Reviews of Livat
S. S.
I was just passing through the Livat, it looks incredible since being refurbished and with IKEA in there now hopefully will bring in more footfall for the centre. Lidl and Sainsbury's are in there too and good size car park. Outdoor space too with IKEA 🙂
O. T.
Very spacious areas and good selection of clothes, shoes, socks and habitat for the home.
The streets are busy and nice to see the new road
layout. We need to look twice when crossing the
road, the cycling is controlled at reduced speed.
M. P. N. (. P.
Well, four stars for effort but, do they know their customers? Most don't frequent the place as they once did. Kings Mall wants to create a new image, in keeping with today's trends. What we want is a "Shopping Experience" as can be found in H&M's flagship store. No longer King's Mall but "LIVAT." There is now a lovely new IKEA store inside where you can dine as well. What are you waiting for?!? 🙋😁🥰
P.
Need more shops rather quiet though! For those shops in Kings Mall at the moment, try to fill empty shelves!
M. S. H.
Huge Primark in Hammersmith, definitely recommend it to all of you to visit it.
A. S.
Well all looks bright and modern. Ikeia change the scenary of the mall. No more that nice atmosphere of locals. Children after school having some snacks, seats to rest and a food hall. The toillet is close at 6pm as i was at Ikeia and when i took the lift it was close if csr park is open and Mall open why it is closed. Modernization took away that family feeling and locals atmosphere.
j. R.
Loving the stage and seating area. The new IKEA is good. Well staffed. Very busy now too.
a. k.
Oh yes I go shopping here weekly, there are some good shops ere, just a pity that IKEA is opening here soon,an ALDI store would be much better or even a MORRISONS.
M. M.
Lots of good changes happening at this place. Few good shops addition too but the excellent news is IKEA is comings to kings small Parking is so much improved too.
L. p. b.
As I used to live Hammersmith area as a student. This place was my daily shopping place. The superstore at the corner was used to be safeway, but it's Sainsburys now. Anyway, inside the shop is almost the same.
I love this area, not very expensive and feel peoples lives in suburban SW London. When I visit London, I always book hotels near the mall, very convenient. Free toilet at the car park.
F. F. D.
Just like Croydon and Tooting Shopping Centres. And I love going shopping before The London Anime & Gaming Con weekend starts.
D. D.
At the moment is a complete mess, but once the works are over Im sure will be great. Good price for parking also, 3£ for 2 hours, much better than on the street at h&f
D.
Great shops, welcoming employees and air conditioning! Currently under construction in certain parts but other than that, it's great.
C. P.
Ikea in Hammersmith its great. Ido like the fact that it's so central.
A. D.
A very quiet place to shop and there’s a variety of shops and stores to chose from, definitely recommend.
B. V. S.
Lots of good changes happening at this place. Few good shops addition too. Can be pretty crowded between 1-3 on weekdays and 3-5 on weekends so plan your visit wisely. Best time if youre visiting for either daily or weekly grocery is to come early during the week. Parking is so much improved too.
B. &. G. B.
So nice to be able to shop so late. Staff were still happy to help, nothing to much trouble.
S. K.
Getting better just waiting for the new ikea to open and then it will be back to not bad, missing the river island
V. W.
The place is very big, works are in progress since many many months but overall is coming quite well. The Mall has many shops, all big companies like Wilko, VHWSmith, Primark etc BUT with my surprise there is a POP-UP shop with local businesses, stunning handmade crafts, a little pricey but at least something different!
T. T.
A great place to go shopping. With stores such as M&S, H&M, Primark and much more! It's close to the train station and very accessible.
C. M.
Only visited Lidl and Wilko in passing through. No great range of outlets.
C. L.
All shops in which you can find basic and all kinds of groceries. Even if you feel thirsty 😉 after all that shopping.
T. C.
Good experience, im waiting for ikea to open now.
a. b.
Lot of refurbishment happening. New Ikea. Food courts gone.
G. G.
Sainsbury's, Wilko, Lidl (the best), Clarks and Specsavers and a few phone shops. A new IKEA is under construction and has been for a long time. Gotta be an improvement over what it has been. They need to fix the leaks in the roof everywhere and upgrade the awful lighting. Hope they add some sort of relevant inexpensive food court.
IKEA is a good addition. Footfall certainly increased. A little cluttered along the main hall with their furniture used for customers. Greatly improved over what it was but then again it wasn't much before.
d. n.
Sadly the place has been abandoned like a rat infested ship. Long gone the glory days of the '70s-'90s now just a shell waiting for Ikea to bring a boost.
J. “. B. H.
IKEA coming on really good, had a sneak peak behind the walls last night 😉
b. m.
This mall will be amazing when it will be finish..can't wait..
C. S.
Most shops have closed in the mall but nice to have a new supermarket in there. Such a shame you cannot walk through the mall from one entrance to the other.
G. L.
This shopping centre has lost a lot of shops, during the pandemic /refurbishment. Shame,.
P. R. “. R.
If you visit a high street you should find everything there but Kings mall doesn't have everything here!
S. S.
This is a favourite Place to visit especially PRIMARK, SAINSBURY'S & Aldi & finally....TKMATT
C. X.
Finally, it's open! Needs some dining options
Z. S.
Good experience due to the slightly different layout to the other malls, other than that it’s the same brands you will find in other malls.
I feel like these malls need to do different things, different events to keep relevant at times like these when everyone is turning online.
