Dying a death in a small centre that no one seems to maintain.. But the staff are still professional and doing their best to provide good customer service.

Visited LIDL at Broadway shopping centre found all as you would expect for LIDL, the good points about the shopping centre is the two car parks for easy access, I believe the shopping centre is due to close & be knocked down in the near future.

I used to use this small but handy shopping centre often as it had a large Matalan on site and free parking. Unfortunately Matalan has now been relocated into the Mall shopping centre so now only shop online

I only go there to shop at lidl. In the building however, there is a gym too but i haven't been to it. The parking is decent and you will find ample parking space.

This half empty shopping mall is best viewed in black and white and always gives me the feeling of communist Russia in the 1970s. The only thing missing is the pervasive smell of urine. Oh well, you can't have everything. Lidl took the edge off my depression though.

My local shops as this is within five minutes walk of a large number of apartments. It's good but given captive audience, it could do much better. The large underground carpark is often empty. I use it to avoid the rain when on a large shop at Lidl with the car.

Lidl has an offer on for baking potatoes - and I love a good air fryer tatty. 2.5KG bag reduced to 79p......😁. Needed a few other bits and pieces and as Lidl is such great valve and the Broadway shop gives me a chance to get some extra walking exercise in (it's further away than the TOVIL store) it was my choice that day.

Broadway Shopping centre is well located, conveniently close to the maidstone west train station. Well designed but with fewer shops than expected, it has a state of the art gym centre and a spacious parking area.

I've given it 4 because the time before this there was no shopping trolleys - none. This time I was lucky and got one and all the shopping I was after. I found that some of the goods I got were a little bland but still good.

Good place to do your shopping. Covid restrictions has made some of the shops closed, but, the ones opened are still good. Good parking lot too

Seemed only LIdl was open here. Perharps it was the time of day that I went, about 6pm just before LIdl closed. Matalan store in this shopping centre is relocating and will close in September 2021.

Showing its age now, Matalan has gone so pretty much lidl only thing left (other than shops in the parade underneath), lidl is a bog standard lidl, good value.

Handy for a reasonably sized Matalan and Lidl. One public loo but sometimes locked and not clean. Parking can tight in the multi storey. Park on lower floor if raining. Dry access to shops.

It's a shopping centre with only two shops, Matalan and Lidl. However there are some units underneath that include a gym and beauty salon. Parking is free for upto 3 hours providing you are staying on site. Don't go over your time as you will be served a £100 fine.

Broadway Shopping Centre is a good way to avoid Rush Hour in the Town Centre. Just use the Slipway over the Bridge to avoid Traffic Build up. But do this as early as possible, After morning Rush Hour and Before (17:30pm) If Possible. Parking is Free for a limited Time. The Main Store is Lydyl. It is a Busy Supermarket, that stocks all Cuisine, Greek, Spanish, Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, Italian, British, etc... The Service is Efficient, and if are Queues at the till, they will open another one. The Atmosphere can be calm and also Bustling. Rolls, Quiche, Everything, and the price is very cheap. They have many special offers. Matalan is next door. Which is Home and Wear. Clothing for Men Women and Children. Down stairs is Carpenter's Hair Dressers. An Amazing hairdressers, were I have been having my Hair Cut There for at Least 30-Years. The Staff are so Caring, and Sensitive to one's needs. They are the most Polite, Respectful, Helpful, and Understanding People I know. I always look forward to going there, one is made to feel special. The Kind Manager is very Professional, and he knows everything there is to know about Hairdressing. The Atmosphere is warm and friendly. Definitely my No 1, Hairdresser, and without fail I visit this place as Regular as when I need my hair cut. The Best hairdresser in Maidstone, and they will exactly Taylor your Haircut for you. Definitely Worth a Visit.
