Awesome place to visit. My boys had an absolute blast here and to be honest so did I as the softplay area is quite high meaning that I could run around with my kids without worrying about hitting my head every second.( I am 6"1) Great customer service and amazing value for money.

We visited Riverside hub for the 2nd time. I took my 4 children as a treat for my twins birthday. We loved it! There wasnt too many people inside to feel nervous about covid. It was very nice to be greeted with a friendly parking attendant on arrival. I was worried that I would not get a parking space but I did with ease fortunately. The place was nice and clean, staff seemed friendly. I ordered a meal for the 5 of us, x3 childrens meals and a large pizza and chips that myself and 15yr old shared. The food was of high quality and very tasty. The only gripe I will say is that I expected a kids meal to include a drink in the price but nevertheless, the £30 it cost me inclusive of the food, x4 fizzy drinks and a coffee was ok for the freshness and taste of the food. My coffee didnt taste right at all initially (it had an almost sour taste) so I hesitantly told a member of staff but I didnt need to be as she was so apologetic, understanding and happy to help. I was presented with a fresh cappuccino coffee that I had ordered in the 1st place but also an Americano coffee for me to try and they were actually both very nice so problem solved. All staff members seemed to have masks on and there was sanitizer dotted around the venue too, the toilets were clean. All in all a pleasurable visit and it will be lovely to visit again in the future.

Few decent shops lots of American fast food joints and obviously you can get a big Mac down their too, decent amount of free parking and space, go and browse the many cars on offer in the showrooms all around. Or simply visit a drive through.

Went tonight had a great meal. The waitress Sabrina was absolutely amazing. So helpful took her time not rushing us at all. Very impressed will be back. Thank you.

Very good when you don't go at rush hour. Lots of different shops, parking can be a little issue at the weekends. Not too big or small. Generally good for a weekend shop.

Only been a handful of times. nice people very perlite. The drinks are way better than what u get at McDonald's next door .Worth trying if you haven't already

Nothing really unique about it. Car dealerships to the back of the park, a virgin active, some chain restaurants and normal chain shops. the only thing to be careful of is the over zealous parking attendants. Woe betide you if you overstay or park slightly on the line in an empty car park, they will have you!

Great selection of shops and parking is great, unless you have to park next to the bushes get out and fall into it......Not me obviously 🤔😳 Only used Sports Direct and Poundland today but have used other shops in the past. Never a bad experience

Regularly visit this site as its a very short drive from home and has all sorts of useful shops such as wilco, halfords, curry's and boots along with several restaurants. Nearby there are car dealerships from all of the main suppliers and even a self storage facility! Site is very accessible with plenty of parking bays and a large quantity of sensibly sited disabled bays.