Location is not everything anymore.
G. g. E.
A bit empty in the middle, but HM and Primark are good shopping
D. D.
I love the fact that Lidl is there now. Through the entrance next to Primark. So I usually go there to get some fresh croissants, worth the price!
The mall is getting refurbished, so you can’t go from one entrance to another and most shops are closed. The other entrance just gives you access to Specsavers and Clarks.
P. R.
It's OK. I go there for a particular shop, otherwise may not visit that regularly.
r. w.
Very good, calm, helpful people
P. S.
Quite an eclectic area but super useful if you are looking to buy anything for the kitchen right from utensils to the grocery list. Has a sainsbury, a Lidl and a wilko as well so you’re going to go back with pockets not as light as you might have dreaded
F. B.
Small shops but great value
M. L.
This shopping centre had declined over the years but it's showing signs of revival now. Primark, Wilko, Clarks, Sainsbury's and Lidl are all there.
A. C.
Like going there has many different shops.
R. P.
Not many outlets open right now due to works been there for a while
K. H.
Renovations happening with a supposed new Lidl opening within according to the panellings
Wouldn't want to walk through here with headphones on, on my own with low lighting. Still looks like it's stuck in the 70s with commendable attempt to try and spruce it up
C. A.
Best place to shop around..great vibe
P. W.
Great centre and atmosphere - top quality
A. W.
Undergoing the installation of new stores, so not at its best. Currently gives impression it's closed as it hasn't been made clear it's open but split in two as a result of the above taking place.
O. W.
Nice shopping centre, never too busy, and a good selection of useful shops! Selection is small tho, would love a few more shops to pop up (there is some space for it). Good accessibility here too, with two entrances one front and one back, a big parking lot, and elevators.
K. K.
Good spread of shops, places for food, tube and Bus station
R.
Not many places open, Wilko is good value, Sainsbury's is large, very very clean, security doing a great job of keeping covid secure. Shame not more shops. Primark is well laid out and spacious, maybe the tidiest Primark I have ever seen.
B. M.
Use to be busy but after pandemic it was empty. Recent new Lidl, Wilko Sainsbury are making to look good the mall
m. a.
Not a beautiful mall (looks more like a hangar) but you find the most important on a little surface: Sainsbury's for your groceries, Primark for clothes and Wilko for household and stationery. There was a plan over this summer to have a Lidl and an IKEA but I guess those plans have been postponed because of pandemic.
M. A. S.
Nice shopping centre and various food selections.
S. M.
I have shopped here for years, it has been going through a regeneration for the last few years and it's looking good
There are a diverse range of shops from Wilko, Sainsburys, shoe shops, clothes and a pop up art and craft shops. There's a lot more shops, just too lazy to type them all in, go and check it out.
I look forward to seeing its final renovation. Toilets and car park up stairs accessible by a lift. It's a much more calmer and lighter feel to it and safer environment, with good security.
O.
Kings Mall changes all the time, there are new stores there and it's a nice place to shop
Not overly congested or busy. I love to visit sainsburys and WHsmith
B. Y.
Love to shop here. Just can't wait until the shops are open.
R. G.
You will find everything that you need
F.
It doesn't like it was couple years ago.
not many choices or stores to visit.
In very short time could be useless.
A. G.
Went in specifically to visit Wilko's love the staff in this branch and the new Lidyl. Small but still worth a visit
T. V.
Some repair works at the monent adding new shops and following covid ristrictions .. lidle is now open in hammersmith mall
S. G.
Love to shop here. Just can't wait until clothes shops are bk open. Also a new lydles there xxx
C. v.
This mall will be going under major construction very soon and whilst the shops were closed during the lock down many did not return. Wilko, Primark and Sainsburys are still opened.
P. M.
Good selection and good service
S. A. J.
One day I guess they will finish I wonder where the food court went to was shut only open for a very short while.
Still a building site
N. D.
Entire shopping mall owned by Ikea
M. W.
Great shopping centre (mall) with a selection of food places to choose from. You can never go wrong with a marks and next. Especially during the January sales. It was open late on the 1st which was useful if you stayed out late the previous night. And turtle bay was quiet so the service was quicker than normal. I got lost trying to find turtle bay but that was due to my own poor memory from the previous visit.
H. S.
I love how they now have a Entertainer store in here. The centre has recently had a lot of work done and it shows. new look is great and Bigger H&M looks great. I miss the Burger King and Game however that used to be here. Parking is a rare thing to find around here so it's great to see they still have a parking lot (City parking prices however that could be expected)
s. -.
a new IKEA is getting built there
G. H.
Great shops better than uk
S. B.
Going through extensive works on the inside, which recently left to the opening of a Lidl in there.
Will be exciting to see IKEA opening in here
A. M.
Go here every week for shopping! Love it and totally recommend
L. h.
Still undergoing a revamp but already much improved. Has good range of stores and restaurants. It has a food hall which is great as you don't have to pick which to go to if you're in a group. It's right on King's Street where all the shipping is but its indoors so great in all weather.
A. K.
Small shopping centre with few mid size shops, some shops closed due to works
B. O.
Small mall but you can find what you want from supermarkets, shoe shops books store clothes and fashion 👌
E. C.
It's a good place normally to shop but the shopping centre is undergoing refurbishment! Therefore not as pleasant as before and if you want to go to the toilets you must climb up stairs quite a bit! The lift will only accommodate two people.
