Reviews of Victoria Place
b. a.
Only visited the food court and they have an OK number of fast food restaurants. Food was piping hot and tasted good. Place was clean and sufficient space for people to sit and eat. But found it slightly more expensive than same outlets outside central London.

If you're ever in Victoria Train Station and the shops there just doesn't do it for you, then you can head up the escalators to Victoria Place. It's more of a row of shops that a shopping mall housed in a rather shiny part of the station. There's the usual choice of high street chains. A bit of shopping & eating area with a wide range of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience food.
K. G.
Transportation: Quiet reachable for
Victoria Bus coach station,
Train station,
Tube access(Metro).
Train station: It's a big puzzle if you are new there. It will be a long journey just between tube & train access bcoz of tunnels. Make sure you are educated to access between the platforms.
Ticket counters: Available at centre. Self service Kiosk also available at same place.
Escalator: Available
Free wifi: certain part
Mobile network: Void when you are access tunnels for tubes.
Eatery: LEON is not good in taste wise. I'm not recommend it. Instead you can try other like McD, KFC.
Burger King is bit pricey.
Fast Food: Mostly
Asian food: Quiet less
Toilets: Available. Depends on which entrance you are using.
CAUTION: DON'T GET LOST. This place is real time killer.
J. O.
Great place to eat as their are plenty of restaurants to choose from, I enjoyed eating at Pizza 🍕 and Co. The have a buffet lunch and dinner. Great food and a good service.
L. M.
A decent shopping centre. For me the main attraction is the first floor food court alongside the attached sainsburys food shop. My review may be a little unfairly low, however this is due to Victoria place being a place of practicality than enjoyability. I have never ventured into the shops as all of my visits have been to catch or disembark from trains in the adjoining station. I feel this may be the case of the vast majority of visitors where shopping after getting off a train or before boarding is not the highest priority.
D. C.
The thoroughfare that is Victoria Place. The beauty of this selection of shops is its convenience. Open late and close to Victoria Train Station platforms.
g.
Predictable mini shopping mall in the station..usually meet my brother here. Lots to eat and some shops too.
(Thanks for the comeback, Vic. Place, and by 'predictable', I meant no criticism! The place was clean, buzzing with shoppers and people in transit to somewhere..and the atmosphere was akin to an airport mall. Personally, I don't see what could be added to improve what is already there. I hadn't noticed Security; perhaps I wasn't looking closey, or it was discreet, but I'm certain at least a guard or two patrol the area. Perhaps the introduction of soothing 'piped' music ( generic classical type..at a bearable low voulme!)? Good luck!
M. S.
Excellent place, modern, clean, lots of shops, restaurants, coffee places, Everything what you need when you wait your transport
G. O.
A very busy part of Victoria Station, London, but good for those who wish to have a little breather between their travel. As I was traveling to Amsterdam, I found this Food Court value for money on McD's and Costa Latte's. Don't expect to find ANY Menthol Cigarettes here, however.
L. M. G. o. C. G.
Nice location and good for food in there. Although sub was tasteless and bone dry.... drinks machine not working and no chicken. Need to get there act together.
S. L. (.
Conveniently located right above Victoria station with budget and upscale restaurant choices. Food options from Pret, McDonalds to Prezzo and everything in between. The whole food court area is neat and well maintained.
L. S.
There's a few handy shops in Victoria station that make last minute gifts and snacking easy. There's a large food hall and a Sainsbury's which is handy when you need to pick something on your way home.
N. U. N.
This was pretty good, actually better than I expected it to be.
I expected a usual railway station. However, this turned out to be absolutely stunning. Its filled with all sorts of shops one could imagine of, typically a mini mall with a hotel as well.
There's also a separate floor which has further more food option like kfc, subway, vegan restaurants and much more including a phone repair shop too.
Although the Mcdonalds was close. Luckily there one nearby on just a 10 minute walk.
Good railway 🛤
A. 2.
Nice shopping area as you board or complete your journey, however watch out for pickpockets as one guy almost swiped my phone!
M. S.
Nice to look around, while waiting for connecting train.
