Good handy place right next to local bus service or you can drive and park up. Not near any metro stations. Reasonable priced and sell all sorts of good range of products. Aways worth a pop in. I visit quite often and would go back and my family and friends already visit 😊x …

Wickes is the draw for me, it's the best diy shop around. There's a Costa coffee shop here and a carpet shop too plus a B and M store (I think) free parking which is a bonus anywhere these days.

Have always come here with friends only for B&M and Costa Coffee. It' a nice shopping place without the added hustle and bustle from the busy shops in town. Most shops in the area have whichever you need for shopping and grocery needs. They have a Lidl (which is always a good place to shop) an Iceland, and some shops for DIY and home furnishings. Will soon have to make time to explore those shops, too!

Good shops, busy and difficult car park. I like the shops here and would use them more if getting in and out was not so difficult. There is often a que of traffic to leave. Wickes is good and Lidl to but sometimes I just don't want to be caught up in the traffic and go somewhere else.

A great little shopping park. Contains everything you'd need. Lidl, Iceland, B&M, Frank's, Wickes, Costa and across the road a Greggs and Farm Foods. Normally not very busy for most of the day.

Always go to this place however there is a 'But'. The parking is always difficult at this place as it seems they've created tiny boxes to get as many customers to park and shop. It is then difficult to get out the car park as people are always rushing in their cars as if it's end of the world. Just non-stop stress if you visit this place.

A great place, the parking arrangements can leave a bit too be desired, but that is because of the limited space the park was built on. I can't understand why there isn't an entrance or exit on Pooley Road though.

Brilliant shopping park, I like to go to Lidl here then if I can't get something I'll pop in to Iceland next door. I always go to b&m and have a look around, especially like it for getting toys, and decorations for the house. Also has a wickes, a carpet shop and a Costa coffee drive through, should you not have the energy to get out and order before having a coffee!!! Great little shopping park.

Typical out of town shopping in the town. Plenty parking. But driving into the centre can be a problem because Costa drive in backs up the access road. Best to approach from A1.

A little island to meet domestic needs if you are on a tight budget. And DIY needs. The problem is limited parking and with only one inlet/outlet, prepared to sit at the small roundabout and traffic lights.

Parking area is really bad. Wikes is at the back so lots of vans (inc myself) but the road /parking layout to it is crazy. A few near misses on the roundabout as you first enter. Otherwise an ok retail park, not much in the way of one off shops other than costa.

It's ok generally but went for a new toilet seat and guess what xmas and Halloween ranges have landed so range has been reduced so all they had was poor. Went to 8 other shops, Home bargains, Screwfix even worse. B&Q a joke on price 2 independents who would have had to order then 2 other B&Ms. Eventually Kjngston Park had a decent range....

James Retail Park consists of several major shopping outlets including, Wickes, Frank's Carpets, B&M, Iceland, Lidl and Costa Coffee. The Wickes is the largest in Newcastle and has a trade centre. The B&M is also a large store and has several things that the other B&M's do not have. The Costa is a little disappointing and the Lidl is quite small too.
