Amazing experience! As soon as I walked into the store, despite the busy atmosphere I felt personally looked after. As a timid bride shopping alone, they catered to me expertly and gave me a tailored shopping experience. In comparison to other shops, staff members were polite & respectful prioritising the customers satisfaction. Customer service was fantastic and they promised to have my dress ready in a week on account of my limited time & held to that promise! Payment system and communications were also very efficient. Really pleased.

Great service and the staff were very helpful and approachable (thank you Aunty for being so kind). I came to get an idea of dress styles and happened to come across their shop. We got the bride and groom's outfit to match. The dress was slightly delayed due to Covid but managed to arrive within time frame agreed. The outfit did come slightly different from the request (sleeves came opaque) and some new additions etc. as it's customised from India. I didn't mind too much just wanted it adjusted to my size.They managed to adjust the size etc within an hour for me as I was travelling from Manchester to pickup my dress. After a few adjustments it looked perfect. The quality was great and the embroidery beautiful. My fiancé is also really happy with his outfit.

Impressions is the very 1st shop in the mall on right.... beautiful outfits and great customer service.... this year both my sister decided to get married and both choose their outfits for Impressions..... One sister has had her wedding and both sis and brother in law looked amazing both brought outfits from here... Other sister wedding in due end of year still got to go back for fitting etc.... Staff at impressions are very helpful popped in there today just to have look for another outfit and to say thank you for my sister outfit it looked amazing. I just wanted to take some time out to write this review I had an incredible experience the first time I went to the store I found my outfit and placed an order it was short notice as my wedding was two months away they promised to have it ready by end of November I was already nervous as usually people order months in advance I came home and read reviews instantly got worried but they reassured me numerous times I received my dress on the 15/11/21 earlier than the date they had given me, I am beyond happy that I didn’t listen to the reviews and trusted them can’t wait for my wedding now. I highly recommend Impressions to anyone looking for wedding outfits as my partner and I were promised that we will receive our outfits within 2 weeks and they were right! I wanted to take some time out to acknowledge everyone there at Impressions for the exceptional experience provided to my family and I upon our visit to their beautiful store located in Greet Street. As I intend to get married in the upcoming weeks I was fortunate to come across Impressions after visiting a flurry of stores based in the UK. My first visit to Impressions was truly nothing short of impressive! From the moment my family and I walked in to the store we were received with warm & welcoming smiles by staff members who proceeded with kind greetings. They allowed us to get a feel of their store and ever so gracefully asked whether we needed any personal assistance. Being from the grooms side - we were looking for a bespoke Shirwanee - to which we were assisted to the first floor to a beautiful trial room which was beautifully presented with excellent traditional, classical yet modern pieces of clothing. My family and I truly did not know where to choose from! Here is where it gets better!!! The store manager Riyaz introduced himself to my family and I like a true gentlemen, with care and respect towards my parents! Instantly building a personal connection - he seated them and offered us all refreshments whilst engaged in background talks about one another. He then gave us a brief and special introduction about his family business and developed talks on asking us what sort of outfit we were looking for - this was done without even showing or pressuring us with anything on offer, he truly wanted to understand his customer and what we wanted. Truly a personal and professional touch, we then explored some of the shirwanees on display together, for each piece he explained where and how the work was done, whilst making me try them on with care - he made me feel like a groom right there and then brining tears of joy to my parents eyes and settling their nerves whilst stating ‘not to worry your son is in good hands’ complimenting my parents and especially paying attention to my mothers request! It genuinely felt as though we have known Riyaz for many years - back to the point be sure that the manager knew exactly what we wanted and found the outfit dreams are made of! Through all the emotions and exceptional first class experience we not only decided to order the outfit that very day but now we often visit the store and are always treated with so much love and respect by staff members Farzana and Lucky and others! Truly the sweetest ladies full of prayers and good intentions for their clients. 👌🏽 All in all I could go on for hours, I’d just once again like to give a massive Thank you to Mr Riyaz and his family as well as entire staff! We ordered my wedding dress from here and it was absolutely perfect. After reading the reviews we were a little bit unsure though. We ordered it at the beginning of June to get it for the end of August/beginning of September, because the dress was made in another colour and also made to measure. The customer service was really good and we had an amazing experience with them. The dress was exactly the way we wanted it and it was an absolute showstopper! You should calculate enough time when ordering in general, but we’ve been very satisfied with our choice.