Lots of choices for food.
t. k.
food joints upstairs and a few shop floor level.. Nothing amazing but OK if you got a spare 30 mins to eat and have a little walk around the shops
L. W.
Had a lovely meal. Mushroom risotto. Mmm Hubby had posh fish n chips. Wonderful service.
W. C.
Always go through the other end of the station, bit a few good shops there, went to the perfume shop and got myself a very good deal on some aftershave!!
M. M.
A good shopping centre with a wide range of shops eateries and lots of toilets. Would return here.
h. f.
Very good experience my daughter in law loved it..and wanted to hand in her CVITAE.
Food a 10 out of 10..lobster & Oysters delightful not heavy at all...considering l am not a lover of Italian food...choice was of wine was fab...my the waitress...outstanding and cute little place...
A. K.
Have been here on numerous occasions over the last few years. Never had any problems.
b. b.
Good amount of shops, obviously it's very busy. Very helpful staff.
H. M.
Nice to have a selection of places to sit and eat at a train station rather then just a grab and go. Few other shops are there, like Holland and Barrett, HEMA, New Look, Next, Outdoors so not just food shops.
M. W.
It looks like a nice new area with quite a few restaurants around!
J. C.
Spacious transport complex, limited retail stores. Fast Food floor has a variety of restaurants McDonalds, subways and Costa however unfortunately on the multiple occasions this location was visited KFC has been closed.
There are uniformed site officials present able to navigate to train platforms etc
Construction outside of the locate.
A. D.
Good place to stop for a quick bite to eat - there are a number of options available.
C. N.
Ate at the pizza buffet place, myself & 2 children. It was ideal, friendly staff once seated we got our food & all happy with it. Fresh pizza came out & some of the salad bar was topped up. Also do refillable drinks ideal to go with the food. The staff came & checked we were happy with everything & a fair price. I would eat there again & ideal for kids.
A. K.
Good 👍shopping 🛍area great 👍atmosphere great selection of shops family 👪friendly area ticks all the boxes 📦COVID-19 friendly value for money thanks.
M. l.
We went to Sainsbury's for bread and milk..It was well stocked, clean and tidy and I used the manned till and the lady was very friendly and helpful..will shop there again.
C. S.
Lots of shops. A pleasant oasis on top of busy terminus.
B. D.
Not a great choice of stores, always busy and because of the area, it's not the cleanest place in the world either. There's a small size sainsburys and boots and that's about the only useful shops here. The food court on the top has a nice little selection of McDonald's, kfc, eds easy dinar, tortilla, subway and a pizza place. They have a couple of cleaners up there, but because of how busy it is, it's usually a little dirty.
p.
Nice place and not too busy
C. A.
This area has loads and loads of shops and areas to eat or grab food. Really convenient toilets also.
G. M.
Very busy and very hot! Not a lot of shops to go to I would recommend going down to Oxford Street, much more of a variety!
J. V.
It's weird but I love it here so many places to get a coffee and people watch👀
K. A.
I use this as a cut through when traveling from the coach station to the train station say enroute to the airport. With a good selection of eating places upstairs there is plenty for anyone to get a good meal, from breakfast to dinner all at very good value. Also a good selection of shops to pick up those things that one may have forgotten
C. C.
Was a decent shopping area with lots of local hawking there goods. I went there in order to see what they had and then grab a quick bite to eat from one of the local carts from the vendors. There are a couple of currency exchange places in this area which is pretty good. One of which I wish I would have kept their name because there was no exchange fees and their rates were very reasonable for exchange of currencies.
M.
Manu cafes on second floor, pharma and clothing shops on first floor, also Sainsburys is there
G. M.
Very busy and very hot! Not a lot of shops to go to I would recommend going down to Oxford Street, much more of a variety!
R. T.
Great, only place in Victoria that has a wide ish selection of food and shops
E. V.
Good selection of shops and good outlets
K. B.
Good to shop while waiting for train
A. 2.
Nice shopping area as you board or complete your journey, however watch out for pickpockets as one guy almost swiped my phone!
B. A.
Its good with lots of food shops.
B. W.
Lots to offer, nice location good selection of shops and eateries.
R. M.
A great choice of retailers and coffee shops and a big Supermarket.