K. R.
I went to Made in H&F pop up shop to drop off my new 2019 calendars and check stock and it's just so great being in there and meeting the locals. Having an outlet like this is amazing for myself and other local artists and makers. Got some incredible feedback from people who were buying my work is just what king's mall needs! Thank you Made in H&F!
M.
This shopping mall is closing soon ilkea have brought it out and are going to move in. Sad I've been going there since I was a child
A. G.
The places is still under a lot of maintenance
Not worth the trip. If you are using your car to visit Hammersmith, this mall’s parking lot is the best location. But they need major improvement to the elevators and restroom service.
T. K.
There nothing wrong with the mall. It's clearly going through some challenges with its store changes over the last few years. The attempt at a food court was disrupted by the fact that no one knew it was there. However it still has quite a few well established anchor stores attached so I can see it being around for some time yet, which I hope it does.
A. S.
Nothing special, just the usual shopping area.
c. w.
Great location for shopping, great selection of top brands in an enclosed area, clean and in the top end of shopping centre. Has all the good foodie places and easy to get to vie underground from London city centre there are so many different shops and places to eat. There's such a variety of stores to suit most budgets!
C. A.
Recently refurbished, but they keep moderating it. It has created nice spaces for people to gather, eat lunch, with access to street food restaurants, and play games. Perfect for your daily shopping.
M. T.
Mostly closed due to Corona, Sainsbury's, Lidl and Wilko still open with social distancing restrictions in place
S. M.
Nothing overly special but it's alright. The sainsbury's is decent and has a decent Irish section.
M.
A year ago i would've rated only 1 star. Now it's way better after the recent renovation. Not many options though and even sainsbury there doesn't open long hours !
b. r.
Wilkinsons great service even thou lack of Staff on sale's floor
Easy to order.
A. S.
Everything is included in good costs at right places, old compared to the new ones. Sometimes have to keep from strangers, but nothing really dangerous. Good prices for new clothes and home things, lovely costing and eating, drinking things and bavereges everywhere.
C. F.
The staff are simply delightful and oh so helpful.
Thanking you
L. O.
Small shop so don't carry all the items and unfortunately there's no phone no to call to check if item is in store staff nice
J. G.
Take ear plugs with you as the noise from the updating is HORRENDOUS
M. M. h.
My local shopping mall, in 2 floor and access to train and bus station many shops and restaurants.
C. C.
Can't wait for all shop to open up again this place was great had everything you need
E. H.
Quite good shopping centre on Hamersmith. Not so big but comfortable. Thanks.
G. W.
I have been going here for years and it has changed dramatically. It is not at it's best at the moment, there are many shops which have closed similar to the high streets all over the U.K.
I believe the busiest shops currently in the mall are Primark, Wilko and Sainsbury's. There are a few of these pop up shops which are helping to occupy vacant lots, which is good. I believe the council should let shop space to independent retailers and organisations rather than leaving lots empty. Makes sense!
E. E.
Not a lot there at the moment, but I do shop in Sainsbury's, the 02 shop and sometimes Clark's shoe shop. Sure it will get better.
S. M.
Hanging on due to its location but these malls are in danger of disappearing due to their old fashioned lack of marketing. I think the market stalls in the street outside are more lively. Management needs to rethink. No buzz or excitement. Consumers need a bit more enticing to go shopping. The Internet is all over them.
E.
Great shops in there but in such disarray- looks horrendous. The toilets are almost always closed or out of order - if you have IBS - not ideal to say the least. Always a great place to pick up good stuff in the shops there though
J. a.
It's so good to have an M&S in hammersmith, perfect for essential clothing and delicious food treats.
S. I.
How many incarnations is this place supposed to have. It's currently undergoing yet another change around. Certain shops will have permanently departed for economic reasons. Let's see what the great reveal is like in a few weeks. Of course Primark will still be there with its new slightly bewildering beauty bar. Bit scary the idea that a cashier might suddenly become your eyebrow threader after a quick days training. Sainsbury's and Wilko are nearby and next to the welcome addition of Lidl. Hammersmith is now doing better than Bush for food choice with Iceland in King St just a few ice blocks away. Nice helpful branch of Specsavers in the corner whose assistants and opthalmologists actually bother to tell you how to preserve your eyesight. H&M will open up soon too. What's still worrying about Kings Mall is accessibility. I enjoyed the new lifts but due to the refurbishments we were left with only the disability one to use which l fear everyone will put more strain on. It's also quite a ridiculous trek to the toilet. They really do have to fit two or three on the ground level. This centre though needs a wow focal point, a sculpture, or hydraphonic feature. Otherwise is dismal concrete with a few greened planters and shops. Yes it's a shopping centre. It's also the 21 at century version of the town pond or well where everyone congregates to chat. You know that thing we all used to do loads of out in public. Please owners put some personality into this place
E. W.
The king's mall is quite grand, it has a variety of shops which is good for all the service users.
The only thing is that it doesn't have public toilets on the ground floor, if a disabled person meed to use the toilet it will be very difficult for us as normal people much more for them. I think if there is toilet facilities on the ground floor then more people will come to shop in the king's mall.
Thank you.
A. B.
I really like atmosphere inside the restaurant
A. B.
Construction going on so not all shops open. No toilet facilities on site.
