I visited this store a few days ago, at my wits end , with a query about a starter telescope I'd bought elsewhere for my daughter. The kind, courteous treatment I received from David , who went out of his way to be helpful to me was exemplary . In fact because of his excellent service I felt I had to recommend this shop . Great service. Bought a Nikon D3400 battery charger. Got here in a couple of days. Best price I could find for a genuine accessory with UK spec and kept fully appraised of progress with the order. Will go there again without hesitation.

I feel like I am in constant contact with London Camera Exchange either wanting to sell my old gear, buy new gear or just asking questions in general. Each time I am met with the friendliest team! They always go above and beyond to ensure that I am getting all the latest deals and information regarding certain products. The whole process from enquiring to holding a new bit of gear in your hands is very quick (which is great for someone who is so impatient like me) Their social media team in particular are so friendly and always willing to help me. Having also met the manager I can confirm they are also very friendly! He even gave me a great deal on a Fuji product. I used to shop at stores such as Jessops and Wex, but now I only go to London Camera Exchange, its such a friendly customer service that you don't get anywhere else.

Haven't used LCE for years but they still seem to be the best. Very happy with my used lens upgrade, which had a good condition rating (I think it is excellent) and got a better part-ex offer than another online retailer I tried for a higher priced lens. Very good service by phone, online purchase, and courier delivery. I would recommend.

Excellent little camera shop with very friendly and helpful staff. Even though they didn't have everything I needed, they were welcoming and eager to give me advice on the best camera strap in the style I was looking for. Left their shop with a lens filter after testing some other lenses for my camera. Thank you very much for all your help... Much better experience than at Jessops where the staff didn't even acknowledge me!!

Excellent. Don't waste time - as I did - on confusing and ultimately fruitless searches online. I wanted a particular lens for my Canon 1100D, which I'd had problems finding. How I wished I'd gone there first - the staff at LCE Norwich are knowledgeable, non judgmental (unlike elsewhere, I wasn't at all embarrassed at my lack of camera know-how) and have plenty of tips, advice and alternatives on offer. They had the particular lens I was after in stock, but after discussing options, I purchased a far superior, near-mint secondhand alternative - something I hadn't even considered - and was therefore able to obtain a far better quality lens than I'd been looking for, at a very affordable price.