C. W.
Most convenient, well situated station.
N. G.
A lot of shops are overpriced but what do you expect in London. A nice place to browse if waiting for a train but wouldn't shop here regularly. The staff at lush cosmetics are brilliant, friendly and helpful and the smell from the store is always amazing. Cheese shop next door worth a look too
D. M.
If you're ever in Victoria Train Station and the shops there just doesn't do it for you, then you can head up the escalators to Victoria Place. It's more of a row of shops that a shopping mall housed in a rather shiny part of the station. There's the usual choice of high street chains. A. G.
My visit to Victoria Place Shopping Centre was brilliant and a nice bit of shopping put on down side we went into Costa I think it was Costa the coffee shop in the middle and on the menu was a toasted tea cake and the guy behind the counter did not know what one was so pretty damn useless please if you're not going to train your staff but later on in the evening we won't get back to to pesto's restaurant and Freddie the guy guy in charge was really helpful when nearly an hour late because my legs were playing up through my arthritis and the understudy and very polite and very accommodating brilliant I think you should give them a pay rise and promotion you couldn't do enough for us on the path of Allah was on his own with just a chef and he was working his bits off to help everyone excellent I would recommend it
P. B.
A variety of different food experiences available, I haven't tried all of them but what I have has been fantastic. You can do some shopping but make sure to keep an eye on the time you may miss your train.
G. A.
Nice small place but lot to offer. I did not expected but I was impressed. Nice Place. Recommended.
T. W.
I imagine it would be quite a nice place to do a bit of shopping if there wasn't any lockdown. Only Boots and Sainsbury's were open these days.....
S. Q. B.
I love it! Always tidy and clean. It’s a bit small for a shopping center but there is a lot of different shops: clothing shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés & restaurants, decor shops... They also have free wifi! Such a nice shopping center!
S. “. T.
Escalators are frequently out of order here.
Not enough shops.
Could be good but just not good enough.
For such a big station there is so much potential.
It really need a a revamp upstairs and downstairs.
D. I.
An integral part of the Victoria station: eatery & quick shopping!
A. F.
Great place to wait for my train or have a quick bite.
I love Prezzo upstairs. They have gluten free menu. Frenkie & Bennies has gluten free menu as well and I generally love the franchise but their food wasn't great here. SO I usually just go to Prezzo. They are great for breastfeeding and buggies as well lunchtime. The waiters go out their way to accommodate.
There is a lift in the building right next to the escalator but it's only go upstairs to the food terrace. The only lift to the platforms is at the Gatwick Express. If you have tickets they let you through the gate though.
All in all I like the place. I usually stop there whenever I go to London Victoria.
v. n.
It was a nice experience at Victoria place. A nice station.
N. V.
Food was good. A bit quiet as we early so quite peaceful.
B. D.
It's a shopping centre. Above Victoria station! Usual outlets and some less usual chains and outlets. So called food court above that: usual chains, doing what they do! My only near favourite is Leon's (not in the food court, but below, serving their usual good simple, healthy fast food.
K. B.
Good to shop while waiting for train
J. F. -. B.
Lower mall for the shops
Upper mall for a wide choice of restaurants and the odd burger joint
M. K.
This is one of the best food courts I have been to in England however they make you pay to use he toilets (now that's uncool but don't let this put you off aa there is a free to-use large convenience just down the escalators at the Victoria train station). I love the whole idea of the co-eating area and you get to smell all the different spices from the different food vendors (don't know if it's a good idea for vegan to have to watch the supposedly conscious omnivores feasting on flesh). Anyways be sure to make a stop at the Victoria food court the next time you visit London.
C. W.
Very unfriendly to the handicapped.
Why only one Public Toilet/Cloakroom for such a huge Complex. Shockingly bad with no thought of a traveller's needs.
V. I. R. U. S.
Yesterday at 19:21, I went to Subway there are two staff member named JAY and SHREYUAL are both very friendly and gave us a very good service. They both know how to treat with customers in the most amazing way. Thank you so much for all the help. They are beyond my exceptation
A. B.
Quite interesting. Plenty to choose from in eating chains etc. Nick nack stores and a few clothes chain stores. Nice Boots, got photos printed!
