Reviews of Oxo Tower Wharf
w. t.
Tried couple of places there for eat or drinks. Service is good. Food is delicious. Drinks r on top. But bit pricey according the food portions they r serving. Other than that ok.amazing location at the bank of River Thames. Busy area full of tourists.
E. S.
Many years ago I came here to see an exhibition about The day of the death, and it was amazing!, it was well organised and the had different activities in different floors, in the ground floor an enormous Ofrenda (altar) and another floor movies, activities for children, face paintings, etc. With the current situation, at the moment is only small exhibitions at the entrance, but, if you walk along the river and you want to rest and stop for a nice coffee, ice cream, refreshments or food, there are various options and there are some nice shops, which they are worth to take a look. This is an iconic place and I'm quite sure in a very near future many wonderful exhibitions like the one I saw are going to be available for people to enjoy them like I did👍

Nice views from Southbank; good cocktails too... around £15-£16 a Cocktail. Particularly liked 'Garden of Eden'. They kindly give you a plate of sweet+smoky nuts (which our lovely waiter refilled !). Date night - 3x Cocktails will set you back about £100. RECOMMEND
H. W.
Lovely setting on Southbank. We sat and had a drink whilst the sun set. Highly recommend.

Went here for my birthday dinner food was good but portions was small for the price and £12 for an tiny bday cake was silly. The sauce that went with the sauce was very salty. We needed a lot more then two tiny packs of butter for 6 pieces of Tiny bread. Felt getting the waiters attention was a little hard too. The outdoor terrace was nice at night.
D. L.
My friend took me here for a birthday treat. We were in the restaurant and had the 6 course tasting menu paired with wines. We had a great seat next to the window so we could look out across the Thames at the beautiful view. Food and wines were both exceptional. Staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable especially about the wine. They even put a birthday candle in my dessert and wrote happy birthday which made me feel special.
Will definitely recommend and return.
V. R.
Nice place both for private and corporate party. Probably not for the romantic date because it's busy and pretty loud. Not very posh but you have unique dessert - unique London panorama. Especially impressive in the dark.
D. I.
A large variety of little galleries and of course the famous Oxo restaurant and bar at the top for unmissable yet affordable views of the City of London.
F. C.
Had a great day walking around the back streets and walking by the Thames. We came across this location from one of my favourite films.
A. G.
Creative spaces for private galleries and exhibitions that always manages to surprise and inspire. A landmark that definitely deserves to be paid a visit.
O. P.
The food was delicious, service was great, but it's let down by the general upkeep and dated design of the restaurant.
This place needs a serious refurb and redesign. It feels soulless, and having gone at night, the poor indoor lighting obscures the view of the city needlessly. I also found the fake grass on the terrace tacky and unnecessary.
I definitely think there are better restaurants with nice rooftop views of London, and would recommend Madison near St Paul's or Radio Rooftop as two better alternatives.
a. s.
I expected a better view, but it is only a small area permittef for viewing alone, but the staff were kind enoigh to guide me there and the view was decent, a good view along the thames!
E. M.
Great food. Wonderful attentive staff. Not rushed when expiring our 2 hour ‘slot’. 4 ladies rated our lunch -perfect…. And we had been before. They have upped their game. Well done!!
A. B.
You expect a lot and the food, service and views are exceptional.
When you order a dessert that only mentions it contains chocolate and it's full of nuts, even if you're not allergic to them, you might not like them.
I mentioned this when my full plate was removed and was pretty much ignored. Not great when you're spending over £500 on lunch for 4.
F. P.
Was great to be back up in London. Had some amazing cocktails on the balcony. But you were a bit packed in with people next to you. But worth it for the great views!
S. C.
Great views and a good selection of drinks to choose from. The staff were very polite and attentive too.
D. H.
This was a very enjoyable experience. The ambience was nice, it has a very professional team and is very clean with gorgeous views. The bar had a wide selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages that tasted smooth. They also have a balcony where you normally can go and enjoy the view but currently due to weather conditions it's closed. The prices for the experience are on the higher side however the food does match up to a high standard, similarly with the service. The food has very authentic flavours and you can taste them in their authenticity. The service was also seamless and they all work well as an effective team.
My only gripe would be that there were so many people packed in and no real covid protocols were set in place, other than this I would dine here again.
s. m.
Excellent lunch time meal in the Brasserie. Would recommend for a special occasion. c £130 for two, including drinks and olives etc. I really liked their German wheat beer.
G. D.
Went to see Vivid Art Exhibition in Oxo Tower. All Artists have Parkinson's disease and found ways around their limitations to produce their Art.
L. K.
Nice little eclectic shopping district. Great views and cute shops. The layout is easy to follow to find where you want to go.
Went to suck UK alternative gifts and found some really cute things for family there.
M. L.
Variety of shops around
Good view of the river and also plenty of shops to sit down for coffee/tea
Much quieter during the week.
Avoid the weekend if you don't want to be around big crowds!
R. K.
Pleasant evening. Went to the pizza place. Pizza was great and g and TS were 7.50 which with the position on the Thames was great value! Sat outside. Heaters on just about warm enough.
S. T.
On the ground floor at another venue this is a good restaurant with good food and good service. But its venue adds a real wow factor and just elevates everything a couple of notches. Well worth the effort and one to experience.
F. G.
Just incredible, couldn't recommend enough - lovely staff great food 5*.
C. L.
Beautiful food and setting. Staff are all extremely helpful and polite. Very much recommended
C. G.
Good view of the river foods not bad either!
c. G.
What a fabulous, fun & delicious New Year’s Eve. The views are spectacular & service excellent and yes the food was just divine, love the cocktails also! Book well in advance.
My only gripe was, it took them forever to send a full detailed confirmation, even though they take the full amount at time of booking which was a few months. I had to follow up on all, until 2 weeks ahead. As we did not get the time of seating & a hard copy, I understand they did not know the menu, which was not the problem but you will need a hard copy of just the reservation.. Also make sure you are on the right side of the bridge as there menu/pass or confirmation does not guarantee crossing it on NYE night, as they said it would, we barely got across, after begging security.. That’s the 1 star less for only.
That said we still had an incredible time once in OXO! Worth every penny! 🎉

VVIP Birthday Celebration
We had an amazing time from start to finish. Food was amazing, the service faultless, & staff were super attentive. A definate VVIP treatment.
Thanks to all the staff , and a very big thank you to Marco L for making my birthday celebration very special.
A big thank you for the unexpected (amazing) cocktail from a lovely couple sat opposite us.
Thank you for the VVIP treatment.

