Reviews of W12 Shopping
P.
There were quite a few shops that were closed, could be that I was too early. Went into One Shop n LIDL. Wanted to take more pictures but was prevented by a security guard there!
s. s.
The Case of the Poison Chalice @221b was a joy. Mission completed and cocktails to celebrate

This is the smaller of the two shopping centres in Shepherd's Bush area. Don't let that deter you because if you're working with a smaller budget or you just looking for value this is the better of the two. It's obviously not as high end as the nearby Westfield shopping centre, but it does has the main high street stores and restaurants, including a huge Lidl.
E. H.
I mainly visit this shopping centre to go to the huge Lidl which has a broader product range alongside being better stocked than my smaller local branch. There are a couple of other retailers (pound shops, savers, cex, boots, H&B to name a few) on the ground floor alongside a fitness first gym, Vue cinema and a weatherspoons on the first floor. It's a much smaller shopping centre than Westfield across the road, however convenient to visit for some basics and much easier to get around as well.
H. S.
Love west12, everything that I need, nice staff and good range of working hours. If ladies needs a toilet, it's very convenient and clean. Not dog friendly, that's the only low point.
s. s.
Very very nice place! Pubs restaurant and take away food! Plus cinema and a all you can eat Chinese restaurant! Very nice!
N. A.
Quite shopping centre, among the shops there are two One Pound shops and Argos. Boots, restaurants and cafes. Morrison's closed in November 2016. Forty new jobs will be created when the 1,245sqm sales area opens in February. It comes after Hammersmith & Fulham Council lobbied on behalf of residents to keep a community supermarket in the centre. The parking is a great resources as parking in the streets is not allowed. Also you can hire cars from Virtuo and Sixt.
M. G.
It's ok, although not many shops there is variety for example there's a Boots, JD Sports, Perfume shop, Holland & Barrett to name a few there are public lavs, places to eat and Shepherds Bush Market is less than 5 mins away.
R. D.
Decent sized shopping centre. Not an overwhelming amount of shops which is good. Easy to find, just across the road from Shepherd's Bush station.
J. H.
It is a bit tired shopping centre but clean with public toilets. Since Morrisons moved out and was replaced with Lidl, and Superdrug replaced with Saver standard went down. There are some usefully shops like Argos, Card Factory, Holland & Barretts and small Boots
C. D.
An okay small to reasonable sized shoppig centre. It mostly has cheap shops, a few eateries and a cinema. The place is reasonably well kept but does not look as good since Argos has gone.
Clean and tidy place that is easy to negotiate and reasonable access for wheelchair users.
Cheap goods can easily be purchased here from both One Below and Poundland. A reasonably sized branch of CEX for yor entertainment needs.
Security is reasonabl,e in telling children off for playing on the escalators but not so good with enforcing face coverings.
M.
Nice local shopping mall with Poundland, wetherspoons ,Lidl and savers health store.
R. M.
Favourite place to shop, they have everything us girls need and great place to meet friends then coffee or something to eat. The atmosphere is really good.
C. M.
Definitely a favourite for everyday essentials from the ships available on great prices too for whatever you need
T.
I always visit W12 shopping mall. They have stores inside where I always shop for example:
Lidl
Poundland
Savers
JD Sports
The always have whetherspoons and many more.
V. C.
The shopping centre send to be reinventing itself as an event space. There is now a Sherlock-themed escape room.
I went to a 3-month pop-up attraction by the makers of Captain Morgan rum. They have converted the underground car park into an artificial pool complete with islands and boats. The theme is pirates including a Johnny Depp-like Captain Morgan himself. The tickets allowed us two free drinks (one not very nice cocktail at the start and another generous punch bowl that we customised during the attraction). After going to the basement for the first drink, we were led blindfolded to the boating area. Then with a map we were allowed to row to the various islands to collect ingredients for our drink at the end... Such as a spice (cinnamon, star anise, etc), juice (pineapple or others), fruit (lemon, lime), etc. Different actors will interact with you at most of the stops. The props and the activities could have been much better (e.g. Crystal Maze style challenge/puzzles or having more decorations or foliage around the edges and ceiling so it's less obvious that you're in a dimly lit car park) but the actors were enthusiastic and cheerful.

I love going through there Always go there on my way home. The place is clean, staff very friendly and polite
E. D.
Medium sized shipping centre with reasonable range of shops. Plus, an Amazon locker, a GP surgery and places to eat and drink
R. Y.
A shopping mall near the Holland park in London and you have lots of option and deals for all household items. Pound shop and the other shops have good bargain price of the day.
A. H.
Good little shopping centre. Has a range of shops and recreation facilities.
Please sort out the toilets though (male) as urinals seem to always be out of order.
J. S.
All product is very good and prices best prices if you need any electric items you can go there is well good price
E. L.
I like the W12 shopping centre because they do few good shops there including Age UK Chairty shop and Cex entertainment shop
A. S.
Busy but always just what you are looking for in the shops. People are friendly. Toilets are free of charge now but not very clean.
R. J. T. V.
I love this place is very handy is you going cinema or after/before shopping around and the staff is very friendly, I've been always very happy woth their service, today I'm giving them just 4 stars because I had to wait 20 min for a drink, last week I've order my usual empire burger and it taste very different, dry no taste and the salad in the burger felt like is been in the hot shelve for a long time, everything else was lovely but it seems service and quality is been disappointing for the last 2 times I went there.
P. D.
Everyday stores such as Lidl food, Boots, Argos and Savers. Also a Wetherspoons bar, a gym and cinema complex. More ordinary and useful stores for day to day needs than its huge neighbour "Westfield's", which is across the road.
S. G.
A superb selection of shops, very clean. Well worth a visit if you're in the area, plus it has a Wetherspoons, reason enough !!
G. G.
Look, it has a Poundland, a Lidl , a CeX and Dark Sphere Mega Store (what could I ask more?)
t. M.
Got my mobile back, in London as a near pension disabled man my lifeline only issue was friends brother drove all round Deans but no signs to direct people. when people try to find country buses garage in obscure part of livingston it was very stressful, but staff very commited and expedient friendly and helpful. I was up friend when my phone went awl up for one funeral stressed and other in the cancer ward, he has since days later passed away about 3nights ago, my oldest friend since a toddler, my heartfelt gratitude. Thank you so much.

H. A. J.
Mostly lower end shops but a reasonably priced car park as well as a decent ‘spoons
F. A.
Amazing place to be in shopping drinking walking around window shopping hugging around great place
P. H.
Not a great place for shopping. Argos store now closed. Lidlington always looks packed out. Efficient GP surgery looking after the needs of residents. Hairdressers for men and ladies, very reasonable prices. Local branch of Age UK has a retail shop, some good bargains
M.
