Hate shopping but inside is spacious and my child loves the soft play area. It's clean and tidy and we'll maintained. Plenty of shops but as I said don't really go in them.

We went here for a few reasons, first of al toilet break.... kids always need when at a till ready to pay. Then kids played in the fred play area. Here they have eyebrows and nail technicians as well as info boards etc. We visited the next to buy some kids suits and newlook for a dress. The area is very modern, maybe too modern looking next to the canal and old Lincoln market

We took our 2 1/2 year old grandson to see Santa,he is Autistic, the elves nor Santa knew this,he was very nervous and would not get out of his safe place (stroller).Santa and the elves were fantastic, they waved and spoke to him and he eventually got out and stood with Santa,we all had a lovely photo and Santa and my grandson even did a high five,he was so pleased with his book,he loves books.Thankyou so much for making the experience so nice for him.x

There are some useful stores here, Superdrug always has bargains and extensive ranges packed into a small space that doesn't feel squeezed . There are a few big names but an awful lot of unused space sadly and what feels like too many phone outlets.

Nicely laid out centre, makes good use of the river. Usual national chain stores with odd local shops dotted about but nevertheless worth a look. If you want more specialised, local shops then you are probably better off looking up the hill towards the cathedral and castle as this is a much more diverse shopping area

A great shopping centre, plenty of high end and independent vendors here. The centre is always very clean and tidy, along with having some great extra features like a kids play area, loos, lifts and an Amazon locker. One downside is the opening hours being pretty much a 9-5 most weekdays and a stairway that has been out of action for over a month due to broken glass panels.

Good to see a one way system. Hand sanitizer in the entrances and in every store you walk into. A good variety of shops, public toilets on ground floor with baby changing room. Security guards at entrance.

A good selection of shops and a few places to grab some food and drink. They have a nice little soft play area that's free for smaller children but it's not very big and can't have many children in there at one time. Some areas were still being developed and maintenance work was being carried out but worth a visit.

The place is clean and overall pretty. Has free public toilets. Though there's a limited selection of stores. Some 2 or 3 jewellers and some other 2 clothes stores, at least at the time of my visit. The centre also has a Burger King. And that's all for this place.

Don't usually shop here as since the major revamp there aren't the shops that I use. On the other hand my 15 year-old granddaughter loves the place. When I visited last week I was amazed to see that a perfectly serviceable pair of up & down escalators have been replaced by a large staircase. Perhaps the powers that be at the Waterside centre only want fit young things frequenting their establishment.

The shopping centre was okay, there was a lovely bakery at the front and was good to see a Lincoln City FC shop but other than that was just like other shopping outlets with shops like Next etc in it

A very smart and modern shopping arcade in the centre of the city. Some useful stores inside, but it suffers from a lack of available parking species. This will be alleviated by the recent opening of the new bus station multistorey car park.

Perfectly acceptable small mall, clean with a decent selection of shops. Really depends on the shop your after though and the whole place shuts fairly early which affects every shop in it but it is a pretty standard closing tone.

The shops in here are great, its spacious and clean and adheres to social distancing, there are secuity guards patrolling. There is a wide array of shops inside including the perfume shop(expert staff and if by chance they don't have it? They'll get it). Claires(even does ear piercing), the bodyshop(smells great always!), vision exress(the only glasses shop my family uses and I rate highly), apple store(for all you ios fans!), there is a mobile phone repair shop as you enter and he's brilliant! Downstairs there is toilets and a cafe plus many more stores including watches, clothes, smiggle, cakes, virgin, next, new look, superdrug, football... easy disabled and buggy access to both floors with a lift. Free WiFi.

Not the greatest shopping centre but also far from being the worst! Quite small, but that is good in a way as it makes for a swift shopping trip. Has seating and toilets inside, which is handy for when I'm out with the kids or when my mum's had enough of being on her feet.

Since being renovated more than a year ago, this place has looked and felt a beautiful and safe place to shop. However, there isn't a lot of choice besides clothes and phone shops really... There used to be a greater variety, including the occasional independent store.

Not a very big centre. We went in for a coffee. Found one downstairs near the toilets. Coffee was good and price as expected. There was a burger king or similar next door so you have a choice for your coffee. What we saw of the centre was clean but smaller than expected.

It's ok, not much to interest a bloke in there if you're not going to one of the mobile phone outlets of picking up foreign currency. It's well looked after, warm and dry but I can see it needs to change direction if it's to survive the High Street decline... It really needs to be more than just a shopping centre to get people into it - it needs to have an attraction with shops/cafés attached as a secondary purpose.

Plenty of shops to visit out of the rain or cold weather. It hasn't changed a lot since I was in there a few years ago but the shops are now really not for me. I couldn't find anything that I needed or wanted to purchase. Seems to be aimed at the younger generation who want fashionable clothes and footwear and perfumes

Since they took out the second access door round near free school lane I rarely go in, I used to pass through and sometimes buy products but as I no longer walk through I rarely buy anything. I had a look in the Sketchers shop at Christmas which was nice but I find there is a lot of wasted space, vast areas of emptiness and lots of empty shop space. I find I rarely need to shop there now unfortunately. It was a better layout before they changed it for Next & H&M if I'm honest

An unusually disjointed layout since it was renovated. Seems to mainly cater to women's fashion and an Apple store now. Unless you are an 18-30 female you will find little reason to visit. Long gone are the small independent retail units that created a vibrant attraction to visit, now it's just a flashy home for mass market fashion chains. Take your teenage daughter, she will love it, everyone else will barely spend 10 minutes in there.

Ever since the moving around of everything and the now expensive stores existing only in the shopping center... With only one quality stand (not storefront) that yes it's kinda expensive but it's things you'll expect to see that pricey, I grew up knowing this area was purely beneficial to those on benefits for clothing and stuff, now for me, it's just a thoroughfare that's mediocre for when it's raining, oh and did I forget to point out that there's only the front and side entrance, no back side, and pretty appalling third level space what was much more user friendly for eating in the waterside at Burger King and cafe Nero, yeah the improvements 'look' nice but they've certainly failed to ask the actual important people, us the shoppers, what we prefer to have and how we prefer it

The regeneration of the Waterside shopping centre has meant it looks modern and fresh. There's a good variety of shops, as well as a Burger King and coffee shop. For parents, there are excellent baby changing and feeding facilities, with a secure entrance to give that extra peace of mind.

Parking around waterside . Is very expensive. And very off-putting to-do shopping. You're always thinking in your mind. How much is going to cost. Just to sit down and have a cup of coffee. Nice small place. Has a couple of well known brands, Skechers, next, hamdm. Clean, play area. Walk outside and you have a canal. It is a stop over in to something bigger. Especially for the kids. Almost like the Quiet room of Lincoln

Totally changed since I went in it last (10 years ago!). Looks nothing like it used to. H+M downstairs with a few other smaller shops like superdrug. There's usually some small pop up stalls in the entrance which sell wooden bits and bobs or that sort of thing. Wheelchair accessible. Lift too. Toilets located on the lower floor. Cafe on lower floor too.

Have let student do some art projects which were just random and a waste of life I'm shopping and hungry get out of my way and stop being creepy. And stairs instead of the escalators big mistake I don't want to walk up and down with my bags. Or carry kids. You have one small lift not enough.

Getting more intresting after there refit they even have a free soft play area but before you ask you need to watch you own children no one is going to do it for free the food is not a lot but thete is a lot just out side the waterside and the childrens change area is controlled by a buzer so they are all ways clean and nice and there is 2 toilets for perents as well
