Great staff can't do enough for you. The guy in there even tightened a pair of glasses I was wearing when I went in the shop . Can't recommend enough . Got two pairs of sunglasses for a great price . They added on two offers so was even cheaper . I'm one very happy lady tonight

Brilliant assistant very attentive to the customer needs. Fantastic deals on at the moment. 2 pairs of sunglasses 30% off the original price and then a further 50% off the second pair on selected glasses. Bought a pair of Oakley and Carrera...absolutely love them

I had an issue with the quality of a pair of sunglasses I brought a couple years back. Under their sunglasses quality assurance, I was able to exchange it for another pair. The store manager, Sanjay, offered great service and was very helpful in helping my find a similar alternative. Great selection of sunglasses. 😎

Customer service is excellent. The staff are friendly and informative. There is a good brand selection of sunglasses, however the range within the brand varies. There is a greater number of products available for women, less so for men. The outlet discounted prices are from 30% off the RRP, and additional offers are available depending on the promotional offers at the time, subject to T&C's. Highly recommended.

Great service . The manager really took her time to help me make the best choice of Ray Ban sunglasses.She explained in details about the special features that come with the glasses and how they were perfect for my head shape.

Five star service and attention when I went in trying to find replacement sunglasses to the ones that I had bought earlier in the year and lost on holiday.