T. C. H.
Still has a lot to offer, although not as good as it was. A new Wilko, WHSmiths, Clarkes and other stores. Currently a wonderful pop up business of local artists. Please have a look and support them. Marvellous opportunity to get dome really authentic presents.
M. K.
Good variety of shops and lots of places to grab a drink or a bite to eat. Right on top of the bus and tube station and about a 10 min walk from the river bank, very convenient location.
S. T.
Good sized Primark (always best to go there as early as you can to avoid the crowds!), Wilko, Sainsburys, Tiger, Poundland and WH Smith on the inside, with a few smaller retailers as well. It's in the process of being updated and the seating area is closed off currently for renovation which I'm hoping will be much improved eating area to what it was. I agree with another review regarding the toilets - every time I've been they are quite revolting, both in smell and cleanliness - hoping that will be updated during this whole refurbishment, too! In all honesty, it's a bit of a mess at the moment but if you look past that then there are shops which are perfectly shoppable.
There is a lift to the bathrooms upstairs, and escalators.
Outside there's a large H&M, Patisserie Valerie, Wasabi etc. Handy, small shopping mall for quick visits.
O. B.
This is a very limited shop area which should probably not even qualify as a shopping mall (i.e., three stores put together hardly make up for a proper mall). It's okay for clothes shopping and that's pretty much it, there are no other interesting finds.
J. A.
Waiting for Lidl coming in the summer , a bother to walk over Hammersmith bridge at the moment there is fine White dust Inthe air and on the footpath not good if you have asthma or breathing problems, needs more shops in the mall quite a few empty plots, but King at is still worth a visit and the mall for a general look-see
C. H.
Would not be my first choice of mall to browse in. I tend to go in only to go to specific shops. There seems to have been construction work going on for ages and no real customer feedback / experience about it. Nothing bad, but certainly a mall you could forget quickly.
D. I.
This is smallish older style shopping centre which has a few shops inside, mainly taken by Primark, Sainsbury, Wilko, WH Smith and H&M.
A few other shops too and some empty units. Hopefully they get taken soon.
The centre has recently undergone refurbishment but there always seems to be leaks and buckets everywhere collecting water when
Car park is reasonable prices for area and feels safe. Security patrol the centre so feels pretty safe too.
G. E.
Haven't been here for years...the place has gone down a lot,no doubt because of Westfield !! Many of its shops have closed and no eateries are left. There is free table tennis ,a book exchange, toilets and good budget shops. Wilko, Saintsbury's , the legendary Primark and Tiger what comes to mind...I am worried that this place might close down and sold off for "redevelopment" ...hope not!!!
Y. R.
Kings Mall Shopping Centre is a great place to do some shopping (which is very surprising). There are places to eat at cafés and also clothing brands inside the centre. The shopping centre does not look as big as it seems to be inside than outside. The place I visit the most in this shop is Tiger, which I absolutely love.
D. M.
Good improvements over the years but still needs help with the shops that have suffered from the pandemic and refurbishment in the area
T. V.
I am so pleased to see that we have a new lidll shop opened in Hammersmith Kings Mall..
A. R.
Here you will find eScootor on rent to roam around.
Z.
When you see Kings Mall it would have been better designed to accommodate small to medium sized businesses for greater variety and interest. Instead it is occupied by a few large superstores mainly and not very well balanced for interest. However I do applaud their initiative for providing Ping Pong facilities for free!
k. A.
The mall has a very good newly opened food court. Wide choice of cuisines. The mall is being upgraded so the entrance is unattractive. You need to navigate construction equipment.
J. H.
Good shopping center with lots to do, car parking is connected to the shopping center with a place to pay for tickets just up the stairs. They also have a place for a pop up shop that always has interesting things to see
A. P.
Might get better once the building work has finished
B. B.
Excellent PAUL is brilliant for Breakfast Lunch and Brunch too. All food freshly made on site. Hence 5 stars for great coffee and warm service on top.
S. M.
Still a lot of building work going on
D. F.
Quite average among the many in London
B. F.
There are few shops around there. Primark, H and M, New Look, Clarks, Wilko, Tiger, some mobile shops Sainsbury s. There is public toilet as well. Besides in high street there are few more shops. TK MAX, Marks and Spencer, pubs etc..
N. M.
This is one of my favourite places for shopping in the area. Lots of affordable items (clothes, footwear, food, souvenirs, cosmetics, household stuff) under one roof (to name but a few, there's Tiger, WH Smith, Sainsbury's...). One can spend a fruitful shopping afternoon there and have a snack in between without leaving the Mall.
A. T.
Well.ot is undergoing a bit of a revamp at the moment so perhaps 3 stars is unfair. There are not that many shops in it and the cafe area currently closed. Hopefully, when it opens again, the whole place will become a bit more lively with a better range of shops. A good WHSmiths there.
T. S.
Better than nothing but still needs upgrading which I believe is underway
A. M. L.
Small but useful, I like come here as it's a faster way for my shopping with differents options for all you can need and many buses lines and tube.
a. j.
love this shopping centre! great selection of shops from h&m to sainsbury’s, from O2 to Whsmith (including many more)! Also have free toilets and even a car park.
J. 2.
Good place for shopping for affordable clothes .. where u find primark ,newlook and h&m .
E. M.
I love to come this lovely place. Lovely shops and coffee shop around
B. P.
Well, what can i say about my local shopping centre. my favourite and most visited places are Sainsberys , WH Smith but there is just so much more this place offers, from technology to the latest designers, Banks to the children toy-shops. this place has got it all, its close proximity to Hammersmith train station and a range of surrounding departmental stores and shops makes it a great place for a one stop shopping centre.
