Went in to look at games after a recent purchase but also ask about xbox. Now I get that they are probably a bit sick of people asking the same questions. BUT they are going to ask, and if you have to tell a thousand people the same thing then that's just what you have to do. Simple questions from people who want to have over cash to make the business you work for stay functional don't deserve disengaged conversation. Please be positive and act like you are happy to see people in your shop and wanting to spend money. Xbox isn't a swear word.

It's as good as any other game store, but I have found the staff in here to be super friendly and helpful. My main issue is a lot of products (mostly games) seem to cost on average £5 more than they would of you were to, say, buy them on Amazon. That has made me walk away more than once, and it's a shame because I do like the store and I would give them my custom but I think they need to look at their price matching.

It's a bit archaic to buy games in-store these days but the staff here are often always helpful. The smiles may be painted on but you can tell they care about customer service. Was in here the other day and one kid was arrogant and smug as hell with me, so I complained on their Facebook, not thinking much would come of it, but management got in touch to apologize and even gave me a 25 quid gift card

Bought a Nintendo Switch, game and case here. I first went in asking about bundle deals they offer and a member of staff showed me the offers they have and explained how they work. I asked about cases and they showed me the Switch cases they offer and even removed the tags and plastic from one so I could see what it looked like inside. They then put aside a Switch and everything I'd asked for so I could come back later and pick it up.

Jimmy spent time with us suggesting PS4 games. Just a suggestion that they should inform of their bar code stickers on the game disks should be removed. Mine got stuck in the console due to that.

OK video game shop, it tends to specialise in xbox, ps4, switch, 3ds, and some pc games. They also stock some second hand mobile devices, consoles, and games. It's not that big, it seems that collectable figures and clothing is popular these days. Prices aren't cheap but sometimes there can be bargains and exclusive editions. Unclear how long game will last given the cheaper online alternatives and digital downloads. Also the website is appalling the filtering just doesn't work as it seems to lump games, accessories, games for different platforms, and random 3rd party sellers' goods in a single category so you have to scroll through endless pages of tat too see if there is anything worth buying, plus it isn't cheap.

This shop is good. It sells a variety of games for your pc, ps3 and 4 .They sell x box games as well. The staff are helpful too.
