D. U. P. E.It is a very nice and much needed place in this area for shopping. Most of the outlets are the top class brands offering their best products. I absolutely loved the environment. However the toilet were real classy. I hope your visit will be a good and helpful one.

So many different options of retail stores to visit, they also have a great selection of food restaurants inside the outlet to eat at like, GBK, Five Guys, Nando’s….. car park is huge and is divided up into sections, you also can claim a free parking voucher if you spend more than £35.00 on shipping within the outlet and show you receipts on exit. 8/10 overall very happy and great place to shop and visit.
c. l.You can finally walk around the entire O2. Really nice and clean shopping centre, good selection of shops and food bars. The Indian Street food Bus on the ground floor was AMAZING cost of parking is extortionate however it is free for 4 hours if you shop so that will help. Seemed quiet when we were there but it was the hottest day of the year so that probably reduced footfall
w.I've been to The O2 many times but haven't had a reason to visit the Icon Outlet but we decided to give it a visit because we wanted to pick something up from a certain shop.
I wasn't surprised with what they had on offer, a large range of shops for most needs, plus they have places to purchase a few refreshments too.
Getting here via public transport, North Greenwich via Jubilee would be your obvious option but buses to North Greenwich Bus Terminal, North Greenwich Pier if you're taking a ferry or the Emirates Air Line - Greenwich Peninsula.

Don't needs to go as far as Ashford Brand outlet or Bicester Village. Plenty of restaurants and bars are close by
I. L. (. G.It looks pretty it has style but unfortunately, I came here when I was closed so I haven't seen the substance, have to say before coming to the O2 on this day I had no idea this place was there finally I get to walk in this section.
R. R.An outlet conveniently situated at the famous O2 arena. Not as big as a regular shopping centre but there are some nice shops and promotions. It’s not particularly busy expect weekends which is great if you’re looking for some relaxed shopping experience.
N.Not sure if my photo just it justice but it’s lovely inside. Truly magical as you walk up the steps. Snd that’s before you even start saving money. Well worth a visit to make the people you love happy, with a special gift that won’t break the bank!

The best place to visit during the weekend and with family or fiends
J. S.The Icon mall has a lot of potential when all the empty spaces will be occupied by shops. At the moment there is a good selection of shops specially for clothing, sport and chocolate. You get 4hours of free parking when you spend over £35. Some of the O2 Reception needs to improve their customer service sills though as they are like bouncers. If you are O2 client you make have available discounts for some specific shops in the rewards app at certain hours of the day.
O. O.My second time here it was fun. It's a busy place though. But fun.
E. R.I love that it's never too busy here, even on weekends. Really nice selection of shops and restaurants. The "street" inside is never warmer than outside, which is not necessarily a bad thing - just something to keep in mind and dress accordingly.

A. B.Super modern with a good selection of big brand outlets - Nike, Adidas, Lacoste, Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi’s, Jack Wills and many more. Expensive parking £6 for up to two hours, £9 up to 4 hours maybe go by train - lots of food outlets nearby eg Wagamama’s, Gauchos, and many more.
H.Decent shopping centre to wander around in. Some good shops, relatively limited selection. Clean and airy though. Guessing it will be shut for a while with the roof issues!

N. Y.O2 arena is really beautiful and has lots of varieties of shops and restaurants has really good brands and prices are fantastic.
There are places to relax and to shop. There’s also cinema and pubs and bars.

Z. P.This place has some really good bargains. The shopping experience was calm and was lit and decorated well. My only negative is there is nowhere to pop out and have a quick breath of fresh air, you have to walk all the way round to the main entrance.

J. C.Sign posts to get there were terrible, A lot of shut units and it was like a ghost town which is a shame but I guess Post Covid a lot of places are like this. The Lady in the Yankee candle shop was helpful and we were greeted with a smile and friendly 'hello' in most shops - just a shame it took an argument in the car to even find a car park that was open! - I would imagine the extortionate car parking charges (£6 for 2 hours!) would put most people off just coming out for a mooch and a coffee. Sorry to say I wont be coming back. You can park for Free at Bluewater and you have all these shops and some.

s.Neat and clean and very organised. I am voting 2 stars down due to the lack of new shops. The stores you find there you can find anywhere else in London and UK. No food court I think because there are several restaurants at the complex and it shouldn’t not take share from them.