G. E.
Not alot of shops but I think it's mainly because it's more for the train station than a shopping centre. Toilets were a little awkward to find. Food court is good, lots of variety.
S. S.
Very big. Shame one of the food establishments let it down.
J. B.
Plenty of choice, clean and nice place to shop and eat.
A. S. D.
So, I'm reviewing a train station that is a mall and has a food court. Who would guess what my life has reserved for me?!? Anyway, the food court is pretty big, it has McDonald's so you wouldn't starve there, and there are trains so you can move across the country. Pretty greate ah?
R. T.
Great, only place in Victoria that has a wide ish selection of food and shops
T. P.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
B. M.
A mini shopping centre above one of the busiest stations in the country. Small selection of shops, some food eateries. Hey if your train is delayed.... Which is majority of the time, then it's another place to have a wonder around.
M. H.
Good place for food and coffee. It's a maze if you are first-timer. Accessibility for wheelchair is very poor and difficult. Signposting of locations lifts stair directions need to be improved.
E. V.
Good selection of shops and good outlets
d. c.
Convenient shopping centre in the heart of London at Victoria Station, a brilliant variety of shops to browse and it's all big enough to move about in. Plus a decent selection of food places to choose from, and of course it's 30 seconds from the apollo theatre
D. O.
This was definitely something new and exciting for us, it's like a little mini mall inside of the Victoria subway station in London. We arrived Jet lagged and Hungry to the station which was walking distance to our hotel and when we got off the subway we were delighted to find that we could get a meal before we headed to our room after a long flight.
t.
A nice small mall in Victoria Station. There are a lot of eateries on the 1st. floor and other shops on the ground floor. It's accessible from both the Station and a road outside. The eateries there make a pleasant change from the usual fayre offered in stations.
M. P.
Easy place for last minute shopping/eating before boarding your bus/train. There are all the usual fast food, McDo/KFC, and some more of good quality (Leon, etc). Also many not expensive shops (Hema, Boots, Sainsbury, etc). Perfect for the location & purpose.
J. W.
Mainly chain dining restaurants. Very varied offerings: good KFC; poor Prezzo and Macdonald's. Extremely busy throughout the day. Dirty, uncleared tables. Lots of choice but unhelpful staff Most people waiting for a train so no reason for staff to make an effort.
B. J.
I love this shopping area,,, its bigger than you think and more shops than expected,, and it's very handy for those last minute buys that you might have forgotten,,, great way to pass the time waiting for your train,, but keep your eye on the clock because you can get carried away and before you know it your train is ready to leave::: but not to worry theres plenty to do and plenty of places to eat ,, so you wont mind waiting for your next train
k. h.
Good place to pick up your essentials before using the trains and coach stations. All the normal fast food chains and some nice restaurants like cafe rouge. The right shops for where it is situated
a. h.
Not a bad shopping area for those who want to make a quick purchase on their way from A to B. Several cafes and restaurants on the top level aswell as one near the entrance. Some big High Street names in the complex, too.
J. S.
Great place to eat and find that last minute gift for someone if you are about to get on Gatwick express. Lots of souvenir shops and one of the best, if not the best, foreign currency exchange places in London: Thomas exchange. I always go there always has best rates and no commission. Disabled access to restaurants and all restaurants have table service.
M.
Manu cafes on second floor, pharma and clothing shops on first floor, also Sainsburys is there
R. L.
Not everyone knows this upstairs foodcourt and shopping complex is there. If you're transitting through Victoria station, give the platform level food shops a miss as they're terribly average. Head up the escalators at the back of the overground station and find yourself a range of shops and a big food court up at the top of the escalators!
G. U.
Always there when we need it. Plenty of well priced restaurant with Sainsbury's that closes late. Since it has not changed in years. It kind of lost its magic for me. But its still a good place to eat and an ok place to hang out. Because of its location. It gets really packed at times...
I. B.
This centre is more or less part of Victoria station and features a number of high street stores and restaurants. Good for quick shops, killing some time before catching a train or for getting a bite to eat.
