A. M. I.We were so lucky to deal with this amazing family business. From the moment we walked into the shop to the completed fireplace we were absolutely thrilled with their service. They kept us updated at every stage of the process and ensured we were extremely happy with the outcome when installation was completed. Their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Our fireplace looks fabulous and there was absolutely no mess. This is the second fireplace we have bought from them and I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I wanted to buy another one. N. B.Fabulous company to deal with and the girls in the showroom are just so helpful and friendly . I went in thinking I was going to buy one thing but with their help I made a much better decision! The men who fitted the fire were friendly and knowledgeable so when there was a few issues afterwards the owner made sure it was all put right at no extra charge to me. There may be some slightly cheaper places to deal with but you really can’t bear excellent after service. Thank you to you all - I LOVE my fire !!

There was a delay in completing which was entirely due to the manufacturer not supplying all the components and the NFSC staff chased this up promptly, kept us informed and sent the fitter round the same day that the parts became available. We dealt with a number of different staff and they were all equally diligent and personable - a first class service, thank you!