Nice shopping mall with a range of brands and stores
J. S.
Lots of stores in Here. You can compare prices from different stores. Good for window shoppers lol.
T. S.
You get what you need. I just got chewing gum but it was good that they had it
A. G.
Good choice of food eateries and a range of shops plus a supermarket
a. k.
Very good shopping centre, they sold everything I needed.
K. M.
Great selection of food and drink restaurants and with great shopping places
N. N.
Went just after 10:30am for a collection. Straight to the store, collected and left. Just how I like to shop.
S. 2.
Good variety of shops from pound land, sports shop, lidil, boots, Holland and barret with pub, cinema, and food upstairs
J. G.
This shopping centre seems a bit outdated, especially when comparing it to the neighbouring Westfield Shopping centre.
I have to say that it is clean and well kept, just feels a bit underwhelming in comparison to its neighbours.
It houses a pub and most importantly a Lidl, which is the reason why I am sometimes going in there. Parking is cheaper there than Westfield which is a positive I would say :)
M. V.
I like it here my doctors is located there so I usually go to Lidl and I like that convenience
R. S. P.
To be honest I just found this place to be depressing, it all just looks so run down - few shops - heavy police presence.
T. l. s.
W12 Shopping Centre is an amazing place for shopping you can also go to the cinema there,go to the arcade and much more.Even outside W12 Shopping Centre there is many shops. You can do so much explore and enjoiy.😁🛍
S. N.
Best place to shop. Be hard to find a shop you dont need in and around this place.
s.
pretty good, people are okay, nice area for a day out
A. R.
Wonderful shopping centre - a good selection of low priced stores!
M. C.
Restful. Different shops, food drinks restaurants media drugstore charity and other businesses
M. R.
Food area has alot to choose from, only problem is the seating area's, it get really busy and you have to look around for a seat.
A. C.
Many different shops all at great prices
P. A.
Very busy great place to shopping Love it’
T. O.
Nice, there is a really unique shop ( Mama B Shop) there selling amazing African print hand made clothing and jewellery at really good prices. Got me a lovely wrap dress for everyday work wear.
Will definitely be going back for more. The staff were really nice and friendly too.
E. B.
Lots of cheap shops, Aldi, Poundland etc.
If you want more upmarket visit Westfields
D. J.
To be honest I only come here for Lidl and the cinema but it's still a small but useful shopping centre
B. J.
Ok cool place to watch movies, eat and drink
C. L.
It's shopping complex and it's busy.lot of local and visitors. Good place to visit.
S. K.
Can't believe how big this shopping centre is, it nice that it caters for everybody's budget
L. C.
Dark lack luster and very basic and not ay all a bargain like it used to be.
B. 1.
It use to be nice, now many shop are closed.
C. v.
This shopping centre houses low priced and discounted stores ie Lidl, £1 stores, card factory, argos Boots and the perfume shop. To name a few. Upstairs is a Vue cinema a pub and a Chinese restaurant. It also has a GP and a small barbers/hairdressers. It is a very useful centre for the local community and provides it well.
O. J.
A lidl, a poundland and wetherspoon. What more do you need.
j. m.
Awesome elderly lady i had helped her with assistance and zero stress the girls who work there are kind and caring people
P. C.
argos is now shutdown in shepherd bush
Shopping centre
A. B.
It has a Lidl (complete with orange making machine) which is always a good start and some decent Pound shops but couls really inprove with some other specialist stores.
L. A.
Full of people without face mask; the rule is there to protect us all.
T. J.
Low costs shops with cafe and pub nearby. Very convenient for general and low cost shops. 2 drawbacks. The parking cost is astronomical with no reductions for blue badge holders. The lifts are often broken
R. E.
Chinese food buffet so much choice! Excellent food and staff are lovely definitely recommend.
C. L. W.
Lidle
Boots
Savers
2 poundsavers
And clean toilets.
This is a great place if you are on a tight budget but still want good food.
G. D.
One of the largest shopping malls in London, with the all best brands! Lots of parking available, very clean, a lot of nice food choices.
N. W.
Nice jewellery store in the middle of the outlet store
B. B.
Good choice of shops especially cards
w. h.
Amaizng place to shop for your needs, birthdays and all events you have lots of places to get food, and drink including vending machines and free water. The toilet facilities are scattered across the whole shopping centre and really modern and clean, except with a few broken doors.
M. B.
Lost Lagoon was absolutely brilliant! So much fun with boats and rum.
w. h.
Nice Aldi, savers, Poundland when you want to avoid the crowded Westfield
S. P.
Nearly all shops were closed. Toilets were clean. Shopping centre was clean and tidy. Security was around. Found a few good shops that was open. Went to the escape room great ish fun. Not really somewhere you can rate from the experience I had as it was late in the day
J. N.
Huge place and will satisfy most people. Lots of stores and eating places too.
В. Б.
I like all the shops here because they are very reasonable, and so you don't have to do all your shopping in Westfield and you won't be too much out of pocket. There's Argos, Pounland, Lidl and other shops which offer household stuff and food etc at really good price.
B. M.
Good shopping centre but expensive take loads of money ull need it its not primark prices in here but not quite harrods lol
S. K.
Lidl is the best that happened to this place. Otherwise, not much to write home about except for the gem of an artisanal shop they have (it's located on the way to the toilets) that sell great finds from various African cultures.
C. S.
It has a huge variety of shops of every kind: from luxury brands to cafeterias to fast food chains and even groceries. It is perfect for shopping gifts and having a casual dinner or meeting.
S. C.
Its a small shopping center
Personally I prefer big malls
But it is good in general you can find some shops and a supermarket in it
And it is old a bit
J. S.
Great place to walk around. All under one roof. Prefr to shop on high street. More bargains.
M. S.
Nice but not as much there as i expected.
P. O.
A bit boring...but at the same time common items you need are at your fingertips. Eatery's, a cinema and other family friendly stores are in the vicinity. Bring your own shopping bag if you remember. If not you'll be charged from each shop.
A. T.
Great for clothes shopping and gifts for special ones.
K. A. B. E.
Was ok but verry long que to pay
U. B.
Nice big Mall. A lot of great brands have a store there.
S. G.
Can someone plz tell me if bargains buy is still there?
M. R.
Should be better without Covid-19 Commerce restrictions, but quite handy. Specially Argos possible service for items collection.
s.
The areas changed but precent has not
M.
A few good shops very convenient. Aldi poundland card shop to name a few.
C. C.
Give me the W12 Shopping Centre any day over Westfield across the road. People sized, good shops inc Lidl, Boots, Holland& Barrett, Argos & the fab Bush Doctors. Who could ask for more. In and out in no time. Oh, and Amazon lockers too. Am I am influencer now? 🤗
D.
