Reviews of One New Change
K. S.
The shopping units are abit bare.. not sure if it's a new build or old. But there is toilets plus the roof top is free and amazing views over London.. recommended taking time to enjoy.. went yesterday it was eary quiet
O. L.
The best thing about this place is the free sparkling water refill station by Ape2o. It's brilliant! It'll be found on LG, in front of toilets beside M&S. Toilets are nice and clean. It's a nice shopping centre to stop by during your Central London visit.
S. W.
Beautiful place to shop. I don't find this place busy as other parts of London. St Paul's Cathedral is right around the corner. It's so magical to hear the bells chime. It makes you stop and appreciate the Holy essence of the structure and what it represents. Anyways, back to One New Change 😂 its a lovely place! ❤
T. C.
Nice shopping centre, not great in winter or wet weather as this is an open top venue. Sure it's nice in the warmer/dry months. Great views from roof terrace
C. D.
A decent shopping centre with quite a wide variety of shops. Nicely designed with lots of glass.
The place is kept clean and litter free. Well maintained with security staff around the place.
A great free viewing galery at the top with an amazing view of St. Paul's Cathedral.
j. d.
Great shopping and huge roof terrace with views across London
D. C.
A good variety of restaurants suiting all tastes and pockets. Take the lift to the top floor great views from the viewing gallery of St Paul's
M. J.
A nice please to go shopping. But for me more of a thing to do while working in the area. There is a nice bar and great views of St Paul's.
J. L.
👀Brilliant idea really
very friendly staff 🙏Recommended to see there can found amazing gifts
S. A.
Love going up to the rooftop to take images of St Paul's Cathedral.
A. H.
The shopping centre is perfectly pleasant but the real reason for visiting here is for one of the truly iconic views of St Paul’s reflected in the building - see photos. It’s usually possible to take the lift up to the roof for more great views of the cathedral but when I visited mid May 21 there were a couple of unnecessarily aggressive bouncers claiming that the roof was now ‘private’. I think this is nonsense and hopefully the owners will do something about this soon.
G. D. M. (.
A open space shopping centre situated on Cheapside.
When ever your in the city, you can just pop-in and do your shopping without searching with no end, where is your nearest shop.
A. G.
St Paul's in close proximity. nice walk along Thames and millennium bridge. We ate at ivy Asia need to book for a treat lunch or dinner.
R. B. B. W. B.
You could find good clothes on sale on Zara,Mango had a croissant around the shops and see St Paul Church as closed the day in perfection 🥰 💞 👌 ✨ 😉 🙌 🥰
L. R. L.
Great place especially for taking photo and see chatedral !!
M. K.
Great place, decent food and bars easy transportation amazing views of at Paul’s. Cathedral
B. G.
This rooftop has some great views! It’s open for public though out the day.
I’ve had a few times were there was a massive queue at the lifts for the bar, though staff always accommodate whoever wanted to visit the rooftop and took us through a back entrance to get there without a wait.
w.
The main reason we visited was to eat at Pho but we did take a look around and there are many restaurants, shops to visit alongside cash points and toilets, the place was very clean which is always nice to see.
Pretty nice.
B. B.
*Great Disabled access* Great shopping centre with awesome views from the upper floors, neatly tucked away alleyways offer some a slice London's iconic architecture with pubs, churches and modern buildings alike. The shopping centre itself has a variety of shops to suit anyone who wishes to visit. You might have a hard time picking what to eat as there are so many great places to go, if you really spend your time well in and around One New Change you will work up the appetite for more than one meal! St Paul's Cathedral is but a stone's throw away making this spot one of the best to hangout in central London! Get there early as it gets very busy after 5. Enjoy!
K. N.
Sleek and modern shopping centre with more than 3 floors of designer and high street brands. It's walking distance from St. Paul's Cathedral and Tube station, and even has a free, public roof terrace with a bar to see London's skyline which is spectacular in day and night. Well worth a bit of your time to see the views.
T. B.
Great amount of shops. Slightly a bit upmarket with the range of shops available. Obviously catering towards those who work in the city bearing in mind it's proximity to the financial district of London.
M. P.
Very useful shopping centre with the added extra of a glass elevator which takes you to the rooftop which offers incredible views over London. Next door to St Paul's cathedral so stunning views of that. Get a champagne from Madisons whilst veiwing The City. Great for visitor's to London.
G. R.
Nice shops to venture into. Security wondering around keeping everyone safe. Only downfall is the lack of parking which makes it hard to do a large clothes shop here.
D. J.
A swanky new shopping mall. You will get some good brands here.
You are probably looking for a review because you want to visit the famous "terrace". I went there for the same.
So the terrace is amazing, and has fantastic view. Has a great up close view of St Paul's Church too. There is a club there too on the terrace. Of course on costly end, but a good spot for an evening.
Adding photos of how the views are from the terrace in the review.
L. V.
Bright airy shopping centre, lots of good stores and places to eat.Busy at lunchtimes but otherwise a good place to shop! 5 minute walk from St Paul's or Bank so easy to get to..
P. J.
Well laid out shopping centre which I normally visit for the M&S food. Escalators and lifts normally seem to function, and also are toilets available.
Good selection of shops, and not packed with people as in City of London, but as with all shopping centres mainly shops aimed at females.
M. C.
Great shopping center in City of London, next to St.Paul's cathedral.
You can take a lift to the 6th floor to the bars and an amazing terrace with a view of London (Tate, Thames, and Cathedral).
T. X.
Favourite place to shop, the shops are tidy and presentable which I love and nice spots for lunch or dinner
B.
Amazing view of St Paul's. We take all of our out-of-town visitors. Best time to go is when it's dark and the cathedral is fully lit up.
T. M.
Great view of St Paul’s, great location, but not a fantastic selection of shops. You may be better off shopping on nearby streets and then popping back here for a drink/coffee and the view! Does house Bread Street Kitchen though, which is one of the best restaurants in the whole of London!
K. B.
Vegan option in Madison was amazing, staff was very welcoming and polite. Celebrated my anniversary and it was a lovely evening well spent. Would visit again
R. E.
This place is most buzzing on weekdays when City workers crowd the many shops and restaurants. The best part of this venue on weekdays or weekends alike is the rooftop bar, which can give you a close up view of St Paul's Cathedral. Toilets in this complex are clean and well maintained.
T. H.
Nice shopping centre, but the best thing is going up the lift and getting an amazing view of St Paul's on the way up and view of city from the roof terrace. A hidden gem in London.
D. H.
PCR with long queues, almost 2 hours finished
H. W.
Super cool views you can capture from One New Change of st paul's cathedral and if you go to the top of this shopping center using the lift you will find a hidden gem of a rooftop bar.
You will be able to take some fantastic pictures from the rooftop.
a. g.
The lift all the way to the top had a peaceful cocktail the views are amazing looking over St Paul's Cathedral
E. A.
This is a nice shopping centre, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. I would really recommend a stop on the last level to have a view of St Paul's and London's rooftops. In the evening you can have drinks in 3 bars there with a lovely view. However, smart/formal attire is required.
R. W.
Nice little mall but I usually go here to get a breath taking view of St Paul Church and 360 degree view of London. It's a hidden gem in London. It's free to go take lift to the top floor. Sometimes security might not allow you to take picture of the rooftop restaurant/mall itself but well don't forget your tripod.
M. L.
This is my absolute favourite shopping stop up there! Amazing (free when I went) roof terrace - I went in daytime, I believe the bar gets quite busy up there in the evening and they have queues/bookings and bouncers on the lifts going up (?)
Not a huge shopping centre but lots of personality +the best toilets anywhere in London I'd wager lol.
Oh and there's an Amazon locker downstairs if you need one.
L. F.
Great views of London up on the roof top
I. M. G.
Decent selection of shops. Great rooftop terrace
E. A.
This is a large shopping mall with variety of shops. They have mid season sale in October. Especially shoes are reasonable! There are also supermarket and Japanese and Mexican restaurants.
C. B.
Went to Madisson's Rooftop Garden and security downstairs were polite and professional. Gave me a nice vibe to start my evening with a bang.
I. S.
Nice view of St. Paul's Cathedral, will probably go back, but not in the winter time 😊
E. G.
Lovely spot in the city by St Paul's cathedral. Great views from the rooftop of the cathedral and London skyline
Nice shopping centre and has lot of restaurants and toilets for a quick stop in your way around the city of London
J. E.
Went to Gordon Ramsey's for food then discovered the roof terrace - view was better than the food and the price (free) made it even better again! 😉
A. R.
Fantastic views on the roof top. A good selection of shops and restaurants. Toilets clean and well maintained too.
