E.I have always used the Watch Lab and always will, the day I went 06 September, for 2 new Cartier batteries to be fitted and strap valet, the guy in front of me was LESS than pleased with his battery! However the assistant was very professional and explained everything to him. I have never had a problem with them, in fact they made a new piece for an old Rolex I have when Rolex themselves couldn't do anything. Thank you.

Wanted to change my Swatch watches batteries. One member of staff told me that 1 of my watches is on its way out (had it for like 20 yrs) and to get the winding mechanism repaired will not be worth it.
T.A Seiko edifice watch required a strap to be reduced. Initially the change was to remove 3 sections. On returning after 30 minutes, the watch was ready as I had been informed it would be. Still one more link needed removal, the team did this immediately. We knew that on the first evaluation it might be 3 or 4 that needed removal, so this was not a problem. The staff were great and totally professional. Have used the Reading branch before and certainly would again in future.

It wasn't cheap, but was better value than sending away to Tag for 3 weeks!

I like the fact they are relaxed and friendly because it shows they are approachable and willing to answer any questions you may have. They need a new PDQ that does contactless payments to speed up the process though.

a. l.Met Dan at the Oracle Reading.I needed a new battery for my Omega seamaster.Another jewellery shop nearby quoted £110 to be sent away for a month.Dan replaced the battery ,pressure tested and sealed it and gave the watch a clean (back to new condition )in under the hour as promised.very polite and professional.would recommend them for this service.