Excellent selection of shops and restaurants here with varieties for everyone. The centre is always clean and tidy and there are many toilets available for visitors. They also have a quiet section for families that want to feed their babies in private.
R. R. T.
Its ok. Nothing more interesting than the LiDL and the Afrikan charity shop. I guess it had its hay days. Need some innovative independent shops to increase the footfall. Great place to park
E. E.
Love the West 12 Shopping Centre. I use Boots on a regular basis for my prescription and all my toiletries, lovely staff. Also use Argos, Holland &Barratt and sometimes Llid for a cake and newspaper. There is also a Hammersmith &Fulham Age UK Charity Shop there, always get a bargain in there.
G. N.
Unfortunately Argos has been closed down 😩🥴😷👎
C.
Handy for Lidl and pound shops. Like the Vue cinema here. Small and if you choose seats with nothing in front, have more leg room than any cinema I've been to. Seats big and comfortable. My preferred cinema.
P. M.
Place to find Lidl, Poundland and other types of shop that sometimes save you from emergencies. Clean and tidy.
H. J.
One of the best places to shop. Highly recommend!
r. j.
Clean Bright & Some nice stores
B. S.
Love it as all under one roof although some of the concessions are tiny! Love the food court and there is always something going on for the kids to do... very busy on Saturdays though!
G. C.
It's a great place for last minute presents and buying stuff to fill yr room or halls as it has 2 pound shops and a lidl. But don't buy too much as there's about a one in twelve chance you'll get mugged if yr their at an awkward time.
One time I saw an empty crisp packet moving about so either they have a poltergeist or rats but that's none of my business...
D. D.
I do like shopping at Westfield, I'm not going to lie!! Anytime I go there I only go to the shop I need to go to! The place is so big that I get tired walking around it. Also I like the eateries, I have gone quite often for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which if you know what eaterie your going to you won't get tired walking there! It is a cool place to meet up, put some more seats about the place please. 👍
T. H.
Good and convenient place for shopping
M. P. N. (. P.
Will be going there again this week. There's a good cobblers who raises one of my footwear for me for a moderate fee, in the W12 Shopping Experience, as well as decent toilets. This time, I'll look upstairs to see if there is somewhere affordable to eat lunch. I'll report later and with a photo or two if I remember.
C. B.
For a small shopping centre it's great.
It has a coffee shop, Argos, Boots, Lidl, Holland & Barratts, Toilets, a beauty place, cinema, places to grab a bite to eat etc. Also has parking!
It's clean, airy and staff have always been lovely and helpful. If you only need a few items and don't want the hustle and bustle of Westfield's, W12 centre is the place to go.
k. k. s. c.
Kubla Khan must have designed this place...
D. W.
Suits ur needs crowded but not over the top a great experience to shop or just passing through
A. C.
What I love mos about this shopping center is that is Little, but you find what you need with the best offers! Cinema, Gym, Argos, JD oriental buffet, pub and huge supermarket. Very nice for an evening with family or friends.
K. H.
For those who are unable to afford to shop at neighbouring Westfield, this is the mecca for lower demographic patrons. Poundland, Lidl, CeX etc rule the roost. Also have Amazon locker here which is a plus
H. T.
All nice secure and very practical
A. S.
Anywhere with a poundland is a 5 star, love it
m. a.
It's a small and obviously much cheaper version than the Westfield that is just across the road. I go there mainly for the Lidl - only one in Hammersmith so far - and to Poundland and Savers. This mall is good because you can quickly but your groceries from the above mentioned places. No need to spend endless time like in the Westfield. There are also a Boots and Holland & Barrett. The Vue cinema upstairs isn't as good as the Westfield one.
B. B.
Good for bargains, savers, perfume shop, authentic African wear, bags, beautiful necklaces. Also one vintage shop and Lidl occupies a corner space, absolutely cut price fruits and vegetables (good quality)
G. S.
Not a fancy mall, but it comes very handy if you live in the area. There are boots, savers, Holland&Barrett, Lidl and more useful shops... A gym (a bit pricy for what it is) and a nail salon (it’s ok). There is also cafe and a restaurant (never tried them to comment).
S. S.
Love shopping here. Parking is great. Spacious, clean and lots of shops and eating venues. Spoiled for choice. Also a vue cinema here too. You could easily spend a day here. Have breakfast. Go shopping. Watch a movie. Have a coffee. Do more shopping. Have a drink. Then dinner. 🥂
C. L.
Fewer choices of shops but good options put there and each store has great staff and service
J. O.
Going shopping for groceries, good place to stop park up the car in the on site car park, relax walk around get you groceries , you can mix it up a little , fitness studio on site (gym) cinema if you like to enjoy a movie , and restaurants buffet bar (international mixture of foods on display) for you to explore your taste buds 😀.
It's ideal for the local residents ,
J.
Great atmosphere but bar staff is extremely slow to serve people, never look in eye. Gets pretty crowdy after 10:30pm so really difficult to dance. But good from good for a couple of hours to get salsa fix. Also there restaurant is pretty good so if you are going to for that then great .
M. S.
Cost efficient place to buy groceries at Lidl and other items in pound shops plus card factory. Overall a really good value little shopping centre. Includes Boots, Argos and Holland & Barrett
A. D.
Lot's of useful shops. Some are little diamond's tucked away from the main chains selling a wide variety of things. A must visit.
M. N.
I would give it five stars if the air conditioning wasn't set to cook every one wearing a winter coat, as there are many folk using This Shopping Complex who don't arrive by car! I personally arrive by motorcycle, I have CFS & FMS both awful diseases with a myriad of symptoms to cope with from moment to moment! One facet is an inability to control my body temperature, thus I must dress warm on the motorcycle to avoid the cold, so in Westfield I suffer from overwhelming heat, Superdrug doesn't sell cold drinks that are all best served cold, however for a very long time the fridges have been broken and thus need repair, they must be doing fairly well compared to most Companies in Westfield, but they're not meeting their customers needs by selling warm room temperature drinks, so you'll do well to remember to bring sum cold drinks or cold bottled water with you if you're sensitive to very warm climates!
A. N.
I find it adequate, but not thrilling; big lidls, big Card factory, an Argos and a Poundland..useful: it also has a Vue cinema..but all this doesn't exactly blow my skirt up, gentlemen. .
r. b.
It's a place where you can get most things, it in the middle of everything including beauty shops, restaurants or just eat outside. Fantastic green should you need a bit of relaxation.
M. A.
I have to go there anytime I'm in london. Get my croissant from morrisons
S. H.
Great shopping centre just across the road from shepherd's Bush train station. Good selection of shops.