W. L.
Great view of St Paul's from here
T. R. J. (.
Great location just by st Paul's station and cathedral obviously. Restaurant On top. Madison has a great terrace and ground floor you have clothes shops, chemist and more restaurants.
A. M.
Very nice shopping area close to St Paul's Cathedral. Well worth a visit👍
b. w.
For a old chap returning to the area where he started his new position as an GPO engineer in training, late in the Sixties came as a shock of how much concrete can be shaped into the old City and wipe away of that which I knew. Then then were still Victorian buildings stitched amongst Wren churches, small cafes to enjoy Egg and bacon rolls, mugs of tea, Lyons, Rossi's Carter Lane, The ABC behind Faraday exchange. Busy with working folk, St Paul's Cathedral on. Thursday after pay day listening to a military band at lunch time. Our mate being interviewed by news team asking Mick "what do you think sir should they do with the new Building here opposite St Paul's", Mick with his Cockney humour replied " knock down", so sir your not impressed with Juxon House? Just completed? "no I'm talking about St Paul's". And you ask me what do I think of "New Change", Give me the old City I knew.
G. I.
Great location. Excellent choice of retailers
M. H.
This place is great !!! Great atmosphere, fabulous views of St Paul's.. awesome cocktails... No idea of price as was at a private function... :-D. And the taps in the loos are awesome !!
J. T.
Went there for PCR but lovely to see all the different shops there too.
W.
Amazing rooftop you can get there for free, really good view on cathedral! Highly recommended!
C.
Great new shopping centre near to Saint Pauls Cathedral, great nightlife fantastic public amenities and public toilets when the need arises.
Quite artisan with small retailers stalls selling all kinds of gifts 🎁
The best part is the view.
J. D.
A short walk from Holborn which also takes you past the iconic St Pauls. You'll find plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores and more and this venue. There are also lots of tucked away alley ways with some packed eateries so well worth the exploration. It's also a stone throughs walk from the Thames
b. k.
Best view of st Paul's you'll find in London. Pick up a donut from donut time a few blocks away and steal away to the rooftop with seats too. Just sit back enjoy the quiet and the view and that expensive but delish donut.
G. P.
Even though most of the shops are closed at the moment... except for M&S and possibly one selling food... There are toilets there! great to know during lockdown when you are going for a walk. 😁
t. d.
Very nice Cafe & the shops are also good but when we were there the parking was full. So, we have to park at YellowPark car parking. It also had a nice view from the top.
S. H.
If you’re having cravings for sweet food this is the place to be! Great donuts
P. R.
Shopping centre in the middle of the City of London. Good selection of shops. First floor has several restaurants including Jamie Oliver's Barbecoa and Gordon Ramsey's Bread St Kitchen. Lower ground floor has an M&S food hall and other retailers.
Top tip: Take the lift to the top floor and you have a fantastic view from the public terrace of St. Paul's cathedral and a 360 view of the London skyline. There is also a restaurant and bar on the roof.
i.
Cool Mall! Shops are usually not that crowded so it’s a pleasant experience.
The rooftop terrace is great with a wonderful view over St. Paul’s!
V. S.
Maddison’s bar upstairs is so lovely! But pricey though! 2 bloody Mary’s £34 - crazy!!
Lovely views though! And very chilled on a Sunday afternoon!
M. P.
Watched Wimbledon Championships on the big screen on the terrace. What an amazing view and service! Everything is at your feet. Sometimes got distracted staring at London and St Paul's Cathedral. Nice and vibrant environment.
m.
Great place that has some good restaurants. Ground & first floor is clothes shops and the second floor is the food court. There is also a viewing area on top which offers some great views and is open late. There are also the important public toilets. The security guards are also very friendly and helpful which, is rare around London.
L. T.
Not a huge variety of shops but there is a good range of restaurants. Unfortunately, due to the covid 19 situation, a lot of the shops and restaurants are closed including the rooftop terrace.
R. B.
Excellent shopping centre in the shadows of St Paul's cathedral, nice range of shops
L. K.
Facing the St.Paul Cathedral, a modern building with many restaurants inside. It has Mexican, Vietnamese, bar....clothings as well.
S. H.
Nice setting on the edge of st Paul's, just a shame it's almost closed due to the pandemic with empty shops and eateries.
M. L.
Stunning view of the city
J. P.
A stunning shopping centre with a nice array of high end shops.
But what really takes the cake is the view of London and St.Pauls.
Take the lift up to the top floor and ignore the bar and walk and bask in a fantastic view of the area !
R. M.
Good little shopping centre. Good amount of shops too. Toilets are hidden as well.
P. G.
My first time here and I got to enjoy a beautiful sunset
J. M.
Great views of the cathedral from the top! Only had one elevator working.
G. “. J.
Nice mall..be sure to checkout Gordon Ramsay street burger and the rooftop bar
b.
Great place to go shopping plus the rooftop is amazing with a mind blowing view.
S. G.
Nice shopping mall located at the center of the London. Nice view of St.Pauls can be seen here.
A. J.
One of the obligatory tourist destinations in North London and therefore usually very crowded. Be careful for pick pockets and other nonsense. Lots of interesting shops and food stalls. During the pandemic it has been much more pleasant but also half shut down. Nonetheless makes for a pleasant walk on a Sunday afternoon.
M. D.
It used to be a nice shopping center, but I guess they suffered from the pandemic. It's pretty dire now and really not worth the trouble.
A.
I had the chance to go here just once because of the lockdown, but I will definitely visit again ! The food is fabulous and 2 bottles of wine came around £200 ! The place is high class and the amount we paid doesn't seem to high at all! It can be one of your places when you decide to spoil yourself! I will definitely go there again !
P. K.
Quite empty. Not many shops left or open. I did visit at the weekend and I'm told it is better during the week.
M. A.
Great variety of retail shops and restaurants over 3 floors, with clean facilities and toilets. Every Friday they have market stalls inside, with lots of different produce from small businesses.
m.
Lots of great shops and food/drink. The area is very clean and looks really nice. The view from the roof is amazing!
a. b.
Great location, Maddison's roof terrace within the centre, loads of shops & lovely restaurants
m. a.
Near St Paul's cathedral great atmosphere and places to eat
J. D.
Great restaurant in the exchange called PHO . food quite like wagammas but 100 times better. The chicken friend rice was absolutely gorgeous, great atmosphere and music. Couldn't see the toilets they were out of service. But public toilets in the exchange itself were great. Defo going again. Quick service freshly prepared.
F. F.
The views from the observation platform are fantastic. I t is totally disabled friendly the staff are so helpful but make sure that you are dressed warmly as it is exposed. This is definitely somewhere to take the family.
A. N.
Lovely place but dead on the weekend which makes sense as it is in the City.
J. J. P.
Nice restaurants | + Madison ( Bar terrace with a unique view of St. Paul's Cathedral)
T. Z.
The views from roofexcellen of City and good to take picture a must when in the city
M. S.
The view on the roof was nice- you could see the shard in the distance and St. Paul's right next to it. As a mall itself, it was nice, clean and provided a nice stroll.
E. D.
Great shopping mall. Lovely rooftop terrace with astonishing view of London.
V. F.
Generally I go here for the view in Madison Terrace! For me one of the best London views and for free ;)
I. F.
A new Zara has opened, very elegantly fitted
s. m.
Very good selection of suite, prices are a bit hight
D. F.
There is a nice roof terrace with a bar and restaurant and an very pretty view over the city and St Paul's Cathedral.
A. T.
I was there only to see the roof so I cannot say too many about this place.
K. S.
Great shopping and also one of the best views of St. Paul's Cathedral!
L. A.
The place is accessible to movement
of all customers
A. G.
It looks well arranged, but I was only delivering.
O. G.
Very nice shopping in a middle of central London. There is a lift to a lovely roof garden with a restaurant and amazing views of London.
S. F.
Excellent views of St Paul's cathedral. Good variety of places to eat (and also good public toilets!)
R. B.
Great roof garden. Really cool view across London. Excellent picture place for a sunset as it faces west and you have the river and pow cocktails with a view.
Shopping centre it self good enough, few shops worth swinging through. Cool escalator with view of St Paul’s.
Clean modern safe small shopping area.
L. M.
Oddly heartless shopping centre. Clean and well maintained with toilets and a choice of restaurants. A lot of overdressed people and velvet rope awaits for visitors to the terrace and Ivy Asia.
N. C.
Perfect spot to enjoy the view of the shard and St. Paul’s.
O. E. M.
Lots of stores closed even if signs says they're there. Expensiv but not so nice place
J. G.
Well, it's an expensive mall but as a tourist you should go here too. Just take the elevator to floor no.6 and you have a nice view at St. Pauls Cathedral and the rest of London
j. a.
