Reviews of St Mark's Shopping Centre
V. H.
Nice to Potter around Lincoln, nicely kept town. Lights were lovely for Christmas. Some good shops and selection of pubs and bars or eateries too. Accessible to most. Some cobble stones and as you venture out of the main square Some steep hills!
J. P.
Nice little shopping centre. Lifts could be signposted better (main lift doesn't go to lower floor) but other than that it's very accessibility friendly. Lower floor has snakes and ladders and hopscotch boards for kids.
Very clean and quite modern.
S. C.
Just love this place, very friendly and helpful staff...the carvery is always nice from this Toby
E.
Parking is always restricted here but able to park across the road in nearby car park. Love the gardens here and it's such a welcome break from the hustle and bustle. Nice selection of shops and not too far from high street.
M. T. B. M.
I was booked to run some balloon making workshops by St Mark's, and was provided with a large, clean area to run them, and assisted by friendly staff.
I am impressed that they are putting on a very large summer activities program, with the majority free to attend. Thumbs up from me
B. P.
Great shopping area you have got to find cosy club what a surprise the place is coffees are great the food looked nice (did not eat this time)
Will be back here when am back in Lincoln
G. &. Z.
Absolutely fantastic around Christmas and always well decorated. Good choice of shops for Christmas shopping too 👍🏻
P. C.
It's a love coming to Lincoln it's great for shopping but St Marks is nice but most of the shops have closed down its more of a ghost town and its a shame the few shops that are open are very nice wish more would reopen and it would be brilliant like it used to be
J. P.
Easy parking and convenient for loads of shops. Very well maintained and lovely to see the garden area catering for young ones with creative penguin litter bins, with plenty of seats to take a rest from shopping.
M. T.
Was a great place to shop. Now a ghost town since the closure of Debenhams. Still some nice shops though.
M. M.
Been to much better places, lacked atmosphere
F. “. J.
Amazing shopping centre and so nice to stay away from rain. Lovely big shops.
C. S.
Quite a pleasant little shopping centre with a fair variation of shops, a nice cafe and pub.
k. Q.
Plenty of parking. Lots of shops to explore, boyes, the entertainer, sports direct, superdrug are just a few. Main high street and city centre just round the corner
m. r.
A good place to visit and good shops enjoyed our day out will definitely be going back.
J. B.
Lovely little set up my son loved it thier. :) great shops too
A. W.
The area is fine. There's nothing much to see except for the drug store and Sports Direct.
K. D.
Good shops with good stuff but sports direct is one of the worst shops I have ever seen
S. C.
Nice and clean, great garden and seating area. Good level of parking
F. m.
Yeah it's a lovely place to shop
U. R.
It was a lovely sunny day,nice place to walk,had coffee,bought doughnuts.enjoyrd it
s. b.
Ok to pop in to for a quick drink and a bite to eat, inside seating is limited.
H. R. -. M. H. R.
Sadly it is on the decline because it is being developed in to student accommodation and mainly carparks and very few shops of real interest anymore
J. m.
A queue of shops but Lincoln is still short off a great shopping centre but Lincoln is still great for shopping
A. S.
Good time, Good shopping, nice coffe xx
a. m.
Had forgotten this was here, had everything I needed. Well worth a visit
J. W.
This is one of my favourite places to shop it's brilliant, absolutely lots of shop's and places to eat.
B. B.
Great place you can find pretty much everything you need.
F. F. a. C.
Shops are great, the new boyes is really useful! I've always thought public toilets would be a good addition, but no luck so far
L. C.
Some great stores in here like sports direct/ boyes 👍
A. B.
St Mark seems to be a little lapsing with friends at the mo although a galant effort by Bouys and a quirky little… sorry large managerie of a shop/cafe next door. Used to be bustling but now just a rustling..
A. M.
Not all the shops are open. I have heard that many of them closed during Covid.
K. S.
Jus5 passed through but, it was sad to see most of the shops have gone for example Debenhams 😞
H. K.
Plenty of nearby parking available and at reasonable fares , and plenty of disabled / parent & child spaces as well, I was also able to pay contactless at the pay and display. Walking distance into the main high street and other amenities, plenty of restaurants and different range of shops to suit everyone and everything.
