Our new Hydropool hot tub is really lovely and great quality which we are thrilled with. The service from Hydropool Midlands has been excellent. Really helpful and flexible from the first point of contact and onwards. The support has also continued after delivery and installation to ensure we know and understand how to look after our new hot tub. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We bought our self cleaning Hot tub a year ago and the service has been brilliant. We absolutely love the hot tub and if we’ve had any issues Hydropool have been there straight away to help. It’s easy to pop in for any chemicals or accessories needed and I always get great service when I go. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a hot tub.

A good quality product, my wife and I use it daily. I do between 1 and 2 k everyday and I’m starting to the feel the benefit. It will be interesting to see how it affects my electric bill, particularly with the price hikes, but what I lose in electric I guess I gain in fitness. Easy to use and so far reliable with good support from the Hydropool team at Nottm.

Brilliant experience with hydropool. I purchased a tub 2 years ago and any assistance we have needed Chris has always been on hand to help us out. The hot tub has been really well insulated and a big help with running costa. Would highly recommend hydropool if you are looking for a tub. Great service , kept informed about delivery , competent installation team . After service has been superb any questions or supplies , have the Hydropool serenity 4500 had almost a year now love it and not costing a fortune to run very well insulated .

Hydropool Midlands service is second to none. We purchased a hot tub 2 years ago at the Grand Designs exhibition at the NEC and recently had a technical problem. Although Hydropool Midlands did not supply our unit their response was superb. The service engineer arrived and quickly identified the problem and the part was sourced and fitted within a week. In total they came to site 3 times all under the terms of warranty. The people in the office couldn’t have been more helpful and Chris deserves special mention as he promptly sanctioned the necessary work. Andrew the service technician is also a great representative of the company as his knowledge and rapid diagnosis of the problem was very reassuring. He couldn’t do enough to assist in a very professional and courteous way. I wish we’d bought direct from this Company as their service deserves it.

I'm so glad we found Hydropool midlands when researching our hot tub. Really amazed at the self cleaning technology and the wellness programs and zone therapy are well worth having. Our old hot tub was costing us a lot to run, but we've seen a huge reduction in energy bills since we got our hydropool spa. Very helpful staff and hot tub was installed with no problems.