Right opposite St. Paul's tube, modern shopping mall with good range of shops.
T. H.
Shopping centre in the City very close to St Paul's Cathedral. Much of it is still closed, including Pho and Namdos. Normally it is a great place to visit
R. H.
Great place for shopping, food and work!
T. R.
Good selection of shops, but the view from the top beats all of it. Take the lift straight to the top and enjoy the great view of the city.
S. B.
Nice selection of shops and restaurants in an open air multi level mall next to St. Paul's.
P. (.
Good ask round mix of stores from high to miss range stores like Hugo boss, h &m through to marks and Spencer and good hall at the bottom. Good food restaurants but most of them are expensive,. Best thing here for me is the free viewing platform at the top floor next to Madison's. Gives an excellent view of st pauls cathedral and the surrounding area. Obviously it's open air so be mindful when it's raining, but for a free close up of at Paul's it's worth it.
M. M.
Has a fantastic roof garden with great views over saint Paul’s cathedral there are plenty of shops to look around and nice restaurants on the second floor. Their is also a gym on the bottom floor. It’s very clean and I saw cleaners often walk around cleaning.
It’s also surrounded by other shops around the mall, and is near two tourist attractions.
J. M.
On the experience side but perfect for shopping
M. K.
You get a magnificent view of St. Paul’s Cathedral whilst shopping
N. M.
Very nice shopping mall. It's a small and walk-through so it doesn't feel like a shopping centre but is a nice place for shopping. Lift to the rooftop bar with a nice viewing deck so see London's skyline. On the first floor there is also a very popular spot to take photos of the st. Paul's cathedral. The mall doesn't have a lot of great shops instead less general and high end shops like suit tailoring and a Nescafé shop. Overall a nice place to walk through but not necessarily a place to go to for a shopping spree
M. m.
My favourite place near home and my favourite M&S, PRET lots of other shops in the area very convenient and there is toilets under the arcade which is good.St Paul's Cathedral nearby Thames link train station to Luton,Bedford etc.A few Hotels around and shops, lots more around can't go wrong this is London Baby.!!
G. P.
Free rooftop terrace in front of St. Paul's Cathedral. The view is amazing!
K. S.
Shoot the lift to the top roof level you will see St. Paul cathedral. Also COS shop, there are lots of collections the may not be found in other branches.
S. M.
Overpriced here, but I guess the city folks can afford another 15% mark up compared to other branchs
P. Y.
This is a very nice shopping center. St Paul's Cathedral is in the vicinity and allows for a nice walk before/after shopping. If you are after a nice end of the shopping/tour, the Madison rooftop bar provides a good opportunity for that.
A. I.
Very beautiful view from the roof and nice atmosphere , but super cold.
R. N.
Awesome place, looks great and full of energy!
S. O.
View of St Paul's cathedral from the roof terrace above New Change shopping mall
W. W.
Interesting new addition to historic London quarter. Good view of St Paul's at the roof bar!
P. B.
A fantastic evening show French dancing acrobatic comedy showcase. This place is a tourist attraction with ST Paul Cathedral as the main attraction. With its many shops, fashion, fast food, coffee and sports what ever you're looking for the area has it.
U. H.
Clean and accessible mall with popular brands to shop
L.
Beautiful place for shopping and amazing sky terrace with a nice view of St Paul's Cathedral.
M. H.
Many memories on the roof terrace of one new change before it became popular, lovely views so close to st. Pauls
s. t.
A high end shopping centre with an amazing rooftop bar. Not for budget travelers but the bar is a lovely place for a date plus it offers an amazing view of St. Paul's Cathedral. And the view is free!
J. S.
Spent 1800 pounds on a handbag for my daughter …OMG !!!
L. M.
Brand-new, nice and clean lots of shops loads of restaurants
K. T.
If you're around thr St Paul's area and need to shop for a few bits you can't go wrong here. The centre is not very busy and get your shopping done without Ny hassle. Lovely selection of restaurants to choose from if you're feeling peckish.
S. A.
Great location and many stores, you also get an amazing view of St. Paul’s cathedral which is opposite the mall. Many shops and even a lower ground. Most shops aren’t high end such as H&M and mango. There aren’t many food options, about 7 I think. Do visit. It is beautiful
M. J.
Some of the best views in London from the terrace, spectacular place to watch the sunset over st Paul's. Much better than the view from the shard or the sky garden, and completely free! Always the best spot to bring a visitor to London
I. M.
I've hardly ventured around the area since I was a kid. It was surprising to see the change to say the least.
In the nice new (for me anyway) shopping/restaurant complex with and amazing view from the roof terrace area.
It's great on Sunday mornings as there are that many people around.
An amazing view of St Paul's from the roof terrace area, with bars and restaurants on that level too.
A definite must see.
T.
Shopping area that has a small Gap downstairs. A few other high end shops. The lift has the best views of St Paul's Cathedral. Take it to the roof and snap some photos of the city!
E. A. T.
In the mall you can go to the last floor (terrace) for the view of the cathedral from the top
M. J.
a must-see in london, in 6th floor is a roof terasse with an amazing view over london
G. F.
They have a great little craft and food market on a Friday. I work nearby and the shops are very handy in case of the need for an emergency gift or retail therapy at lunchtime.
Plenty of eateries too (both causal and formal)
S. C.
Pretty nice little mall. Definitely more of a place for eating than shopping.
M. L.
This is a bit of a hidden gem in Central London with a good variety of shops and restaurants.
What really makes this a place worth visiting though, are the excellent views of the iconic St Paul's Cathedral. It really is one of those amazing structures in London which looks phenomenal when the sun has set and the lighting around it comes on.
P.
On the rooftop of the building is Madison's, the cocktail bar and restaurant which has a good atmosphere, and is a great place for drinks on a warm evening I went a couple of weeks ago and despite the cold weather with the heaters they have it was surprisingly warm (even outside). In the main shopping centre there are loads of places to eat including sandwich places and proper sit down restaurants. It is surprisingly busy in the centre the tourists seem to know about it somehow, despite its location, try to avoid lunchtimes when there are huge queues pretty much everywhere..
b. a.
Good selection of shops but many of the food outlets have closed which is a real shame.
N. V.
Great upscale shops, great restaurants and a roof top bar with great views of Saint Pauls cathedral and London.
L. Y.
Lots of shops recently closed, hoping they can attract some fresh stores
D. Q.
Lots of places to eat, I'd say something to match all tastes, but maybe not all budgets. Shopping is decent enough a few standard shops, eh. Next, Topshop and then some more high-end options like Hugo boss. The viewing platform on the roof is great and you get a fantastic of the cathedral and the city. The bar on the top is pretty pricey but it's a great location
C.
It has a good selection of restaurants and healthy faster food options as well as a good selection of different clothes, shoe, jewellery, outdoor wear, gift shop, etc over 4 floors. It's not huge, but definitely a nice place to browse through some upmarket shops. On Friday lunchtimes, there is a delicatessen type food market ideal for lunches and sweet treats. If you go to the top floor, there is a viewing area with a unique view of St Paul's Church's dome and view across to the London Eye. Definitely worth a visit.
J. T.
As I live nearby I go here fairly often after work. It's usually not busy at that time but there are a good variety of shops and restaurants, making it one of my favourite shopping places to go!
Also don't miss the rooftop bar while you're here to get a great view of St. Pauls and the surroundings. It's free to go up and don't be deterred by the queue at the lifts, which is for the bar.
M.
A standard shopping centers which serves a lot of your fashion to cosmetic needs.
Take the lift to the top of the shopping mall to get a fantastic photo with St Paul's cathedral
A. S.
Nice shopping area in the heart of London. Placed behind St Paul's it's easy to get to by foot and has a nice selection of stores. Not all are open on a Sunday though so be aware. Great restaurants including Bread Street Kitchen.
N. M.
Amazing view at Madison's bar and restaurant. Spectacular place, great atmosphere and beautiful food. Live singers are brilliant too.
S. C.
Came here to eat at the restaurant on the top floor. Stunning views of St Paul’s from the top level
H. G.
Great views from the top of the building!
O. S.
I visited Pandora in the New One Exchange. The store was not busy and had clear social Distancing protocols in place.
The Pandora staff were very helpful and friendly.
The whole visit lasted less than 5 minutes probably because I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase before getting there.
B. S.
Small shopping area but quite lovely.. maybe a bit posh buy I've enjoyed every second of it :)
M. S.
Awesome views of St Paul's cathedral
R.
Decent Shopping Centre with some quality stores. Plus some good quality restaurants. The office buildings are swish, I visit regularly for work meetings. Bonus is the rooftop terrace which not a lot of people seem to know about, and it’s free. Just take the central glass elevator to the top. While not very High you still get a great view of London plus a particularly good view of St Paul’s Cathedral. There are two Rooftop Bars also. I bring visitors to London here every time.
