Millies has always been my childhood favourite cookie spot and the quality is still exactly the same if not better. Pola who always serves me is such a gem, always a warm conversation and you can tell she genuinely loves her job because her service is always excellent. Thank you so much for always giving us a memorable experience, we'll definitely be back again soon!

We ordered a giant cookie for my daughters 7th birthday. We wanted an LOL theme and I told the lady I'll leave it to her to choose the design. She did an absolutely fab job! My daughter LOVED it . The only this I would say is I prefer the individual small cookies than the giant double layered one as it gets too sickly. Other than that couldn't fault a thing...

Ordered a giant Mermaid cookie for my daughter's 4th birthday from the Leicester Highcross branch. I was slightly nervous as the lady had said she'd never done a Mermaid before! I'm blown away, it is absolutely stunning! Wish I could attach a pic! It's so pretty that I'm going to want to eat it. Thank you so much for making my daughter's birthday extra special - she loves Mermaids.

I recently went down to Millie’s cookies in Leicester and was served by Alicia. She was excellent I have nothing but positive things to say the customer experience was brilliant. She really helped me in picking the cookies I wanted and I will definitely be coming back and hopefully can have an equally as good experience as before.

Attended the store today, my cookies were delicious! I had brought a box of cookies, however during transit, from leaving the store, the box broke, where the cookies fell all over the floor, as there was no bags to carry my box of cookies in. I returned to the store, and explained the situation, and Ben a lovely gentleman, behind the counter, replaced all my cookies for free, in a new box. I recently visited this Millies Cookies and ordered a giant cookie for my son. I ordered over the phone and asked for an image of Cookie Monster on the cookie. A nice Millie's in the Highcross. It has a good choice of cookies, cupcakes, milkshakes and other bits. They also tske orders for the big cookies for birthdays etc. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Service was quick and with a smile. Staff knowledge of the different cookies was good. The cookies taste great! I would say it is a bit pricey but nice for the occasional treat.

Nice smallish Millie's Cookies shop in the High Cross Shopping Centre. Lovely tasting cookies and other bits for sale there like cupcakes etc. Overall a nice shop to have in the High Cross when you're fancying something sweet. Although prices are a little high considering what you get, but the great taste makes up for it.

Slightly expensive as their prices keep rising. Milkshake machine isnt always working or on but they are real good milkshakes when working. Cookies are being made smaller and thinner than what they used to be.
