I find the chap working there called, Nick to be a real gentleman and his friendly nature and knowledge is what keeps me going back (As well as competitive prices.) The cigars I’ve bought all seem to be in good order and I’ve never had an issue with the wrapper or cracks or under hydrated cigars. And never found any bloom or mould. The range is fairly wide but I wish they had more, but understandably in this current economic climate, that’s a hard thing to do. I’ll keep coming back for two reasons, one is the prices. The cheapest and competitive prices on Camacho’s and Davidoff I’ve seen. Secondly, Nick is a gentleman and an asset, if he left I’d probably take my money else where to be honest. Cons? Not really any, I just wish in current restrictions I could have a proper browse in the humidor. The wife did see a so called regular behind the COVID counter. I’m semi-regular and my money is just as good as anyone else, just food for thought. :) All in all, a nice shop that I hope to do business for as long as possible. I wanted to edit this. I’ve been using this shop for sometime now and I find that the customer service just gets better and better. Jack & Nick are both fantastic at their jobs and and always have my collections ready with a smile. They’re a credit to the cigar scene of Newcastle and I can safely say that’s if he lost without their services, with the prices staying well below many other shops. Thanks as always guys. Bumped this upto five stars impeccable services and customer services and quality.

Brilliant cigar shop in my opinion. The cigars I have had over the years have all been provided in impeccable condition and seemingly from 1st class batches. I have had problems with other online retailers over the years but very rarely here. Any slight issues have been rectified immediately. Lads in the shop have been super helpful. Online prices are competitive, slightly high in-store prices which is fair enough. Highly recommend this place.

Great selection of cigars sold by a willing and friendly staff. This all supported by a wide ranging knowledge of cigars sold. If you are a serious cigar smoker then this is the place to go. I have used them both here and at Carlisle over the past 5 years and have yet to be disappointed.

Always a great experience either in the store or on the website. Popped in last week with my son to get a couple of cigars. As usual a great range or Cuban and new world to choose from. We smoked them in their lounge and were really looked after by the young lad. Even though young he was really knowledgeable on the subject of cigars, pipes and whisky’s. He was extremely friendly and helpful and made us a cracking cup of coffee. Went again this week with a mate and unfortunately due to the latest covid restrictions the lounge was closed. We had a good chat with the staff member and was disappointed and angry to find out how he had been treated by ignorant people refusing to wear masks. I can’t wait to visit the shop and lounge again once these restrictions are lifted. In the mean time I will be ordering many more from them online as never disappointed in the quality and speed of delivery. Cheers guys and keep up the outstanding service.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Annually I get my father Cuban cigars and refills for his humidor, everytime they are informative, helpful and generally a pleasure to be served by. When I went for the first time, I had no idea about Cuban cigars they helped me find the perfect one for him and his preference and I cannot recommend enough.

I bought my first pipe from the cigar shop in newcastle a few months ago and got a perfect service with paying for delivery and i love my pipe. My partner just bought me a falcon bent as a birthday present. The pipe is perfect, however I am a little bit disappointed this time around that the box is ruined and ripped after my partner paid £5 for postage. I love the products but feel a bit let down with the delivery. I will always choose to use this shop but would appreciate a box looking new for a gift.

Brilliant wanted some flavoured cigars for a weekend on the piss with the lads. Rang up on the Friday spoke to a girl did not catch her name she put the cigars to one side and I collected it's very handy as it's just up the road from central station. They have a massive selection and lots of knowledge I will recommend and I will return next time I am in Newcastle