G. C.
Unique view over St. Paul's Cathedral.
T. G. I. L. M. a. S.
My office was located in that building, so I know it quite well. You have all the shops you need but if there is a place I would recommend, this is actually 1 minute walking from there, outside the gallery. This is Haz, a really good restaurant. Just look for it and enjoy your food 😊
O. B.
Came here on a bank holiday as we were in the area and had never been up on the roof before. Honestly I don't know how I've lived here all my life and not done this - so, so worth it.
You take the lift up from the ground floor of a relatively standard shopping centre (if there's a queue, don't worry. It moves fast) and end up on the roof, with a restaurant, bar and terrace for you to enjoy. The views of St Pauls are wonderful, and you can also see the London Eye, the Shard and various other skyline staples. But really it's all about seeing the Cathedral dome from a different angle.
Best of all? It's free!
Will definitely come back here at sunset to get some impressive photos, and hopefully enjoy a drink at the bar then
R. A.
This shopping centre is a unique spot in the city with amazing views over St Paul's cathedral. It's not a traditional closed shopping centre, but open access from 3 main the streets. One New Change hosts well known restaurants as well as high street retailers. On Fridays, there's an artisan market with yummy cake and food stalls, jewelry and gift stalls.
C. L.
Great array of shops not too busy... Lovely area
P. P.
Next to the fact that it would be difficult for any bar to beat the magnificent view of the massive dome of St. Paul's cathedral, this bar is lively, happening and pleasant to be. Is it pricey? Of course it is: you are on prime real estate in the financial heart of the world, but the service and quality of drinks certainly helps feeling OK about that hole in your creditcard ;-). It's a great spot to people watch and wonder what in goodness name is going on with fashion right now, all-in-all a lovely place to splurge on a bottle from their quite pleasant wine list. One proviso though: stay on the outside terrace, it is utterly impossible to hear your table-guests in the inside restaurant which is drowned in music and people trying to shout over said music. Definitely put this bar on your London itinerary.
R. A.
A really great shopping centre in a good location. Has a good selection of well known highstreet shops & restaurants contained in an interesting modern glass building. The best bits about here is the fact it's generally always quiet....and if you head up to the roof you get an awesome view.
M. L.
Fairly standard upscale mall with all the shops and restaurants you'd expect.
The hidden gem is the roof terrace, free to access (and with a nice bar). Take the lift up for great views over London and St Paul's nearby.
On sunny days, the bar tends to turn into a large roof party.
R. A.
Its a nice place to get a lunch, can get a bit overcrowded though. Theres a nice spot on the top floor if you go up the escalators where you can go which may be worthwhile exploring. A few shops within the vicinity and the others along the high street.
Z. B.
Nice assortment of shops, Nice and clean area it doesn't get as busy Oxford St or shopping centres so it's nice
S. S.
Good shopping centre in the City of London a small selection of High street shops and lots of eateries. The best thing about it is the fact you can go up to the roof on the 6th floor and look at the spectacular views of St Paul's Cathedral and beyond and it's totally free.
E. A.
Great Central London location, decent mix of shops and restaurants. Brilliant roof top with great views of the cathedral and the river. Note it's not fully enclosed, so no relief from the cold in the winter!
B. S.
As everyone say, the roof top view is quite nice. Sadly it's supposed to be a mall.
Due to the architecture of the building, winds are going through it from all ways, leading to a nice fridge feeling in November
Some good shops are still around
M. C.
You can't miss the view from the top. You can see the Lo don skyline and it is free.
J. C.
You can not stand and dance within your own space. Ridiculous.
They had only one Staff taking orders and bringing them to your table.
Slow service.
Music was great though
N. M.
Really good clean bathrooms and open plan shopping centre
A. C.
Amazing place. I love the roof garden with a view of St Paul's Cathedral. Always take there my family when they visit London.
Very trendy place but the DJs could do better. 10 stars for the location and feel anyway.
P. K.
One New Change is really great. All kinds of food, great view from the top of the building, shops of all kind to buy clothes and gifts. It's also right next to St. Pauls Cathedral and great for pictures.
B. F.
Quite a posh place to shop. Good selection of brands and a variety of restaurants. Lovely view of Saint Paul Cathedral inside the main lobby and a rooftop terrace to relax with a spectacular view of the city London
S. T.
Very few stores were open. So we got a little disappointed. Otherwise really beautiful mall, enough parking and in the middle of London. The roof terrace is stunning.
M. F.
You can have a drink in the roof bar and you can enjoy the view. Of course there are many excellent stores, so take some time for shopping.
The elevator to the top is free of charge.
G. H.
Had lunch at Madison which was great and the staff are nice and friendly
S. D.
Good for high Street shops near at Paul's, and on broad Street which also has a range of shops. Big m&s food so in the basement. You can currently get nespresso coffee! But the cafe is a 5 min walk away.
G. J.
It's a shopping centre, I'm a middle aged chap, so not really cut out for a meaningful review. It has some decent mid price restaurants: Wahaca is very good and there's a bar on the roof for those who have just been paid. Marks and Spencer for your sushi and sandwich deals. Fantastic view of St Paul's.
G.
A good set of stores and restaurants. Some high end fashion outlet. Clean and well managed mall. You can get a great view of St.Pauls cathedral from the top viewing platform.
G. C.
A shopping centre in City area full of restaurants & posh shops. But the intesting thing here is the roof top view. Go straight there (you don't need to pay for a drink in the roof top bar) and enjoy great views of London & St Paul's Cathedral for free!
B. A.
Fantastic area to shop plus a fantastic food hall on the 1st Floor.....👍
D. H.
Good shopping, cash machine but most of all fantastic views. The rooftop terrace has great views of St Paul's and the London Skyline.
The baby change facilities are the best I have ever seen in the public.
N. V.
Good selection of shops and food places. Nice to have options close to work and a welcome improvement to the area. Am a fan of the way the architecture frames St Paul's too.
A.
Nice views from the top
J. L.
Two tips: 1) take the glass elevators to the very top for great sweeping views of St. Paul's. 2) grab food and head to the rooftop for outdoor eating with incredible views of the city. Bar on the roof often packed, but completely free to wander around the roof deck.
A. O.
Went to IVY Asia, lovely decor, really friendly attentive staff and very good food/atmosphere 👍🏾🥳
L. C.
I just go here from time to time for the great rooftop views. No charge - just take the lift to the top floor and look across to the top of St Paul's Cathedral amongst others.
A. N.
Great little unsung corner of old London, but now New London, because. Of the fabulous shopping centre that is New change..it's very handy for boutique s,coffee shops, and St.Pauls cathedral, and of course, the millennium bridge, which guides you over the river to the Tate modern..
N. C.
There is a good variety of shops here and it's in a nice location if you want to be neat Bank, St. Paul's or the Tate modern. There were quite few people when I visited and face coverings were required in stores.
G. C.
This centrally located mall is a mix of retail, eateries and office. There are lots of great restaurants and stores located here and they hold markets stalls every now and then. There is a great view of St Pauls and the bars on the top roof have some of the best free views I've seen in London.
P. S.
Love the roof top view of the city and the best part is.. It free for all
A. S.
Swanky shopping centre.right next to St Paul's. Brands include M&S, H&M and Boss not really a one stop shopping destination. There are plenty of quality chain restaurants and 2 celebrity chef offerings. Barbecoa is excellent if you love meat! Nice viewing area of the cathedral and the rooftops from the top.
a. p.
Busy no very clean
r. d.
Large new office and retail development near St Paul's offering upmarket shopping and huge selection of restaurants. Very clean and tidy but the main attraction is the free roof terrace on the sixth floor offering fantastic view of the city but particularly St Paul's which is opposite. It is worth a visit for this alone but it is really well located for so many of the City’s attractions which are but a stone’s throw away – Clerkenwell, the South Bank, Guildhall, Mansion House and many more.
S. E.
Security staff poorly trained re: Assistance Dogs. Shops quite generic, artisan food stalls pricey but worth it. The view of St Paul's Cathedral from the roof spectacular.
Y. Z.
Shopping center with a great view at St. Pauls and Greater London from the top of the roof
C. C.
Very new and clean shopping centre which has a lot of recognisable high street names. It's primarily apparel and restaurant dominated, though also has shops that relate to accessories and cosmetics. Building structure is interesting, making it a good place for photographers to shoot from unique angles.
L. P.
Didn't visit all that was on offer here as there is so much; shops, restaurants, and bars. And a rooftop to see St. Paul's cathedral in a new way and views of London. Would recommend a visit.
