with friends for food
C. B.
A good selection of shops and restaurants
A. D.
Great shopping centre with varying high street branded shops also contains a Cineworld complex and multiple eating establishments .Plenty available parking .
W. P.
So many high Street and fashion stores in one place. Great food court too: all with free parking
R. J.
Plenty of choice in a nice clean indoor shopping mall. I went for lunch in one of the restaurants they have. Would definitely go back again to both the restaurant & the shopping centre.
K. A.
Nice shops, good parking, plenty of choice for eating places.
g. m.
Great shopping centre. All kinds of shops catering for many interests. Superb range of eateries too.
K. H.
Just went to tesco. But been before . Even bought my engagement ring 💍 from there H. SAMUELS.
Good choice of shops and food court is great
L. P.
Very busy place and terrible to try and park
H. K.
Not a bad shopping centre but the food court is great and one of the best I’ve seen in a shopping centre.
I went for a click and collect. The area is well set out, the signage is clear and sanitising is in place.
Ample parking and easy access
J. B.
Silverburn is a great place with lots of shops. My favourite place is tai Khun. The tai restraunt. The food in there is really good and cosmos world buffe is there and its a descent place as well
D. T.
Nice place to go shopping, never seems to be busy. Very clean and tidy.
C. C.
Loads of parking, clean and pleasant shopping experience. Sad to see so many empty units....reflective of the times unfortunately!
C. C.
There are not many retail shopping centres that I like. This however is fantastic. An easily accessible site by car and plenty of parking spaces. The centre has a wide range of shops including national companies. It has a great variety of everything. The whole place is well laid out and surprising for a shopping centre it is very relaxing and has a nice atmosphere.
T. M.
Beats a trip to the city centre and better presented than other local malls but can't see the logic in allowing dogs in... 'Doesn't take away from empty units and the disappointment of so many people causing trouble, going unchallenged - like everywhere price rises are starting to show
F. N.
Great shopping centre with Cinema and lots of places to eat. Usual high street selection plus lots of designer clothes places. Plenty of parking although can get busy. Loads of spaces in multi story with good links to shops. Saves driving round in circles looking for a space in main car park!
g. g.
Good selection of shops . Good shopping experience.
R. B.
Love it. Cant go wrong. Whatever you need its there. So much choice. Free parking. All undercover. Plenty of eating places too.
P.
Always come here for a bit of shopping and cake and it is always very clean. Free parking is a massive bonus too.
S. P.
very impressed, an excellent shopping experience. Only one drawback is that once you get to the other end, you have to return all the way to catch the bus!
E.
We arrived at probably the busiest time of the day and had no problem finding a parking space. Once inside all social distensing signage and the one way system was clearly marked with most people following the rules. All restaurants were quite busy so might be worth booking ahead if you can
G. B.
A really fine shopping venue, lots of variety in stores, airy, comfortable high ceilings and broad walkways. We had a really nice meal in Zizzi's restaurant.
m. c.
Near home. Good shopping in tesco and Marks and Spencer. Plenty other shops and eating places. Bright and spacious. We can keep healthy distance
J. C.
Every thing you need under 1 roof
K. M.
Not the best choice of shops mostly expensive designer shops. Went for the cosmo buffet and it was closed during the day.
S. A.
Buzy but not crowded. One way system in operation and all shops had hand sanitizer at door and 2metre slots well marked. Huge range of well established as well as pop up shops and stalls. Coffee shops all clearly adhering to SD protocols which is very reassuring. More than enough parking for everyone
p. d.
Big shopping mall with plenty of different shops to choose from.quiet during the week and busy at weekends as you would expect.plenty of variety with clothes shops, cineworld cinema and lots of places to eat.
L. B.
Good place to spend a rainy day
E.
Seems clean enough, with hand sanitizing stations all over which is great, but it's always too busy. And sometimes you have to walk quite quite far down to turn around and go up the other side, it would be helpful if there were more areas you could change direction.
A. D.
Great mall something for everyone
B. H.
Free parking. Lots of high-end shops, not the usual suspects. Plenty of comfortable places to sit in the main street.