S. H.
First time visitor. I was surprised how many stores were here. Lots of building work going on and even more stores soon to open. It is not a Westfield but a pleasant surprise. A list of stores would have been welcome
N. S.
I wish a cashier at the till to accept cash
J. M. G. M.
This shopping Centre is hidden from everyone lol but it has lots of shops in side its to bad that game and Burger King has close down but yoy have in there o2, Vodafone, EE, Three and Carphone Warehouse, Poundland, Primark and lots more
m. g.
This mall is one of the first in London and as such commands a reverence, similar to church. Not going to get bored as they do not have a large enough space for boredom to set in.
m. c.
It has been so empty for so long . The council need to put some money into it and help the small busines owners.
S.
Not many shops but has parking and toilets
A. H.
Getting better some more shops opening. Specks savers now in mall. Lots of phone shops. Wilco which is great for household and cleaning goods. Sainsburys for your weekly /daily shopping they have wide selection. Primark cheap and lots of variety.
F. C.
A small mall at King's Street near Hammersmith tube station. There are not many shops here. Sainsbury's supermarket is the major attraction. Poundland is another popular shop. H&M (currently under renovation) is popular with shoppers. The shops here are practical shops for regular people. However, some shop lots are still closed. Hope more shops will open soon.
L. B.
There aren't as many shops as there used to be and they weren't able to make the best out of Feast Canteen which was a great concept and could have been a great success.
S. W.
Home from home.... but miss my old shops that were here.....
A. M.
Bless it this little shopping centre is trying really hard to revive itself. A few decent shops, Wilko's, Primark, Tiger. The vape stand and the cheap crappy clothes shops kind of let the rest of it down.
s. s.
Been coming here since i was a kid but could be so much better with right shops
R. S.
Felt like a construction site, with a lot of work being done. The floor and ceiling tiles were missing. Good for cheap things - has a Poundland, Wilcos and Primark. Some stores empty.
d. d.
Indoor shopping centre opposite Westfield. has poundland, poundworld, the perfume shop, argos, boots, discount furniture store, gym, vue cinema, weather spoons, pizza express, a Chinese buffet and a large Lidl (replacing the morrinsons). Also has upstairs parking, lifts go straight down to the lidl. Good, better priced than Westfield
I. K.
Although some businesses are being refurbished, it's an ideal place to visit for business and pleasure. It's served by good public transport and good car park.

TOP TIP: the huge primark which has everything!
Kings Mall shopping centre is in the middle of the Hugh street local to Hammersmith tube. The Hugh street has everything you might need (in a high street way) with Kings Mall hosting other stores, including a huge Primark.
W. C.
Has been looking a bit tired an old for a while now with shops moving out due to the proximity of Westfield in Shepherds Bush. The foodcourt is being renovated & free popup ping pong spaces are opening up in some of the empty units
A. r.
A nice port to shop unfortunately for the last year and a half there is always refurbishment and changes I know the economy is not there is a lot of shops barely surviving but people need to make the effort and shop in person in the Stead of online as much as there is much bigger deals online to keep all these shops running
R. E.
Honestly it was my first time going there... But i like cos everything is just around u... From primark to post office... And so many different shops.
H.
Had a wonder through while looking around Hammersmith not big enough to be classed as a mall really and not many chain stores inside. Does have public restrooms though and a large primark inside.
J. R.
Our go to place for essentials. We have primark, WH Smith, sainsbury, wilko etc extremely useful place
A. S.
The mall is not in particularly great condition but it has some good stores like a wilko and a tiger but also a primark that is always less crowded than the ones in the city center
J. W.
Just awesome. Vape kiosk, toy store, WH Smith and much more, with a big shout out to Frame, a yoga fitness studio with great café, vibe and employees.
Even bigger shout out to Jade and Jessie. Stars for sure :)
Plus Hammersmith is just about the best place to be!
M. S.
Small indoor shopping centre in the heart of Hammersmith. Very good transport interchange as both the district and Piccadilly lines stop right inside the station with a bus station on the top floor. Good selection of fast food chains on the ground floor. Walk through here to get to the Hammersmith Apollo. There are toilets on the ground floor and a limited range of small shops.
O. T.
Good place to shop for clothes and house supplies. No toilets
L. e.
Love the H&M shop
S. B.
Good Wi-Fi.
Shops a little run down, half the mall is empty, building works going on now.
Toilets are located far away up twisting stairs.
M. M.
Busy place; especially around lunchtime; under some construction externally on exits so can be extremely busy footpath especially for prams or wheelchair users. Once inside very clean and open..usual shops are there..Primark, WH Smiths; Wilko; but there is tiger tiger there too! Small place with potential for more shops and places to eat..
J. E.
Kings mall is a great local mall for people around Hammersmith. This doesn't offer anything for the tourist, unless they are staying nearby.
The mall has a good selection for food and mobiles as well as a food court, though the food offerings outside the mall are better.
K.