M. O.
Be ok if they turned toys r us building into a street food hall
M. B.
Wide open space with a good mix of companies.
Easy reach of Lincoln centre, ample parking and a good mix of your shopping needs.
D. M.
Variety of shops, well laid out and maybe it has some character too (e.g. not a standard shopping centre).
G. G.
With Debenhams and Argos now closed and Lakeland moved nearer the centre of Lincoln these have left a massive hole in this shopping centre.. on the plus side the shops that are there are currently well stocked and need our support.. The Entertainer (toy shop) was our destination and we were not disapointed.. 😊
D. A. (.
Always love going to this. Though Thursdays are best as it's not as busy
Kinda expensive for some of the items...
But hey, they got to pay for their stand I guess
R. D.
Hi everyone first time parking there with my girls spaces are good secure the only thing for me little issue i tried to push the coins in wouldn't accept but quickly step back watch another guy use his card then I used my one paid easy tap it was on a Sunday but I highly recommended them no problem Robert dugdale I,ll be back soon
t. s.
Nice little centre... quite hilly in the centre but ok
A.
Neat , clean worth the visit. Need something like this in my town. I like lincoln worth the visit .
D. L.
Not much choice, shops closed down
S. R.
Nice place. Staff were friendly and great food.
U. S. S.
Nice area for a collection of shops and since it's open to the air each shop can close independently. Has some nice places to sit and relax and nearby food and coffee places. Most of the shops here are quite expensive though, but if you want cheap it also has that huge pupillary catalogue shop where you could probably get some reasonable equivalent to what most of the others sell!
L. R.
Very good and clean and tidy place
K. J.
A great selection of goods such as most of the often wanted clothing sellers and competitive merchandises. Has all you need including all the clothing you can get and more. The added cafe and given toilets makes it a great place to base at after a walk around town and I often go to buy suites from there due to their easy to select and test options. ' Recommended majority clothes store '.
S. W.
It's OK could do with bit of modernisation
T. C.
Parking is pricey and you can't just nip in to collect a package without having to pay for parking . There are some nice shops around but I tend to go elsewhere most the time.
D. C.
Excellent shopping centre, also city centre within walking distance.car parking good!Alot of the shops are now closed and empty,Boyes and Sports Direct still open.
S. B. (. P. P.
Large airy shopping area. Some shops have closed - Debenhams and Gap Outlet. Lakeland has moved into the city center
Fast food outlets, sports clothing, toy shop.
T. C.
So many shops have closed down, both chains and independent. Limited shopping experience now. The cathedral and Hill will always be a draw, but it's not what it was.
M. S.
If you are not familiar with Lincoln this shopping area is a little away from.the main area. Walk down and across the railway and you will find it on the right. However looking a little lost now with Debenhams closing. Plenty of coffee shops to visit.
A. L.
Quite a good selection of shops and amenities and fast food, getting busier in the toby carvery, still it's worth the queue.
A. H.
St Marks car park, good for car parking costs I think 2 20 for 2 hours. Nice pedestrian area with interesting shops in St Marks centre, posh feel about the place, a nice burger bar, a coffee shop, and somewhere to sit outside on a nice sunny day. Easy access to main high street on foot. Lincoln is my main favourite for walking around and hanging out. So much to see, loads of history if you look and walk.
D. J.
Good selection of shops.
B. P.
Not been in years. The monument used to be on the high bridge and I was once told the main building is modelled after a river boat ... the scourge of many Lincolnshire waterways .... Yarrrrrrr
C. A.
Loved St Marks shopping centre plenty of parking and good shopping
J. P.
Another shopping area in Lincoln but mostly outside. Still doing a lot of building work in this area including student accommodation. There's a very good mobile sandwich kiosk here that sells good, homemade burgers, highly recommended.
c. s.
Lovely day in Lincoln with a food market on the High Street on Sunday. Many shops open too and a great atmosphere with the odd busker too.
M. D.
Shopping in Lincoln is okay. In the St Marks area there are quite a few empty shops now. Better off going further up the High Street.
M. A.
Pretty awesome area to shop. Food trucks are parked near by on the square to serve up hotdogs and donuts. Parking is fairly cheap. No complaints.
S. A.
Big place with lots of shops. Good experience in a few shops.