L. K.Very laid back shopping centre with lots of outlet shops. There are a lot of restaurants here as well. Parking is free after 4hrs in case you're driving here. Quick to get to if using the underground, just hop off at North Greenwich station and you're practically there.

L. S.Good selection of shops to explore indoors. Some places remain vacant or closed. Spacious and not very busy during a weekday. Free parking (Car parks 2, 3 and 4) if you spend £35 or more in one of the outlet shops. (current for July 2021) Car park is about a 5 minute walk from the shops.

M. N.It's a good concept but the shops are all really small. If you're looking for lots of choice between chain restaurants then the O2 is a safe bet, but for shopping, it's not the best. Although it is a far better outlet than the Wembley one.

A. L.First word I said when I saw the entrance to Icon centre was woah! It's still very new and not all shops have opened/finished yet , hence the 4 stars, but this place earns 4 stars for how great it looks. Very modern, fresh and stylish with plenty of space to move around and not feel cramped. There are a couple of places to eat and drink upstairs, but I'd expect there to be more when the place is complete. I wouldn't say it would be worth traveling far to come shopping here right now unless you are coming the the o2 for some other activity eg. dining , cinema, trampolining, clubbing, exhibition etc.

A.New outlet shopping centre in North Greenwich. It has a lot of potential and there is plenty of space, which is unusual in London. Only a few stores are opened now and it seems a bit empty. They have the regular outlet deals; nothing impressive. What I like about the place is the style and the space. The toilets are also spacious and very clean. Hopefully, more stores will join and they will do some events to attract more customers.

S. C.If you're after brands but not the painfully expensive price tag, then shop at the Icon Outlet. It was quieter than usual ( thanks to Covid), but I still managed to get myself a very nice pair of Nike trainers much less than they would be at other Nike store branches.

R.Good variety of brands and I found it easy that all shops are on one floor. I like that its not super massive like the other shopping malls making it easy and quick to shop when you know what you want.
C. A.Icon looks amazing, with an almost futuristic aesthetic. Unfortunately there are not yet many shops at all, so for now the design comes off a bit cold and barren. The shops that are available are for the most part the same old names, which makes me question why anyone would make a special trip. Also the high parking prices make the venue an odd choice for a shopping mall. However the staff are very helpful and patiently pointed us in the right direction to get to the Intercontinental Hotel. Special thanks also to the great women who attended us in Whittard! Hopefully Icon picks up soon, but I would prefer to see more independent shops than the same old down the road at Bluewater.

More variety would be great although I can heartedly recommend the Whittards shop Their hot chocolate is amazing. Build a Bear is also worth going to especially if your little one wants to take part in the making of bear but doesn't like the noise of the bigger stores.

As we visited during the covid-19 pandemic, it was very quiet, with many stores still closed and most restaurants still closed. I'm sure it would be busy normally. Good transport links to get there as the bus and tube stops are just outside. Large car parks are also close by but it's rather expensive.

Had a fun shopping time and managed to purchase Ted Baker items for majorly discounted prices, as well as from my favourite tea shop, Whittard, just to name a few. It’s also pretty quiet on the weekdays so it’s relaxing to shop here then.
C. C.I love going here as it is local for me . But there are still shops that have not opened yet so limited. However, I have had some brilliant items at discounted prices so would certainly pay more visits.

B. O.A great place to get discounted items that are still top quality. It's quiet, calm and just a few minutes from North Greenwich tube. Do check that you're interested in the range of shops before turning up, as it's not the usual high street or out of town selection.

R.Good variety of brands and I found it easy that all shops are on one floor. I like that its not super massive like the other shopping malls making it easy and quick to shop when you know what you want.
H. R.The Icon outlet in the O2 is a modern and spacious venue.
Hundreds of seats with a good view of the main stage. Audio and light were also excellent.
Plenty of bars on each level means you don't have to wait for drink. The toilet facilities are also very good.
The security on the night that I went was very good (boxing) and entering/exiting the venue was fast and hassle free.
Being part of the O2 venue meant that there were plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues in close proximity.
Transport was also excellent, being on the jubilee line means you can get into central London in under 30 minutes.
