I've visited this shop a few times with my family and i have to say that i could not find a better store in the whole of Northamptonshire! What a gem! We have been looking for costumes for my two children ( struggled mainly because of sizes) and it seemed like mission impossible so having Liana's Fancy Dress as a last solution was an absolutely blast! 💯 Customer service on the highest and most professional level! The shop itself is Amazing! The Owner was very helpful and i can only be glad and grateful that my little ones got what they've dreamed about! Five Star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We visited this store for a fancy dress costume for our daughter . We got what we wanted although a little pricey But what surprised us was, while we were at the store the lady got a phone call which seemed to be a customer. She answered that she was quite busy as there was a huge queue waiting. While we were the only customer there !!! I thought of all those times I had called and got the same response. May be there is a valid reason for it but still !!

Excellent customer service: Liana gave a warm welcome on both of my visits to store. She went out of her way to obtain a 1666 costume for my granddaughters school event. The outfit in store wasn't big enough for my granddaughter so Liana ordered one in the correct size. She waited late in store for delivery, which I think is exceptional. It was an absolute pleasure to shop here as the customer service and interaction have been excellent. Liana has kept me fully informed of the progress of my order. I'm absolutely delighted with the product and outstanding customer service.

A fantastic little fancy dress shop with a wide range of quality costumes available. Liana helped us out at very late notice and provided us with a Father Christmas costume which enabled us to put on an event at the Northampton General Hospital.