S. C.
Went to look for baby clothes, great selection in Gap and Debenhams. Really pleased to see that the parking tariffs have been extended, in recognition of Covid 19 measures in shops, you now pay for 1hr but get 2hrs.
J. G.
Not bad area for coffee
D. C.
Pleasant area to shop, Debenhams is the main shop, but have a choice of coffee shops. Argos is on the main road. Big sports chain is also part of the area. Pay and display car park, but limited spaces. Around near Burger King plenty of spaces towards Pizza hut, but it's pay and display.
C. R.
Always something for the kids to do for free etc sandpit
J. H.
Could do with more shops....but its a nice well kept area
M. B.
Great place to go to not many shops in this part but there is a few and i am.glad the new boyes shop is at st marks now and bck in lincoln as thats a really good shop
L. W. (.
Some lovely shops, very clean and tidy. Lots of empty shop space which is a shame after such a big makeover but does have a big new look, hm, aupeedrug and next as well as smuggle and Claire's for kids and a few others. Such a shame they did away with the toilet in baby change it was so useful! They usually have a chair in there for feeding baby though.
A. A.
Absolutely brilliant place. Absolutely happy I went in mainly because there was a Red Arrows stall in there, just about bought all 5he stock, fantastic items to add to my collection
G. W.
It's a small shopping mall that's in the peculiar position of being overshadowed by its high street counterparts, both in variety and attractiveness.
That said, it offers some unique shops to the centre of the city and is warm and well kept.
Recently renovated.
M. B.
Clean and tidy centre but too many empty shops mean this area needs help
R. P.
Parking at St Marks is expensive, probably the most expensive public car park around, and now that Debenhams has gone not much in the way of shops at the bottom end of town, also if u do park in St Marks make sure u are back on time, these guys waste no time on serving you with a parking ticket. So don't be late!
J. M.
A good shopping area with lots of different retail shops, fast food restaurants, gym and Pub. Plenty of parking including disabled parking though it is pay and display. Some shops though do offer the parking fee back when you spend in their shops.
E. S.
Love going here. Dad likes the costa shop and gap. Mum enjoys superdrug and debenhams. Lovely place with good shops and a great pop up stall that sells massive, warm, delicious burgers.
K. P.
The same corporate chains as every other ghastly shopping centre.
That was three years ago, now most have pulled out, leaving boarded-up shops, very little footfall.
St Mark's retail is south of the city centre, over the level crossing, then cross a very busy road.
The lower end of the High Street between the level crossing and St Mark's was pedestrianised a couple of years ago, sleazy and run down, charity shops, pawn shops, gambling joints, greasy spoon cafes, closed shops and more due to close.
Pedestrianisation of this section of the High Street does not stop Deliveroo serfs riding through, the wrong way down a one way street. Lack of enforcement.
St Mark's retail desolation, once upon a time St Mark's Railway Station. Many boarded-up shops, corporate chain coffee shops serving disgusting coffee, little footfall.
Two new retailers have moved in, Boyz and Fresh Local & Wild.
Boyz deserted. The only difference from when Boyz was off Sincil Street, lacks trip hazard of buckets collecting water from the leaking roof.
Fresh Local & Wild an interesting concept, a coffee shop, unmanned stalls for local businesses, bread, fresh fruit and vegetables, zero waste and art, but in the wrong location. A few lost souls wander in, wander around out of curiosity, wander back out. A few stay for coffee.
The coffee from Seven Districts, skilled baristas, makes worth a visit if in the locality or passing through.
Fresh Local & Wild the saving grace of St Mark's. Were it not for the coffee shop serving excellent coffee, possibility of topping up with zero waste groceries, picking up a loaf of bread and fresh fruit and vegetables there would be no reason to visit St Mark's.
Now three coffee shops worth visiting in Lincoln:
- Madame Waffle
- Coffee Aroma
- Fresh Local & Wild
Avoid the chains and greasy spoon cafes.
Three years ago, before the retail collapse of St Mark's, I gave two-stars, the same rubbish corporate chains find in every ghastly shopping centre. Now little left, little footfall, but Fresh Local & Wild gains it an extra star.
S. G.
Good choice if large shops like Debenham, sports direct mother care. Small boots and Lakeland. Was a toys r us but that will be closing soon. Little coffee shops about for a drink and there's loos in debenhams.