Alot of work going on inside to improve the kings mall current cannot walk all the way round blocked half way
G. R.
It's not the best shopping centre but it has a big primark, one of the best branches as it has lots of stock but it is certainly not as busy. Otherwise you can expect to see River Island, h&m, clarks, WH Smith, Clintons and some other famed highstreet brands. The highstreet the shopping centre is on has more to offer, TK Maxx, M&S as well as good places to eat
J. V.
Someone needs to fix their roof always leaking
I. G.
I enjoyed my time spent at Kings Mall Shopping Centre on 4th May 2019. I bought some stuff from Wilko and Sainsbury's. It was a friendly and useful Shopping Mall.
R. M.
This is rather small local shopping center. There is a huge Primark there as well as very nice H&M, River Island, WHSmith with post office inside, Wilko, Superdrug, Poundland, Tiger, Salisbury's and a few other shops.
You can find all mobile providers' stores inside.
If you fancy coffee go to lovely Patisserie Valerie.
Very few places to eat serve fast food only.
The shopping center was refurbish some time ago. It looks much modern now.
C. H.
Small shopping centre but useful for lunchtime buys. There is a big Sainsburys but not quite a mega store. Good for weekly shop. There is also Primark and a W H Smith as well as Poundland.
C. W.
It's a mall
As malls go it was fine
V. I. l. t. t. p.
Lots of shop closed and some new one opening in the future but lots of building works so sometimes can be very load
N.
One entry of the mall is shut so causes inconvenience sometimes to go all the way around
A. F.
Nice but lots of shops closed. It was raining but the staff was keeping it clean and safe
J. A.
It's got a lot of options for phone network providers, but it feels enclosed and it has a gloomy atmosphere. If you want to go on a shopping trip, I would recommend going to the nearby Westfield instead.
B. M. A.
Still work in that area, that way it is not so good, some lift blocked.
D. H.
Usual selection of shops and lots of parking. Areas a bit on the unpolished side though there is a few good pubs and the theatre does a brill panto
J. S.
I enjoy visiting every day the people who work in the shops r ever so friendly & kind & very helpful very welcoming place 2 visit thnk u all
L. S.
Recently, Kings Mall and the Hammersmith area has been improving greatly over the past few years. Kings Mall still has a more relaxed feel compared to the busier shopping centres in London - I hope it stays more relaxed and welcoming even as improvements keep coming!
P. W.
Currently undergoing refurbishment but has a good range of economy shops including Wilko, Tiger, Primark, WHSmith, Sainsbury's, etc. Situated on North side of King Street.
a. k.
Nothing spectacular about this place. Stores don't seem to last here for long. Great options for mobile stores.
M. H.
The shopping centre is currently being refurbished but all shops are operating as normal. There is a WH Smith, a large Sainsbury's and a Poundland discount store. There are also several mobile phone shops.
K. D. f.
Well this place has slowly gone down hill in my opinion it use To be a good place but now a lot of the shops have closed the parking have more than tripled in price and I don't even know why I bothered to walk thorough this place. What a big change for the worst.
M.
Nice toilet can play free table tennis post office in whsmiths much rebuilding going on , so looking forward to the new food cafe area opening up.
O. W.
Good shopping mall.A big assortment, from food to clothes. As well you can buy here jewellery, sim cards and everything for home at Wilko.
A. L.
Shopping mall is under refurbishment at moment, they are few shop which are open so is Sainsbury supermarket. I think this place will be great after all works is completed.
A. F.
Was brilliant 15 or 20 years ago but to be fair it's slowly picking up after a long dip in quality and lack of worthwhile shops.
The Entertainer is a great addition, kudos.
Y. M.
Open 7 days a week. Massive Primark on the ground floor and plenty of cafeterias and food places around so a good place for a weekend strall and shopping.
E. M.
Nice shopping mall
H. R.
Although a bit old and is currently being updated it would be great if more shops were provided, however there are many "essentials" available such as Tesco.
B. B.
Very helpful staff and good deals
D. I.
Lots of possibilities to get anything you need. Currently alot of construction taking place around D the mall, both inside and out, some empty shops etc..
Free table tennis area, just need a bat and ball.
L. F. (.
Doing some work in there. So can't walk through. Well signposted for covid
M. I.
Lovely small shopping centre with some of big brands like H&M. Primark makes a big rule for its popularity.
m. f.
Useful car parking in west London. Feels safe and secure. The Mall itself has lots of vacant units.
S. G.
Quite a nice place, doesn't feel too busy. They've been changing stores recently so quite a few empty places but overall it's nice.
R. K.
Very well laid out centre. Good parking. Can get very busy
R. D. R. R.
I have gone a lot to this shopping centre, this time I came by car and everything is good. The toilets, the new refurbished lifts, ...
T. F. P.
Best place ever!! Got great shops!! And an awesome ping pong parlour!! (And yes, there are refurbishments going on but it is still ok.)
S. C. C.
Another "out of the rain" shopping center hosting WHSmith (with a post office within), river island clothes shop, shoe shop, a massive Primark, a cafe within, mobile phone shops, Clinton card shop, poundland, jewellery shop, large size clothes shop, Holland & Barrett's. Escalators to flats aboveground.
P. J.
Most times I'm passing through London and flying through Heathrow I find it convinient to stop at kings mall Hammersmith, on the piccadily line it's about 40mins train ride from the airport.
It has all the shops you need plus it has in stock items suitable for work I guess because it is situated in the Hammersmith and Fulham area which has a lot of offices.
What you don't find in the mall, there is Tkmaxx across the road and a robust train station shopping arena.
E. M.
I love this Mall. It has a great variety of stores. I do wish it had more!
