Have been reading negative reviews and all I can do is praise all the staff. Drivers are always friendly and efficient and I’ve never felt rushed. One of my orders was late but the guy on the end of the phone couldn’t have been more helpful and after using another large supermarket for deliveries for years I am finding Asda far superior. Out of stocks have been minimal for the time we are in and this week I have no out of stocks or substitutes. For what they have been going through all I can do is thank all the staff for all there hard work and let them know how much I appreciate it. Keep up the good work.

Very helpful I rang this morning about my delivery that was coming today . Received my goods receipt note to find that I was going to be well short in my milk delivery. And the lady I spoke to sorted it out I would like to thank her.

Love this click and collect. Only downside was the instructions on the door at arrival were not correct. Called the number, then put in 555. Just went around and around with the automated service and no other options for click and coy. Everything else was amazing

First ever time to have a Delivery. Put me off doing this. As almost all tins were dinted or damaged & crisps packets were ripped open. So I got in my car took back to one of the Asda W/B Nottingham. Where the kind staff let me exchange these damaged items. Then I drove back home again

I am really impressed with the driver Hammad Khan and how friendly and helpful he was for my mums delivery he made sure she didn't have to bend over and was very informative and nice to her.