M. H.
Try the Glass Lift, a strange sensation. It is public space on the top & great views.
A good variety of shops & eating places here, StPauls & not far from The Millenium Bridge & South bank. Or a bus to Trafalgar Sq.
J. v. d. B.
Very clean and great new shopping centre with a good number of high end shops. The view of St Paul's is brilliant. The only negative point is that there are only two lifts to the top floor and one is often out of service
A. S.
Variety of shops across the full spectrum. Also recommend to take the elevator up to the rooftop and the views over St. Paul's. On the rooftop you will find a couple of bars with decent enough cocktails.
L. d. M.
Beautiful view of St Paul's Cathedral, good and typical shops one finds on the high street, Boots, nice restaurants and clean toilets. It lacks a bit of life, but it's very practical, also nice and tidy.
A. U.
Great views of at Paul's and the shard in London. If you want somwhere for a city Scape with a difference, this is the place to go. There is a bar here too so you can get a drink too. :)
S. T.
Regardless of the shopping centre, this place is a MUST visit if you are in the area due to it's spectacular roof terrace. There is a cafe and a restaurant up there too, but the restaurant is quite expensive.
Walk into the shopping centre from the street and head down to the lifts at the end. Push the top floor button and the glass elevator ascends to the roof which is entirely accessible to the public!
It has panoramic views (and probably the best view of St Pauls Cathedral in London), and is a great sun trap on warmer days.
C. N.
Good selection of shops and food places. Nice to have options close to work and a welcome improvement to the area. Am a fan of the way the architecture frames St Paul's too.
S. B.
Great place for all your needs! Shopping, eating and drinking. Views from the roof are amazing of St Paul's on a clear day. There is a great variety of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend a visit!
M. A.
Good for a quick lunchbreak shopping trip
Z. Z.
Big standard shopping centre. The only distinction are the views.
S. M.
Great place to show and great collection of designers. Close to bus stands and very accessible. Shops include Mango, Cos, Phase Eight etc.
K. R.
I work in the area. So for me it is the perfect place to have lunch and go to the shops to have a quick look around. There are quite a few fashion stores to choose from. Cos, Hugo Boss, Reiss, H&M, Banana Republic, & Dune just to name a few. There is a Boots and some beauty / hair salons as well. On Fridays there is a little food market. If you happen to be there, I can highly recommend the Indian food stand. It is amazing. If you have time, take the elevator up to the roof terrace. Great place to sit and enjoy your lunch on warm days.
M. T.
Excellent place in the middle of City of London.
R. C.
I really like this place great food court which is perfect for lunches. Its got a good selection of shops for gift finding. I have often found a gift there for other half. There is a market there each week. I think its Wednesday.
A. T.
The view of St Paul's is amazing. Nice crowd on the rooftoo!
J. S.
Worth a visit for the view, of the city, St Paul's and the shard!
A.
A modern small mall, with an awesome roof top perfect in the summer. Staff are super friendly and were happy to help, however would be even better if they allow the stairs to be used by the public all the time
K. B.
I highly recommend it, in the evening ! ❤😘
P.
Only went here for the viewing roof top terrace, but it's beautiful there. And free too! There's a posh yuppie bar on the top floor and often security will want to know if you're just there for photos or if you're there for the bar/restaurant (which seems to be popular enough that people, looking all glammed up are queuing on the ground floor to get up). But if you just tell security you're there for the viewing area, they're fine. There's also a nice photo op as you come out where St Paul's Cathedral is "mirrored" in the glass of this shopping centre.
M. M.
Great for rooftop views of St. Paul's and the city.
M. B.
Best Shopping Mall Ever. Many choices three floors of everything and Nice Bars on top of the buildings. The lift that leads you from 1 to 6th floor is a must view to witness the beauty of Saint Paul's Cathedral.
J. F.
Good selection of stores in iconic area
J. P.
Only went here to take photographs. There is a lift to the roof for public use and you can get great views of London. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.
L. O.
Smallish shopping mall with your standard high street brands. Nice viewing point on the top floor, though often not accessible on Friday and Saturday nights, as you may be required to visit the bars, which also means extremely long queues on sunny days.
l. d. d. v.
Lovely place in a lovely area.
Located on the rooftop of a small shopping center
Got an amazing view from the roof of the building on the city and especially St Paul's dome.
Got as well a terasse bar
H. K.
Was great, great views on the top at the bar.
I went there just for the bar but walking through the selection of shops were nice and each is accessible from inside so no having to go out into the rain to enter.
S. N.
Basically this was a visit to Wahaca, as I had not been to this branch before. The restaurant is on the first floor with not much of a view, however the food was up to scratch and the duck croquettes were lovely. Service was great and as it wasn't too busy we talked through a few dishes with the server who was loquacious and vivacious. The Mexspresso martini was much appreciated by my companions.
C. J.
A nice, clean and stylish shopping center. Close to the tube and St.Pauls Cathedral. The terrace on the 6th floor is amazing, the views of London is breathtaking.
K. M.
Open air collection of storefronts and eateries. Glass elevator to 6th floor will take you to a rooftop viewing area with beautiful views over St Paul's.
M. C.
Only large shopping mall in Central London. Close to St. Paul's Cathedral and the Tate. Good to drop by if you need to make some purchases. During certain days there are vendors set up selling a wide variety of good food.
B. M.
Good eatery places.. the Madison bar upstairs give a good view of St. Paul's
j. c.
There are some great shops and restaurants here and allows for some convenient shopping on the way home from work. Good spots are H&M for some affordable clothes, Mark's & Spencer's for anything grocery related, a chocolate shop which more than once have saved the day when I've been short of a gift. Finally, to round it off there's always time for a cheeky Nando's.
V. R.
Excellent new shopping and eating complex.
T. D. (. L.
It is a perfect place in the centre London for leisure. You can find very good quality shops, variety of restaurants and amazing views on the rood with public and private space.
D. P.
Nice shopping full of your usual high end high street shops. Plenty of places to eat too. Head to Madisons roof top bar for a well deserved drink after all the shopping.
C. K.
Small shopping area of St-Paul's cathedral, has decent restaurants on the 1st floor for a lunch break or dinner. Shops are relatively upscale, good for a quick after-work stroll, but not for an intense full-on shopping adventure.
T. A.
There were fewer shops than expected.
S. P. A.
View the top of the At Paul's Cathedral from the roof top, fantastic views, see much more. If you are hungry or thirsty, want to buy a trendy or any gift, hold a party........
I.
Has lots of shops as usual. The highlight is it’s location. One of London’s most iconic landmark St. Paul is near by. Great photo opportunities near the lift area.
A. D.
The staff are friendly and accommodating.. and always make you feel comfortable and welcome...my hair stylist Esin is great..she is very conscientious and very efficient at her job🙂
A. M.
Great shopping centre and if you go, definitely go to the roof (using the lift) for some lovely views across London - especially of St Paul's cathedral. There's also a bar and a restaurant up there too.
L. T.
Am I really being asked to review a shopping mall? Ok, there's a great view of St Pauls which photographers love before security pounce on them. The top floor cocktail bar above is clearly full of overpaid bankers on Thursdays and Fridays, judging by the queues of women with too much makeup and too little clothes queuing for the lifts. They have some quality food stalls in here every other week which brings it up to 3 stars.
J. B.
Quite upscale but a good M&S Food and there are toilets in the lower level if you need to find a public toilet. Always kept clean and in good order.
E. T.
Great shopping centre right next to St Pauls, with huge selection of restaurants for people to visit. Check out Madison for its rooftop bar! There are also weekly and monthly food/art markets, so try and check the schedule to check out the selection on offer!
S. R.
Lovely place to shop around without the crowds
A. A.
It is a small center but gets the job done and has two public Amazon lockers
r. j.
visited a Gordon Ramsey street pizza and brasserie restaurant. The food was average and overcooked and although purporting to serve five different pizzas in a taste selection we only got served three on a recurrent basis. The seating was uncomfortable perched on high bar stools at a small table and we had to ask for drinks and were not offered any water! Room for improvement Gordon !
A. F.
Open to all the diverse people & families of the world in a peaceful manner🌷👍🌄☘
It near to the popular Underground Train 🚆 stations of St. Paul & 🏦 Bank and various Bus Routes in Central London UK Earth 🌍
Very accessible for the people of East London - Stratford London & Ilford London by Trains and Bus Route No.25 .
M. G.
pretty cool views of the city, for free, worth a visit
M. C.
This shopping mall covers 3 floors, there is a range of high end stores and mid range outlets. I was there on a Sunday so a number of the shops were closed.
W. A.
Absolutely wonderful view of the city. Access to the rooftop is free via glass elevators with a lovely view of the cathedral on the up to the terrace.
