Had a lovely evening here. 9 of us had dinner and drinks with cocktails and drinks. The place has 3 levels with lots of outside seating, background music and live bar entertaining which filtered through all areas. We were looked after brilliantly by Ashton (thankyou Hon) and never wanted for anything. Can I say the vibe was perfect and so was the food. We had a variety of cocktails which was all available. Definitely will be back. Thank-you all.

It was a very shirt trip but with lots of amazing impressions. I love Albert Royal Docks and a massive shopping area and first of all I was surprised to large amounts of people go parties even it was 3pm.

Plenty of choice from a wide variety of boutique and chain stores under one roof makes it will with a visit. Also has a good selection of refreshment options from a sandwich to a full fine in experience. Knocked a star off because the underground car park whilst absolutely massive is relatively expensive.

Liverpool is amazing. Lovely people lovely shops. Very chilled out for a city so large as this. I really want to go again to visit the other museums here and go on the river mersey to new Brighton. So much history in Liverpool it is amazing

Sadly no toilets available for customers and the national express waiting area closed at 7.15PM so if your coach leaves any later you're stuck waiting outside, not ideal to say the least, particularly when we have such cold and rainy weather. National express should have more regard for the customer they're counting on to get through this difficult period for the company.

Liverpool one is great lots of clothes shops, cinema and restaurants. Make sure you bring an unbrella, I wish they would of thought of shelter for shoppers so basically that is the reason I avoid shopping here. I just don't think it was designed to think about shoppers and British weather. Liverpool one also has its own car park.

Parking was convenient for the Museum of Liverpool. Q park was a 10 minute walk away from where you come out on the shopping level. Getting out was a little confusing but fairly standard parking charge. Well lit and felt safe.

I'm not one to complain but, the room was bigger than a premier inn but has already been said to warm with non working aircon, the carpets could do with a good clean and you get up to the room only to find that the card does not work so all the way back to reception to get it reprogrammed. Most of the staff are good but under pressure as short handed like most hotels, but that said its clean and comfortable and in a great location to see the sights.

Massive open air shopping centre with most known High Street shops with an outlet there. Clean and looked after, it is understandable that this is a popular destination for Liverpudlians. Great selection of places to eat at too, not too far off the kind of food you can find down London's Westfield shopping centre. Definitely classy.

Lots of lovely shops, plenty of choice for all your shopping needs. Ranging from basic necessities to boogie boutiques and everything in-between. Shops include nespresso boutique, Joe malone, hotel chocolate, John Lewis, and man many more. Plenty of fragrance/ perfume stores to select from too.

Plenty of places to part with your hard earned cash. Car park is reasonably priced. Shame the Debenhams store hasn't been filled yet as it really makes the Church Street end feel empty.

They have a variety of food options restaurants and takeaways aswell as little kiosks for cookies and cakes. They have a Lego and Disney store for the kids and there's a store called Kenji which is quite cool and unique

A large collection of shops, many selling designer clothing. On a higher level, there is a great selection of restaurants with a large open grassed area ideal for sunbathing.

Great place to go, we looked like typical tourists not knowing where to go to eat at 8 on an evening, there are Liverpool One guides walking around who offered us help, this also made you feel safe knowing there is people around in case anything kicks off.

Clever redevelopment of a lot of Liverpool's city centre .. kind of giving it an extension. Modern shopping mall wraps around some old historical buildings and forms the missing link between the city centre and the Albert Docks. Most of the shops aren't my kind of shops, but the place has a great atmosphere at Christmas and has some great summer spots. Nice place to wander / flâner as the Parisians do.

Loved it . Nice day out looking for aftershave in John Lewis. Clean and tidy lots going on as usual. Parking costs was a joke £5.80 For just over an hour . Might have been only an hour . Apart from that had nice time looking round .

Awesome place for a day out even without buying anything! The multi story carpark is great, always plenty of space. Lego store is perfect for a manchild like me that has spent far too much money in. The missus enjoys the vast range of clothes and shoe shops. Plenty of variety of shops while exploring the multiple levels. Could do with some more toilet facilities though, we could only find one and it is a long walk from one side to the other. Would benefit from a few more bins too as they are hard to find. Overall, great experience and would make a great family day out as you could get lost in the pure scale of this place.

