had to buy new electric scooter after double lower leg amputation. phoned the wheelchair Centre and Mr. .Peter Mitchell the M.D came to my house with two scooters he thought might fit my requirements. he had another scooter brought to my house & between us decided which was best. the service for me 100%. will recommend the company to a everyone.

My husband left his mobility scooter seat back at our home, in Bristol! We went to this shop, explained our situation. The lady and Mark kindly let my husband have one for 24 hours. Agreed to have us return mobility scooter at 10am on a Sunday. Mark was very kind to give up his free time on this day to meet us. Very friendly and understanding people. We really appreciate their help. They have saved our day. Recommend to use them and we would in future.

When selecting my motobility scooter the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and time no problem. I had a puncture and the engineer from the shop came out and fixed it the next day. I've had the scooter for nearly a year now and they contacted me and arranged for my 12 month service to take place at my home when it was convenient for me. I'll never go elsewhere for a scooter. 5 ***** knowledge, experience and customer service.

Staff were amazing when my Mum chose her mobility scooter. They were so knowledgeable and explained everything to her and Me. When my Mum passed away, they were helpful and sensitive in their dealings with me. They gave me a very fair price and cant recommend David and the team enough.

I’ve been coming to the Wheelchair Centre since 2011. I can’t recommend higher than 5 Stars, but I would if I could!! My experience has been that I’m not ‘just another customer’, no, they remember me! Peter was absolutely invaluable in helping me choose a scooter that fitted ME! He actually understood what I needed! I’ve been back several times for mostly little repairs - which are executed quickly and efficiently!! You can’t buy that sort of knowledge or customer care ... priceless!

I've been using The Wheelchair Centre for many years. The staff are always knowledgeable and helpful, it has that real family atmosphere. Nothing is ever too much trouble. There is no better place to buy a wheelchair or scooter in the Greater Manchester area, and the servicing guys are terrific. Cannot recommend The Wheelchair Centre highly enough.

Full marks to everyone working for this company. After putting up with nagging problems with my scooter, i contacted the company. My scooter was away for one day for repairs and a service. When it was returned it was like driving a new machine. There was an unexpected bonus. Instead of charging the batteries every two days, it's now running a week on a single charge. The engineer came to fit new batteries to my wheelchair. I believe he was a little earlier than expected, not that that caused me any inconvenience, and was quick, friendly and professional about his work. I cannot recommend the service that was provided highly enough.

Needed to hire a wheelchair at short notice for my mother to take away on holiday. ( 87 years old with a bad leg) found thìs place online gave them a ring no problem. All sorted done and dusted the same day. What a great service. 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend.

Went here for wheelchair for my mother in law. They even let me try a couple out to make sure they were suitable. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Mother in law is happy with her chair. It’s comfortable and practical. Also light enough to carry with one hand.

Neil attended an old friend in Hyde whose scooter wouldn't charge, leaving him house-bound. After a complicated and lengthy process of elimination, Neil patiently and professionally found the fault. The best £40 ( call out fee ) my friend had ever spent !