Excellent service and food. It was a very informal and relaxed service perfect for a long lunch. We we there over 3 hours.
p. a.
I love shopping here! There's all sorts of remarkable doodads and bitbobs to be discovered, and of course purchased, events going on nearby, and fascinating people to meet. I will attend the art gallery when it opens again.
S. Y.
It was a miserable rainy cold day today, but we'd booked the Oxo Tower Brasserie so we walked along the southbank. On arrival the receptionist was very nice, took our wet coats and we were lead to our table , slightly disappointed as we were a few tables in so not directly able to view the river, but that's ok. A very charming young lady took our drinks order, plus bread order we have the Berry Gin cocktail with chartreuse....can't remember the name....oh my goodness me....fabulous.....bread delicious....we ordered Breaded Somerset Camembert and mushroom soup, delicious, both had lamb for main....very nice. Our table was change to next to the window again fabulous. We had such a lovely lunch here and would go again. The young staff were really professional and very polite. All in all a very very nice experience
H. H.
I absolutely loved this place, the service was amazing, very welcoming, atmosphere was really nice, the cocktails are well presented and tasted very good, clean, wasn't really anything I could fault. Prices weren't to far off what I expected, think I'd need to do a bit of saving for a champagne though!
A. C.
...Wow! Came for a special day out with our grown up daughter and son to celebrate their recent achievements - and what an experience - the OXO Brasserie delivered! Wonderful food and service and a great view - we loved our visit, thank you!
M. T.
Very Nice Experience, professional and helpful staff makes you feel special and enjoyed a great evening
L. J.
Very good food but not an amazing atmosphere. Staff seemed moody and angry all the time and not very polite. Tables are all very close together and ended up sitting very close to strangers.
N. A. E.
Oxo tower wharf has a great selection of niche interest art and craft shops, jewelry, fine art and food outlets.
The wharf is spread out over a few floors and the rear courtyard is easy to miss from the riverside.
You can ascend to the viewing platform even if you’re not using the restaurant via the lifts at the rear.
M. D.
Iconic building on the waterfront, saved from neglect by sympathetic restoration and conversion into shopping and eating outlets.
M. P.
Good quality food and if you manage to get a window seat great value
J. L.
Food decent, location superb and staff super friendly.
Nice walk along the South Bank on Christmas Eve. 4 of us ate there and it was all good.
J. A.
Minimal meat based cubed drinks with a beefy or chicken or even veg flavour. Busy and attractive thoroughfare allowing you to access other places. Neat and ingenious.
M. J. H. (.
Had a birthday party. View better than the food.
M. S.
It was OK I guess. I ordered the confit duck which clearly sat under the lamp far too long based on the crusted accompanying jus. I have been here lots of times as I live local. Sometimes food is faultless other times mmmeeehhhhh.
J. V.
We did the set menu and at that price felt it to be a great deal. Food was great. Cocktails were yumm and the location is fantastic for a special event or date.
Definitely going to visit again.
m. b.
Great food and views amazing history. Well worth a visit
j. T.
Beautiful views across the Thames, great ambience and equally energetic service. Food was brilliant and the terrace is a lovely vantage point to enjoy a drink or two.
K. P.
Very nice place to visit, and have been every year around the holiday season for 3 years running. Service is excellent and have nothing to complain about (about maybe the drink prices aha)
Excellent place to take pictures and jackets are provided if you didnt bring one to go outside (dont know if this is seasonal)
A. C.
Nothing opened on s Saturday and it was busy. Looked interesting with lots of individual units offering a different choice of bespoke, non high street items. Pity it was pretty much shut.
K. G.
Beautiful view! I love it.I recommend doing the visit around 6 when it is starting to get dark because you can see the change day / night and the view is beautiful.
J. R.
Wonderful views over the river and food with a spin on the classics. The pork was well seasoned, inventive with bacon wrapped pieces cut at angles and plated upward.
Always feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @joerazz
R. D.
Lots of cool design shop fronts here, perfect if you’re looking for a thoughtful gift.
M. T.
Lovely views - nicely spaced desks due to Covid and kind and attentive staff. Booking was easy, food was a little small on the portion size and price is on the larger size but with this type of cuisine it’s what you’d expect. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion. #oxo #food #dinner
A. E.
Nice restaurant, incredible views and excellent staff, and great ambience. The menu could perhaps be slightly more extensive given the established reputation.
S. M.
This place has been a big part of my life well over twenty years. I have had exhibitions here also attended events and exhibitions in the Barge House.
Thanks to the Coin Street Community without them this place would not exist in its current form.
Has a divers range of places to shop, studios, galleries and cafes/restaurants. Defiently a place well worth a visit. Such an iconic place.
R. S.
It was really busy for a Thursday night, but the service was very good and the staff were excellent.
Made my special birthday 🎂 to remember ❤
M. B.
Went in a shop here and it was much bigger and better than I expected. Not just tourist tat.
That said, I don’t eat meat so I have to steer clear of oxo on the whole. I just breathed really shallowly to avoid any danger of the meat fumes.
M. P.
This place is full of good vibes. Lot's to see and do. Food to eat. Art to buy. Lovely courtyard with art installations on the walls. Even a little sandy beach.
D. H.
Great place for street photography if you can avoid the crowds, suggest early morning or late afternoon for images.
H. W.
If you love looking at the Thames then this is a good place for you. But otherwise it's just a part of the concrete jungle.
V. R.
Cafe Nero on the South Bank is charming and comfortable. It can be a getaway from the hustle and bustle of wharf. The Oxo Tower Wharf is very pleasant and an attraction for visitors as it is still a location for many movies - The Sky is Pink comes to mind.
A. b.
Lovely walk along the Thames with little coffee stops book shops and art galleries.
P. F.
Treated myself and my wife to a lavish lunch. Food was really nice and came out very promptly. Had really good experience with our servers. Really nice cocktails too
A. C.