My family and I went to see the lights in Liverpool. They were good but, I think that Liverpool could make a lot more out of it in the future. It wasn't Blackpool, but with a little bit of thought, it could be so much more. more Lights round the Albert dock and down Strand St. More lights in the city centre and Stalls. Bringing more money into the region help reduce taxes and support for local businesses. Three stars hope it to be 5 next time.

Liverpool you are the best. I travel with my sister who is a wheelchair user and People of Liverpool go out of their way to assist us. We love our shopping trips and the friendly atmosphere in all shops. And a special mention to the staff in Byrons where we always have our lunch. Thank you. We will be back.

My family and I love the selection of shops and the large variety of restaurants on the terrace. One small issue - the lifts aren’t very well signposted and because we don’t visit very often, we often lose track and walk past the (quite hidden) lifts.

Strange shopping centre that is actually just a load of shops together with some stairs...its just a town centre. But anyway, there's a lot of shops there, everything you can imagine. Parking is an absolute fortune. I recommend pre booking a weekend ticket at capital car parks which is £3.50 for 24 hours, and walking. Its literally 10 minutes in a straight line - leas if you get on a scooter

Haha, funny story actually. Went there to do business and missed my bus cz I got a two way ticket. Ended up to having to wait until half 11 for another. Had quite an experience though, walked around with some amazing people learning about the history of Liverpool on a tour guide I somehow managed to bump into. Overall, lovely city, beautiful attractions and an interesting history. Definitely going to be my home one day. Loved it.

Main shopping area in Liverpoole near to albert dock. I use Qpark but its costly, avialable lot of cheap Parking near to that. Small kids carnival park inside. All of the famous shops like M &S, JD, Sports Direct, H& M, famous banks, Mac D and lots of other resturents available. Some street food shops with some giid tasty snacks avialable.

Great shopping experience here. All the big names like Apple - Rolex - Radley - John Lewis - Micheal Kors - Loccitaine - Disney - Swarovski - Pandora and more are here. There's loads of places to eat from the cheapest cafe style to the expensive restaurant food. A few hotels and a ton of coffee houses and great lively bars. Yep it's all good 👍🏼

Liverpool One is great. It's semi outdoors, so on cold days make sure to wrap up warmly. There are a good number of restaurants on the top floor which are really nice, and on good days are nice to sit outside and watch the world go by. Also an odeon cinema here too.

A modern shopping centre, almost like any other, but with the bestest of chocolate stores in it (or close by). On a freezing evening we were all too happy to drink an excellent hot chocolate here, the thickest, creamiest ever. If with all eyes on high street fashion love and posh product preferences you keep an eye open for the choc then you'll love this place!

Love it. They have so many stores, restaurants, cinema and also a garden on top level where you can relax and enjoy the sunny weather (in the summer of course). Located in the city centre, this shopping mall is surrounded by many tourist and recreational spots such as liverpool museum, albert dock, liverpool big wheel, world museum and it is only about 5 minutes walks from Liverpool Lime Street Train Station.

I love Liverpool One, I’ve been here hundreds of times and this is definitely my comfort place. I love the shops where Lego, Disney, Build a Bear etc are located. That’s my favourite part. I’m glad things are getting back to normal and everything is opening again. I went as soon as everything opened, it was hectic but it was fun :)

There is a big choice of eateries and bars 🍸 there's also a cinema 🎥 . L1 is ideally located regarding public transport and there's other local amenities near by such as Albert Dock and Liverpool City centre. If you're in Liverpool visit L1.

Great place for shops however the amount of people out now with no masks on is a worry especially in shops not many people wearing masks and I have auto immune disease so was a bit worried whilst walking around and didn't feel safe in some shops... I love the products, but I should have got there a couple days earlier! It looked like the place had been ransacked by shoppers! Obviously that means the leftover goods get damaged so it was difficult for present shopping. However the staff have always been amazing and helpful, they must have a hello of a job tidying up at the end if the day!