Y. S.
This mall is clean and the workers are very helpful
V. G.
Great place to do your weekly shopping and buy things for a great value! I would like to see a bit more of control of the number of people inside of the building and the shops (especially now during the pandemic)
S. L.
Used to love coming here but has totally fone downhill. Good points are the Vue Cinema and they now have a Lidl but it's always packed. There is a Poundland that pretty good and a Chinese buffet upstairs bit pricey but food is decent.
M. B.
For a small shopping center it has alot going on. If you dont want to spend to much money you have a £shop and Bargain store. There's an Argos, boots, Coffee shop, Card factory, Lidl supermarket, JD and Savers. You even have your local GP and this is just the ground floor. On the 1st floor you have a lovely all you can eat Chinese called Aroma and there's a Wetherspoon. You have a Gym and a Vue Cinema on the next level. Quite alright for a little shopping center. If you want a bigger shopping experience, just cross the road and your in Westfield Mall, cool😊
B. B.
A little small and awkward to navigate, but very clean and with some good shops. I went specifically for Dark Sphere, but if the other shops are of similar quality then it's worth a visit.
P. W.
Escape room upstairs is great. Downstairs seems to be mostly pound shops and hippy shops that can't afford to pay their electricity bill. Worrying reviews for the car park here. May be safer to find other parking nearby.
E. R.
Very little but really nice with interesting places such as the Vue cinema, Holland and Barrett, Lidl, Pizza Express, Cex, Argos and the game store Dark Sphere a good alternative to Westfield despite being a lot smaller
S. C.
Amazing shopping centre where you can get lost for hours or even days on end. All the high street shops in a much bigger version are there plus some very expensive designer shops Italian fashion so many restaurants and coffee shops that it's hard to choose from. Some very glamorous department stores like Debenham are in there too plus big toilets with huge mirrors everywhere ( although I noticed the cleaning lady was just leaving when I enterd the toilets and it was really stinking. Went there almost everyday cause I lived nearby and noticed toilets were always clean but smelly!). Plus if youre gonna spend some time in there I suggest you wear light summer clothes underneath because the heating is so high that makes you sweat like a Mediterranean beach in July! Mostly friendly sales assistants and security staff. Includes also local library and post office lots of money exchange shops. Right next to Shepherds Bush and White City and Wood Lane tube stations and to the bus station. Great indoor parking space.
W. M.
It is a huge shopping mall, looking nice & modern. Many shops and resturants available. The mall is situated nearby Shepard's bush tube station & it is like 2 mins walking distance away - super convenient. Restaurants are a little expensive as you would have expected. All in all, worth a visit.
G. S.
It was fine. No complaints. Little hidden from the main street but worth a visit if you want to avoid the Mall.
A.
Decent-ish but shop/floor layout doesn't seem very intuitive. Busy but spacious allowing you to get to most places with ease. A good place to start if you're struggling for inspiration for presents and shepherd's Bush Stations (above and underground) are virtually next door making it pretty easy to get to. However please note that the traffic around the round about is pretty intense most of the time so maybe best to take public transport over driving!
V. C.
Great shopping center which is in the shadow of the Westfield. It is situated across the road from the station so it has very easy access to it.
It has a good selection of shops which vary in purpose. The planning of the shopping centre isn't very logical but it contains some great establishments.
The Chinese restaurant upstairs has a great buffet. It is particularly cheap at lunch time. The cinema is great to watch movies although it isn't the biggest screen in the local area. The bar on the first floor has good decor although it can be very expensive. Poundland is very out of place, it is very messy.
J. C.
I never went in but my girlfriend went to the card shop all good
W. E.
Useful toilets. Overall a bit run down and needs refurbishment.
D. B.
Not a lot of customers when shopping after 9pm which is ideal as in and out in next to no time.
R. V.
Coming to this place regularly as the Lidl is located inside the shopping centre. The place is otherwise tiny, there are not too many shops availible but its still completely fine for basics.
L. H.
Can be busy and full of people who are lost in their own little world (Don't expect any one to hold a heavy door for you at the entrance). It has a useful variation of shops. A: Boots, Card Factory, Argos, CEX and a Pound Land for your branded high street shops. And lots of one off shops too for other misc items. Also a massive Lidl in there, That can get very busy, I would not like to be the staff in there because the Lidl is never quiet. They are always rushed and crazy.
R. L.
The shopping centre is fairly average. It has a very random mix of stores from Argos to LIDL. There is a all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet as well as a gym, a movie theatre, and a video games lounge. There are dollar stores and bargain shops. It's a bit grotty but if you need certain things in a pinch it can be a help, particularly as the LIDL is open until 10pm.
R. W.
It's a lot better now they have Lidl in there. It's livened the place up. Nice to see that the old basement sports shop is being utilised by Dark Sphere as both a shop and a place to sit around and play games. Very interesting place
j.
With Westfield across the road, the W12 centre offers the other end of shopping.
An Argos, pound stores, boots, Lidl. Key cutting services & large Amazon lockers down stairs.
2bd floor hosts, cinema restaurants and weatherspoons all accessed by escalator, it offers a lot.
Clean, safe and tidy, with good transport links and parking, NCP has walkway into cinema level, what's not to like.?
J. W.
Only walked through to get to the food court
L. K.
Quieter since Westfield opened but still I prefer it, Aroma is nice the cex is cool and thes gaming/boardgame place is awesome along with some great other places it's a useful little place without the nncrowding of Westfield, Also love the little coffee shop as you go in
J. F.
Very good place. Has Lidl, boots pound shops, sport shops and Cex. Upstairs it has a cinema and the best weatherspoons pub in London. Nice shopping centre which I believe is going to be turned into flats.
M. M.
A lovely place for shopping, and nice friendly place that makes you feel welcome to shop.
With a wide variety of shops and restaurants along with coffee shops to take a break
If you want to relax go to the cinema which has some of the newest releases, or the bar on the top floor for a cocktail and a lovely meal
If your into tech, try the ground floor shops and if your requirements your weekly shopping try the Morrisons supermarket.
There's plenty of parking with the large multistorey car park at the rear.
And with Shepherd's Bush Station, both Underground and Overground along with all major bus routes you will find travelling there a sinch.
A pleasure to go shopping to....
C. F.
Compact place and not easy to find what you looking for.
J. B.
A nice clean and compact shopping centre
L. O.
Westfield much older neighbour. Less pretty and smaller, but clean and easy to navigate. Useful if you need to buy something cheap as it is filled with discount shops and is soon to have a Lidl opened there!
S. P.
Beautiful and massive shopping center. Sports direct, apple and various other outlets are here. VUE- movie theatre and lots of place to dine inn are available here. Pound land and Argos are at walkable distance.
J. L.
Nice staff and security. OneBelow particularly nice staff and items.