A. A.
Very nice London roof top with an outstanding view of St. Pauls cathedral and a South to West view of the city.
Madison bar is ideally located on the roof top and it will be busy on Friday and Saturday evenings and just about anytime the sun is out.
Amazing atmosphere when the large screens are put outside for wimbledon matches.
Tip: To avoid the long queue on the ground floor for the bar, bring your own refreshments and tell the door staff by the lift that you're "just here to see the view". They'll send a lift down for you and you can enjoy the view with your own drinks.
L. D.
The shopping mall for busy people. Love the various choice of shops and restaurants. The Friday food market is a must do.
My advice: take the elevator to the last floor to enjoy a wonderful view of London... For free ;)
J. O.
This is a very classy shopping centre with a range of high brands. At the very top you'll find a restaurant on the 6th floor, and on the balcony you can see a view of London. It is quite small in comparison to Harrods and Selfridges. Below is Marks and Spencer's.
c. t.
At Madison Terrace, the staff was friendly and the place was wonderful with awesome music
M. “. B.
I work nearby and One New Change is a good place for the lunch break, there are several restaurants/fast food; the first Wednesday of every month and every Friday there is a "street market" inside the shopping center, mainly for street food but not only. Good variety of shops. Free cash points available. Amazon lockers on the upper floor. Probably the best thing is the terrace at the 6th floor, with a fantastic view over the St Paul's dome. There is a bar which can be pricey, but the access to the terrace is free. During the summer there are several events there: outdoor cinema, but also a big screen to watch Wimbledon.
p. w.
Really nice area to get some food and shopping.
J. T.
Nice bar and restaurant on the top floor. A great viewing platform on the sixth floor lets you see St Paul's and the surrounding London skyline. Great view at night
M. G.
Fantastic place, make sure you have your salary in, the amount of things you can find is ridiculous. All the shops you want or need are there, free parking, too many options to eat. God bless you if you have small kids, as is a huge ...
S. J.
The rooftop terrace (which is open to the public meaning you can take your packed lunch) is amazing. Lots of good shops and chain restaurants (probably great for student discounts or a Taste card owner. They even have a cool farmers/boutique market on Fridays with some very nice little food stalls. The only bad thing about this place is the stupid name! Seriously it sounds like a bad boy band, they should change it ASAP.
楊.
floor plan unclear, super confused while searching for particular stores.
H. B.
I have been coming to this place for years and it has never disappointed! Doran, the manager i believe, always took good care of me but I never thought I needed to wait for him because I usually go with next free spot and the quality has been consistent! Last time I was attended to by Serkan and he did a great Job like the rest of the crew always does. Keep it Going guys
J. A.
Shopping centre located at St. Paul's, normal array of shops but nothing special here. Good bar/restaurant at the top with a roof terrace and cool views over the cathedral.
G. C.
This is a confusing shopping centre, which is hard to navigate around. Add to that the wind-chill factor from the breezes blowing through it and you wonder why they didn't install doors.
The bar at the top which overlooks St.Pauls Cathedral is quite cool, but only in the summer.
K. Y.
Nice mall with great views of St. Paul's on the roof
M. Z.
Good selection of shops, and much quieter than Oxford St, much more chilled. For me it's also conveniently close to work. It's just relaxed, more organised and civilised, doing shopping there is less stressful
S. B.
If you in the city of London visit the One New Change and take the panoramic lift to the top. Is free and there is a restaurant if you wish a drink or something to eat. You can take a nice picture from the St Paul's cathedral from the rooftop.
G. M.
Let's be honest: who cares about the shops! Everyone is there for the free view and yes, it's spectacular! There's also two bars on the top floor which are probably nice (in summer). Also very nice staff.
N.
Spectacular views of St. Paul’s Cathedral!
J. U.
Shopping centre with a great modern aesthetic and some beautiful views onto St.Paul's. Good selection of stores and places to eat despite being somewhat on the small side for a shopping centre.
N. L.
Good selection of shops and places to eat. Easy to spend a few hours here if not longer.
T. D.
Love the markets best... Big range of shops. Great views. Rooftop terrace and bar / restaurant are a treat. As an office worker in the building it is great to have all this on the doorstep.
P. S.
One New Change has a huge Wasabi restaurant at the top of it, and it's the best thing in that whole building. There expensive clothes for all the bankers on their lunch breaks, a zizi for a staff birthday party where discounts can be had, but Wasabi is the best thing here.
M. V.
Fun location for some good eats and thanks to the rooftop bars and lounge areas some interesting and gorgeous views of the city and St. Paul's Cathedral. Highly recommend Pho for an excellent Vietnamese cuisine dining experience.
C. W.
Mostly high end shops with some high street ones nestled in. Food outlets on the first floor, and M&S in the basement. Market stalls once a week, and swanky rooftop bar on the top floor.
P. J.
Open, airy and very clean. Great variety of shops and restaurants. At the end of a long day or when out with friends, this is a great place to go for food or a drink. If one place is too busy, there are plenty more.
A. D.
Nice enough but small. Not much to say about this, or any other tiny mall for that matter. They have a nice rooftop with great views, plus it's free to go.
R.
Luxurious shopping place near St. Paul !
S. ش.
Excellent for shops and restaurants, whatever your budget. Friday lunch times there's a market with a variety of food stalls. Must go to the roof terrace for the London views!
B.
Roof terrace is great to hang out in the city on a summers day. Not a lot of people know about it either.
W. F.
A good selection of shops and a good variety as well. There are nice markets to see on a Thursday and Friday. Madison bar at the top is worth a visit too with some spectacular views of St Pauls.
a. t.
Nice shopping centre with food and drinks. It is also very close to Saint Paul's cathedral, so you can either hit up this place for breakfast lunch or dinner after checking out the cathedral
K.
Great selection of restaurants and shopping. Very convenient. Make sure to take the lift to the top of the building and check out a view of St. Paul's Cathedral.
P. C. T.
It's a cool and modern shopping center in central London (1 minute walking from St Paul's Cathedral). It's an open concept but covered, so you don't have to worry about the rain. It's not very big bug has quite a few nice restaurants like Nandos, Wahaca and Wasabi. Has as well some days a market in the ground floor that is quite cool.
K. U.
Shopping Mall in the City. The shops are nothing special, all the usual brands are represented, however there are some nice restaurants on the first floor, and Madison's, the roof top bar has great views of St Paul's.
M.
What a wonderful and architecturally beautiful location. This shopping center is filled with great shops and my favorite, M&S Grocery! A lovely spot and seems to be an instagrammers dream location! (Lol)
D. O.
I'm not a lover of shops but the wife insisted. However, make sure you go to the roof. Outstanding views of St Paul's and other landmarks.
S. D.
One of my favourite top secret London shopping places - as the area's so corporate, this place is deserted on the weekend, but it still has lots of classy favourites such as Space NK and Oliver Bonas, plus Barbecoa and Bread Street Kitchen for a mid-shop lunch or drink. Lovely views from the roof terrace, too, right over St Paul's and the surrounding area.
H. B.
Good restaurants and shops. Amazing view of cathedral.
R. M.
Despite being chain hell you can still get one of the best vistas in London for free from the top floor. Every major tall building from the Shard to the Old Bailey is visible and the view of St Paul's is amazing.
J. A.
Great view of at Paul's, drinks are just rather pricey but what do you expect for London. Nearly 7 pounds for a pint. But amazing view.
A. E.
The shopping centre itself is average, however the free to access roof terrace is worth the visit for the views of st Paul's and London. Just take the central lift the the top floor
A. K.
One of the most breathtakingly ugly buildings in the country, not just London. From the inside however when you cannot see the Jean Nouvel abortion of a facade, the place is decent.
B. A.
A nice shopping centre with good food places.
S. R. S.
Great little shopping centre, with good places to eat too. even if you don't need any of those. get the lift to the top and enjoy the VIEW!!
J. L.
The central location is the best thing about this shopping center. There is a decent range of shops, but One New Change inevitably caters towards higher-earning professionals in London. If that's you, then this is a handy place to buy that last-minute present than you forgot to get for someone. I would recommend Westfield London (a short ride on the Central line) for people not working in the City.
S.
Popped in for lunch at one of the many eateries. We then made our way to the top to view the city skyline. Such a great view of St Pauls cathedral from the top.
J.
Beautiful structure really near to St Paul's. Nice selection of shops with something for everyone. A good place to explore when it's raining.
P. L.
Make sure to visit the rooftop terrace. Free entry (lift) and you can emjoy great views of the city, including St Paul's. There's also a bar there to grab a dtink.
l.