F. L.
Sliverburn is a great shopping centre which loads of different shops including, makeup, clothes, toys, art galleries and more!! Sliver burn is also great for all the different cafes and restaurants that it has all with amazing food!
r. a.
Lovely shopping centre i was in here all the time (before lockdown) . Has many shops and food places too! Has a prayer room too and plenty of toilet facilites from tk max on the right , and general toilets in the centre and far left of the store. Also a huge tesco outside so can do your shopping all in the one day so its convenient !
W. M.
Lots to do and see free parking
B. P.
Lost a star cos they are allowing people with no masks to wander around, other than that it's a great shopping centre with a good range of food outlets and plenty of stores, hope they fill the spot where Debenhams was quickly.
J. G.
come here several times a week. nice atmosphere and decent coffee options
M. H.
Plenty of shops cafe and restaurants to visit
L. R.
Was impressed. Not been there for a number of years and liked the selection of shops and food outlets.
R. L.
Massive could spend most of a day just window shopping
J. S.
There's a good one way system set up. Altough some people can't follow basic instructions. Everyone wearing masks. The decorations are always lovely. If you go on their website they let you know a quieter time to visit
J. M.
Very nice experience! Lots of shops and very lovely atmosphere
A. F.
Amazing shopping centre! From food to build a bear even a cinema, highly recommend it
A. Y.
Just amazing, totally recommend.
B. F.
Wife liked it, predominantly female clothes shops. If you need to sit a while go somewhere else. If your elderly and less mobile, give it a miss. No seating anywhere, whilst other malls have covid separated ones. Otherwise clean and pleasant, Tesco and M & S make it worthwhile.
D.
Only went to the GAME store which is located inside Sports Direct...
Can't wait for the braehead store to reopen... As its closer to where I live, but the girl behind the counter in GAME seemed chatty and fun, chatted about the times I was employed by GAME... Long time ago...
M. J.
Good number of shops for both recreational goods as well as groceries. Parking is satisfactory at most times outwith weekends and holidays (especially Christmas). Also a high number of fast food chains and restaurants for whatever you feel like eating. Very clean and modern building that is easy to navigate.
U. H.
Nice decor & good service despite being busy
P. B.
Enjoyed coming here but really only came here for a Five Guys as East Kilbride doesn’t have one
S. H.
My daughter loves books so she was in her element books and bubble tea lol
M. F. (.
Loads of shops all under one roof. Parking aplenty, and right beside Tesco so that you can grab any bits and bobs after your shopping spree. Great for a rainy day as its all under cover. They have a great range of restaurants too - something for everyone.
M. P. V.
The best shopping centre in Glasgow 💪🏼 Shops, restaurants, cinema, spa, gym... it’s opening all days all day
M.
A great variety of shops, restaurants and cafes complete with gym and cinema. What more can be said? This place has everything you could possibly look for. Can be very busy and parking especially so! But with multiple car parks and a multi-story a little hunting is no problem. A great place for a nice date night, shopping spree or a quick coffee! Fantastic!
j. j.
Even for a short period of time its a lovely place to be. And if you're looking to kill time with a take out coffee, find a comfy seat and watch the world go by, its just as nice. They do provide an excellent amount of soft comfy chairs and sharing couches which are popular with young and old alike.
G. Q.
Despite the horrendous rain I was able to park near the entrance, pop along to Schuh and our again quickly.
It was nice to see that there was an active 1way system being followed by visitors mostly wearing masks
I noticed quire a few cleaning staff while I visited which was reassuring.
I'll visit again
P. K.
IT'S FULL OF SHOPS GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR A NON SHOPPER
J. B.
It is enormous. Full of shops that you get in all shopping centres and, oh dear, Debenhams is closed. Who is going to pay the rent now?
Note the many large car parks, restaurants, Cineworld, Waterstones.
J. S.
The thing about silver burn now is the new design marks and Spencer the bakery is superb
N. A.
For some reason I like this mall...it's got good eating joints and tempting options for shopping. The only downside at the mo is the closed down debenhams.
W. M.
Lots more space although if you park in tesco they don't give enough time
Z. A.