Every shop is wheelchair friendly.
Lots of parking options.
L. B.
A good area for shops - they chop and change a lot though, so not entirely consistent. With Toys R Us closing soon, there's only really the Pizza Hut, Debenhams, Sports Direct and Homebase left for the area.
Parking is a little steep for multiple hours, but seeing as you can park here and go into town, that's understandable.
T. C.
Good range of shops and well maintained. My only problem is for the range of shops the parking is expensive. In my opinion the parking charge is not for patrons of the shops it is purely so people do not park there and walk onto the high street. I would like to see a reduction in the charge for people who purchase an item from one of the shops.
P. B.
Lots of car parks nearby giving easy access to shops. Pity to see shops like Mothercare, Mamas and Papas ,Toys are Us and others disappear. Let's hope Debenhams, Boots and Superdrug remain.
L. P.
We only go to St Marks once in a while and only to one or two shops. We love the Entertainer and Superdrug
I. W.
Just a very small shopping centre that largely features a decent TK Maxx. A couple of the other units have closed (but that's hardly surprising under current circumstances). Good parking that's also handy for the town centre.
J. B.
Like all shopping centres in towns and cities more vacant than occupied
C. C.
Shops OK. But 'one in one out' for toilets is a nightmare with kids.. And totally unnecessary as all have face masks on anyway. And they're the only place instigating this toilet system.
S. D.
Debenham branch here always provide excellent customer service. Although more expensive than other shops they often have a sale and you can find quality items for a reduced price.
R. C.
Lovely lil spot in Lincoln. Some good shops located here and parking.
Parking is pricey In my opinion
S. W.
Lovely shopping area. Very busy with some lovely shops. A very enjoyable day out.
Inexpensive parking also.
Lincoln is a great place to shop, love it.
C. F.
Got everything I needed, school shoes, trainers and winter boots from Sports Direct , staff was very helpful , knew what he was talking about , which was very helpful
Parking in multi carpark cheap, Beautiful little park there,
P.
This place has it's ups and downs, plus it seems to be going through some kind of refurbishment process at the moment, the ups the entertainer, debenhams, sports direct, argos, the downs no toys r us anymore or homebase, asda home, etc plenty closed down but hopefully debenhams won't cause if it does then the worse thing to happen will they'll be no toilets in the area to use, which is bad, just ask someone who needs one and there isn't any to use in a shopping area ahhhhh! 😎
r.
Very surprised at the variety of shops, restaurants
P. W.
Parking is slightly expensive but plenty of it. Has a few brand stores available like Toys R Us and Debenhams, Lakeland, etc. Not to far a walk into the main high street too. But be aware the entire area is due to be demolished and turned into a new housing and retail development in the next year or two. So a lot of stores are now moving out and relocating leaving empty units.
G. M.
Had a rather wet and stormy look around Lincoln city, found At Marks, brilliant, unfortunately in the current retail climate a few stores have unfortunately closed, but I can not praise The Works highly enough, I unfortunately send a great deal of my time in a wheelchair, on this occasion I was utilising a mobility scooter from shop mobility, this is the first The Works store that I have been able to negotiate in a chair, and a mobility chair at that, the isles were kept well clear, no floor stacks of merchandise
Well done The Works at At Marks Lincoln
H. B.
Gone downhill since all the shops fleed from the end where toys r us used to be. I only really shop in the works there because Argos doesn't offer anything I want any more, Debenhams is overpriced, and for some reason I end up shopping in the other Boots (Or Superdrug?) store
D. T.
At Marks: pricey limited parking, some great shops, links well into Lincoln city so could be visited as part of your big shopping day.
Shops in the square include Debenhams, Gap and Mothercare, there’s some places to eat although no independent cafes- more Starbucks and burgerking... you can always nip over the road to find somewhere more individual.
I’ve had some great buys here.
w.
Nice range of shops, though Debenhams has now closed which was its largest.
R. W.
Lots of empty shops here, not the great shopping center it used to be.
C. P.
The shops here are well worth a visit. This is a spacious centre with a good range of shops for all ages. It is also completed with a range of coffee shops, bars and eateries.
C. F.
OK. Clean and tidy.
J.
Sad to call into Debenhams and know it won't be there very soon. Not sure how this area will manage to attract shoppers?
w. A.
