Excellent customer service the owner treated me like I was one of the family and kept calling me "Abdihakim" because I bought an Xbox one When I browsed the shop the owner was very helpful and kept whispering "bubba" in my ear which I found arousing. 5/5 starts would go again.

I picked up my copy of Guardians of the galaxy for PS5, that was all smooth and the game works fine. When the man at the till asked if I wanted to sign up for a GAME Rewards club, I decided to sign up, but he must have entered my email incorrectly, so now I have a useless unregistered GAME Rewards card that does nothing, and I have lost all the points that was supposed to come with the game.

Great experience. Had faulty switch controllers. Emailed head office and was adviced to go instore to exchange. I did so none in stock. The young lady called Paris took my number and called me to say they had them back them amazingly she put them aside for me for a whole week. Thank you so much. My son is very happy

I got my son an Xbox one with fortnight for her birthday. I got a decent price even though the guy working there kept saying ‘’I’ll give you good discount if you give me duck sauce’’. I wouldn’t mind but I didn’t know what he meant and he just said ‘’’no duck sauce, no discount’’. Anyway happy with my purchase and would definitely go back again

I am not extremely familiar with the gaming world but I quite enjoy my visit to this shop. I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. I also found them very knowledgeable and they were able to help me with my purchases. The shop is very tidy and everything is arrange in such a way that it is easy to shop. The location if the shop is very convinient and I love the parking facility that the wood Green shoping city is offering. The prices are reasonable.

Great place for all gamers, and for such a small store, it feels so large in terms of inventory and items available. For a small area like Wood Green where there aren't many people buying games like in Central London, it feels more than reasonable, but above and beyond.

My partner and daughter spent FOREVER picking out new games for their Xbox, ended up buying 4 for £20 XBOX ONE games, was served by a guy named sharif, nice guy but instead of focusing on the task at hand, spent so much time telling us about promotional deals, the new disk-less Xbox coming out next year etc. Got home, popped the seal to find out there was NOOO games in the cases! Too late to go back now & no contact number to call, so no gaming for them tonight or tomorrow morning. Neither are impressed they have to get up early Sunday either to go back to GAME, when they should have been gaming!

The staff are helpful, and they try to help and support you as best as they can. The store has a good range of games and accessories. However, I feel that their returns policy is not very customer friendly. I purchased a Snes mini today, and the graphics and gameplay was not great. I wanted to return it, but as I took the console out of it's original packaging, I was not entitled to a refund!!!! If I had known this, I would have gone to Argos and purchased the snes mini. Atleast, Argos understand that customers may not like their purchase and offer a refund. I give GAME 3*, because of their unfair returns policy. #snes #snesmini #GAME #Argos

They act like bouncers in this gaff, have an easier time buying cigarettes and alcohol than a game from here. They won't take Irish forms of ID. Plus you have to have a beard as long as the counter guy to buy an 18+ game, so get growing.Still though it was helpful they lost a sale and I went to CEX down the road and got the game for cheaper so thanks !

Pretty poor customer service. There were three staff members behind the register while I was waiting. One was busy with another customer but the other two made no effort to assist me, so I had to wait until the other staff member was free.

Know the shop keeper fairly well for a few years now , from the young guy to now the older man who seems to mostly be in there, Always says hello and offers me a good price such as if a game says £10 , he will say £8 and always have gone back to him for his good price bargains. But prices of some games does seem over priced and can get a much better deal at CEX or GAME in the pre owned section. When you mention CEX or GAME he just looks with his gloom confused face like you have told him a mathematical puzzle and replies "No". I have nothing against him but he gets his prices from the CEX website (I seen him when buying or selling on his computer sreen) , He uses there website to see how much the game or console they are selling and what prices and if your selling the game seems to put the price down by -£2-5 and if your buying then he bumps the price up by £0.50 upto 4.00, I recommend going to GAME and CEX before using this shop as there is hardly nothing which he offers at a decent lower price then the shops mentioned above.