At first I received good customer service and friendly staff. Once I received my outfit, the bottom, top and head piece were all different colour. I understand they would have a colour difference due to the material but it was 3/4 shades colour difference. Anyways moving on... The turban fitting- the guy can do really good turbans, but none of which the younger generation would prefer. I wanted something flat and slick which he couldn't do. I went back to Riaz from I.pressions and he kept saying "everyone else likes it, I've had no other complaints" riaz- ease understand everyone is different, not everyone will like everything. This is supposed to be a unique service. Anyways I was only refunded £36 from the £150 i paid for the service. Oh, and I took them 6 weeks to refund £36 which I had to continously chase. After care was very poor. I don't remember them having any issues taking payment! However everyone loved my outfit

Every colour and style available from one piece dresses, salwaar kameez, lehengas and sarees. They have a cutting floor upstairs where they can amend and customise outfits

Best store in Greenstreet!!!!! The outfits here are incredible, such good quality and in style. Bought my wedding outfit from here when all other shops said they couldn't deliver in time. Almas reassured me it could be done and the dress came in plenty of time, fitting was perfect. The team here are amazing and so professional. Will definitely be coming back for my Walima outfits. I purchased my wedding dress from this store and I have to say the quality of my outfit is amazing. As having reading reviews for this store, there has been a lot of concerns in regards of time frame. As it is a bridal shop leaving clothes last minute is not the best idea for any bride or groom. Majority of other shops time frame will be much quicker as opposed to this store, having said that, the work that goes into each outfit are often quite heavy work so the timescale should be expected to be longer. Bridal shops specifically would take a while as there are many people who makes purchases everyday therefore timescale would significantly be longer. I ordered my dress a year in advance and they’ve provided me with multiple fittings which is a great service because majority of shops only do one fitting. Don’t be put off purchasing from here because there clothes are absolutely amazing. As a happy customer I would like to thank the team for my outfit and the service they have provided to me. I would definitely recommend this store for any brides looking to have a unique bridal wear as no store can compare to this as I’ve been everywhere and always find myself back to impression.

Went in wanting a bridal dress straight off the shelf as I didn’t want to order one. As soon as I walked in, I seen the perfect dress. Alma and her lovely assistants helped me try on the dress and made the suitable adjustments for me, ready to collect the next day as I was heading back home. The google reviews were a real concern but we decided to go ahead and order regardless. We asked to speak to the owner about the bad reviews and were reassured by Almas to go ahead and order. We made a change to the embroidery from the dress on display. The first 2 embroidery samples received were not right but 3rd time lucky. I can see how this bit might have been problematic for someone not living locally, but thankfully the bride had me nearby to pop down and check the samples for her. The whole process took less than 3 months. The dress was lovely when it arrived. We came back 2 months later for the final fitting and it needed taken in and up which they accommodated very quickly with their tailor. All in all, we've experienced really good service, staff were always polite and helpful and the owner was lovely to us. I'd recommend you speak to the owner before you order if you have any reservations from other reviews.

A girls dream is to have the best wedding outfit! Initially the colour I chose to wear wasn’t my first choice. I’ve changed my mind many times. The day I went into Impressions, I tried on 1 outfit, it was okay but wasn’t that great, I set eyes on another outfit which was beyond stunning!!!! I loved it so much! And that was it, I tried it on and fell in love! I did decide to change it a little bit, like the colour of the skirt etc and impressions were just able to get me the perfect shade I wanted which wasn’t in the book. They also created my other half’s outfit just the way he wanted it. We done a few alterations and we received both of our clothes on time and came in perfect condition! We was amazed! We both can’t thank impression enough. I’ve heard and experience a lot of bad reviews and very bad service within the bridal industry, but impressions- green st, customer service has been so genuine from the very first time we step foot in. The ladies and management are very loving and just want the best for you to wear on your special day. The main boss was friendly there. He had good customer service skills and delivered well on his part. The female assistant there by the name 'Nas' was also really really helpful. I put in an order of my outfit beginning of August, to be made from scratch, the order was ready in 3 weeks. They also sold my wife her wedding outfit and again, they provided excellent service, she was also very happy with everything. The price was also really really good, they understood that wedding planning is stressful and expensive and they catered to that. Would definitely recommend and go again.

I cannot imagine the strain it puts on a person if their outfit is not correct, is the wrong colour or doesn't fit. In all honesty, I was concerned about the reviews... the issue was I didnt see those until I'd paid for my dress. Impressions didnt have any dresses in my size at the time of purchasing and id been everywhere to find the perfect dress so buying one was a real gamble. I was filled with excitement after finding one in Impressions. I returned home to send the link of the shop to my sister but was shocked by the reviews. Considering I had paid in full as well! I quickly emailed Riyaz in panic. He assured me 48 hours later that it would all be ok. My dress even arrived early! I booked the day off work and drove straight down there. You can imagine the fear I had if it was wrong, it's all I thought about for weeks (5 to be exact... it didnt take months like some of these reviews). What I can tell you is... dont believe everything you read on these reviews. Accounts with only 1 review ever left... anywhere. Be realistic. I'm not saying some of you may not have had issues, but some of these ARE clearly fake. I cannot 5 star this review as I've been trying for weeks for someone to answer the phone in the store, just to book in for my alterations. (I took the dress with me to take back another time... all free of charge) I'm visiting the store tomorrow to now book back in, it's a pain as I'm from north west London but I still have time. I made sure I was dress shopping a year before my big day. I want to point out about alterations... nothing was wrong with the dress, I bought it when I was bigger and in a few months (and now) will be smaller. I do feel nervous about the alterations based on some of these REAL reviews but I trust Riyaz to look after me as his customer. If not, Riyaz will resolve. I shall leave another review when my dress is complete.