O. K.
Clean and a good collection of shops and services. Nothing too exciting but enough variety to get most things. Staff were friendly and it was not as busy as other shopping centres!
P. B.
Good for a smaller mall near to Westfield. Has some shops you can't find there like savers and poundland and has a nice vue cinema which is more lowkey than the Westfield white city branch.
a. G.
Have a chair to sit.not to crowded. Vue cinema offer promo ticket on monday. The vue cinema..are nice. Even more so when walked insid.
Restaurant are nice upstairs. Morrison left now lidl is opening soon.boots pharmacy available..perfume shop. One pound shop and poundland..cash point is outside..peri peri restaurant on the side..better than westfield.. oh they have lift and escalator..
Now have Lidl newly opened. Existing
Argos, boots, savers,Poundland and cafes and beautiful Vue cinema.better than Westfield very crowded.
S. M.
Just a shopping mall. A bit run down. A couple of pounds shops a lidl and a Weatherspoons. That about sums it up. A poor relation of Westfield across the road. A handy Argos though.
D. A. M.
This place has a place for everyone what ever kind of place you are looking for.toilets also a wide view and has also gluten free food open till. 10pm Most nights with what ever food you are looking for highly recommended.by me
S. D.
W12 is great if you love getting a bargain as there are two Pound stores inside. Generally is a quiet shopping centre which is a great change to the Westfield. The Cineworld is also fab as it's generally empty so you can get the best seats!
T. “. F. G.
Love the Cinema, Shops and Restaurants here.
S. M.
Blighted by new Westfield next door this Centre about to receive an Aldi store so that's going to improve things. Many interesting shops and big furniture store offering excellent value. Big cinema complex .
P. “. 1.
W12 Shopping Centre continuous evolution is a great way to view shopping at Great price with quality.
Established names with indipendants side by side.
You also have Shepherds Bush Green with excellent links.
People living there lives jumping from shop to shop, every day, everyone remembers you, Amazing.
Oh then there's a place called Westfield??
A. S.
It isn't the most beautiful place to go especially when Westfield is next however 2 main advantage: there is a vue cinema there that has always space and sometimes some more eclectic movie selection and better times but also a Lidl supermarket which had good value for price items
M. B.
I’ve always loved this center, but keep in mind that this had it’s heyday back in 2000-ish. Once Westfield touched down the whole place seemed a little passé. But you’ll find affordable food and pound stores (and Argos) which I personally love 😍
C. C.
A huge shopping experience, very clean, lots of relaxation areas, which some of us need as there is so much walking. Every shop you could wish for is there. Outside a long walkway of restaurants.
I. “. S.
Cinema venue, Wetherspoon pub and an ok selection of shops.
g. c.
Nice place very cleaning
M. C.
I used the car park on top of Lidl. Absolutely scary helter skelter access. Avoid if you have a big car. Otherwise mediocre shops
M. J.
Get what you need and leave may it be supermarket savers perfume trainers eyebrows....or go cinema play arcades with kids.. or pick somewhere to eat at the restaurant.
Nice place
L. R.
At poundland you can find many good things for 1 💷. From candy to meals... From chocolate to milk... All that stuff available for no more than 1 pound. We liked it so much...
P. W.
Shopping centre with a nice array of shops in, across the road from Westfield Mall.
R. D.
This place has a selection of cheaper shops which is useful for day to day needs. Unfortunately the Morrison's at the rear of the centre closed. The Vue cinema in the centre is a cheap and very reasonable alternative to the cinema in the adjacent Westfield shopping centre.
S. H.
Starting to look a little run down, but the cinema is really good with more space in each auditorium than most (including the Westfield Vue across the road). Beware, the horrible dingy car park attached to this shopping centre is a rip off, £18 for three hours, ridiculous, and more than double the price of Westfield parking even though the Westfield one feels more secure.
J. A.
Oh, this is just the 'shopping centre' opposite of the European largest mall at the station of Shepherd's Bush. Lidl is here, Boots and others. A pub is also upstairs - Herz was willst Du mehr?
E. M.
Tiny shopping centre. Upstairs is a cinema, Weatherspoons and a Chinese buffet. Downstairs there a Lidl plus selections of pounds shops and a handful of high street retailers. If you want variety, go to Westfield over the road. Cheaper cinema than Westfield one.
A. R.
Excellent parking facilities, reasonably priced multi choice restaurants, latest designs in all major brands available under one roof.
Z.
Clean space, although you do get some interesting individuals passing through now and then. Good selection of shops, good food, would recommend!
R. D.
Yif you love shopping that is the place to be , huge shopping center
F. D.
Love W12 for a more convenient shopping trip than the hours of walking around in westfield. And there's a fantastic arcade there as well!
D. J.
We visited this shopping centre a few days ago. Very warm atmosphere, amazing individuals and retailers, the best bit about this Shopping Centre has to be by far the security, they are very professional and very well spoken.
D.
Good local shopping centre. Highlights are Petit Miracles for upcycled furniture and the Hub- a business incubator for local makers. Lidl is fab too and wetherspoons for a cheap night out
S. W.
It's been a bit down-at-heel (up to Nov 2017) but some new interesting developments - Adventox (escape room) has just moved in. And the cinema remains nice. Struggles against Westfield, opposite, but it's less crowded. The all-you-can-eat East Asian buffet place, Aroma, is still going strong, and has always been a favourite for us
R. W.
Nice big spacious shopping centre with plenty of shops and multiplex cinema and restaurants nice to see a good presence of security staff building has a nice atmosphere there is plenty of choice looks clean has a good time there no complaints.
G. N.
It's on a smaller scale than the westfield across the road. There's a cinema, lidl, poundland and more, we visited the wetherspoon which was very enjoyable an not too expensive
O. M.
Basic shopping mall with a few shops. There is a Lidl, JD sports, a cosy cafe ,Argos, a nail technician shop, Boots,Vue cinema, Asian cuisine and Wetherspoons. Spectacular Westfield(just 3 min walk away) is overshadowing it. However if you want to shop quickly and efficiently, enjoy some drinks, food, its a good place. You wont get lost in crowds that might be tiring in Westfield on the contrary.
H. S.
Good shopping centre wife choice of stores charity shop. And Wetherspoons and Argos.toilet and disabled facilities. I used Poundland and charity shop and Wetherspoons.toilet and savers store.and bargain store all well staffed.
M. H.
Cinema is cheaper than Westfield. CEX shop is useful too. However, the Lidl is packed to the point where one trip to the self checkout or normal checkout is comparable to the time it would take to consume all the items you're buying in the first place.
The weathersooons is always packed along with the aroma buffet opposite.
