Inside this building there is a restaurant called ICEBERG and I have got a separate review for them please check it out by searching for “Iceberg “ on google maps. There is also a couple of clothes shops and a travelling stuff shop too. You can mainly see these at the backside of the building.

We went to Rise for brunch, there was a waiting list and a little wait but the staff were so helpful and kept us informed of times. We were seated in great surroundings and then the food came which was delicious and well worth the wait, already planning me return trip 🙌🙌🙌

It's a well maintained centre, with a large number of eateries. Most of which are over priced, there used to be a good few stores here that I'd visit for, but they've all relocated, which in itself speaks volumes. Beware the floor it's a trip, slip hazard! If it's raining avoid it like the plague.

This arcade is a hidden gem in Preston and will always improve as businesses return. We loved Rise for breakfast and Fino tapas for dinner. The shops in the arcade are top notch so we just need the odd empty unit occupied and it will be the best destination in town.

Although the architecture of Miller Arcade is beautiful, I've always felt I must avoid going in to shop. Number one, my size was never in stock and the items seemed overpriced, except the shop that sold school uniform items.

Miller Arcade is a small shopping mall. The only bad thing about it is that when it is raining the floor tiles outside the shopping mall are very slippery indeed.