M.
Could be better, alot of empty boarded up shops but the ones that are there are useful and good. Alot of refurbishment being done, should be nice when it is eventually finished.
I. K.
It is good for people who don't like big shopping centres like Westfield, there is an okay range of shops inside but there is more shops on kings street
A. A.
Used bathroom, fairly clean! Very surprised
S. C.
Small but with some mayor shops, eg. Primark, WHSmiths, Sainsbury's, Flying Tiger, Clark's Shoes, 3 mobile phone companies and a Food Court
D. R.
Some good shops but aot of construction happening. Once finished I am sure the shopping experience will improve x
N. A.
Food hall and the outside of the building are being renovated. Many shops available: Tiger, Primark, O2, Vodafone, Three, Clarks, Kiko and more.
G. S.
Average, lots a vape stores and pound stores. It ok for minor things but if you are looking for anything real you are better off going to Westfield.
N. D. S. W.
I loved this place because there Starbucks when you get cup of coffee everything is near by. Shopped with poundland there everything is one £1 pound. But it turns out not everything is £1 though lol
B. D.
Small shopping mall. It is undergoing a major refit at this time (early 2018) many of the units are empty. There is a a post office branch in Smiths, a Sainsburys and a number of mobile phone franchises amongst the units.
M. T. P.
Hope it's beginning to turn round. Loved the H & F pop up shop which has now gone. Needs more shops.
L. S.
Small shopping centre & a lot quieter than I expect for west London. On the plus side there are a fair few good shops there worth visiting
J. N.
It's ok, not so much affordable prices for clothes, nice shop; tiger, to buy cheap spices for £1,
R. W.
Nice mall has something for everyone from food to clothing everything in easy reach nice bustling atmosphere had a good time. Staff helpful too.
K. B.
It has a lot of shops which are really useful for whatever you ever need, shuch as clothes, food and etc.
The people who work are really helping you and they are able to give you what you are asking for.
G. S.
Very nice staff, very useful place, toilet was very clean.
K. O.
Currently under refurbishment, I think it's going to look good, but not at the moment. On the plus side there is free table tennis.
A. H.
Has gone down over the years due to the shops costs etc... some good shops closed down but is under going a refit so shoppers will have 2 wait and see when works are completed.
M. M.
Very popular shopping area..loads of different stores..High street wise..accessible by transport.under construction in areas..but otherwise, good in door Mall 👍
J. M.
I happen to work in Kings Mall Hammersmith and was doing some off duty business
M. R.
Need to make a big sign for the toilets. I worked there for a week and was asked for directions to the toilets more times than somebody asked me the way to Poundland! (whilst standing 10ft from Poundland!) The toilets are up the escalator and on the left by the way.
M. R.
A very good shopping Mall in Hammer Smith that has most of the main shops like M& S W H Smith etc that saves the crowds of the West End👍👌
T. U.
Limited shops are open due to covied. Hopefully it will be back on track.
S. G.
The centre offers both authenticity and Modernity during daytime where you can find fruit and veg sellers along the hallway
R. S.
Not a lot of stores, and some seem to be quite empty. Primark, H&M, sainsbury's and Tiger are the most attractive shops.
Y. N.
I rely on the large Sainsebury store here and there are many convenient stores here, but the physical appearance of the main entrances are not attractive or welcoming at all.
z. o.
Not bad. Toilets were open. Good shoping spot
M. T.
Good little shopping mall with a nice Primark, a large Sainsbury and largish Wilkos.
I. B.
Very nice low key normal middle class shops that are affordable!! Pleasant chilled atmosphere that is never busy
L. S.
Its a Small shopping center, shops are Limited, less crowd, greater variety but the lift will only accommodate two people..
P. “. N.
Just 5 minutes by the walk from Hammersmith tube & bus station. What you cant to find inside the mall, usually is located near on the outside- like eg. Marks & spencer.
N. P.
Some useful shops, but feels half-closed almost all the time. Recently opened a food hall but it closed after only a few months
M. H.
Has Primark, WHSmith, Wilco, Tiger, Game and H&M. Quite a useful place to visit, the toilets are upstairs opposite Poundland.
A. L.
This shopping centre is dreadfully run down and most of the retail units are currently vacant. It lost most of its trade when Westfield opened. Very sad. It was very busy 20 years ago.
M. D.
Not many shops left now as they are making a food court shops left are mobile phones like ee WH Smith Tiger Sainsbury and Primark
c. h.
So excited fresh food love it 😀😋😍
N. C.
Great local shops, doing some work on the building and so it's an extra squeeze but normally you can shop with ease.
R. M.
Pretty good just had a makeover in a up and coming area lots of changes
A. L.
Convenient for people staying in and around Hammersmith. We stayed for a short period around this place and the Mall plus area around provided for some good shopping options
A. W.
Convenient for a few stores e.g. Groceries, Phones etc. Nothing too fancy but useful to have in the area for its small size.
R. H.
Small shopping centre on King ST in Hammersmith. Very few good shops in the centre any more and food court has recently been closed so options for lunch have been reduced!
A. T. C.
Nice shops good variety, easy to get too. A few vacant shops and works been carried out.
D. T.
I expected more shops but very nice the ones there
M. W.
Average place for shopping. Mostly on the run. I haven’t noticed there anything very unique.