Good variety of shops in Silverburn, hopefully we can get a Primark there after a change in ownership.
Argos is no longer there anymore, but new food shops have opened up, some are halal.
There is also a Tesco at Silverburn, but it's no longer 24hrs anymore unfortunately.
Hopefully bigger & brighter things to come with new ownership.
J. C.
Easy to get to from m8 , m74 . Free parking. Large indoor shopping area. Lots of lovely places to eat. Lots of nice shops too. Very clean and all on one level. They also offer a disabled wheelchair facility (but best to contact in advance to avoid disappointment)
Overall a nice place to shop
D. H.
Nice indoor shopping centre. Decent selection of shops and a really good food court.
A. R.
Great range of shops and restaurants. Cinema is good. Good amount of parking spaces.
M. Y.
Great place for shopping.
All the shops you need.
Plenty of parking spaces.
Lot's of places to eat.
A. R.
Always love Silverburn! Free parking, shop, dinr and play❤
D.
I really enjoyed this place especially all the different restaurants and shops would rate this a 5-star I will definitely be going back !!! 😁
s. s.
Under current circumstances it can be rather cramped as some shops have queue system in place that spills onto mall floor. Very claustrophobic when busy as its all on one floor. Number of high quality stores but trying to be fancy when it's not.
I.
Great selection of shops and restaurants. There used to be a problem finding parking, but now that the new multi-storied car park has been added, the problem is solved.
S. F.
It's a vast shopping centre with a wide range of stores. Parking is free and you are best parking in the multi storey section as it is quieter. Getting out of the centre at the roundabout is chronic and really needs addressed with traffic lights. A multi screen cinema recently opened and the food hall has been expanded and is a great place to visit with a big range of eating places.
B. A.
Local shopping centre with pretty much everything you would need.
B. P.
Missing shops so not as good as it was when it opened. Some newer shops are 'tacky', next to designer brands.
The centre is very clean, social distancing aware.
S. M.
Good range of clothes shops and restaurants with plenty of parking spaces.
K. P.
Not as big as thought very open
c. c.
Fantastic shopping centre with a great selection of shops and restaurants.. With good public transport links and also free parking. Leaving the centre, especially the multi storey can be problematic especially between 3 and 6 o'clock best to do your shopping and dining or go see a movie between these times
D. C.
It's a cracking group of shops from food to your dailie shop to that gift that sparkles for the right person, also a bank health centre and cinema, only negative is that when its mobbed it's a bit hectic. Silver lining though it has more parking than you could ask for and a handy Tesco petrol station in the center
M. O.
Not the fault of silverburn that many of the stores have closed, but as they have always aimed for the upmarket consumer in the current climate there is not going to be many companies who can afford to operate from the vacant units.
J. H.
Good all-around retail shops.
Still a good shopping place but still the same complaint prices, due to inflation.
Still the same.
K. C.
Had not been to Silverburn since covid outbreak. Very disappointing, a lot of empty units and nothing very exciting to temp you to purchase. After an hour left empty handed.
M.
Although my visit was badly timed on a Saturday during the build up to Christmas, the only fault I could point out was that disabled parking was limited on that day resulting in a long walk for my carer whilst pushing my chair. Despite this once inside the amount of space was easily able to handle the customer numbers hinted at by the amount of cars outside.
R. M.
The shopping centre is well laid out. Sometimes it is a bit short on parking. The toilet facilities are clean and well maintained. Good selection of food establishments and lovely cinema. Wish we had these down South.
A. M.
Always end up here but I think if you stuck a cheeky primark in the old Debenham would be better I feel silverburn is only for the wealthier needs some cooncil shops
d. a. m.
Easy parking plenty spaces.
Lots of top brands shops.
And a good food court.
W. L.
Travelled here from East Kilbride...... sad to say it puts our town centre shopping mall to shame. No empty shops, good variety of shops and no parking charges.
S. S.
A very nice shopping centre, so much variety, and shops for everyone. Lots of things you can do. Good for a day out.
M. M.
This is the first time, in years that I have visited Silver Burn.
