Free parking on site, plenty of spaces. Variety of shops, home store, grocery, supermarket and clothes. There is a Lithuania cafe, but other then that no other food options, would definitely do well if they had one here, or even food trucks. And no public toilets available which is another downside.

This place has good shops but poor access. I spent 30 mins trying to simply park and it's chaos trying to get out. Now I know it can be less busy but for most of us the car park access is poor. On the plus side it's free. The shopping Bazzars are amazing if you like to buy food ingredients. Overall it's a place you'll get decent deals but it's let down by its access at busy times.

Perfect place to shop for quality and affordable grocery shopping. There is a Home Bargain, Iceland, Bengali Bazar, and some new large super stores. Parking is also not an issue. BE WARNED - during peak times it can be difficult to get out of the parking lot due to the heavy traffic inside and outsidethe parking space. Several times it took me more than 2 hours to get onto the main road which was no more than 70 meters away from the entrance!

A good selection of shops ample amount of parking. Previously you had a caravan selling chips and burgers that's what we need back at that location. You've got three retail parks in the beckton area one being this one- it comprises more for food, building work and home renovations and refurbishments.

Has some good stores but the whole place seems run down. Car park is in poor condition, especially the entrance/exit. It definitely needs to be resurfaced and the entrance/exit made wider.

I would visit behalf the stores there personally and I think the amenities are ok but the parking is very tight to enter and exit and there is a dirty pothole and humps that could take out 5k out of your wallet by messing your suspension around. Pls take care while shopping here if you come by car, do expect heavy traffic to leave the park as the main exit is to join the A13 and this is troublesome at the very least.

I like coming here. I usually visit Home Bargain. Opens 8am-9pm during the week and Saturday. Sunday 11-5pm...There is plenty of parking. As it getting nearer to Christmas time opening and closing time will change. This is a regular shopping place for us. With controlled traffic directions the car park has become more manageable now. Home bargains is a must for household essentials for bargain prices. Matalan, for clothing and bedding etc. Food bazar for your groceries. There is a huge selection of frozen fish. Fresh meat counter. Iceland is right near the exit. There is no public toilet facility here. If you are in need you will have to go to the nearby asda.

Problems with traffic management.Some times it takes as much as 40 minutes,to leave parking lot. UPDATE. After 8 month parking problem has been solved. Every one is welcome to visit shops and leave after without traffic jam.

It's a good place to shop although it has only a handful of shops

Lots of parking available and a good amount of shops too. Went back after a while not much has changed only went back because I no longer have to pay the Ulez charge. Ever since it was extended in October it was not worth going. Changed my vehicle to a Ulez compliment vehicle so will be going more often. Also I didn't change my vehicle because of the Ulez it just ended up that way.

Briefly breaking down, the shops and critiquing them, with first up, Matalan: Defend price-range, comfortable clothing with a seal of quality, however the shop is quite daunting to navigate, with item selection organised in debatable places. Pound Stretcher: An underrated classic, but unfortunately I don't go there as often, as the other options here contain better offers and prices across the board. Home Bargains: Amazing prices for the intricacies of items they have. A little of everything that you'd need, mixed with the modernized approach from Tesco. Iceland: It's what you think it is. Bangla Fish Bazaar (forgive me, as I've forgotten the name): A huge blockbuster for the Southeast Asian communities, who require certain cultural ingredients for their (hopefully) halal dishes. There are a few more here, but I can't give you an accurate review on them, as my attendance in these respective shops may have been significantly lower than the aforementioned, therefore I feel my words would be not putting it to justice. Finally, great parking, always a large spot to park, never a dull moment.

I will give a 5, because I'm usually coming before closing at around 8.30pm, when parking is half empty. There is restricted parking and it has been limited to 2 hours, after, you receive a penalty though the post, as there is a PRC located at the entrance. Generally nothing wrong with a retail park, as I'm only using a particular store, so have no interest in anything else around. For my purpose, I'm happy, as never been experience any issues for many years

Every so often I pop up to the Home Bargains. It is always well stocked and parking is free - no toilets, but I think the neighbouring Cafe has one? One of the best places to do shopping for Asian Bangladeshi groceries, vegetables, fruits, fish and halal meat 🥩 chicken lamb! Among the shops - Matalan, Dreams, Iceland, Selco, Lithuanian Shop and Asian Bangladeshi Grocery Shops - London Food Bazar, Kacha Bazar are the key ones! Even though it has large car park with accessible car parking bays but entrance and exit are very narrow and only one entrance and exit - hence there is always heavy traffic coming in and out of the Retail Park! And as a result, angry customers! Management must have to look into this and find a way to reduce this traffic both inside and outside! Because of this traffic, it impacts the traffic outside and cause longer traffic jam 😔!

Amazing options for shopping and eating. My favourite is Lituanica, the Lithuanian shop with loads of options of food and gifts, and on the second floor it has a restaurant (currently only takeaway) that sells fresh food, like the most delicious Cepelinai!! Other options are the fish supermarket, with great prices for prawns, for example. And the fruit Market is also very very good.

A decent place to get all the fruits and vegetables one might need, well it looked like they had a lot but mostly overstocks of one item, but I did manage to find some exotic fruits which is nice to see and also some fruits that I have not seen before as well, thats a plus from me because I thought I seen most of the popular fruits, when I did visit they were still trying to fill some shelfs but most shelfs are empty, maybe still getting stock as it hasn't been open to long I guess, overall it looked good and you can pick up most of the fruit and vegetables you are after, They have nice little islamic clothing store in it as well right just before you leave the store,

Shops are all open and its fairly busy. Ques not so long. Mask and gloves is a good idea as people touching and close walking and barely social distancing some are just ignoring. Lots of open parking with child and disabled bays. However there needs to be more child bays but monitored as people just park without kids and no displayed disabled badge. Bus running frequently and operating good. You have H&M. Next. Boots. Poundland. Decathlon. Big Tesco. Smyths... Beware the asian food stand - hygiene very bad. One of 3 major retail parks. This one has Matalan, Selco, home bargains, Iceland and a big Asian grocery store. Free car parking but u will find its very congested and on busy days hard to get in or out due to heavy traffic. Also parking becomes a nightmare. Its walking distance to Asda too. They also have a bus store that is about 3-5 mins walk from the main road.