R. S.
Good place, with a variety of different shops
J. J.
A shopping arcade that is far from inspiring and could really do with a fresh look. A few useful shops though but not a place to hang around.
M. V. G.
Good place but terrible to go with baby trolley (or wheelchair). You have to use Sainsburys lift which is outside the building...
l. j.
Nice and spacious and never too busy has quite a few nice shop
B. D.
Limited shops. Could do with more shops and less vacant ones. Primark and H&M are located here. It would be my first mall to shop in
S. K.
Love it here!!!! Of course I do!!! Wilkos, Sainsbury's, Card Factory, Paand Shop, Holland & BARRETTS & mobile fone shops AND MY FAVE TIGER TIGER
K.
Good stores, closing time of the toilets and general maintenance of these is poor, but overall, it's a great place for a quick shop
A. A.
Hard to find parking and it’s very expensive when you find one
O. S.
Decent shops considering how small it is. Not worth travelling from the other side of London but a a few decent shops in close proximity.
H. A.
Everything under one roof
N. C.
Nice and has many shops to choose from
S.
A small shopping mall that is very good for everyday shopping with a good selection off shops including Sainsbury's, a Wilko hardware store and Primark.
D. W.
Currently under construction, looking forward to the renovation and new stores to be added!
C. E. E.
Very convenient .Lots of nice things around to buy and very clean surrounding. I love to shop there.
M. R.
Construction ongoing so a lot of the units are closed. But the shops that are open are good. I look forward to visiting it when construction is finished
C. B.
Bit of a building site at the moment
A. K.
A lot of changes in this centre but there's an entertainer now and wilkos is great. Reasonably priced in all the shops
S. S.
Small place with not as many shops. Just use really Argos, Lidl and JD. A wetherspoons at the top and a fitness first
s. p.
This centre has a variety of good named stores. However the design of the place is dated and shopping there isn't a pleasure anymore.
S. W.
If you want a new phone, fantastic, they're all there...other than that, it's not exactly a Westfield.
M. J.
Love shopping and had a nice walk along the Thames
K.
almost feeling like treated like a king hopefully i will be later on today too
T. M.
Good place to get a quick bite or to sit down and eat as well. There are also other helpful shops such as Cards Galore and Boots, etc.
E.
Not sure why they got rid of the food court, as it's now significantly less popular than it was.
A. S.
Nice shopping centre not overly busy with a good selection of shops
U. J.
Supar mall. when ever I go there I feel I entered in the mall of dubai becouse I leave dubai. That type malls uaslly there I like this place

I. B.
Great variety of shops and now with new high end eatery, offering a wide range of foods to eveyone liking.
E. R.
Not as big, cool and full of shops as s Westfield, but a nice place overall
n. b.
A good few shops for browsing. Great decorated floor of hand drawn picture from children from different primary schools. Nice touch.
E. A.

m. “. d.
Great to get some shopping but everywhere seems to be empty as they are doing alot of works at the moment
M. K.
Love it
A. S.
Large Primark, Wilko and a couple of mobile phone shops. They used to have a quite a few food outlets which are no more
P. D.
So run down now and the carpark is not a big as it was. Only basic shops.
E. C.
The mall was very quiet at the time of my visit. Good place to get those household essentials
A. H.
Very good area and social distancing is brilliant shame about the majority of public not conforming to the rules
M. R.
Need urgent redesign. Started to echo the sorry status of whiteleys. They are taking good steps but still it feels depressing.
R. H.
Very good all stores keeping within the rules at this awfull time welldone
O. O.
It does its job and much cleaner since there’s no pound shop anymore
A. G.
Reasonable range of shops with useful parking accessed from street behind the centre.
J. C.
Very nice branch
G. M.
It's great location, Hammersmith station inside the shopping mall, bit tired to enter but overall it is OK.
S. R.
Its OK, could really do with some good shops.
J. M.
Clean. Great stores for all shopping needs. Best of all, one of the few places where one can afford to fulfill shopping needs.
J. O.
I work here so I'm giving it a good review. good reveiw = good buisness = happy boss = promotions/extra pay /more benefits 😊
j. c.

Even bigger shout out to Jade and Jessie. Stars for sure :)
Plus Hammersmith is just about the best place to be!
S. G.
The centre offers both authenticity and Modernity during daytime where you can find fruit and veg sellers along the hallway
S. K.
Not very impressed. Not mucch in there. Currently under restrictions so hopefully it will be better.
P. C.
...presently under refurbishment so most shops closed
V. N.
good place for shopping but i'm not sure might be not many places for parking. if u are with public transport it's excellent
A. D.
Not the largest shopping center. If you wanna go nuts, go to Westfield shopping center, Stratford station on Central line (the red one)
K.
So many shops can't even keep up..lol great shopping experience 🤩🤩
N. C. (.
Not an awful lot of shops here. The Post office is at the back of W H Smith - lots of people miss it!
f.
its ok . not much. primark and h and m, also a post office and a w h smith and a tiger.
go there if you must
S. A.
Good small shopping centre. ..visited and shopped there many times
J.
Although small for a shopping centre .. It has everything you ever need . Clothing stores , restaurants , pharmacy , grocery shops, post office . Location right 2 minutes of Hammersmith .
w. s.
You can get a good variety of things here without having to go into the west end
r. b.
Good shopping centre and it's very handy having that Post Office there.
P. B.
Recently renovated nice airy shopping centre . Selection of shops not amazing but I've seen much worse
