Everything you might need within a small retail park. Getting out of the cramped car parks can be an issue with delays. Otherwise very useful and handy if you wish to avoid a trip to either Woodbridge or Ipswich Town centre.

Can sometimes be crowded but staff are always keen to serve people quickly. Nice little bakery counter and all the usual M&S food stuffs. Also a good place to pick up online orders without having to go into Ipswich Town centre.

The retail park has some great shops on your doorstep if you live in Martlesham. Flip side is the parking and congestion during busy periods, which is a lot if the time. Lunchtime is the worst for getting in and out during the week in my experience.

Marks and Spencer have a good selection of vegetables and chilled foods. They also have a good range of vegan foods. I know that everything I buy, is good quality food. I like the flowers , as they last a long time. The cheese scones are delicious.

Love this M&S food store. I visit most weeks for my lunch snacks and other bits and bobs. Highly recommend the prawns with basil and semi dried tomatoes in the deli section. Being dairy free I also make good use of the plant kitchen section. Lovely choice of food in the store and it's all such good quality. It's hard to beat M&S food!

We went to the retail park in order to visit Hobbycraft for some craft items. Being midweek the park wasn't overly busy so there was free parking spaces close to our chosen store. Hobbycraft wasn't busy when we arrived so was able to go straight in. As usual staff were friendly and helpful, the two metre distance was mostly observed and face masks and hand cleanser were in use.

Quick trip to Marks and Spencer’s for food. Parking was easy for a change but you still have to be a bit wary of where you park due to the high number of older shoppers who aren’t quite as accurate as they maybe used to be. Be warned. 😉

Once you get pass the poor parking arrangement, lack pedestrian escape routes to avoid people who should not be driving, the shop is ok. Only suggestion would be to stick to one way in and one way out, just avoids people bumping into each other and we can think of one good reason to avoid that.

The stores like Tesco Boot's & next are decent too! Leading store for customer service & quality is m&s streets ahead of the competition! The staff are friendly, want to help & seem to enjoy the job!!! Definitely needed in these strange times! Especially as the high st has now almost disappeared! Unexpected place to find a food hall. Larger than most M&S stand alone and on a par to traditional food halls in stores.

You definitely can not beat M&S food. This store is amazing, lots of space to shop and the quality of the food can not be matched with supermarkets near by. Their fresh products provides quality and competitive pricing. Take a look you will be surprised at what is on offer, £12 meal deal, always good, or if you fancy a night off, £10 pizza deal this gives you the choice of 2 pizzas and 2 sides, lots to choose from!

An upcoming area. How things have changed since I used to visit Focus when it was here. As good as the shops are.......when busy it is awful to get to and from here. Also the parking is dreadful at peak times. I would suggest you enjoy it before the new places open up and make the gridlock even worse.

A KFC a Gregg's on next street down . A bookies. A ten pin bowl and laser gun area. Also next roundabout down a Lidl, some takeaway shops also car tyre change place. A hardware shop near Gregg's. And a builders cement etc. What else.. oh near Tesco's now a new area with Wickes and top tiles and a cycle shop also a Costa coffee there. A Shell garage if u prefer premium fuel to supermarket.

Park in the wrong place and it can be difficult to get out and you can end up at the back of a slow moving queue. Park smart and shopping here is a breeze.

An ever growing industrial estate with a lot of major stores present and more in the pipeline. A MAJOR drawback is the lack of infrastructure. I was there midweek which was busy enough but weekends can be a nightmare. Xmas coming up!!!