This shopping centre, didn't have a great variety of shops. Now I'm not a great fan of clothes shops, as they are practically all the same shop, but different. However, 98% of the shops here, were dull and boring.
However the centre looked great.. at least.
A great variety for restaurants. Although, extremely busy. Except Five guys and TGI Fridays... at the very back.
The cinema is also a great destination to see films.
P. N.
Solid shopping center, has a little bit of everything. Recommend visiting with free time you may have. Currently has lockdown precautions in place but can still move freely.
J. M.
Almost got all my Christmas shopping done thanks to this lovely shopping centre! And then ending the night with a lovely meal at Zizzi's and a film in the cinema 😁
S. O.
Hats off to the guy in Superdrug who could clearly see the panic in my eyes when sent to buy a "Setting spray" I still don't know what this item does but the guy was very helpful and directed me to the nearest store which stocked the brand
S. G.
Lovely modern shopping centre with all of your usual high street stores. Light and airy with classic Christmas decorations
D. M.
When there are no road works it is a simple place to get to with ample parking and a great selection of eating places, shops and a cinema. If anything the roadworks are causing massive headaches in the areas surrounding Silverburn. Traffic has increased tenfold and is having a knock on effect on the roads around Silverburn.
k. s.
Such a big mall and a great shopping place
A. S.
My first time there I liked it. Good selection of shops. Easy to get there from Buchanan bus station and easy to get the bus back.
A. Y. K.
Service at the all Cafés are not great! The staff must be fed up to serve large number of customers. All the latte coffees l tried at different places are not great. 5/10 is the most....
K. T.
A good selection of shops including a big Tesco. Visit any time after 1030 and the parking can be hard to find on the level for wheelchair access. There are a reasonable number of disabled spaces, however this is in my experience the worst for cars parking and not displaying the blue badge. The way that the roads and parking spaces are laid out can severely test some drivers skill, leading to extra frustration.
Inside the shopping area the high ceilings make it difficult to heat. The shops are warm enough, but it can be cooler in the central area. The shopping mall is always clean with almost no litter, and the same can be said for the toilet areas.
This is one of the better managed shopping centres because there are few if any empty units. Someone has found a good balance between charging an appropriate rent without forcing shops to close.
A. M.
A shopping center what can you say?
S. W.
Many of the attractive department stores and popular fashion shopping outlets, including Argos have now closed and they are certainly missing. Not a lot of choice now. TK Maxx and Marks and Spencer have survived as the busier stores.
Still a wide choice for restaurants. Overall and at the moment, still the Beautiful high ceiling built shopping mall (with Cinema).
J. S.
Great cinema. Good food and drinks available. Plenty parking. Good shoping center. Nice friendly staff.
L. C.
Apart from selfish people holding 2 tables of 4 seats for 6 adults and 2 very small kids and chatting while the queue got longer it felt very safe, I did notice alot of people never sanitised their hands entering shops, maybe no entry if you don't abide by rules is required.
Staff are working so hard and it cannot be easy wearing a mask all day so a big thank you for all your doing.
Stay safe everyone and heres to a day when our precious world is as we knew it or as close as it can be.
L. A.
Just can't understand why there isn't a Primark! Especially with the empty units at Debenhams and topshop
A. C.
Fantastic shops and coffee shops great deals 👍
S. S.
Huge, clean, attractive shopping centre with very good selection of varied stores. In fact, it's too big for me at one go, which is annoying but my fault not theirs. I have to decide whether I'm able for the M&S end, or the Tesco end ( not both).
P. A.
Oh what a sad sight to see such a beautiful place to hang without life. I am very sad to see this. Went today to pick up some thing from Holland and Barrett, and felt so sorry for the place. This is a destination in itself and Silverburn has achieved this Destination title with it's hard work, cleanliness and helpful staff. It offers so much variety, if I start mentioning this review will be encyclopedia. Just one last word this is the best place to go and spent once lockdown opens. Oh can't wait for this news, WE ARE OPEN!!!.
E. P.
Beautiful shopping mall, well designed and with a lot of parking places
N. M.