R. O.
All I need under one roof and not overwhelming as Westfield across the road. African heritage shop, eyebrow threading and beauty salon. Poundland, Off licence, betting shop, furniture shop, Sport's shop and last but not least The Vue cinema too.
A. K.
Brilliant place good atmosphere friendly staff great selection of shops family friendly place.
A. B.
A nice enough place for some essentials, unfortunately with the closing of the Morrison it has become quite baron. The cinema is less packed compared to Westfield and there is the benefit of a few pubs.
N. F.
Few shops around not bad, pub plus restaurant but public toilets always disgusting
G. F.
Calm quiet different sort of shopping experience considering it's a shopping centre
B. T.
Small shopping centre with all necessities in it. Boots, the perfume shop, 99P store,Idle, savers, coffee shop, barbers, Holland and Barrett, Vue, Argos and many more. You can find any thing on your list in this shopping centre.
D. V.
Great shopping experience, wide variety of shops to choose from, including restaurants, also excellent entertainment such as an arcade and a multi screen cinema and various activities for children.
L. B.
Only discovered this about a year ago - like most people I was obsessed with how good Westfield was but I’d choose this place over there now (Westfield has more shops of course but W12 has no building work and no half hour queue to get a space!)
Great range of shops, cinema and restaurants, never ever struggled to park
J. E.
Westfield completely overshadows this one, but still has a few good shops open if you looking for a bargain. Has a good size Lidl too.
K. S.
This place is abit run down and sad in places, there seems to be an issue with the homeless community in the area targeting people here for aggressive begging unfortunately. I used the coffee shop inside. The coffee was OK but u was put off by the staffs attitudes towards the customers.
C. B.
Good place if you’re going to the VUE cinema, it’s half the price of the VUE across the road in Westfield. This shopping centre is falling into disrepair though, getting quieter and quieter
C. H.
Much smaller than Westfield. Has restaurants up the escalator including a weatherspoon pub chain which provides meals. There is a Fitness First on the next floor from the ground floor. The shopping centre is 2 storeys.
a. k.
Great shops but do wish they kept morrisons in there but do understand why
S. C. C.
Nice bright clean area away from the pavement. Argos, Poundland, Lidl Boots chemist and many more popular stores all under one roof. Away from the rain.
A. O.
Go here all the time.
This where I personally love to shop
W. C.
Has been losing shops in there for a while due to Westfield being across the road. The opening of Lidl has increased footfall & there are some good popups opening on the 1st floor
L. Q.
This is inside w12 mall in shepherds Bush coffee shop they actually have a band where by every Saturday evening they do live singing it's free and if you want to sing just ask and give it ago
Lovely place to relax and enjoying yourself
A. C.
Low prices in all shops, good quality products.
S. M.
Good place, however many outlets keep opening and shut down, i was member of the fitness first, Morrisons has closed down and lidl would open shortly, sportsdirect also has closed down, vue cinemas screen Bollywood movies
A. Q.
Overshadowed by the new westfield center this smaller centre has the essentials like poundland, argos etc and a very good Chinese that offers a very good value for money all you can eat buffet which I find a good place to stop off if you have just come out of the small vue cinema.
O. S.
Cool. Rides for kids are working. And there's everything I need to buy. We often go to their Vue cinema
S. I.
Lots of changes occurring, some helpful for shoppers others shocking !. Morrisons have departed leaving a huge gap in local supermarket choice. Savers have replaced Superdrug so hurrah for cheaper toiletries and household sundries. We still have the pound shops, and Argos but Age UK and Furnish have been replaced by some weird furniture store that looks like it's full of catalogue rejects. Go upstairs instead to Le Petit Miracle home of much better up-cycled well made pieces. In Le Petit Miracle you'll also find interesting new start up items, jewelry, handicrafts, metal work, t shirts etc. W12 s other mentionables are Wetherspoons with daily food n drink offers, a quiet branch of Vue cinema, Fitness First, Games Exchange, Age UK ( in its newer sleeker branch opposite the old one), a barbers, Cards Galore and various kiosks. It's a much cheaper shopping experience to Westfield but obviously not so select. Combined with shopping at charity shops across the green you will reap the reward of a better bank balance !!
F. L.
Waooo I love 💘going there for shopping. My favourite place.
L. S.
Middle of the shapherds bush this shopping center is awesome. A lods of things just around you very close to the bus stop and many things in your shopping list are available under the roof. I like it very much.
f. n.
It's actually one place with everything. Always like to go with my daughter for a good shopping day.
S. M.
More down market shops than Westfield across the green. However a sizeable Lidl which was once a Morrisons. Wetherspoons on the upper level gives usual value on beers.
t. b.
Everything needed in one place.
J. J.
Worth a visit even if you don't want to do any shopping! Has a unique style, with a good selection of shops, and a wide range of places to eat
f.
Nice shops and never crowded as people prefer to go Westfield which is about a minute away. The cinema is almost always empty
B. T.
Adjacent to the Shepherd's bush bus, train & underground stations there is really no excuse for not visiting this benchmark London shopping precinct ...restaurants and cafes provide comfortable respite from retail therapy .The exclusive designer boutiques mix well with the high street chain stores in this elegantly designed complex that gives a quality presentation and feel to everything here . Although moving towards a decade old the design of this Westfield Complex is still fresh and inviting.
T. F.
this place is the spot ! wether your going Poundland or lidl to get food for cinema or having a couple drinks before a film cause your friends don't meet on time and your an alcoholic
M. D.
Not many shops left Poundland and Poundworld also Savers and Boots there will be a Lidl supermarket opening later on not sure when and there is a sports shop perfume shop upstairs there is a Wetherspoon and cinema
J. W.
A smaller shopping centre across the green from Westfield Shepherds Bush. There are some of the low cost brand stores that do not fit well alongside the big brand stores in Westfield. Worth a look if you're low on funds.
E. M.
Argos is open, savers is open, Lidle is open and the pound store is open during 2nd Lockdown
A. K.
Like the area and opening hours are work friendly, good deals for all pockets. Enough parking spaces but not free.
R. M.
It is what it is. A basic shopping centre with budget brands that does well to survive against Westfield across the road. It's cinema is a looooot cheaper than Westfield's.
M.
It's a little bit behind the times what with the lack of store options however, up the top it has some great affordable restaurants that are worth visiting.
W. C.
Such good value
n. A.
The Centre is ok. Its small clean and most shops are open. The only thing about this Centre is it is small. Overall its ok
J. L.
I love shopping at Westfield I wish I had money to spend there yeah but it was not this nice they need to have some cheap shops in there I need to do a Caribbean restaurant in there
M. T.
The biggest selection of pound sores and discount supermarkets this side of... It does have an amazing games shop in the basement though which is all that really matters.
