I arrived with a severely blocked ear. Max immediately put me at ease, explained what he was going to do and 20 minutes later, all blockage was gone. Really quick and painless. Hopefully I won’t have to go again but I would recommend this practice to anybody. My hearing is so much better now.

Excellent service that has allowed me to hear properly for the first time in weeks. I was able book an appointment for ear wax removal much sooner than any nearby competitors and the procedure was carried out with very little discomfort. Overall, the staff were very friendly and supportive.

Excellent service from Sarah at Correct Hearing. A quick hearing test, which was clearly explained showed a significant hearing loss. Sarah fitted hearing aids which work with my needs- and now my hearing is so much improved, I don’t have to keep asking people to repeat themselves. Highly recommended.

I had a wax removal and a hearing test done by Namra and ot was amazing, the atmosphere was extremely professional as were the team. The receptionist, Maxwell, treated with respect and in a professional manner.

Audiologist Dr Namra Osman solved my severe ear wax problem, which gave me hearing lods, in a professional manner. She made sure i was ok throughout the procedure. I had same day appointment and both my ears were cleared even if the problem was only on one of them. I would definitely recommend.

I am a musician and have been very happy with the hearing aids from Correct Hearing. The sound quality is lovely - I can really enjoy playing again. They have take great care in getting the hearing aids set up in the best way for me. Generally I have found them very responsive to my needs both for music and generally e.g. hearing conversations in loud environments

Can't thank the staff at Correct Hearing enough for the expert care they gave my mum who is 87 and as deaf as a post but swears she can hear perfectly well ! The prefect place to take her! Staff are warm and welcoming the atmosphere is so friendly. You are offered refreshment and fantastic biscuits too. The staff were so patient with my mum they were thorough and so kind and polite to her. They were also determined to get things right for her even when this meant more time needed to sort software. I will not take her anywhere else. FAB Thank you team X

Having a build up of ear wax I made an appointment at my surgery and was told it was a 6 week waiting time but the receptionist gave me a number where it is done private. Well Iv been today and had both ears done I dident have them syringed I had microsuction. I was put at ease and I felt no pain whatsoever I would recommend them 100 percent. So Thankyou Carl for doing a great job and I would always come back again if I needed to x

I wear hearing aids in both ears and have had NHS aids for about 4-5 years. Without them I would struggle to do my job. I found Correct Hearing totally by chance and got talking to Sarah and Ian about some of the issues I had with my current aids. What struck me firstly was how knowledgeable Sarah was about this topic and secondly how caring she was towards me and my hearing issues. Since that initial meeting, I have changed my hearing aids with Sarah's help and the difference that this has made to my hearing is absolutely fantastic. Thanks you so much Sarah for all your kindness towards me and now, with the help of my new hearing aids, I can hear even better than before. Since starting back to work in school, the difference is absolutely mind blowing. I'm looking forward to not struggling to hear the pupils at the back of the room! Regards Tony McAuley