Great food, lovely atmosphere, beautiful views; what's not to like about that?!?
F. S.
Wow! Food, staff, service were all amazing.
Spectacular views across London.
V. S.
Great experience, food was amazing. Service is great and as expected for this kind of place, with exception of one forgotten cider. Cured beef for starter and duck breast with girolle mushrooms for main were delicious. Chef, you got to put more of those girolles, they are so good it's criminal!
A. S.
Very nice terrace to drink and relax after a walk in London with beautiful view also when it’s raining. I recommend to book a table or you need to wait or drink on the bar .
P. G.
Great food, great service but all 7 of us thought it was like a staff canteen with formica type tables
T. E.
Great food, location and service
M. L.
Nice walk, but many businesses were closed. Not a lot of people around.
M. d. M.
Great reception upon arrival. Lovely view of the river from our table. Champagne preordered was served and that got the atmosphere rolling. Food was super and the service quietly present and perfect. I would definitely recommend this, not just for special occasions!
S. R.
Perfect for occasions. Lovely view of Central London including the London Eye. Went for the afternoon tea, brilliant menu - the cakes are delicious!
K. Y. L. (.
Lovely place to browse and take photos. Well lit and family friendly
L. S.
When here for a friend's birthday 🎂 🥳, really good service, lovely food expect to spend some major money
L. I.
Went for cocktails one evening as a surprise with my girlfriend, such a large variety of drinks, one for everyone! Large selection of food! As someone with a nut allergy the staff were extremely on the ball with making sure I was well looked after! Amazing views from the balcony area!
T. D.
Lovely little galleries and shops. Open courtyard and grass adjacent to have a crash out in the sun for two minutes of peace. Pleasant part along the Thames Southbank area.
E. C.
Great atmosphere and food
Superb value
Shame about the furniture wasn't very comfortable felt more canteen style
D. S.
Went for a nice drink session with the girls. Lovely vibe with attentive staff. The atmosphere was a bit louder than expected but great overall. Would return.
T. W.
We have always had amazing meals here but will not go for a late lunch again as the service was not as good as always due to them getting ready to serve afternoon tea after our setting. We had pre ordered a bottle of champagne which we wanted as we were seated but it had been forgotten and we had to remind them -the reason why they only got 4 stars is that I forgot about us after seating
F. D.
I have been to the Oxo Tower on several occasions, but it has been a while since my last visit. However, my visit today was the BEST 👌🏾. The Brassarie Menu was excellent, there is a wide choice available to choose from. The drinks menu is also very impressive.
Staff were excellent. André, in particular was just exceptional in his service and knowledge of the wines on the menu. Throw in breathtaking views of the Southbank from their balcony just tops off a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended.
C. M.
Good location, lots of varied events - went for The London photo show as I was exhibiting some of my work
M. R.
Great destination if you want quirky crafts and gifts or a meal or snacks. I like the little photo gallery which recently had a stunning display of wildlife photography.
V. L.
Great restaurant, great food! People love to run it down but it's great value!
J. M.
Had a champagne afternoon tea, after being gifted a voucher at Christmas.
Finger sandwiches each all wonderful
1 glass Champagne pot of tea from a selection 2 canapés 2 scones clotted cream and presserve, cucumber shot.
3 small deserts all really good
River View friendly staff,
Tea (English Breakfast) was a bit weak
But I am certain they would have put another bag if I had asked.
£45 for 2 of us.
Not something I would have thought of doing myself but had everything that was served and enjoyed it all the raspberries were exceptional!
O. S. (.
nice place to have a walk, but it's pretty crowded, so be aware of that.
L.
Work drinks here. Food was okay! But really nice view
R. H.
Pre Christmas cocktails. Always a great plsce to visit especially at Christmas. And some winter warmer cocktail ideas add for some extra treats. A must visit if you are on the Southbank
d. r. d.
A wonderful place for an evening out by the thames.. to walk run or dine out overlooking the river.
S. W.
Great food and lovely staff. Views are good too!
N. B.
Went for drinks only and it was looking a little tired, tables old, scaffolding in view. Despite this there were moments of extremely great service where proactive comms from OXO bookings had allowed then to make a cake with a candle and a Birthday message to my wife around the plate in chocolate piping....which made her emotional. So score reflects this, but need to work on bar seating.
r. j. r.
Great building with a lot going on. Famous
contemporary designers, restaurants, shops,
bars, cafes, and Exhibitions. Easy access.
J. B.
Lovely place to see arts and crafts. Visit the 1st floor for designers.
S. N.
Multiple shops on the bank of river Thames, can see St Pauls Cathedral, BT tower, shard and many other tall buildings, the view is amazing.
R. I.
A lack of lighting along the walkway by the Thames may make done visitors feel less safe. Christmas pop up fairs just being set up.
D. E.
Amazing the transformation this area has seen in the last ten years. Great place to walk along the beach.
C. L.
Amazing regeneration. Is a combination of a restaurant, accommodation and small independent Business.
G. L.
Quirky/unusual quality gifts. Quite a basic shop but worth a visit.
K. P.
Superb restaurant I haven't had better in London. The perfect evening.
C. F.
A well establish restaurant with an historic co-operative background. The staff made us feel.very welcome and gave us to select drinks and for from menu. The food was well presented and drinks were on point.
E. R.
Great place for a business meal or even for leisure. Fantastic view of London and river Thames. Goid food and service Views worth the pricey menu. If you want to impress this is the place.
l. S.
We recently went to the Bedu exhibition at the OXO tower. It was absolutely brilliant. The barge where this was held is an inspiring building, I live the energy if this space.
P. K.
Second time eating here and as good as I remember. Cannot wait for visit number 3. Possibly the nicest staff I have come across and I love the menu except more crackers with the cheeseboard. That aside, a must visit when visiting the Southbank
n. c.
Beautiful experience but be warned..Not cheap and 13.5% added to bill !
G. L.
OK, too busy for me. Food was fine but not exceptional. Great views..
I. L.
