Very clean and modern with loads of parking, there’s a drive through McDonald’s, Aldi, curry’s pc world, BnQ and a few others.

Although not the biggest retail park it is handy for things that one would need,it has a lovely Aldi,and pets at home is excellent we also find what we need for our pets from there, we've even purchased and adopted hamsters from there. The B&Q is good too as is the Next. Have t been I to the McDonald's or other stores.

I got what I wanted from the local Toolstation, parking was easy and I was the only customer when I first arrived. Someone joined me in the queue while I waited to be served which took a little while as no one appeared to be working there. I began to wonder if it was self service! But a guy did arrive and i was was quickly served.

All staff members are very helpful and always adopt a professional approach to their work. The cashiers are also very efficient and customer focus. However this store is often very busy, resulting in long waiting times, before being served. Quick service tills could be considered to ease the waiting period at the tills.

Tired of going to McDonald drive thro, and been told to park up every time. If I wanted to that I would have park and go in. Is this a policy they've adopted, cause it's not like any of the others I've been to. They do this even when they're not busy.

Nice big shop loads and loads and loads to choose from from Gardens to kitchens patio furniture plants and surprisingly very helpful staff a young man help me with my garden furniture I struggled a bit with my back I lifted it put it on the trolley got it to where it had to go put it in my car can I say fairer than that

Bit on the small side when compared to my next closest B&Q store (Old Kent Road). Ok for the basic every day DIY it's. For more specialised it's, you would probably be better off visiting the Toolstation right next door.👍🏾

This shopping retail park has Aldi, B&Q, pets, tool station, next, circus training school and other places to fix your vehicle and home repairs. It has grown over the years and it used to be just Sainsbury's and now Aldi has made it way more affordable to come here to shop. I come here once a week and get a load of food for home and the buses here take me home directly. It's also has great parking spots for people who drive. It has greatly improved with a better range and it's well laid out.

If you need any of the stores here, they're all fine and parking is decent capacity and free for long enough to visit them. The McDonald's drive-thru is set up so 3 directions of traffic join at the same place in an awkward way, so would recommend either the first or last entrance to the area instead.

Went and had the car serviced and whilst I was there managed to frequent a couple of the stores, CurrysPCW and Next which they gave on the site. Again as part of the parcel these days there are rules to get into stores, making the trips a bit more laborious than usual.

Went into currys looking for a hoover. There are very few staff on the shop floor. When i approached a salesman near the tvs he sd "that's not my section & i have to stay here"...however that didnt stopping him having a chat with another salesman in a different 'section' to discuss lunch plans!! When i eventually got served about 20 minutes later by a more experienced salesmen he was very helpful. Conclusion: not enough experienced staff on the shop floor..too many inexperienced sales people who want to do as little as possible!! However having said, that a few weeks earlier when looking for an oven i was served by a very helpful & pleasant young lady ...in fact it was her attitude that made be go back into the store..but alas i didnt have the same experience on the second occasion!!

The retail park is easily located. Situated in the heart of the area. The ranges of stores are reasonable with all the top brands available. There are a few food options available too. It's worth a visit if you've never been to the area.

Just joined the gym group. Highly recommend this gym. There's plenty of machines and they are good machines too not cheap ones. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is good. Only £20 per month very happy

I like this place... it pretty much has everything you need!! I love the new aldi, pets at home has a nice vibe, I love that b&q is there.. and currys... and the big sainsburys with the home section and argos is really convenient!! I would have given it 5 stars but the only thing I would suggest is for them to add a couple more restaurants there!! Theres only mcdonalds and I feel this is a kind of space where you can come for a big shop and grab something to eat... not just a fast mcd's.. but maybe a pizza place for the kids or a wagamamas.. something like that... and also... they should have something cool there!! Like .... a swimming pool! If I was a developer I would complete the place with a couple leisure facilities such as that... because it has that kind of feel :)

The retail park is good, but Sports Direct is rubbish, had 1 member of staff serving everyone, and I couldn't even find a decent Nike or Adidas hoody. Was looking for gym stuff but left disappointed and empty handed. Won't bother going back to that particular store.

My local DIY shop, love it here! Staff are very polite, plus I find it easy to shop as the materials/items are clearly labelled and neatly organized as I like it. Makes shopping effortless, therefore free up more time in order to get on with more important matters.