Shopping entertainment every available here
M. S.
Excellent mix of shops set in a very historic city, plenty to see
L. R.
Good selection of high Street shops here, nice and clean, worth a visit when in Lincoln.
D. W. R.
I shoped for tracksuits and trainers at JD today and the staff working there were very helpful and polite
t. m.
St Mark is the patron saint of many different topics, including lions, lawyers, notaries, opticians, pharmacists, painters, secretaries, interpreters, prisoners, and people dealing with insect bites
Some of these can still be found in the area 😁
l. g.
First visit to Lincoln since last year, the only thing that I found daunting was the amount off people, which for me put me off, be glad when life resumes to normal! Some people do social distancing and some don't, so a very quick visit. The 3 shops I visited all did social distancing and face masks were mandatory which helped calm me down.
K. W.
My dog loves to sit in the park area, the shops are welcoming too.
A. C.
No free parking. Good selection of shops and very close to the main High Street (vehicle-free!!..North side of the level crossing)..but if Debenhams should close, perhaps this immediate area will lose its appeal??
C. A.
Loved it here, lots of shops in this part of Lincoln. Would recommend starting your shopping trip here.
C.
Popped in while taking my son to visit Lincoln University very handy cloae parking
t. c.
Lovely clean and tidy place to shop or grab some food and drink.
L. L.
Great shopping centre with variety of shops and goods to choose from with plenty of parking
P. J.
Visited Sports Direct for some running trainers. I found very helpful and informed sales staff and a fantastic price. I left feeling very pleased.
S. W.
Shops are closing down now (Maplin, Toys-r-Us, Homebase) so there isn’t much shopping here anymore. It looks like an out of town retail park, but with the exception that you have to pay for parking which is expensive.
Park at the next retail park along (the one with pets at home) for free and it’s only 2 mins further to walk to town.
Plans are this will be redeveloped and hopefully this will happen sooner now some shops have gone.
A. B.
Could do with more shops now Debenhams
has closed and lakeland and argos have moved
M. A.
Good shops to have a look round. Parking can be a bit hard to find if new to the area. Sat Nav struggled to get us near it.
A. P.
Small shopping area dominated by Debenhams. Lakeland have moved to the Cornhill Quarter, Trespass is closing down and there's no news of what's coming in their stead. Good car parking nearby but this area is starting to look and feel a bit tired...
A. C.
Always so clean & tidy a nice shopping experience & often overlooked
H. C.
A lovely open air shopping centre. The shops are close together and there are eating places available too. We visited Caffè Nero, the Toby Carvery, Lakeland and the Works.
T. S.
An excellent Shopping Area in Lincoln. Plenty of shops still open and Covid procedures in place. The staff are Outstanding⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, particularly Thornton's where I went!
R. K.
Ok ok
K. T.
Lots of different shops here. Parking on two levels as well as some street parking. Contains for example, Debenhams, The Entertainer toy shop, Mamas and Papa's, The Works, Argos, Costa Coffee, Boots, Lakeland, another baby shop, Gap clothes, Furniture Store, Cafe, a Toby Carvery Restaurant. A little further up is Jysk and Burger King. Also Pizza Hut and another electronic shop.
A.
Been here all my life, good variety of shops. Like: gap, clothing shop, sports direct, sports shop, entertainer toy shop, toy shop, debenhams, makeup, perfume, everyday stuff .etc and more shops, good variety
H. B.
Good selection of shops, gym, carvery, burger King, pizza hut, Boots, Lakeland, Debenhams, café, sports shop, argos, tile shop, Homebase, Toy shops, electrical shops, Mamas and Papas, mothercare clothes shops and quite a few more shops. Only down side is you have to pay for parking and they are keen to check your ticket.
K. G.
Nice shops staff were very polite friendly and helpful
D. A.
Lovely place to go shopping.
A. S.
St Mark's Shopping centre is fantastic from the parking, which we found reasonable (and the positive thing with regards to the carpark was we could pay by chip n pin)
There is an upper and lower car park. They are both same price. However the lower one fills up rather quick.
Its situated in middle of Lincoln. With a harvester and other restaurants near by. As well as Puregym, Argos, entertainers and plenty of other shops. Also includes an Amazon Locker
P. F.
Good selection of shops could do with more parking as this is the main car park for the whole of Lincoln town centre and very busy during Saturday. Very large toys r us keeps the kids busy.