D. M.
Good place for restaurants and fast foods. This place doesn't have many shops, I'd recommend this if you want to eat out or food takeaways.
A. Y.
Quiet place when you wait for the train! Love the Costa staff there
C. S.
Full of food shops mainly a boots is there but it's all pricey in accordance with h being in London .as usual so unless your really hungry walk though the station and go outside to find something to eat plenty of places nearby ..if your in a rush it's ideal and handy with a burger king . McDonald's.and a KFC all on one floor ..
R. D.
This is a handy place at Victoria station in London. Up the escalators at the rear of the station you can walk through to a set of useful shops such as chemists, gift shops, a Sainsbury, and others. There is a food court as well with lots of seating. You can walk you through further and Victoria coach station is only a little bit further on.
C. D. T.
It's ok but seemly not fully operational yet
R. B. -. E. k.
Really well laid out shopping centre and busy.
Ideally suited location and you can gain access from either Victoria Station via the escalators or from Buckingham Palace Road.
Pass through Victoria Station a lot, so this is very convenient with a great range of shops.
Good shopping experience
S. F.
Not too busy on Saturday evening. Different places to eat, convenient if you arrive early for a train journey or if your train has is leaving later than scheduled.
K. K.
This is an ideal location for purchasing items, whether you are looking for a blue hairdryer, a box of six free range eggs, a porcelain mug that reads 'Nana Rules' or a cordless telephone shaped like a banana. Other fruit shapes available. However I was unable to locate a purple Bichon Frise of exactly 30 centremetres in length to fit my mantelpiece, but for all other requirements I recommend this shopping centre.
A. K.
Lots of shops and always space to sit and wait for your transport.
J. H.
convenient place to break your journey. it can get very crowded at times at fast food concessions. However Cafe Rouge is a good establishment to escape the maddening crowd. An oasis of near peace amongst general noise.
C. W.
Mostly eateries with a few souvenir shops but a welcome rest area after a long journey with a food pavilion, rest rooms and choice of fast food. Did I mention free high speed WiFi!
A.
Great central place advice the Victoria station. You get free WiFi, a nice food selection and lots of different shops.
The tortilla place is really tasty, and therefore totally crowded most of the time.
R. V.
I really like this shopping mall situated on top of Victoria Station, lots of "high street stores" like Holland & Barrett, Boots, and so on, and more unusual gift shop, one of my favourite is Hema, a Dutch store with a pretty wide range of stuff from biscuits and chocolate to every day mugs, cups and kitchenware at more than reasonable prices, I also love the food hall at the top floor, where you find classic fast food like McDonalds, KFC and Subway together with Taco and Pizza places, lots of common tables, so is perfect to go if in company of several people that are in the mood for different kind of food.
V. I.
Lots of shops and fast food restaurants are waiting for the last minute shopping before your journey.
It's also a good choice if you are looking for medium price fast food from big brands in the market.
M. S.
Can get very busy in here. The sainsburys is small but good for getting some drink or food before your coach or train. Boots is good for your pre hotel stop over and the food court has a few options but the restaurants are a bit pricey. The food court seating can get very busy and toilets are expensive.
F. B. H.
Located within/above Victoria Station this centre features a broad array of shops an restaurants, ranging from McDonald's to Ed's Retro Rocket Diner, plus other fast food and seating eateries. Additionally, there's a number of shops for impulse buying, gifts, and assorted accoutrements. Note: rail departure announcements cannot be heard from these floors.
N. C.
Lots of shops, the Lush is especially good. Upstairs you've got a food court which houses a lot of different cuisine. These are generally open quite late.
M. D.
A very busy station with very good transport links, Victoria line, district line, and circle line over ground train links and a bus station and taxi rank out side as well as national express country wide this is a big station with book stores, pubs and restaurants, a food court upstairs, pizza, burgers, and italian, several public rest rooms, a very vibrant and busy station
b. l.
It's excellent in and and surprisingly not that busy so you get served quickly. Costa is only 10p more than the hull city centre one. Everything you need. The train station however was far too busy and had to go back and wait in the shopping centre for my friend
M. D.
Nice place for shopping, eating and travelling .Near to many office areas. Many nice options for grabbing a bite like KFC, Burger king. And some shoping options for clothes and shoes. Pharmacy... Boots. And body shop also is there.