Excellent.🍾🎄🎊. . Except....spending time to look for my coat which was missing from the clockroom 🙀🤔
D. G.
Neat building with exhibition spaces and stores. Would recommend going upstairs and to the back of the building to view all the shops. The watch store was unique and interesting!
Went to see a photo exhibition in the ground floor gallery, Podo, about people who get elephantiasis from infections in their feet.
If you're on the southbank worth stopping in to have a look.
s. t.
Cocktails were gorgeous, especially the Speyside one, food was great, although personal taste, my lamb could have been hotter, but overall great food and really friendly and helpful staff 5 stars , will definitely make a return visit
H. P.
Great service and lovely views across the river, bit I was unimpressed sadly with what I ordered...the birthday touch was very sweet
A. R. A.
Love the venue, the service is particularly amazing. But the food is just not fulfilling. It feels like a taster menu. Or I don't know i eat too much.
S.
This is one of the best restaurants in London including a separate bar which is also very special. The view is incredible particularly at night when London is lit up.
This is not the place to go if you're on a budget but for special occasions it's unrivaled.
M. M.
Lovely place - nice dinner, amazing views and good atmosphere
U. G.
Absolutely amazing food, fantastic service and gorgeous view! It was one of the best experience ever. There are not many places like that 👌
U. O.
Lovely views, amazing food but surrounds of the building i.e. lower floors can mask the gem above
J. T.
Fabulous experience. Had drinks in the restaurant. Couldn't afford meals. Good for special occasion
S. D. -. N. P.
Our offices are situated behind, we use this as a good finding point for our clients. The oxo tower on the other hand is beautiful and has an amazing history.
Z. B.
Love that you are able to just turn up. We sat at the bar (for 5 hours) happily sipping cocktails enjoying the view and spectating cocktail making. Big thanks to Mantas for the perfect cocktails
A. K.
Nice design gifts.
. כ. -. ה. (. כ.
Really nice and nice place suitable for everything meetings and more
P. T.
Really love the buzz and hum of this lively area. Nero is a good spot with large outdoor seating area, covid aware spacing. Relaxing coffee and bacon butty.
M. W.
This place is wonderful. The OXO Tower cocktail bar is out of this world. Slightly pricey but worth the vip treatment...
D. K.
Beautiful views of the river and its commerce. The viewing galley is free to access
A. D.
Excellent service very friendly staff
Great food and drinks
M. e.
Fabulous location to watch the sun going down. Food delicious
W. T.
A very nice bar with great staff and rather nice cocktails
M. P.
Excellent brunch, really friendly staff. We enjoyed a great vegan burger set lunch and the crab sliders were really good too. Smoked almonds from the bar snacks menu were very good as were the cocktails and mocktails we enjoyed.
Sat outside so fantastic views. It was unusually quiet which made it even more enjoyable.
J. W. G.
One of the nicest meals I’ve had in my life. Food was definitely worth the price. The single ginger and rhubarb gin with ginger ale mixer cost me £11.25 but the price is expected in such a prestigious and high quality restaurant.
Looking at the size of the dish and you think it isn’t going to satisfy your hunger however it does
as it’s cooked to perfection and the food is so rich. I wanted to order dessert too but we were too full.
T. E.
An oldie but goody, great for every occasion when you want to splash out and soak up the views and ambience!!
P. D.
This area is pretty cool with different types of architecture and a few shops, restaurants, and artists' studios.
m.
Lovely Cafe Nero located and nice view.
S. k.
Great night out. Food was very tasty too.
M. N.
Great food drinking and out look but really expensive but was our anniversary so would never moan enjoy
R. M.
Lovely shops with creative and cool stuff in it
L. O.
Wow what can I say great service lovely cocktails and the food was fantastic. I will be going again for certain. I can't put into words how great this place is.
H. W.
First time at the Oxo Tower and have to say very impressed as we got such good service and the food was super good.
I did get a little excited when the had Elemis in the toilets lol :)
Would visit again as made to feel special and welcome.
M. C.
5 stars for the service alone. Amazing and attentive service. Special shout out to Liberata and Fabrizio.
We didn't get to sit by the window to see the views but we were there to see friends not the view.
J. E.
Great place, great for famies. Food amazing and readonable
I. K.
Interesting place for walking around, stop for coffee, slow down. You have a chance to walk on Thames bottom but only in the morning :)
W.
A wonderful place to walk, chill and grab a coffee
A. H.
Passing by as we walked along the Embankment and considered to be an impressive building but with little character.
G. E.
Lovely walking area we a selection of market stalls
D. S.
Good service, good food, excellent views
J.
Great views if you can sit on the terrace. Decent set menu in summer time
B. G.
The Oxo Tower is a building with a prominent tower on the south bank of the River Thames in London. The building has mixed use as Oxo Tower Wharf containing a set of design, arts and crafts shops on the ground and first floors with two galleries, Bargehouse and gallery@oxo.
T. W.
Great for a meeting, date night or just to relax. The amazing views and cool breeze are perfect for hot summers
M. B.
Excellent meal from start to finish. The setting, service and food, perfect. Lovely way to finish off a weekend break in London.
G. S.
Really interesting. Shops selling safe unadventurous things though. Rents probable too high for that.
K. D.
Nice vibe at London Design Festival Event brings lots of designers into the light for a few days: showing their work, or doing demos and talks.
V. V.
Professional, accommodating and friendly service, thanks for a lovely cocktail
A. B.
Very good! Check out for the muse names!
K. C.
Fabulous meal with a great view.
J. R.
Great afternoon, enjoying some food and drink. Great atmosphere, a little nippy... But who cares on Day 1...Food and Service very good, some extra heaters will be added for sure.. 💯
A. S.
Food was great drinks a little so to the fact that you order again as u think they have forgotten and then two turn up
E. T. C.
Delicious food. Excellent service. Lovely view.
c. b.
Amazing views over the river and a nice menu. Service is always good here although I find the food a little over seasoned for my tastes
T. B.
Wonderful views of London's classic buildings including St Paul's Cathedral
A. L.
Lovely restaurant with nice food and very professional staff !
V. V.
Beautiful surprise birthday meal
M. W.