M. R.
Needs more shops to get involved. Parking costs a bit high.
D. l.
Sport shop that has most items
T. N.
Nice place to walk if you avoid the cyclists
C. R.
Clean good for social distancing nice choice of shops
b. m.
St Marks is this area to do with where tesco was because Tesco was ok but like every where else i think was struggling ok
P. N.
Best thing about the area is the old Obelisk which once stood on High Bridge before they realised it was too heavy for the structure. It was then stored, many parts were lost over decades of neglect, but with the remaining couple of bits found when it was brought out of storage, and new ones made based on old designs, the Obelisk was rebuilt and refurbished to become the main feature of the St Mark's square. A lovely little bit of local history on the site of what was the At Mark's Railway Station.
p. c.
A nice place to eat and relax, surrounded by many quality shops
P. C.
Lincoln is a hotbed of Covid infection which probably accounted for the lack of people. Pleasant shopping mall adjacent to the waterfront.
A. B.
It's ok. Clean tidy and there is a cafe to sit over the canal
T. H.
It's one of the nicer shopping areas of Lincoln with a decent selection of shops and restaurants. The area is always clean and tidy and takes you out the way of the busy city centre.
B. R.
Not very big, plenty more shop's on the high St.
S. F.
Fairly well accessible shopping precinct with some good outlets Debenhams, Argos, Sports Direct, Gap Boots etc. Lots of parking available fro £1.50ph
J. B.
A pleasant place with good shops but the stall titled traditional german sausage kind of ruins it a bit.
M. R.
Ther are shops for every thing you need. From hoseware, clothing for all, sports wear, coffee outlets, homebase and that old favourite Argos. A nice place to visit.
J. J.
Not a fan of shopping centres same old shops nothing that stands out its ok no different to the other 300 shopping centres in UK boring shops boring same old selection hence I shop on line Joe Browns for clothes
M. C.
It's not so bad, quite a few shops on offer, good for taking your children, and a bit of upgrading renovating going on whilst we were there.
K. S.
Nice big Lakeland store and Debenhams with a lovely Costa and Cafe Nero. It's well situated to town and other stores nearby and a small walk to the wharf.
G. T.
Various shops to visit. But sadly toys r Us are not going to be there much longer. But you still have Sports Direct, Superdrug, Argos, Mothercare, and GAP and others.
M. D.
Nice choice of shops, good toilets
W.
It's a 90's brick uncovered "shopping mall" you have to pay for toilets (nice lady) standard shops there eg Wilkos, Game, Charity shops, rip off bright house type shop, superb indian restaurant plus others, has parking above. access to rest of town.
J. A.
Good selection of shops. Wide pedestrian areas with benches.
P. E.
Looked really nice for Christmas but it still has that half industrial feel to it, the plans for the redevelopment look good & should give Lincoln a new better more open, shopper friendly feel to it.
B. S.
Fine place for shopping
H. J.
Though it's a nice place to shop with relaxing greenery the shops available aren't great. Sports direct is about all I use this area for
A. M.
many advantageous offers
M. C.
A scattered bunch of large retail units, sadly this means there is a lack of smaller shops, giving the area an empty soulless feeling. Lots of overpriced car parking space and horrendous speed bumps makes this center one you should probably avoid.
J. C.
Popular shopping centre, with some good shops in it.
G. T.
Lots of places are closing down and shops aren't necessarily being replaced with new brands/companies. With Debenhams going it's extremely saddening
S. O.
It's the best store around St Mark's and a one-stop family shopping location with clothes suitable for pretty much all ages plus big brands and cafe.
M. B.
Loads of car park space nice to look around and walk along the high street
a. b.
Parking expensive. Shopping mostly for specific items. Debenham department store. There is a gym. Entertainer toys. Sports clothing shops. Boots. Savers. Coffee shops. Argos. Lots of car parking.
V. K.
Food great as always but it was unbearable hot inside like they didn't have any ventilation
R. W.
It's a shopping centre .
Not sure how your supposed to rate it .
A few shops but depends what your after, it's mostly used for parking to visit the city centre.