Medium shopping center in the middle of St Paul. Mostly focused to people working nearby needs, so most of the main food chains are there. You can also find cloth shops (Mango, H&M etc), food popups in stalls at midday etc. Not worth to come explicitly but if you are in the area it's ok.
G. P.
Nice shopping centre with some great views of St Pauls from the rooftop bar. Split about 50/50 between clothes shops and places to eat. Decent place to visit for a bit of browsing and something to eat or drink, especially when it is wet.
Main entrance is on Cheapside so there are plenty of alternative places for shopping and food within a couple of minutes walk.
Key places are M&S simply food in the basement and a new addition in a Nespresso shop on the ground floor. Other clothes are things like Mango and Lewis. Jamie Oliver chain has one of he restaurants upstairs.
Public bathrooms in the basement.

All good if you're there before 4pm cause after that it's just getting crowded. After 6pm you should avoid this place cause it gets unbearable.
Small but diverse selection of shops and restaurants, nice view from the roof.
D. I.
Wonderful place with a free rooftop area for great views of St Paul's cathedral... There is also a somewhat exclusive bar in another part of the rooftop bar if you are feeling fancy...
M. “. T.
A decent sized shopping complex with some great variety. Expect the usual fare from the high street. Occasionally has a micro-food market at the weekends. Get to the roof for a good view of the City and St. Pauls.
J. B.
Good shopping centre in the city of London with high end fashion and jewelery stores. Regular street market stalls on fridays serving food, sweet treats, art and craft goods. Well worth a visit. Upper floor food couet also has some quality establishments
E. M.
Visited the Nespresso shop. Great customer service and polite staff make this a great place to visit.
K. L.
Bring some food and enjoy the view on the free roof terrace!
Although this will probably not be your trips highlight,
the view is great and it's a great place for a break if you are around.

A great place to shop, eat and unwind.
When I first discovered One New Change I couldn't believe how empty it was, where was everybody else? I decided it must have been a one-off because there are so many great shops here. I spent a few hours wonder in and out of some much loved high street fashion stores and there wasn't any of the usual craziness that exists in other shopping malls.
The next time I came back it was the same again. And the next time, and the next time.
I still can't believe that I have finally found a nice, sophisticated place to go shopping in London with any of the usual stress. It can get a little buy around lunchtime in the week as it is close to the city but other than that, it is fab!
The Topshop here is my absolute favourite, it is big and always has a the newest items in stock. I am guarenteed to find the dress that's needed whenever I go there.
Not only is there a great selection of fashion stores, there is a wonderful array of places to eat from Wahaca to Burger & Lobster. There is also a great bar at the top with gorgeous views across London, a great way to unwind after a spot of shopping. This bar does get a bit busy on Thursday and Friday nights though.
Go and enjoy it for yourself.
M. T.
Like the odd shape and blobbly brown colour, it's an eclectic mix of retail outlets. It's the same with the food offering. The highlight is the roof terrace, with it's view over the city.
L. M.
I didn't actually go to One New Change this time, but walked past it along Cheapside. Have been previously though and can attest to it's high standards of cleanliness.
S. B.
This place is like a hidden gem. It looks small but there's hidden shops and places to eat inside. Very stylish! I'm yet to explore more of the shops here as I usually just go to the one or two shops I know.
O. V.
Rooftop is still closed to the public but open if you are going to the restaurants.. not sure why..
M. D.
First visit, was passing through but will take the time to visit the shops next time, I'm in the area.
G. S. W.
Small shopping area overlooking St Pauls
C. F.
Very conveniently located shopping centre this has a great selection of stores for every need. There is also a good selection of restaurants.
E. M.
Great selection of shops in a convenient location. Also every Friday there is a food market at lunch time. Number of stalls and content varies from week to week but generally a good selection.
M. G.
Wonderful view of St Paul's Cathedral and over London from the roof terrace on the top floor and good mix of clothes shops plus a Nespresso Boutique.
S. R.
Pricey place but then again it is in central London next to St Paul's Cathedral. Nice Mexican and Thai food options in the center and other cuisines easily available outside.
A. S.
As far as shopping centres go, One New Change is pretty special. Despite being in Zone 1 and having a very decent range of shops (high street faves like H&M, Topshop and Mango are there) it's virtually empty on a Saturday afternoon. Perfect if Oxford Circus crowds get a bit too much. It's also structurally impressive, but because a lot of it is outdoors, best avoided on a wet day. The range of restaurants and cafes here are great too, and again, not too busy on a Saturday. Highly recommended if you need to get some shopping done but don't fancy spending your afternoon navigating one of the Westfields with a paper map.
V. T.
If you would like a clam, relaxing shopping experience this is the mall for you. It does not get very crowded, and on the weekend it feels as if you have the shops to yourself. You will find the usual stores here: Mango, H&M, Banana Republic and Next. The mall is not too big, but if you just need the basics, it does the trick. I much rather go here than fight crowds of Oxford Street or the Westfield in Stratdford City. It also has a great rooftop bar called Madison Restaurant.
R. J.
I have to admit I rarely visit this place for the shops. I do like the 1st floor restaurants on a Saturday and a Sunday because they don't get that packed and so you really can enjoy them. But what keeps me coming back to this place time and time again is the view from the rooftop terrace on level six. You reach it via an open glass elevator (be warned if you are afraid of heights its is a glass elevator). But, once you step out onto level 6 your response will be WOW. You're directly across from the dome of St Paul's cathedral. Then, stretching out before you is an absolutely stunning view of the London Skyline looking west and south. You can see over to the London Eye and, if you look carefully, you can see Big Ben through the London Eye. Best of all, it doesn't cost a peny to go up to the viewing platform it's 100% free.
V. C.
The Bread Kitchen was lovely. Quality food, beautiful restaurant and atmposhere and such friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit! Yum!
G. C.
Lots of great food choices and often a food market on a Friday. Roof terrace free to access and can get very busy over lunch and after work.
E. W.
Spend far too much money at this Shopping Centre. Great for shopping before or after work - very convenient opening hours! Oh and don't forget to visit Madison's on the roof for a drink!
S. T.
Love this recently opened shopping centre in the heart of the city of London. There's some excellent looking restaurants, cocktails bars and food stands throughout. Infact, every Saturday One New Change has a food market. My must do tip though is to come here on a sunny day and get a lift straight up to the free public roof terrace where you can enjoy lunch (or a cocktail in one of the rooftop bars) with superb views overlooking London. Bring your fam, bring your partner, or come for a quiet weekday lunch.
M. S.
Not a bad small shopping centre, more food places than shops to be honest.. best part is the bar, restaurant and public outdoor viewing terrace on the top floor.
J. W.
Small shopping area where you can browse and eat while waiting for your train or bus. They have a food court upstairs with wifi where you can comfortably wait.
M. D.
I'm sure this place serves a purpose - the most recent for me was as a shelter from the rain while I sought out weather appropriate gear to continue my wheelchair-bound wanderings - and of course, there are a few shops, but the whole thing feels utterly soulless, like something out of a dystopian sci find flick. It's also so open to the elements that hanging around is really not all that inviting, because it's blinking cold.
I realise that it's mostly there to act as a convenient shopping area for the City workers that surround it, but it's worth saying that improvements could be made. For example, there's a perfectly good M&S Simply Food downstairs. But good luck getting in if you're in a wheelchair, as it has massive heavy doors, no push button operation, and no staff to help. I have to more or less barge the door with a foot up to get in.
Absolute best bit of the whole place is having security staff who see you and want to help, instead of being suspicious. This is such a bonus if you're a wheelchair chair user. For example, now I know the problem with getting into M&S, I would ask one of them to escort me down and open the door, and know that they're lovely enough to do so with a smile.
N. S.
A really niice and modern shopping mall with some great retailers including H&M & Superdry, Karen Millen, Pandora and some others. There is also a rooftop terrace with a great view of St Paul's.
H. D.
Always clean and has a good selection of shops. The viewing point on the top floor has good views of St pauls cathedral and a rooftop bar.
J. D.
Really well thought out shopping venue near St Pauls with lots of shops, restaurants, pubs and of course churchs nearby. And as an added bonus there are public loos tucked away on an upper floor...
D. T.
Great views from the roof terrace
C. M.
A small but well appointed shopping centre. Great restaurants and shops. The Bar at the top is great but make sure you book if you go on a Friday or Saturday night.
G. S. A. C.
Never seems too busy, which is what I like when shopping! Decent shops too with Next, H&M and Office too. Great places to eat and a market on the weekends for something a little bit different.
J. E.
My top tip is to check out Madison, the 6th floor Rooftop bar. Otherwise there's a good mix of shops and restaurants including a very good burrito joint called Burrito Mama.
p. m.
Atmospheric even on a rainy day!