M. 0.
Loved this!! Able to see everything. Amazing views!!
J. S.
Have been lucky enough to have been to several Afternoon Teas in London venues but this one I do think is amazing!
L. M.
There were some great shops here selling unusual/high end goods & gifts.
J. S.
Busy area but at least there's a coffee shop to sit and watch the world go by
n. g.
Great view
Y. J.
Nice area, independent shops.

Amazing for special occasions. The food is delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. The views of St George's and the London eye are breathtaking, and make brilliant photo backdrops!
S. H.
Interesting place, worth a visit
M. Z.
Great old building. Love the chunkiness of the agriculture
C. P.
Food was really good
The view was so pretty
But there isn't enough heating and they don't give out blankets like other lower class restaurants do.

Exhibition of my mountain paintings from 8-10 until 27-10-2019 at Skylark Galleries 2, Oxo Tower

Wonderful anniversary meal with live music and great views of the city.
Excellent cocktails and a really good menu with lots of choices, ours were very tasty and well presented.
Lovely walk along the river after to walk off the cocktails!

Shopping complex closes by 6 pm that is too early for central London
M.
New location for La Gelatiera. Very crowded outside.
S. D.
First time. Really enjoyed the vide. Looking forward to going again.
R. H.
We was surprised from the good service still on the welcome reception!
Our waiter and junior waiter were on the table as soon as some look at them or the glass of wine needed top up. Soon as the first dish from our 4 meal course arrived I was sure the food will be amazing and yes the lam
starter was absolutely perfect cooked following from cod dish that was festive for the mouth with the delicious chestnut mushrooms.
We will back again. Thank you.
D.
The food was excellent as were the views. The staff were very welcoming and attentive for most of the evening. The only disappointment was that I was reminded by email on 3 occasions that the table was rebooked for 10pm so we had to be out in 2 hours. We rushed the end of the meal a bit to keep to our side of the bargain, but found it difficult to attract attention from staff to get the bill. We ended up leaving around 10:20 and there was no sign of our table being turned over. However, I would recommend the Brasserie and would be happy to visit again
L. C.
Nice place and nice view for dinner!
t. f.
Great food and staff.
C. A.
Bust and bustling place. Worth a visit
R. S.
Great view, delicious cocktails and food. Staff were attentive too. Would recommend 👌
S.
Cool views of the river and the city, decent food
R. H.
Fantastic views over the Thames from the top floor bar and restaurant
W. G.
My friends reserved a table for my birthday and we had a very good seat overlooking the London eye and BT tower. The food was good and I recommend the steak with chips which were very crispy. For the starter I recommend the chicken croquet.
S. G.
Been here quite a few times over the years. It's a great place to visit and there are plenty of interesting things to do.
h. t.
So many little gems of shops and cafes great for a sight seeing trip
I. P.
The restaurant always exceeds any expectations. Both Service & food is exceptional.
J.
So many food options!! Decent beer as well with an amazing view!
R.
Went here for my birthday serveral years ago and I was blown away by how polite the staff were. They also brought me out a little ice cream, free of charge when we casually mentioned that this was my birthday meal. Went above and beyond and you have a lovely view of the river. It still looks nice when it is raining.
S. H.
Great part of London a must visit
L. J.
such a lovely restaurant or just for cocktails. Great views of the Thames. Nice staff and great service
R. S.
Quirky, special, different, a great place for a bit of window shopping and wandering
F. G.
Wow. What can you say to do justice to the OXO Tower?? As a long-time lover of london landmarks and stock cubes, the OXO tower is the closest I will get to heaven until I take my final walk on death row at the age of 34 in the American state of Kentucky for a crime I didn’t commit.
The OXO tower’s restaurant has many different options but in my opinion does not go far enough with the stock cube gravy based dishes instead focusing on more bourgeois food choices which I believe betrays the spirit of the stock cube however that’s London! and regardless of how much it rips into my soul when i look at the expensive trend food served which due to the side effects of instagram culture has more focus on presentation than its actual taste (another anthesis to the ethos of the mighty stock cube), the resturant still has fantastic views of the city of london.
Haha! My only problem is that you cant see the best thing on the london skyline, the OXO tower!!!!!
T. W.
Wonderful views from the 8th floor take the lift it's behind the shops.
L.
Fab outdoor terrace with cover and heating. Sadly could only book for 2 hour slot which didn't feel like enough time to have a leisurely three course meal
M. L.
Beautiful place! Live music, great views, superb food, friendly staff. A must visit while in London!
M. K.
While I'd guess this restaurant receives more tourists over locals, sometimes you really want to be a tourist and have it all - amazing views of the river and city, outdoor dining, excellent service and fantastic food! They have an excellent wine selection and special wines that they serve with a device that pokes through the cork to allow them to serve special wines by the glass - a real treat. All the food was very well prepared and served by a wonderful and helpful staff. The main attraction was the view and outdoor dining. While I'd typically avoid going to a tourist restaurant, there's too many good reasons to come here and give it a try.
A. T.
great location for exhibitions. however, no step free access to much of the building so not particularly disability friendly
N. Y.
Nice coffee shop and art
A. K.
There is a restaurant, bar and platform to enjoy the view on the roof. Had tons of fun 3 times there and always enjoyed the food + view combination. Great with any weather as you can sit inside or outside and the walls are made out of glass
G. R.
Lovely small park opposite St. Thomas Hospital
M. G.
My favorite place on Bank of Thames river in London. Its really nice art gallery. Lot of entertainment goes around roads near this place as it connect through millennium glass bridge. It's relaxing to spend some time here.
N. E.
As part of London south bank, it was busy and vibrant
L. P.
Friendly and warm service from the staff from the start. Had the Stone bass with crab cake and wow it was delicious. The Stone Bass just melted in your mouth and the crispy skin on top added a little crunch. The pea puree underneath was smooth and soothing for the palate. However, the crab cake was the highlight, so much flavour packed into such a small ball. Overall fantastic meal, nevertheless could've had a more appealing desserts menu.
L. A. O.
Really interesting place,a must see
A. H.
Fantastic venue, wonderful views, atmosphere, menu and staff. Can't wait to go again, can't recommend enough
N. K. K.
Beautiful. Be ready to climb the 500+ steps to go to the top for the stunning views of the city. Very peaceful, friendly staff. Pretty relaxing couple of hours. There is also a cafe downstairs and also souvenirs shops
J. B. (. F.
Great food the kids menu was great and it was very filling
K. M. G.
Love the Oxo tower wharf. A nice chill in the central courtyard area with a coffee and book or sit out by the river and watch the world go by on southbank...whats not to love. 😊
C. G.
Great place for dinner and drinks with views of london
T. S.
I love looking down at this place from the office next door knowing we are higher up then the people who paid to go there
J. B.
Very good customer service. I booked by email and had a few requests. They really tried to implement them. Service was excellent even though the brasserie looked like it was fully booked. Food was excellent. Our little girl who is 6 years old was made to feel very welcome too. Can highly recommend. Xx
E. “. K.
I am proud of my film been a part of the NOA show in oxo tower as love the buildings and locations that its been used for quality in my field of art and design industry high standards my wonderful water district is my best in London hola amigo Thames river LOL from ekaterini koliakou and her dog Princess buba she loves walking around this place too
L. L.
Old venue. But not open to public except on art shows.