S. P.
Fantastic spot but running out of shops to visit. Very sad
L. K.
You can park easily (although not cheaply) to access town centre. A number of empty/unexciting shops, but you can access Debenhams, Lakeland, small Boots, Homebase and a few others located there.
L. B.
Always quite busy and many people dont follow the one was system. But the inside is kept clean and tidy.
I. I.
Nice layout, nice part of city .plenty to do and see
L. P.
Great variety of shops to suit all needs would highly recommend.
s.
Its okay, sometimes you can find a bargain, but not very different from most shopping centres.
i. c.
Good sized M&S over two floors with restaurant as well. All clothing ranges and a food hall can be found here.
R. C.
Great Shopping centre with a great variety of shops and it has pure gym. It has car parking however it is hard to tell which shops are part of it as it is surrounded by shops on the High Street.
N. G.
Good little shopping centre good place to go for some food pub
O. O. (.
A place of good place residence
R. N.
Decent selection of shops and good access to city centre. Only thing that lets it down slightly is the lack of quantity of shops. Great access all round though.
J. K.
It's a nice little shopping area but no amazing shops really the entertainer is good for kids and costa coffee is nice but not much else
K. P.
Fantastic shopping area, everything available in the same place, convenient and easy to find, as it was straight outside bus stop. Staff very friendly and polite.
p. s.
Big roads to cross but an excellent collection of shops
Z. S.
This shopping area has decent shops like Lakeland, Debenhams and Sports Direct. However it's not really a shopping centre and going further in town provides a better variety of shops.
M. M.
Very clean and tidy. Very busy time for the town as Battle of Lincoln 800 years celebration. Easy too find departments and well signposted.
L. W.
Lots of shops inside. A toilet in the basement area, especially when local toilets are closed.

It's a good shopping location for everyday stuff but nothing special. Smaller then other shopping centres I have seen.
K. 6.
Very busy car park when we visited at 11.00am in early December. Had to wait for someone to vacate a place. This is a pay and display car park. £7 for 5 hours or less for shorter periods. You can get a refund from some shops when making a purchase.
j. f.
Was nice. A little wooden stall at beginning was lovely
G. H.
High Street stores. The highlight for me is a Lakeland- my favourite kitchen gadgets store. The staff in The Works were particularly friendly and helpful.

Visited the store for a pair of summer shorts high quality clothes sold here got the exact item I wanted
G. W.
Visited this place since I was little and, although it hasn't changed a lot in the last couple of decades, it is still a pleasant shopping experience.
D. S.
Good choice of shopping outlets. Prices are pretty good too. Parking is an issue unless you get there very early and it's expensive.
a. b.
It had the Christmas spirit but with shops set to close what will replace them. Is the high st lost forever
G. K.
Sadly this is becoming a shopping dessert with a number of shops closed down, not the fault of the centre just a fact of the current times.
Z. R.

L. H.
Good selection of clothes and food. Big store so you weren't cramped up.
m. b.
Only downside is that the boots store on this site shut. And now Debenham waiting to see what takes their place.
J.
Pretty sparsely populated shops wise for a shopping centre. A few good shops. Very clean and attractively designed.
M. B.
Good selection of stores and plenty of parking at reasonable prices. You can even get some car park fees back by shopping at certain stores !
T. O.
Looks decent. Plenty of shops to go to. Not that lively though so the atmosphere is a bit slow.
M. I.
With closure of gap and debenhams theres not much left sadly.
K. L.
Good place to visit and park your car safe clean and tidy with a decent choice of shops

Shopping was good around St Marks but it is being made just for student accommodation most of the shops around that area have closed.

S. B.
Liked the whole area better as it was before. Especially when the Vaults were open.
G. P.
Great promise not being usef very well, lots of units lay empty and no real sign of regeneration
Perhaps the extortionate parking charges could be reduced
D. M.
Good for parking in Lincoln.
r. J.
Walked all the way up to St Marks yesterday from town what a disappointment! Debenhams has gone down hill and as soon as lake land move to sincil Street it will be the death knell for this area

E. J.
Enjoyable, and fairly quiet - although I did go on a Tuesday! A nice range of shops to go around.
R. W.
Parking charge should be cheaper. Ticket machine was also broken so had to use one further away. Spaces also seem to be a little tight for getting a child in and out the car, not enough child spots available.
c. b.