A. K.
God shops, food places. Not expensive but reasonable prices too. All the shops I have been into they have been very helpful and welcoming.
R. M.
Small shopping centre with food and non food retailers though I confess I went for the Central bar which is a Wetherspoons pub with great ales and consistently good food no car park Use public transport which is excellent.
D. B.
The west 12 has some of the essential shops one might need. However, it does need a new grocery store to replace Morrison's now that they are no longer in the building.
J. L.
A few shops vacant bar on upper level and cinema. Unfortunately it's in Shepherds Bush and as my mum would say you can't polish a turd
S. F.
Not a great selection of shops in the Centre. Parking is convenient, but more expensive than it used to be.
A. E.
It had a Morrisons Shop and will have a Lidl instead in the first quarter, so is a nice shopping center but no groceries available.
M. S.
Very small with a Poundland, Poundworld, Boots, Wetherspoons, Chinese Buffet and a Vue cinema and sone other little shops. Great for the cheap Wetherspoons and the nice chinese buffet.
T. B.
I love it , everything what I want from my dealy shopping is available, good place to have a cup of coffee too 👍
C. J.
Nice but small Plenty of bargain shopping
S. G.
Nothing wow, nothing bad, so so
E. C.
Great place to shop as there is something for everyone from high tech. To bookshops. Lots of different eatery placed and state of the art restrooms.
L. C.
Very good shopping centre. There are all the necessary stores. And especially the Chinese restaurant with a delicious cuisine. I recommend
N. h. V. n. S. K. f. J. J.
It's ok. The shopping centre as a while throughout the years has gone down, with the exception of Lidl recently opening. Otherwise I wouldn't go there anymore.
L. S.
Wide selection of store and Vue cinema on the top floor.
R. E.
the mall is quite big, it has a lot of varieties of stores... Good
G. B.
Good shopping centre, it has some good stores and places to sit. It was clean and dry so worth it to visit.
G. S.
Very average shoping centre. Prices in the shops are OK, though. The restaurants are recommended for above average quality at good prices.
A. P.
Westfield JD sports is incredibly busy 24/7 takes forever to get served so I just go to the one where way quicker and easier service.
Plus it's literally across the road so why not. ;)
R. H.
Very little to interest me.
O. D. A. (. D. A.
Big mall, in fact too big. Not much worth walking across the entire mall for. H &M maybe and a couple of grocery stores. Too high end and expensive for thrifty shopping.
B.
There is a lift that will take you in front of the Lidl which is very convenient.
N. S.
Needs a bit of a make over as it’s looking a bit old
S. A.
fantastic place
C. P.
Still thriving even with Westfields opposite, more for use of locals, very good, cheap polish hairdressers inside, Lidls, pound shop, perfume shop, Argos, Supersavers, cheap alcohol at Newsagents
A. M. L.
I love this shopping centre, small but really useful with many buses and the tube station in front
R. p.
Its a little shopping centre in the shadows of westfield.
The buffet restaurant was fantastic.
It also has a lidi and pound store, but we went for the escape room!
D. S.
Spacefull nice plan with the family
J. K.
It's ok but why would you go here when Westfield is about 1 minute away. Think hard work smart.
P. G.
Nice all you can eat buffet along with some pound shops and an Argos and a few more eclectic shops
H. I.
Very nice place
B. J.
Next to the Lidl is a game store, where you can try a lot of games. definitely worth it to go there!
Unfortunately a lot of empty shops.
B. R.
Some good shops, the new escape room place is fun. A lot quieter than Westfield (especially for the cinema)
d.
It's a great shopping centre, prices might be a little high but if you want the good stuff you have to pay the price
J. R.
Easy to get aound in and good for a stroll handy little unique shops. Jimmy
S. S.
Easy enough can get everything in one place lidl's always good
S. S. U.
I come here to go to LIDL, which is great value for money. Also there is a WEATHERSPOONS PUB, CINEMA & ARGOS etc. Less busy than WESTFIELD SHOPPING CENTRE next door.
D. H.
Every shopping centre compared to Westfields feels dated and tired. This is no different. But it does the job. That's all it needs to do.
J. O.
Aroma Oriental Buffet located above ground floor has wide spread of Chinese food being served. To date, they charge less than £10 for the buffet.
L. R.
Good version of Lidl a reasonable amount of space to manoeuvre around and queues not too bad would recommend another visit.
M. J. C.
I love this mall, so much to do, so many shops, so many good restaurants, and a big movie theater. I can spend the entire day there.
S. P.
Always helpful and friendly staff,
Many people are always going out of there way to help!
Always clean and tidy you will find everything you need there
R. “. K. W.
Excellent shopping centre with a vue cinema, cex, wetherspoons Poundland and with a subway right next door an a McDonald's on the opposite side of the road its a perfect place for a day out.
R. C.
Cool building lots has changed around it historically but it's still there.
D. O.
All the shops you actually use. Poundland, lidl, vue and westherspoons
C. D.
Not much there.... Mainly discount shops (which is fine). Clean and bright. Could do with a coffee shop!
p. b.
A very good electic shopping centre that has something to offer for anyone. Probably best to visit by public transport but be prepared for a lot of people and a busy shopping experience.
A. A.
Clean and tidy place. Few shops, lovely cafe, one of the best Chinese buffet, gym and cinema. Everyone will find something for himself.
H. C.
It's okay, but it does need more shops. Great that it has a Lidl.
A. K.
It's a poor man's Westfield, but they have a good selection of value stores like Poundland, Lidl, my favorite CEX and more.
N. J.
Great range of shops and a cinema, great day out with the family or a good date night out with the other half. Great range of bars and restaurants.
J. a.
Big shopping centre with fancy and cheap shops. They always give some threat to customers
A. N.
I love it
Mainly the cinema
Good place for your quick shopping if you don't want to waste time
H. J.
Chinese Buffet restaurant and Wetherspoons is a significant place of this shopping centre. There are also have one pound shop Vue cinema and fitness first as well.
S. M.
Is a okay but if you want to buy real cool staffs you go to Westfield
M. l.
Quite busy considering the difficulties with tier 4 and everyone happy and enjoying the day before Christmas.
o. s.
Excellent place for shopping
Y. M.
Useful shopping centre, got two £1 shop looool plus Lidl 🤩
S.
Simple shopping centre. Decent set of shops and restaurants. I wonder if Aroma still sets prices based of how tall you are... ? 💭
I. K.
Ever since they remove Morrison and replaced it with Lidl, I don't really go there anymore, I only go for the Poundland and the cinema on occasions
S. M.
They should open Aldi too. Btw nice for bargain price purchase
G. G.
Nice shopping center with a great choice of well-know shops. Perfect for rainy days. Easy to access with the tube.