D. T.
A large complex of shops and restaurants which, on a Saturday, are pleasantly quiet. There appears to be a choice for everyone here in terms of food. The complex is not completely sealed and so allows natural ventilation.
S. K.
We go to the roof terrace to get an aerial view of the city especially st pauls cathedral - this is a tourist spot for me as one gets to see the beautiful city of London from a different angle - no extra cost
S. J.
Loved the view from up here and I'd definitely recommend coming just for that alone but there are also a wide range of shops and restaurants below the 6th floor - head up here to see a unique view of St Pauls!
A. A.
Lots of shops to peruse on the ground floor like boots, body shop, Ted Baker, Dermologica, oliver bonas, with indoor markets along the walkway inside. Upstairs houses some popular restaurants like Wahaca, Nandos, Wasabi, Benito's hat, Zizi's and more.
M. h.
Good variety of mainly clothing outlets and it's not busy
P. F.
Very good selection of shops and restaurants. Especially Madisons. Take the lift to the roof for amazing views of St Paul's and the surrounding skyline.
M. H.
Shopping.... For posh, materialistic people.
You DON'T need another handbag, and you have enough shoes! Do yourself a favour.... Go to M&S instead and get the dinner in for later.
Good girl.
Z. T.
If you want to take nice pictures from the St Paul Cathedral, make sure to visit this mall and go to the top floor by the elevator! Then you can take nice pictures there!
P. L.
Great location near St Paul's and good quick bites, too. The views from the rooftop are breathtaking-- especially on a clear day or night!
C. C.
I always go there when I have some friends coming over to visit London, it's such a good spot with an amazing view above Saint Paul! Recommend going there even for a few minutes
J. W.
Brilliant looking building
M. K.
Lovely
S. S.
Good shopping centre in the City of London a small selection of High street shops and lots of eateries. The best thing about it is the fact you can go up to the roof on the 6th floor and look at the spectacular views of St Paul's Cathedral and beyond and it's totally free.
A. S.
Variety of shops across the full spectrum. Also recommend to take the elevator up to the rooftop and the views over St. Paul's. On the rooftop you will find a couple of bars with decent enough cocktails.
R.
Decent Shopping Centre with some quality stores. Plus some good quality restaurants. The office buildings are swish, I visit regularly for work meetings. Bonus is the rooftop terrace which not a lot of people seem to know about, and it’s …
D. Q.
Lots of places to eat, I'd say something to match all tastes, but maybe not all budgets. Shopping is decent enough a few standard shops, eh. Next, Topshop and then some more high-end options like Hugo boss. The viewing platform on the roof …
O.
Great view and good buzz. Staff take themselves very seriously though.
A.
A modern small mall, with an awesome roof top perfect in the summer. Staff are super friendly and were happy to help, however would be even better if they allow the stairs to be used by the public all the time
C. B.
It's a shopping mall next to St Paul's. Worth a visit if you're in the area. Decent collection of shops and some good restaurants.
B. M.
Ok but wouldn't rush back
I. A.
Good selection of shops, very elegant design of the building and how St Paul's cathedral fits in the background. Very lovely view from their roof terrace
J. A.
On the top floor of this shopping centre, there is a nice terrace with astonishing views of st. Paul's cathedral and the City. Well worth a visit!
B. S.
Not very good for shopping, but you are able to get good views of the city from the balcony, and a nice photo of St Paul's.
M. A.
Superb view from the rooftop terrace. Friendly staff!
R. J.
A great place for a drink and a beautiful views of London and St Paul's cathedral. Lived the atmosphere. Recommended!
M. L.
If one is inclined to go to a mall in London then this is it. Slick, elegant building with photogenic views of St Pauls, a well-curated range of shops including our favourites (Reiss, Dune, Banana Republic and TM Lewin) as well as COS, H&M and a bunch of other similar brands (womenswear etc, not my expertise). Range of food on 2nd floor, and the roof terrace (w. bar + restaurant) attracts queues on sunny weekends.
B. 2.
Great views, sadly many empty shops on basement level
T. J.
Nice to be over here not for work purposes... Popped into the Nandos which was very pleasant, small but literally no queue at the counter! Alright for 6'ish on a Tuesday. I found the hot to not be as hot as other Nandos I've visited else where but the food was a good quality and service was pretty much spot on. Also this is one of the few Nandos's that actually wait for you to start your meal before taking the chicken stick!
If you're peckish and you love Nandos I highly recommend this popping over to ONC.
S. V.
Great selection of clothing outlets and food options
A. K.
One of many uniform malls with the same shops and brands. But if to take the elevator to the top you can enjoy St. Paul's from a different angle and it's worth it.
V. G.
Very cool little mall. During the day, a lot of small stands with primarily food are present. Very nice view from the top floor (use elevator).
D. M.
A great arrange of the High Street shops. The recently added little market stalls on the ground floor with artisan produce are delightful.
S. P.
Handy for City workers to pop out at lunchtime or after work and buy some new clothes.
High end shopping centre in the shadow of the mighty dome of St Paul's Cathedral.
M. g.
Expensive if you prefer your drinks on offer
M. R.
It's a great place for tourists to visit, because of the rooftop and the iconic view on the St Paul's cathedral.
A. E.
Not very good for shopping, but you are able to get good views of the city from the balcony, and a nice photo of St Paul's.
H. J.
This has to be the swankiest modern retail space in central London and fits the City so very well. Designed by celebrated architect Jean Nouvel, One New Change is easily accessible from across the street at St Pauls, Bank and Mansion House stations. It's mostly frequented by nearby City workers like myself and has a wide variety of shops and restaurants. It's more flagship venues are Madison Rooftop bar (with free open to public access offering unrivaled views of London) and Jamie Oliver's Barbecoa as well ad Gordon Ramsey's Bread Street Kitchen adjacent to each other. This has to be a must visit if you're in the City.
R. K. S.
It is located near St Paul's metro and it has outlets of most of the premium apparel brands. Also it has a variety of restaurants offering Mexican, Italian, British and African cuisine.
I. W.
Amazing complex of high end shops, excellent cafes and restaurants. Great viewpoint of St Paul’s Cathedral.
M. B.
There's a rooftop terrace with a view over St. Paul's cathedral, entry is for free but the bar requires smart casual dress code.
R. H.
Very convenient park nearby to take kids after/before shopping. Great shopping place. Awesome view of Saint Paul cathedral from mall
J. B. A.
Great place to go for a drink and get a view of St. Paul’s - if you have visitors coming to London for the first time it will certainly give them the wow factor!
G. S.
The place is not as posh as I was expecting although the prices are generally high. We had the wellington fillet that was delicious and together with 2 sides wine and a dessert we spent around 130£ (if I remember correctly the fillet alone was around 60/70£) Gordon Ramsay’s beef Wellington recipe is made with beef fillet, mushrooms and readymade pastry. This mouth-watering beef Wellington takes just 20 minutes to prepare. Gordon Ramsay says: ‘This is an impressive dish and one that’s easier than it looks. This beef Wellington makes a great alternative to a Sunday's roast, or try it out for a romantic dinner .’ The whole family are going to love tucking into this pastry parcel filled with tender beef, mushrooms and mustard. It looks so impressive, but it’s simple when you follow Gordon Ramsay’s recipe as it works every time. It takes just 20 mins to prepare, making a straightfoward recipe using just simple ingredients – you’ll need prime beef fillet and readymade pastry, and it will come together very quickly.
A. G.
One (pardon the pun) would imagine that placing a mall beside the magnificent St. Pauls Cathedral would be tantamount to sacrilege! Alas, the designers and architects behind the place did it. It's a beautiful mall in the middle of London, and a lot of thought was put into St. Pauls. Some very nice shops, and the best part about it, is the open plan roof bar/resto where you can see South London's skyline! If you are ever in the area near St. Pauls, I highly recommend dropping by here to catch a glimpse of a more modern London!
M.
A little shopping centre with a few chain stores such as H&M, top shop, superdry, boots, mango, Oliver bonas. Also has a few places to eat upstairs and M&S. Very close to St Paul's. A few mins walk to St Paul's.
D. L.
One New Change's one of the better places to shop in the whole of London. Sure, the range of shops is small compared to either of the two Westfields, but it's far less crowded, and, in my opinion, the key shops that I like to shop in are well-represented, including Mango, Banana Republic and Oliver Bonas. I'm quite fond of Mango as I think they represent good value-for-money. In fact, I can't resist going in to take a look at the dresses (the majority of which are office-appropriate) whenever they change the window display.
Don't forget to go up to the rooftop and check out the fantastic view.
D. M.
New Change was practically empty in these Covid times. A visit to M&S... virtually empty with time & space to shop), instead of the hustle & bustle of everyday square mile life.