R. P.
What a view! Highly reccomend this place for a special occasion. You can't book a window table but we go lucky and somehow bagged one. Menu is extraordinary, and the service is fantastic. Went here for a birthday and they made it a great occasion
J. D.
Absolutely delicious food catering to a wide range of diets, from vegan to meat-eaters. Ambiance is between cozy (lighting & seating) and smart, with, definitely recommend a smart-casual dress code at the least.
Service is amazing, the staff is extremely pleasant and reactive. Do recommend you indulge in both entrée and main course - knowing that there's quite the selection of dessert, which, if you're already full, people will quite happily share.
S. H.
Booked a table in the bar, was running late and got a call to check we were ok. Service was excellent. Food and drink were excellent. All round good visit.
K. C.
Very Arty building. Some nice shop to look at. But very expensive stuffs.
L. W.
Wow, now this is a restaurant well worth a visit. Having dined here twice, I can honestly say it is one of my favourite places to eat. The food is outstanding ( I personally recommend the chateau brienne) A great view over the city & Thames, the staff were very attentive and it has a great buzz.
J. M.
An excellent place !!!
K. G.
Lovely place
N. L.
Nice selection of off-beat shops selling interesting products.
m. l.
Great location, fabulous service and great food. Bit pricey but definitely worth it, if one can afford it. Views are amazing- the Thames glistening in the sun. Sunset a good time to go. Do reserve to avoid disappointment.
R. B.
Enjoyed afternoon tea in the restaurant on a beautiful summer afternoon sitting on the balcony overlooking the Thames. The food was delicious however the tea itself was a little bit disappointing - a tea bag in a teapot was sufficient (but not as delightful as that served at Browns). Service was good , not necessarily attentive, when tea for two cost just short of £100. Worth the expense for the delightful views of London.
T. G. T. G.
Celebrated my sister's bday here very recently, and the food was devine👏 service was grand and were lucky to have one of the best seats to capture the view...We shall return after COVID19 to be able to have a more relaxed dining environment🥂👍
L. W.
One of my favourite places in London to dine, take in a view and be spoiled by excellent service.
M. R.
Really elegant place with an amazing view.
T. A.
Great service, lively but not hectic. Food was divine. Lots of flavours , filling but not heavy. Even the side dishes were bursting with flavours.
P. R.
Well worth a visit, lots of unique products to buy.
I. I.
Expensive, ok food (not special) and crazy staff who frankly ruin the experience.
K. C.
We visited to go to The Oxo Tower Brasserie for lunch . The views were amazing ,we had a set menu ,three courses for £30. Food was great ,service good, well worth a visit
H. S.
Had a lovely evening with friends, the staff were all extremely friendly and made an extra special effort when we told them it was for a celebration, really recommend!
S.
Always lots to see
L. S.
Would say it's great to walk and view but watch out as people not socially distanced and too many people.
P. C.
Unusual exhibits by up & coming artists .... loved it!
S. M.
Been here a few times now. Lovely place for a special occasion. Not cheap but reasonably good value for money. Had a lovely table this time, right by the window which offers fabulous views of London. Great food, good service. We plan to return.
J. J.
Convenient and interesting location, definite tourist trap, nice food outlets and a great place to people watch. With the London Eye in close proximity as well as the trains and underground it is a good place to visit and rest after a discovery walk around London
J. E.
Fabulous place for lunch - food delish - service spot on. Thoroughly recommend.
G. m.
Good, distressed, art gallery. Not always open.
S. D.
Lovely meal excellent service.
G. S.
They've destroyed this place. Used to be a fantastic fine dining restaurant. Not any more. They've packed it full of small tables, introduced loud music and the service is poor. The three stars are because of the view and decent food.
T. S.
Lovely meal..amazing view..however me and my friend sat on the terrace for our meal and when it came time leave we walked to the sliding door for one of the waiters to stop us and say "you cannot come this way go to the other end" and have the door slammed in our face... the other way was roped off so yet another waiter told us we could not go that way and took us back to the original door..and again we were told we could not pass..the reason a woman sat at the table by the door was not happy about it being opened and closed... may I suggest that there not be a table by the door if it is going to cause problems.........i found this one waiter to be incredibly rude...other than that it was a lovely evening
N. C.
Lovely independent shops.
C. M.
My husband treated me to a meal in the Oxo Tower restaurant last night, as a birthday surprise. Yes it's pricey, but the food was outstanding. The fillet steak was amazing! I'd also like to praise the service from each member of staff. Friendly and professional from the moment we entered. I hope I am lucky enough to be treated again!
B. P.
Truly iconic building in London
V. B.
Very interesting... Must see
N. ‘. A.
From the food to the service everything was perfect. From when you even approach the building a kind gentleman is there to lead you to the top of the building where the main restaurant & brasserie are. From there you are seated, wined and dined, to an experience like none other. I can almost hear myself speaking as if I am their professional rep which I am not lol. But I must admit it was just perfect, absolutely flawless. You couldn't pick out a problem even if you tried. The food was just amazing!!! Service was fantastic, atmosphere was beautiful, really and truly one the best restaurants I may have ever been to.
Rating : 10/10
T. M.
Date night and went for an outside table and bar food, both of which were wonderful. Perfect place to watch the London skyline transition from day to night. Service very good and a decent selection of small bites, a nice bottle of white all for under £80 for the two of us
j. f.
Service and food were 1st class
D. D.
Superb RESTRAUNT a bit pricey but nice
J. L.
Lovely views and friendly staff. Food was nice though, nothing exceptional but definitely enjoyable. Stunning view as well.
R. w.
Popped in to catch up with couple of auld friends - relaxed vibrant atmosphere in bar and brasserie with very good service. After a tough decision I went with a delicious fillet steak but my friends had the equally tasty looking lamb and pork... would deffo return...
M. H.
Lots of galleries and don't miss the back of the building for a bit of quiet space.
J. T.
Must admit to not being as impressed as maybe I should have been.
Came here for a Christmas work party. Food was okay but I've had decent food in a range of places many of them cheaper.
The service was fine, as it should be, nothing to complain about.
The view was very good. We sat down as the sun was setting and saw the river and St Paul's in lovely sunshine with a fabulous night view.
Enjoyed dinner, left and went for a beer at the pub down the road - Doggetts Coat and Badge. I'd do that if I were you.
M. H.
Lovely view of St Paul's and Thames!
D. M.
Great indi shops and art places
E. A.
Great food and great hosting! Had good safety measures in place for cov-19 and was particularly impressed with the attention to detail from one member of their staff zlatko will definitely return
H. E.
Took the family for a 60th Birthday evening meal a month ago. We booked several weeks in advance asking for a window seat which we were expecting only to be told we didn't have one on arrival. It was not an issue in the end as we were talking to much! The staff were so attentive and helpfully who were serving us. However the steak was a joke. Everyone commented on 'where was it', it was so SMALL. No way could it have been the size they claimed. Had much better for far less. Other meals were very good and presented beautifully on the plate. Can sit out on narrow terrace for pre dinner drinks. Blankets supplied for chilly times. The view of St Paul Smith and the River Thames etc. Was great. Service added for you which I dislike, but that's me.
S. B.
Cool place to hang out.
N.
An iconic part of old London .Plenty of photo opportunities. Lovely part of the thames.lots to do and eat and drink.