A. B.
Quite like this place. Can be extremely busy and vibrant in the summer time with busy shops and a large outdoor dinning experience.
K. I.
Lovely place with an array of different shops, such as Next, topshop and so on. Good place to take a picture for the gram aswell!
C. F.
Did not actually go inside but looked lovely as I was passing by!
V. D.
I've always loved shopping in West 12, we could do with a few more shops eg:clothing for men and women or even for children.
E. C.
Has a Vue cinema, Wetherdpoons, two pound shops and a Morrison's. If you need those things it's fine, otherwise it's not very nice.
R. S.
It's busy and towards the end of the day I would walk around! Good range of shops
A. G.
often overshadowed by westfield, but has essential shops like argos, card factory and the central bar.... definitely the spoons that makes this centre worth it
N. M.
I love the precinct so much easier to shop there than in Westfield it has a good selection of shops to meet my every needxxx
T. B.
Visit this place at least twice a week, good service and food and drink is very reasonably priced. Outside eating area and is fully heated when cold outside.
H. R.
This place is not bad, however definitely needs to be updated, very old and not pleasing to the eye. The shops could also be better they are pretty BtEC
J. G.
Great place to shop and see new things.
N. G.
There's a good array of shops available although it's not as big or as impressive as Westfield. It's worth noting that West12 has much different shops though.
O.
Looking for places to shop. Here is the one of the best places to shop.
J. R.
Weatherspoon restaurant very good place to eat.Lidi grocery store way too busy to shop at, not many other stores in mall.
Y. A.
I really love this shopping centre. Because it's local. One bus ride to the centre. Everything under one roof. Shop, eat, and see new events.
M. O.
Awesome all in one shopping centre in the West side of the City, with designer shops, electronics and plenty of refreshing areas
M. L.
Boots, Lidl, Wetherspoon, Aroma and Fitness First are all great in the W12. I do miss the Waterstones book shop though.
C.
My go-to place to watch films and get food due to the easy accessibility, quick service and calm atmosphere.
A. W.
A great shopping centre in a good place Westfield is filled with anything you could ever want
S. J.
Pretty convenient large car park to take the tube into London when coming from West on the M4 but didn't shop there so can't comment on that
a. k.
Mostly shut now because of covid. But great selection of stores and restaurants when open.
W. S.
Its got everything, basically most stores and high street brands to more up market outlets, great restaurants and cinema at the top.
E. M.
Has a decent morrisons and poundland as well as a couple of decent charity shops. The Amazon lockers are also really useful.
J. S.
Inexpensive compared to nearby Westfield, they probably got a better cinema and really worth a visit.
w. s.
It's nearby and i like lidl, it's cheap and cheerful, i like the electricals (tools and the like)
S.
It's keeping up with nearby competition with the huge Lidl, where Morrisons was formerly. The Poundworld plot though, remains vacant.
J. L.
A bit run down now most people go to Westfield across the road. Advantage is that it is not overrun with people and the cinema tickets are cheaper.
K. J. (.
Shopping centre with all your basic needs from food , shopping, cinema to the gym. Needs a lil modernizing but it has everything you need in a small shopping centre.
C. T.
Good for a quick shopping, specially when you have only a few brake from your work.
A. H.
Lol what's not to love it faces Westfield, shephards Bush market is up the road there a weatherspoons... Shephards Bush has a nice vibe in general ... always trust the vibe energy don't lie.
Q. Y.
Nice place, waiting to reopen all the shops
L. L.
You can buy nice things here, the thing I like the most though is the Dark Sphere store inside.
W. H.
W12 has come a long way from when i forst knew it. It now feels modern anf clean with fresh and unique shops. Would reccomend if you are in the shepards bush area.
N. D.
Love this place it has the movies also you can have drinks here too but the best thing is AROMA love that place amazing !!
S. C.
Small but has an Argos, Llidl, Wetherspoon's pub, Coffee bar, cinema, Poundland and some other stores
q. o.
Because always i like to make shopping that shopping centre i can find everything I want and not expensive love it
N.
It’s ok but there is another mall oooooh it so I think it’s better for shopping
S.
Ok for basic shopping
R. D.
My local shopping centre is still managing to meet the needs of the local community.
L. M.
Small shopping centre with Vue cinema and restaurants but although I prefer it it is now overshadowed by Westfield. Has toilets on ground floor.
d. a.
Car park is expensive.
L. J.
It's ok. Nothing special but it does have a Lidl
Z. B.
Good stores, a bit dilapidated but part from that a good shopping centre.
D. A.
Outdated, smelly, cheap stores laying around, should be replaced maybe by a community health centre to give people the opportunity to relax and engage with eachother throughout the week.
m. k.
It's a shopping centre, if you need the shops there it's good, but no other reason to go there
N. A.
Has a good range of shops, a gym, restaurants and a cinema so quite well rounded for all of your needs.
g. p.
Not as good as west 69 shopping centre, but nobody can be perfect
A. A.
Great place if you want items from all the top range of shops.
R. A.
Great shopping centre, all necessary shop's in one place.
E. A.
I love to go to the Vue cinema with my child and they opened a new play games area
M. I.
Any place that have Lidl, Boots, PoundLand and Argos is a great place. Nice shopping centre.
I. B.
Shops are outdated as well as the look of it. However great bargains and worth the money spent there.
R. B. F.
Small shopping centre, but very good, there are inside some interesting shops such as savers, pounds land, lidel, Arcade ...
P. C.
A few shops, as I flew past, until I had found a reasonable priced charity shop with a great selection of interesting items.
J. V.
Good center to found a goos things together, like a pharmacy and a big market in there, upstairs they have cinema and restaurants..
H. B.
A very good shopping area. Best time to go is during weekdays as it is less crowded.
E. a.
Very nice and spacious place. One can find most of the mainstream and some of the high street brands .
A. S.
Always good wherever you go.
M.
Has a free toilet here
Cinema Lidl Poundland cex Argos boots coblers and more
J. L.
The sensibly-priced alternative to Westfield across the road. There is a LIDL now, as well cinema, pub, coffee shop ...
r. M.
Massive shopping center. Beautiful. A lot to see including places to eat and cinema . 5 stars
M. D.
I love this shopping centre. It has everything you need and the cinema has some great screens.

Local shopping center of Shepherds Bush. The addition of a huge cheap supermarket was the big thing. It has a cex and a poundland and even a place for rolegaming and wargaming!

It's a quaint place with interesting stores. I'd rather see a movie here than in Westfield due to less people.

Fine place to shop, nothing exceptionally thrilling, but what you can expect for a shopping centre

This play is better then harrods. I came for the shops, I stayed for the class. My plan is to meet my future Japanese wife here.
