B. P.Fantastic Little Shop I visited because I was interested in tropical tanks and was delightfully surprised to find a very wide variety of Tanks fish accessories and generally much better range then the leading shops for example Pets at Home.
A. V.Phoned the store and asked them what I needed to reseal a tank, they told me, I went to the store and in the store the guy told me I need 3 tubes of sealent, to repair this 3 foot fish tank, afyer emptying the tank and resealing it, I only used about a 3rd or 1 tube,, ( so he needlessly made me buy something I did not need) then on Sunday I again phoned, because I accidentally cleaned my filter under the taps and killed the good bacteria in the filter, so for the last 3 month my tank has been white, so I rang hunnyhill and asked of there was anything to kick start my filter, the filter started they gave me is working great, but they also told me some algee gone, which he said would clear up my tank, I have used it, after doing a small water change, and it has dome absolutely nothing to my tank water, so again he's sold me a product I didn't actually need,, at this moment in time, apart from that brilliant service, the guy who Owen the store is who u want to talk to, not any of the other staff cos if u don't know what yiur doing, they will sell you stuff you don't even need!!!! Sorry if tgis review is bad, but, whne u go to a shop u don't expect them to mug u off with something u do not need!!!!!