K. P.
Like a tomb. Sainsbury's open but not well stocked and with overly familiar staff. WH Smith's haven't opened either outlet there. Soon to be gone like Woolies, one assumes.
h. s.
Convenient with lots of interesting points to shop and eat
D. M.
I go there for one reason mostly. Ed's Diner.. Just for the malt milkshake! 👌Otherwise, a good place to stop, during a trip, with all you need to stock up and continue onwards.
S. E.
It was warm and comfortable. There was a good selection of shops. But i was a bit peeved that i had to pay 50 pence to use a toilet. That is why i gave a star less on my rating.
S.
Glad they have improved this part of Victoria with more shops and refurbished the eating area its nice to see it going
B. A.
Its good with lots of food shops.
G. Y.
Essential shopping plaza with a choice of selected high street stores with staff who offer a more personalised service than that which, one gets on a busy high street or shopping mall.
G. P.
You can eat from different cuisines, meeting the food tastes of everyone in your party. Don't expect sophisticated food but everyone is a winner as they choose their own things.
M. C.
Upstairs is good for fast food and restaurants, when waiting for your train then go get some food. There are other shops up on the first floor and they are away from the hussle of the crowds
S. S.
Great place to commute central London and country side of South, west London, Gatwick airport express line.
Bus: One of the biggest Bus Station Victoria Bus Station
Tube: major connectivity with circle line, district line
Parking: Many private parking is available
Shopping: Multibrand Stores, station is fully loaded dedicated shopping outlets.
L. O.
Quite dingy with no natural light. Not a place you visit unless you're passing through the station. But if you need a bite to eat on your journey then the options are decent.
S. L.
Love the relaxed vibe here, seems a million miles away from the chaos of the train station below. Love the amazing shops too, from cupcake shops to high street faves.
A. A.
Small shopping area where you can browse and eat while waiting for your train or bus. They have a food court upstairs with wifi where you can comfortably wait.
B. A.
This place is very central in London as you can navigate your way from here to many other places. The train station is not far from the coach station. There are lots of shops around there with free of charge public toilet in the train station. There is also a mini food court upstairs the train station with the likes of Pret a manger, McDonald's and etc. Lovers of Dutch products can also shop at the Hema which is also upstairs. People on a budget can make use of a coach at the coach station to destinations within and outside the UK ...mainly to other European countries. One thing to bear in mind...finding parking place around there can be hectic... but quick drop offs and pick ups should be doable.
F. E.
Food selection is decent it pricey. Food selection was so much better before. Shops are lacking. I miss Game.
A. M.
Great variety of shops, including quirky and mainstream. Lovely cupcake popup shop! Sells the most adorable and great tasting cupcakes. Love neon sheep aswell, great place for stationary.
S. C.
Victoria is a bit grimes compared to some other London Mainline stations like Liverpool Street and Charring Cross, but it has a few places to eat and a few shops upstairs. It is just a shame that visitors arriving here see the grimes bits as perhaps their first view of this wonderful City
S. B.
Small but decent food and shopping court above the platforms. The food court does get pretty busy at weekday lunchtime. The sainsburys local is pretty handy and not too busy
l. m.
Lost of shops closed due to covid but still a good selection
S. 7.
Good selection of fast food places. Couple of practical shops such as Boots. Also has some fun waste your time browsing type shops too. Clean.
T. W.
Clean & spacious, with everything in easy access. Nearly always busy but the wide walkways allow a comfortable meander. Boots, Sainsbury's, maki D's, wh smiths, pret etc. Follow it through & it leads directly to the train concourse inc the 'tube'. Outside the station taxis are available 24/7.
A. M. B. G.
Very nice! There's stores and a very good space to rest and have a meal before you get the coach or train.
Z. A.
Quite busy and crowded all time in a day. You can find some quick solutions for meal like kfc, subway etc.alzo some souvenirs and clothe shops are in there.
