Was a bit unsure at first when I first visited but that quickly disappeared once everything was clearly explained. Never through out the process did I feel pressured either. I was tested given the results given my options and was told to ring back should I want to proceed. I am so glad I did as the results in my standard of life have improved so much even to the point my long suffering Wife no longer had to repeat herself every time she talks to me. At work too I now don’t feel embarrassed at having to ask everyone to repeat themselves. I no longer have to have to TV up loud to the point it’s uncomfortable for my wife the list goes on. I got to see Paul at the Newcastle branch and he really can’t do enough for you he is so patient and very knowledgeable and totally puts you at ease. If you have any doubts don’t they treat you with respect and make everything totally transparent so no hidden surprises will come out and bite you i the bum.

I had the pleasure of being invited for a hearing check & was served by their employer of the year Mr.Garrie Keam.The Managing Director of the company speaks very highly of Garrie & adds he is passionate about providing the best ethical & clinical standards & determined to find the best solution for each & every patient to improve their quality of life.He provides professional guidance to his colleagues & has previously been awarded Team leader of the year.It was a pleasure to have met Garrie as he is a proper gentleman & there aren't many these days who cares so much for other human beings. I was in real distress after being turned away by my GP and walk in clinics having been told I'd have to wait a month for ear wax removal that effectively had me deaf in one ear and in a lot of discomfort. I hadn't been sleeping and was at the end of my tether. The really friendly and professional micro suction and ear irrigation service they offered at very short notice really helped me as I was badly stuggling. I was so relieved immediately afterwards. Took a day for full benefits but was well worth it. Thank you again.