The foot path by the Oxo tower gets quite narrow. Don't go of a weekend if you're expecting any social distancing.

Had an amazing time with the girls. Great views amazing food etc.
J. O.
Nice shopping centre
M. S.
looks nice at 3am (gone wrong) (he answered)
V. F.
Staff extremely hospitable and hard working! Lovely views, lovely food and not overly priced.. well... to be honest you get what you pay for... Michelin with a cosy atmosphere. Have been twice and will definitely go again😍
J. D.
The kids now have a list they've made of their favourite cuddlies from the noodoll shop. I personally would like a blanket from here in adult size but I'll have to keep wishing as there isn't one my size!
Really like the vibe around here the shops are so cool
K. M.
Gorgeous views of our beautiful city. Fine just before sunset and watch the changing view while you dine in a relaxed atmosphere. Lovely food and wonderful staff team. Good access for wheelchair users.
K. H.
We sat outside and had fish and chips and a glass of wine. All staff so friendly and helpful. Food wonderful. It made our trip to London extra special.
C.
Some very interesting toys and gadgets available for sale in the tower. A lot of items have novelty value and are a little overpriced in my opinion. Still a lovely place to pass by when walking along the Thames.
R. T.
The foot path by the Oxo tower gets quite narrow. Don't go of a weekend if you're expecting any social distancing.
L. P.
Good experience yo pass by, but looking forward for the virus to be over, to see a bit more crowds and a bit more shops open
K. B.
Great building with some really nice, independent shops not only on the ground floor but also on the first and second floor. Worth having a look as you might find anything from postcards to pottery and even wedding dresses. There are several beautiful boutiques.
r. p.
Consistently delicious food & great menu !
M. B.
We had a pleasant walk along the river here and waited for the sun to set. It is a great view of the city. There are plenty of food vendors and street entertainment. Bars restaurants and shops are also nearby.
J. S.
Great little shopping place, full of artisan makers. Lovely set up not very well advertised from the wharf but is definitely worth a good wander around
C. N.
Get this coffee, it is one of the best cups of coffee İ have had!
P. T.
Great place to have a drink and a bite to eat
D. K. W.
Pleasant place. The views along the Thames are great
T. G.
Amazing shape to it, the Oxo sign makes it stand out even against the big boys
G. a. D.
Again the coffee houses and nearby Al fresco restaurants and cafes make it a must visit for any tourist who wishes to say "I've reeeeeally seen London".
g. K.
Service very poor. No mask on waiters. Food wasn't as nice
R. R.
Lunch was a treat, with background live jazz and a menu with many options that all looked tempting. Views are tremendous. A must visit dining experience.
A. G.
Very nice restaurant with panoramic views of the Thames and surrounding area. Very nice well presented food and not too (for London) expensive wine list. Service was very good indeed
C. E.
This is a lively restaurant with a great view (if you have a window seat). Food was lovely although a bit on the expensive side. Staff were friendly and efficient. All in all a great place to go for that special meal.
E. E. C.
Poor archetecture mars a pretty location
S. M.
Had an amazing time with the girls. Great views amazing food etc.
L. E. P.
Love to come here - several independent businesses, a nice Nero cafe, plus good relief from rain with amazing views to the City and St Paul's
D. C.
My partner wanted to show my the oxo tower as it had find memories, spotlessly clean and and very quiet welcoming stop off from the busy London noise. Beautiful view from the very top of the building. Probably not one further kiddies but a nice place for adults to visit.
P. W.
Amazing service and great food .for my birthday x
E. S.
Good service and views at a really tasty afternoon tea. But 5.5 pounds for fizzy water and an non optional tip of 12.5 % kind of ruined some of the experience.
S.
All the shops are closed but there is still a bit of a buzz walking around the South Bank. Can't wait till it is all open again
W. W.
Great bar and restaurant with a fantastic panoramic view of the Thames and central London. It is well located with the south bank centre to the west and Tate modern to the east for some pre-drink cultural outing!
A.
Beautiful views in the brasserie, great food & more importantly very attentive & faultless service, they really went the extra mile for us & brought us a dessert from the restaurant menu.
f.
There was no visible sign of the office for the most useless person on the planet London Mayor Sadiq Khan, it was bliss knowing even if I walk aimlessly I would not stumble upon him and enjoyed all the cool stuff on South Bank. Lots of cool things to do there.
P. W.
Walk past the OXO tower on route to the station from days out, or annual weekend stay in London for the weekend treat. Oxo Tower always clean, tidy, shops look fascinating, with mini gallery pop ups and interesting purchases.
C. C.
I loved it. An icon in a historic location with tons of shops of all kinds both on the Wharf, in the Tower, and everywhere around it. And it's right in the middle of the Southbank district. It's a place that should be on everyone's bucket list of must see places when in London. Highly recommended.
A. M.
There was a face mask. It was expensive.
K. B.
Nice compact small pub themed restaurant which serves up beers and pub food. The food is good but a bit expensive. Overall nice to sit in the balcony and have a look at the river and the glorious skyline on a summer day.
D. M.
I do like this area of London.
T. P.
I visited Oxo Tower Restaurant. It has a brilliant atmosphere with an outstanding view over the river. The food was cooked perfectly and the staff was attentive and friendly. Great restaurant for an evening dinner.
S. G.
Great views, got lucky and got a window seat. Food was excellent as was the service. Couldn't ask for more
C. B.
Great venue, food in the restaurant is excellent but expensive. Brasserie is more reasonable but food not so good. Views are worth the trip and the vibe and staff are wonderful.
W. W.
Amazing night out. Thank you.
P. B.
Lots going on and loads of popup street food. A good place to hang out and watch the great and good of London go about
A. C.
Lovely views, great drinks list and very friendly staff. Complimentary nibbles with our drinks were a really nice touch
J. L.
Excellent food in brasserie and restaurant.
D. E.
The sweet spot food trailer sells the most amazing Churros I've ever had so glad they are open
C. B.
Sat in the gardens for a glorious evening picnic. Lovely space and gardens beautiful perfect location for viewing the Thames. Only downside is no public loo close by, plenty of restaurants and shops to ask.
S. H.
Great shop at the bottom of the tower with really helpful staff
A. N.
Immaculate service as always along with delicious food. If they would offer more vegetarian options, I would rate 6 stars ;)
L. W.
Fine dining. Attentive service and fabulous cocktails.
A. B.
Lovely view.We got there just before lunch time for a coffee. The staff were OK in general. Not much dialogue between staff and myself and my wife (even though we tried).Engaging staff could improve the experience further
S. W.
We were planning on going to the Bar in the Brasserie but it was closed for a private function. The only indication was a ridiculous small sign just before you went in and even then we missed it . Ended up in the Restaurant Bar . The staff there where lovely. So they saved the evening .
K. M.
Lovely place when it was open ..beautiful sunny day .worth a vist ..
R. E.
Staff very attentive and knowledgeable
S. O.
What a beautiful setting for a " high " class cocktail in more ways than one🍸.
Stunning views over the river, I could sit here all day, if I could afford it!!
J. J.
A very tiny, but free public viewing area, was cluttered, dirty and not particularly inviting.
The restaurant which we didn't visit, looked very nice though.
A. S.
Great atmosphere Start was really helpful We'll recommend anyone The oxo wharf Great family atmosphere
D.
I love the OXO tower. Visit whenever I head to south bank. Great place to eat.
H. H.
very nice place. Great view from the roof restaurant. You can enjoy viewing all central London specially if you have the luck to have a sunny weather.
L. C.
A lovely place for a gentle stroll and exploration - exciting food markets offering all manner of exotic food to try/buy, a great vibe, interesting shops, coffee shops, restaurants and galleries - our visit coincided with the spring Roy's People Art Fair behind the Oxo Tower in The Bargehouse so added excitement and interest preceded by a Fish'n'Chip lunch in The Wharf (had to be done, especially as it was a Friday).
