Great product and service. The team were outstanding from initial purchase to installation. The Wellis tub is great quality and already get the feeling the family are going to get many happy years tubbing. Easy to maintain with just a minute a day to test and add the correct chemicals. I have wanted a hot tub for years, and had been told by a close friend, that Kevin was the person to see at The Hot Tub and Swim-spa Centre. On entering the premises, I was greeted by Kevin who showed us around and was not only incredibly informative, but took the time to explain and answer all the questions we could throw at him. He wasn’t pushy with sales at all, and allowed Lorraine and I time to explore and enjoy looking around the showroom by ourselves. When we decided what hot tub to purchase to suit our needs. Kevin made it easy, from organizing delivery by crane, installation and complete setup for use. We use our hot tub all the year round, its especially fantastic to use throughout winter months. As for aftercare we have always found Kevin and Angela happy to help. Thank you.

As you know I was very close to signing an order with another supplier in Norwich but on visiting your showroom I was so impressed with your range of hot tubs, the time taken to patiently explain the various features and benefits, and the amazing installation carried out by your two engineers. I was particularly swayed by the fact that you, and your partner Angela, together with the engineers are a tight knit team understanding the value of a strong after sales service. The minor problem I had in the early days was sorted extremely quickly and efficiently with you coming out personally within a few hours of me phoning the showroom. Now, some three months later, we are still over the moon with our purchase and will continue to recommend you and your products at every opportunity. Over a number of months I've made trips to the Hot tub centre to find out about what tub would suit me. Spent time on the Internet and looking for other suppliers. Every time I went to the hot tub centre I was treated with a friendly and informative welcome. When I final decided on which one to buy I took my wife to look at my choice. Kevin was very helpful in helping us with the right choice based on his experience with the products he supplies. The delivery of the tub was very swift and installation was excellent. We've had a couple of minor problems with the tub. I called the office on Tuesday morning and was called back within the hour. Kevin arranged to come out the next day, True to his word he arrived with tools in hand. Both issues where fixed swiftly and without fuss! Whould I recommend you to buy from the HOT TUB CENTRE. ABSOLUTELY YES! Am I impressed with the service, YES. Don't be fooled into buying a cheap tub from the Internet and ending up disappointed with your purchase because you can't get any backup service when you have a problem! I've found the service and knowledge of the whole team to be a refreshing change to today's lack of responsibility to the customer. Update: Had a broken jet which was sorted within a couple of days so all good 👍 Update: 2 months in and the hot tub has been great. Had a very good experience with purchasing a hot tub for hydrotherapy from Kevin. They can not display every hot tub available and do not sell cheap Chinese tubs but Artic Spas are very reasonably priced for the quality, guarantee and after sales services you get. Kevin went out of his way to arrange a wet test in an existing customers tub, which only goes to show how well thought of he is by his customer base. Can not recommend highly enough.

We brought our Hot Tub from the hot tub centre after visiting many outlets. We chose them for many reasons. We were allowed to look round their large display of tubs without any hard sell pressures but received good advice and information when we asked in order to make our decision. We also felt reassured by the fact that they were a local company that has been in business for many years in comparison to many online sites that seem to be here one day and gone the next. We are delighted with our tub as are our grandchildren and have received a great after sales service with a couple of queries that we have had.

Following a chance meeting with Neil whilst we were away in Norfolk and discussing hot tubs, the following morning we popped in to the showroom on our way home to Essex, we were met by the lovely Angela and following a brief chat (Neil had already made a recommendation as to what was best for us) we placed our order, not long after it was delivered and installed by Neils sons, they were true characters and we enjoyed their assistance and knowledgeable walk through/talk through demonstration, they both said they were the boss but i think we secretly know who is Neil. Had A beautiful American Whirlpool 470 hot tub suplied and fitted in October. Had a great deal firstly, delivery and set up was faultless. Great maintenance instructions were given and good advice on the end of the phone. Today I had a warranty call out nothing too important just a defective music speaker. Engineer arrived on time and replaced speaker. Many thanks would recommend to anyone looking for a Hot Tub for the season ..

I purchased my hot tub recently from the Arctic spas store in Norwich. They had an amazing 15 tubs on display, which gave me a great selection to choose from. We decided to have the new spa boy system, so that we can adjust our chemical levels in the tub from wherever we are in the world. This was a great selling point for us, as we're often away, and can monitor if the kids are in it!! Thanks to Kevin for a great service.

No hesitation in recommending the Hut Tub and Swim Spa Centre and Kevin and the team. We have loved having a hot tub; it has added a lot to the house and how we use it, great leisure addition. The Wellis tub really is the business with all the whistles and bells. I am feeling the benefits already and the Vario pods really are getting to work on my back. Just thought that we would let you know how we are 'getting on' with out recently installed Arctic Klondiker Epic hot tub - Well ....it's fantastic !!!! As you know, it was a replacement for our Arctic Cub which had 2 pumps. The Klondiker Epic, as you are aware, has 5 pumps and what a difference the extra pumps and numerous jets make. The 'massage' action of the jets is truly amazing as is the number of jets (one of loungers alone has 19 jets - amazing). We feel like we have had a proper massage from a masseur.The 2 loungers are also a well worth bonus and are extremely relaxing. We also cannot believe the size difference - although the Klondiker is a foot larger than the Cub, it somehow seems a whole lot bigger. We would also like to thank you both for a first class service as we have had from you previously. We cannot recommend you highly enough and thank you both once more. This place has a huge amount of hot tubs on display and the staff give lots of advice when it comes to selecting the type of hot tub for your home. You have to check out the Spa Boy, it is a system that you can manage your water management and see the daily running costs of your hot tub from a phone or website.