K. B. L.
The food mall on the first floor has a large seating area which is always clean and tidy as a lobby host clears the tables for others to enjoy a nice range of food, from the fast food burgers and KFC chicken selection to pizzas
(which are consistently good and VFM [value for money] buffet style pizza slices and a nice range of salads and pastas, eat-in or takeaway)
and tortillas as well as Katzu curry from the Japanese food chain, downstairs.
The clean and free restroom facilities are downstairs by the train ticket office.

Located right next to London Victoria Station, with a great collection of popular high-street shops like Boots, New Look, Next and Dorothy Perkins and more unusual names like Pylones and HEMA, the eclectic mix of stores cater for your every want and need. Restaurants like Prezzo, Cafe Rouge and Frankie & Benny’s offer a great venue for getting together with friends, while cafes such as Costa, Caffe Nero, Pret A Manger and Leon provide your early morning caffeine fix and quick, healthy lunchtime options.
H. D.
Good selection of shops and restaurants. Very pleasant and helpful staff in all shops even if we only browsed and didn't buy anything. Enjoying experience.
A. K.
Good selection of shops and food places. At the time of writing these included: Lola's Cupcakes, New Look, Dorothy Perkins, Boots, Joy, Hema, WHSmith, Holland & Barratt, Doodle, KFC, McDonald's, Subway, Frankie n Bennies, Ed's Diner, Prezzo, Costa, Fresh Pizza Company, Next and others.
Ample seating is available and free WiFi. Staff keep the place looking clean. Shop sizes are relatively small so they don't have a huge selection especially the clothing stores.
A. L. E.
Nice place. Has got everything you need in the station. Wide choice between fast foods, coffee shops and other shops
B. W.
Lots to offer, nice location good selection of shops and eateries.
D. W.
Various eating places available. Along with high street named retailers. Good for pit stop between journeys to while away a couple of hours.
R. M.
A great choice of retailers and coffee shops and a big Supermarket.
S.
Nice place to rest and eat before grabbing your coach or train. Couldnt see sn indoor layout map which makes it awkward finding a specific favourite outlet.
S. B.
An interesting place lovely cheese shop also sold a variety of filled rolls also cakes and wine. Very busy right on the edge of Victoria station.
S. C.
Clean toilets, really pleased.
E. O.

Good but there are alot of people going in and out so hard to be socially distanced
C. H.
A reasonable shopping centre at the top of Victoria train station. It has been recently refurbed and updated with more shops to offer the customers. The upstairs part is the food court section which is a good spot to grab lunch with a lot of choice depending on what you fancy.
There are a few shops like Boots and the Perfume Shop and a card factory on the bottom Floor. Finally, there is a decent sized Sainsburys at the back and you can also exit from the back to the main road.
R. A.
Lovely place, near to Victoria Station!
J. W.
A good place to shop if you're zipping thru London Victoria Station. It's the upstairs section, up the escalators. There's also a food court up another set of escalators.
M. F.
Very convenient because there are so many buses and train that goes there, not many store but the ones they have there, are less expensive comparing tothe same stores on Oxford circuit.
B. M.
Loads of choice for eating but zprobably ,avoid the pizza place their eat as much you like is okay but.the pizzas are dry as a dessert and the staff are non existent
R. W.
Good variety of restaurants and shops. Says it has free WiFi but doesn't actually have wifi. I recommend tortilla. A nice place to keep occupied when waiting for a train.
A. P.
Liked the variety of food, comparatively clean for a fast food place. Toilet is paid only which is not fair once you pay for food. A bit more expensive than the food outside.
D. M.
Bustling centre with people in and out. Nice choice if eats at various spots. Lovely gift shops. Staff at ticket counter very helpful and polite.
E. B.
Basic shops but good to pick up shopping quickly before jumping on the train or tube.
C. P.
Small but pleasant shopping mall connected to Victoria train station and 2 mins from the coach station. A store for everything you can possible require. Restaurants on the top level.
J. S.
Connected to Victotia train station via a set of escilators, Victoria Place is a shopping centre with many dining options. It cannot be described as the best shopping centre in London but that is not to say anything negative, it is tidy, well presented and a wide range of shops slightly tuned to the weary traveller.