Impressions are amazing. My mum needed a wedding dress within 3 days. They helped her choose an amazing outfit and she had her first fitting within 24 hours. Riyaz and his team made the whole experience so special. The alterations were correct first time. Would recommend them to everyone! Ordered my dress from impressions in January for my wedding in March. Don’t be misleaded by the bad reviews, I also had my doubts after placing my order but don’t! Not everyone’s experience will be perfect as they order the dress from India, it’s out of their control in what happens next. Always remember to try order your dress early to avoid any delays, but my dress is perfect thanks to the owner and his team. Everything came out as I asked for and expected. No alterations needed, and the owner sticks to his word and will not mess you about. I did have issues with timing but the owner Riyaz assured me that it will be here and it came! Staff members are helpful but it was quite hard to understand and communicate with some due to the lack of English. Not everyone’s bridal experience will go right, sometimes mistakes happen, but once they put the order through they did their job, it’s all in the hands of the place in India which is out of their control but they do everything they can in their power to track and locate your outfit. However, aside the doubts I overall had a wonderful experience, and will not hesitate to order from there again.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE , this has been the best shop I went in the whole of green street to buy ur clothes . If ur thinking of buying ur clothes from here I am with u. I bought a bridal outfit ,with a few of a custom designs or a little twitch where I would have liked it better. I was promised my outfit would arrive on time which is did despite the new lockdown in india. I can’t explain how chuffed I am with my experience and how the entire team dealt with us. I mean to have the wedding outfits made in 10 days and in my hand in 15 days was impossible but Almas and Riaz made this possible. I then went back and purchased a second his and hers outfit which Was stunning and made to perfection with alterations done on the day of purchase. I ordered my bridal dress from here which I partly customised/changed. I was so nervous about how it would turn out but let me tell you this, it turned out EXACTLY the same as they said - the sizing, the design, the colour - everything (it was perfect - I mean I wish I had made the top longer as it looks shorter than I thought it would be but hey ho, that’s not the end of the world, that’s not their problem). I was so scared as I’ve heard many horror stories of dresses looking completely different. Ngl, I actually expected it to come late (as my walima dress from another store is already 4 weeks late lol) but it came earlier than I expected which was amazing! I’m so so happy with their service as well as the quality in the clothing. I was about to give a four star because I really didn’t like the latkan on the lengha- this part felt very cheap and felt as if it’s about to break off - HOWEVER the lady did say she would try her best to solve that issue hence the Five star(I’ll update on this once I go back to pick the dress up) In terms of the bad reviews; every business on this planet will have its bad days. You got to remember that only a small amount of people leave reviews and those who do, only do so when they have a bad experience. Also Asians tend to leave things very last minute let’s not lie.. these things take time. I gave them 3 months which I reckon is the ideal amount; so if you’re planning on getting a an outfit i definitely recommend but be sure to give plenty of time!

Word cannot express the experience I have had with Impressions! The staff and owners have treated me like family from the day I entered the shop, to the day I left after my final fitting. They guided me throughout the process but also trusted and fully listened to my wishes, customising exactly how I wanted - even during Covid they came through on time, communicating and delivering to an impeccable standard. Other suppliers let me down but not Impressions. With everything Covid took away from my wedding, Impressions made sure the dress of my dreams, was not one of them. We had placed an order for a few brides maids lengha’s (which were very heavy with hand work) and some sarees, we chose a design that they already had in the shop but we ordered ours in different colours. Our outfits Alhamdulillah turned out amazing!! It went way above our expectations, The hand work and the materials were of very high quality. Impressions Almas Couture team are amazing! We chose bride and groom outfits for my sisters wedding day and Walima in just a few hours. Aunty Farzana knows her stuff she made us feel comfortable and asked all the right questions so we didn’t waste time. Lucky helped my sister throughout all the visits and gave her a personal service in the dressing room, so it less hassle to try on all the outfits. Riyaz was fantastic he understood what styles we were going for the bride and groom and he gave the right advice to get the look we wanted. He had a very short time to turn it around and made sure it happened and the look was fantastic!