Good place with a great selection of stores but quite standard. They have: Pets at Home, B&Q, Next, a new ALDI, car phone warehouse and Screwfix but it would be even better is they had a TK Maxx or something similar where you could get home products too. There is also a pitiful McDonalds that's always dirty and on the two occasions I've been there in 4 years I've had to wait over 40min for a single meal so I would avoid this place like a plague! Other than that the retail park itself is okay.

You will find Aldi, Next, Pets at Home, Currys, B and Q and round the corner garages and Professional Hair Services. The Maccy D is drive thru as well as cafe. There is plenty of parking with disabled bays outside most shops. Just over the road is Sainsburys Superstore again plenty of parking. 4 bus stops serve the surrounding communities. Just off the main retail park is JD Sports. Warning, the traffic is 1uite fast and the whole park is not made for pedestrians so look twice!!

Not really much to say. There are a few shops and a McDonalds here but it's just literally a couple of shops. I think there is a next, pets at home, b and q, and previously a toys r us (soon to be Aldi or Lidl or so I have hears) you have to be careful of the parking though as it's a private company who have sent me a few tickets but in error. Not the kind of place to go for a good mooch round the shops but if you needed something from next and want it delivered it's handy

The atmosphere here is a place we love good for people watching .When we arrived which was just before 12 tables needed clearing there was plates eveeywhere only two members of staff one on bar the other serving tables.Third member came in but it was busy having to queue for a drink. But the steak which was on special was great value for money 7.99 and was cooked well.Staff were friendly but under a lot of pressure.

Getting into the park via Sainsburys can be congested at peak times either due to Sainsburys shoppers but also round the back near retail park the Macdonalds drive through can also get a little congested ... But nice little retail mix of shops... Always somewhere to park. Great pets at home. 😀

A good but limited range of shops and large car park. Next, Pets at Home, Currys, B&Q, Toolstation and Toys r Us being the main ones. Ruined by the clientele of the awful drive through McDonalds that opened who race their cars/motorbikes late into the night. And the whole area and nearby park and stream coated in a veneer of 'McLitter' literally everywhere. Also a problem of dumped trolleys that the retail stores need to take responsibility for. Instead they just leave them there indefinitely.

Lots of other more unusual shops in the retail park, such as a bespoke custom-made furniture shop. Well served by public transport.

Ideal spot for a quiet bit of shopping at these handful of shops, i.e. Toys R Us, Pets at Home, Next (with a small Next Home department to the 1st floor and a Costa coffee shop), Currys/PC World, B&Q, Trade Point, McDonald's and Mercedes Benz across the way. The shops in this retail park are a really great asset to the local communities in my opinion. There are alot of people living here in flats in the area so there are alot of customers. The staff in most shops are friendly and for someone like me who does not have their own car it is so useful and convenient to have a PC world just down the road from my house along with a Sainsbury's and Halfords. Really helps out and makes life alot easier having these shops in the local area.

Missing a beat by not putting a cinema a bit like Surrey Quays and even add a little outdoor food court. As I think as it could work for the area.

This 'Retail Park' gets only 3 stars as yes it's convenient to a degree but it could be so much better. What is really needed in this area is a 'state of the art' Post Office ', this location would be perfect as there is an ample bus service and parking and space to provide a Post Office that does a Bio Metric service (you have to go to Croydon now for this) and parcel collection service along with all the other things that a Main Post Office gets used for. Right now the Sydenham High Street branch is old, shabby, too small and not fit for purpose. Maybe a small M&S food store to give choice to those that don't want Sainsburys or Macdonalds. A Holland & Barret shop would be a good addition too.

Modern retail estate. Loads of parking. Sainsbury's Hyper Market on this site supported by a good size B&Q. A McDonald's is central located but is more drive through than eat in. Attracts a lot of builders and sales people on the road. Other stores include; Curry's PC World Halford Auto Centre Next Pets at home Mercedes - Benz Tool Station Plumb Centre and parts centre HSS Hire Tops Tiles Electric Centre Sports Direct And there is space to expand. It is conviniently located with Sydenham High nearby.

The Next store it's become a joke if you go upstairs to the gent's clothing on a Saturday or a Sunday there only seems to be one person in the store doing the till and they're in the furniture department so if you don't know that you could be standing at the gent's till waiting for nothing are they looking for people just to walk out without paying and getting no stuff I wouldn't have thought that was good business sense .