Love Silverburn.40 minutes up the 77 from Ayr.all shops under cover.Huge M&S,fab food Hall, cafe upstairs with window facing onto shopping centre to watch the world go by.serves breakfast & lunch.hot meals like baked potatoes, chilli, light bites like toasties and sandwiches.great kids selection.wide array of shops from Next, Tesco’s,maxx to Smiggle and Build a Bear.Winter Garden food court to die for.Pizza Hut wagamama's, Nandos,Tim Horton,Chopstix,Patisserie Valerie,Pozza Express to name but a few.something for everyone.Oh and a humongous cineworld showing all the latest films with a Starbucks on site and plenty of snacks to choose from.Highly recommended for a day out but make sure you use the silverburn car park and NOT the Tesco one or you could end up with a fine for staying over the 3 hour limit.
F. P.
Well presented shopping centre. Free multi storey parking. Clean toilets. Good cinema. Yo-Shushi. Lots of eating places. We went during the week, so not busy at all, but other reviewers say it is busy at the weekend.
S. B.
Great shipping centre. Great selection of stores and restaurants. Can be ruined by some locals but Great day out for shopping.
C. A. H.
Not a fan of shopping malls in general but this one is by far the best of those around Glasgow - feels spacious with lots of ways in and out if you want fresh air. Good selection of shops and eateries.
S. M.
Love silverburn it's got everything I need.
P. D.
Great selection of shops, m&s, debenhams, river island you name it! Good places to eat, cinema and parking. Spacious and good atmosphere. Toilets usually clean. Big tesco next door. The wee pop up stalls in the middle of the shopping centre are cool too.
B. H.
The shopping centre is too big for me. Great selection of shops
E. H.
Excellent big centre plenty of good places to eat and shop, plus a cinema if the mood takes you.
M. N.
Plenty of eaterys and a cinema as well as a very extensive range of shops and jewellers, everything you need for an afternoon out shopping. Also the big tesco next door is useful if you wanna get the food shop done on the way out.
J. M. R.
Easy free parking, so much under one roof - clothes, food, play areas for kids, even a beauty spa. Could do with free trolleys to move kids & shopping around. Staff always friendly and helpful. Breastfeeding rooms available for anyone who doesn't want to feed in a cafe or needs a wee quiet break though I enjoy sitting with baby on one of many comfy seating areas in centre of mall and people watching. :) Ps don't park at the Tesco end - there is a limit on time there and you may end up with a ticket. Plenty other spaces.
A. K.
Plenty of shops to choose from. Beats online shopping good to actually browse and be able to try on garments.
R. T.
Not been in years very good lots to see and shop disappointed the Debenhams building is still empty but of an eye sort enjoyed the Fossil shop and lunch at Zizzi oh anc great service coffee at Starbucks 👍👍
A. s.
Nice place, and good choices for shopping, although there are a few shops closed in the place
S. R.
A good place for shopping and watching movies.
s. D.
Best for shopping, tea breaks, food, etc
I. P.
Decent food court and the usual array of shops. Location is very convenient (right by the motorway) but the car parks can get VERY full during the festive season and traffic in and out can be tricky as a result. They do put on extra staff to help keep it moving, though!
Recently added a cinema - a shame it's a Cineworld, though.
J. B.
Lovely place you can use their mobility scooters. Most shops are accessible but normally too busy peoplewise to get to go around. Lovely places to eat, vast choice of different foods.
I.
Best shopping mall in Glasgow. No doubt about it.
s. s.
Great place, huge with something for everyone. Lots of food options as well.
M. P.
It's a big shopping centre. It has very little that is unique to make it stand out from any other shopping centre.
A. T.
Good shopping centre, with excellent directions.clean and spacious.Pity the shoppers can't keep the 2 metre distance or wear masks.
J. M.
I found a walk past high quality shops a good source of entertainment. I could afford to buy some of the goods but not a load.
So it's pricey but even without buying it gave me a feel good factor ( Hold on I did buy - I bought a book).
Clean, bright, and cheery. Busy with several eateries. Queue for Nandos !
I'd recommend a visit.
R. C.
Good overall shopping centre, find pretty much everything you need.
C. M.
Great shopping and food place
o. b.
It's great to have so many shops in one place but be aware that parki g is a nightmare even on a quiet weekday. My visit was to Yo! sushi, would have liked more cheaper plates but you can order anything fresh and the food is always excellent (but expensive)
A. B.
Silverburn is dog friendly now! 😁