V. E. K.
Always before our journey , we have our traditional full english breakfast .Very handy that this place is open so early 👌👌👌
D. B.
Ideal place to do some small shopping and to stop off to have a bite to eat if you're on the move. Handy for those travelling by train or coach.

Very good clean place to shop and eat out.
C. M. (.
It's convenient if you're waiting for your train and you have time for a quick bite. There are several places to eat. You have a few clothes shops around.
L. C.
Small little outlet, with a few high street stores for women clothes, chemist and gifts. Great to pop in after work or browse whilst waiting for you train.
J. A. L.
Always been a favourite of mine and well situated for a great car rental company (Si*t), and on the edge of the congestion charge zone
A. G.
Key place in London Victoria but lacks enough signs. Attached to Victoria Tube station but does travelers know which way to Toilets, Subway, McDonald's, Starbucks And KFC to go? Most ppl would be tourist and it is them who would be needing to know these places. Why paid toilets?
T. G. I. L. M. a. S.
That is a shopping center, nothing special. On the station, it really looks like a station, nothing funny... But you have León and Prêt-à-Manger, so we cannot complain
L. P.
Thoughtful management have free rest room ,comfy food court for people eating their take away also lots of food stalls to choose for your appetite.
C. “. A.
I liked it because I haven't gone to Victoria Place to do shopping to buy stationery for back to college or school stuff when I start in September. For example, WHSmiths, Wilko and Tesco.
K. V.
Very good place with lots of options to eat . It also has pharmacies and clothing shops to pick up any essentials before you start your journey . Very clean .
P. C.
Good selection of shops and restaurants. Clean environment. But you have to pay to go to the toilet which is outrageous when there are food and drink outlets there!
V. K.
I've got nice coffee in Costa and I was very happy to use FREE clean toilets for customers. Thank you.
N.
Good range eateries for sit in or on the go eating. If you've just come back from Gatwick (Gatwick Express calls at Victoria) there is also a Sainsbury's, bank, travel money exchange, and boots pharmacy which is handy.
G. R.
Very good, little shopping centre situated conveniently above Victoria Station. Handy to pop in for snacks, lunch and essentials before or after journeys.
L.
A nice place for shopping. There's a good food shop, where you can buy a fast meal - there's a meal deal offer, that includes a sandwich or salad or soup, a beverage and a snack or a pack of fruit.
J. N.
Nice open space right outside Victoria Station, perfect for a sandwich outside of the office. In the middle of 3 roads, so perhaps not ideal if London air quality is an issue for you!
N. Z.
Small ideally located. Good selection of food places not just the typical fast food and that's it. A good choice of shops to made for a nice afternoon.
G. H. W.
A very well designed shopping area with lots of shops and eating places to select.

C. B.
Ideal place for a quick pit stop on your way to or from London. Loads of choice places to eat and drink to satisfy almost any palate.
C. G.
Many of its shops and businesses closed down but it is still useful. Currently there is a big supermarket, a multiscreen cinema, a bar, a pizzeria and a yoga studio
A. W.
In Victoria and you need your connection ie train /bus or breakfast they have all kinds of retailers whithin eating and walking space.now and then you get a freebie, ie drink or a snack.
A. S.
It's been 're done. More of the types of store seen in stations in this day and age. No real highlights. Costa Frankie and Bennys boots mcds kfc etc.......oh and Whsmith. Everything you would expect
S. C.
too small, or I haven't explore well?
D. T.
Not much variety really, repeat of some of the shops that can be found in the railway station. Food court on the upper level. With kfc, McDonald, subway, Costa coffee & some proper restaurants.
L.
Things are coming back to normal. A few shops are still closed
K. G.
Frankie and Benny's went here begrudgingly after past experiences where not so good the waitress met me with a huge smile and gave me a breakdown of breakfast menu. The food was miles better than previous

Compact shopping mall. Mostly stores and fast food outlets that people actually use frequently. Above the station so convenient to visit on the journey home. Good.

E. A.
Small mall situated above Victoria railway station, containing places to eat (McDonald's, KFC, Zizzi, Pret & a pizza place), money changers, a pharmacy and various other shops.