All in all a very nice day in London.
A. Q.
The walk along the Thames here is quite beautiful. Lots of photo oppertunities and friendly people to talk too. Also there are some great food stalls here provid8ng a variety of different food.
P. C.
Great views. Great service. Great food.
T. N.
Lovely views from the terrace and good service, but food is overpriced and below average, very small portions.
J. B.
Excellent food. View to die for, pity about the amount of cranes across the landscape. Staff so professional and happy. Just how a restaurant should be. Will be back.
J. K.
Wonderful views, great for window shopping and fabulous food and drinks to be had
R. B.
Lovely food, friendly staff, great experience.
M. T.
I went to see the Kingston degree show and it was amazing in this outstanding building
Y. L.
Great service, delightful meal!
E. C.
Beautiful views with nice drinks and food.. kind d and friendly staff.. defo recommend a visit.. try it of you want a different experience.
N. B.
I used to love Oxo Tower but it seems to have gone downhill very badly. A mackerel and beetroot starter was literally no different than one I could put together in 2 minutes from Tesco for a £1!! I’m giving it 3 stars more out of nostalgia than what it deserved from my most recent experience. It’s so basic now!
A. C. C.
Nice shops with some unusual stuff.
m. E.
I had heard good things about this place and after some talk with my friends I decided to take a lass for a surprise trip up the oxo tower. Its a popular place up there so it was a tight fit but we enjoyed ourselves for a whole 5 minutes. I think my next trip will involve more friends coming. The more the merrier up the oxo tower!
A. A.
Great views from the patio, if you can seat outside do it, that's the way to go. Food and service was great, I loved their poached salmon, very tasty.
W.
The Oxo Tower is a building becoming increasingly popular with tourists, particularly with it's art deco style making it a prominent tower building on the south bank of the River Thames. The Oxo Tower Wharf is a building containing a set of design, arts and crafts shops on the ground and first floors with two very good and appealing galleries, onsite as well. Well worth calling in for a look around and then visiting the brasserie for some delicious lunch at a reasonable price for London rates.
L.
Always a delight to visit
r. k.
Nice views but thought food was average and not a very exciting menu used to be much better when I first tried a few years ago
H. R.
Really friendly and helpful staff. One of the best views on the south bank from the 8th floor restaurant. Very reasonably priced for the location. Interesting mix of shops and cafes.
M. S.
A high rise restaurant located in central London offers 4 course meals fine wines with a great view of the city. The atmosphere is great and the food is delicious
M. K.
Lots of cool little shops at the base and at the top a nice restaurant/ bar.. but you'd not know with some exploring.. a well kept secret or poor advertising, but either way cool views
T. M.
Fun and unique shops in a unique location. The Suck UK shop on the ground floor is definitely worth a visit for some fun and original gifts.
L. K.
Super clean and Modern, with a lot of stores, but currently (Corona) most of the stores are Closed. But i have to mention that it is a high to low tier Stores, so it can be a little expensiv in there
M.
Best evening view of London from the balcony in my opinion!!
R. C.
The restaurant on the top is quite the experience. Not cheap but highly recommended.
C. M.
Nesting between the London Eye and the tate modern this iconic tower is the home of designers studios which are open to the public. The first floor hosts several jewellers which create fabulous little rings and bespoke work and the top floor has a restaurant with great views over London, a must not to miss
T. P.
Chilly but great walk along Southbank, was early so not many people about.
J. C.
Food was great and the view was amazing
K. L.
A great exhibition venue. If you missed 'Made In Brunel' shame on you!
K. G.
It's an iconic part of London. Just walk through it or stop for a coffee, or meal. Great views, make sure to go to the boutiques or to the back and find the quieter oasis in the city
C. F.
Great views from the top
C. B.
Firstly, allow me to make myself absolutely clear: do not buy anything from this company. Secondly, allow me to explain why. As a commercially involved entrepreneur who works with computers, I have never been so disgusted with a company’s actions. I have purchased in excess of £1000 worth of equipment with OXO under the assumption that should anything go wrong I would be entitled to a swift repair or replacement. Indeed, several months after I purchased my device a fault occurred. This does occasionally happen to goods and other companies I have worked with in the past have always resolved the situation to my satisfaction. However, my experience with OXO was anything but satisfactory.
After taking several weeks to determine whether or not my product was faulty, I finally received word that the product was not repairable and a replacement would be sent. I assumed that I would be able to receive my replacement and have my computer back up and running. As my work relies completely on the use of my computer, each day my computer was out of action lead to my workflow being pushed back and actually lead to me losing some income!
Alas no, after an extended period of time I was told that my replacement was out of stock. At this point I was getting increasingly frustrated and I extensively read my warranty agreement of the product. It was explicitly referenced by the warranty that in my particular case I would be entitled to a follow-up product. I directly notified this to OXO by email first to be fobbed of my an employee and second to be blanked by the same employee. Needless to say I was disgusted by this behavior which could only be described as childish. My situation became increasingly desperate due to unforeseen circumstances leading it to be extremely inconvenient for myself to take the partial refund on offer. This left me no choice but to dig deep into my own pockets to buy a product from Amazon to get my computer working again.
Needless to say, I shall never be buying anything from this company ever again and I would strongly suggest all reading to avoid buying from this company. Instead spend the additional money on Amazon and have the piece of mind that if anything goes wrong, it will be resolved to your satisfaction. In addition, I have ensured that out of the small firm that I know use OXO, I have advised them to withdraw in all their purchases. I am pleased to say all of which have done so. Without question the worst company I have dealt with. Their complete refusal to enact an explicit warranty contract completely highlights how this company is content with not complying with their legal responsibilities. They put their customers second behind their profit margins which I’m happy to announce that I’ve probably put a significant dent in.

Choice of restaurant or brasserie for food, and free roof top balcony for views of Thameside skyline.
Brasserie very good food and service, and for London reasonably priced.

Yesterday photography exhibition on Abandoned engineering. Worth seeing for those who know Yesterday television channel and the Abandoned engineering series. Brief but enjoyable. Ends this coming Saturday so be quick.

They have the best veggie burger. Service was slow and cocktails were not the same quality as similar price places in the area.

I've always loved the oxo tower and have never been dissapointed with the food.
The only reason for knocking of a star would be that myself and a colleague had ordered drinks twice that still never came.

It's always a pleasure to go there. Food quality is impressive, prices are aligned to the overall quality, including the location (especially during sunset)

Visited j-me original design & brand academy retail stores. Both excellent destinations for original gifts. j-me is also represented in brand academy. You will not be disappointed with the selection of original design ideas from these brands.

The lower floors of the oxo tower house a number of small boutiques and workshops. Many of the boutiques are run by the artisans that make the merchandise that's available for sale. In some places you can actually watch craftsman at work while you're browsing their product.
I think of this place as a really posh market.
Right on the river, there are fantastic uninterrupted views up, down and across the river Thames. If you're wanting something unique or custom, then it's definitely worth checking out