Silverburn is a good shopping centre with a reasonable choice of shops and food places. As it’s all indoors it’s great for rainy days but everyone else will also have the same idea highly recommend , it has great wheelchair and pram access and the toilets are spotless

Great fairly new very big shopping mall. All the usual big names present. Tesco Extra at one end and M&S at the other. Fuel station. Parking can be very busy especially at weekends. Nice bistros and cafes.

A Mall in the real sense. Supplies all possible needs. From clothing to books to hair removing parlours and food places. But visit with a heavy purse for things are more expensive here than in most other places.

A good shopping centre with a good variety of shops. Free parking and plenty of places to eat. It can be a nightmare to get out of the car parks especially at the weekends leading up to Christmas. There is also a cinema and a tesco. There is also a multi storey car park . It has good links to the M77 motorway both north and south

Easy parking and the selection on shops were good and well kept.

Huge range of shops and restaurants, and very convenient free EV charging in the multistorey car park. The facilities are always in good condition. The layout can require a lot of walking from one end to another though, which isn't ideal if you have several shopping bags. Perhaps some travelators or a mini shuttle service out to the farther car parks would be useful.

Indoor retailing from different retailers, coffee and food places if required as well

Excellent shopping centre you regularly use M&S for food
shopping and it always has
great service and helpful staff
Due to covid-19 there are
sometimes small queues
the staff do there best under
difficult times and the laws
regarding regulatory safty
measurements ... so please
be patient ... I have witnessed
staff being verbally abused
and it’s just not exceptable
Please have a little patience
As for the rest of Silverburn
It’s has a great selection of
shops a food court and a
Cinema ... definitely worth
a visit

Still lots of empty units. Seems a shame. Could be doing with a primark

Not too busy but plenty of eating places. A good selection

Plenty of shops available for nearly all of your needs, location is brilliant as it's next to Motorway and parking is generally pretty easy as there are lots of spaces. Place is always clean and even on the busiest days you can still move about.

High quality shopping centre. There are only super shops here, no fillers like Braehead! Excellent selection of restaurants and bodegas. Car park brilliant, with lights above spaces that turn green when vacant, making finding spaces easy.

Great shopping centre that’s kept in good condition. Large variety of shops and cafes with a big range of restaurants! Conveniently located next to 24hr large Tesco. Regularly hold events and fairs for jobs etc which is also handy. Could easily spend the full afternoon there.

Great shopping centre which also offers 8 EV Chargepoints in the multi-storey car park plus 4 Pod-Point chargers at the Tesco end (confirm charge on the app within 15 minutes).
