Brilliant knowledgeable staff. The are always happy to help or just nerd out for a bit about all things herp. Shop always has a stock of live/ frozen or packaged food. Wide selection of Vivariums, lighting, heating and decor, as well as a great selection of live plants. Pretty much has every thing you could want or need and if there’s any thing they currently don’t have they are happy to order in for you if they can. Resident/ boarding and for sale animals are well looked after with great habitats. Highly recommended.

We LOVE grange reptiles! All the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They made my daughters birthday so special by getting everything ready in time for Lucy The Beardies arrival and the after care is fantastic. They take their time explaining about the animals and their habitats to my two children and they obviously care so much about their jobs and the animals they look after. We have brought two bearded dragons from them and they are wonderful pets, healthy and very well fed 😜 A wonderful place to visit, to buy and to get advice from. Very lucky to have them so close and both my kids love going for a visit 😀

Bought my little tortoise here just over a year ago and the man working was so incredibly helpful and gave us all the knowledge we needed and handed us a great link for what food our tortoise can & can’t have! We have been several times since for tortoise bedding and to have a wonder. Such a wide variety of reptiles in the store and every time we’re always greeted with a smile and always offered help! I look forward to purchasing more reptiles and essentials from here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recommend this place to all friends and family! I’ve been using this shop for about 3/4 years. I will not go anywhere else. They are more than just a ‘reptile’ shop, they give out such informative advice. On top of that they are a really friendly team. The other two reptiles shops close by, you walk in and they don’t help you at all and they just sit on their phone- which personally makes me feel awkward- whereas at Grange reptiles they are always happy to assist you. 🦎 I have recommended so many people to come to guys and they have. They won’t go anywhere else now (even though they have to travel quite a bit).💚

Very helpful, we bought our Python from a shop in Farnborough but given terrible advice, so visited Grange Reptiles for information and CORRECT bedding to raise humidity to assist our snake. Great stock, One stop shop for your reptiles needs... We were also met by the giant tortoise (see photo)

Bought my Horsfield from here 2 years ago and all the service was just perfect, they helped with all the set up and gave guidance on how to take care of the tortoise, since then I am a regular shopper, the shop is not too big but they have all necesary accesories for the reptiles. Very helpfull and knowledgeable staff, will recommend to everyone who have reptiles and to whoever would like to start they adventure with reptiles.

Excellent. Brandon had all the time and enthusiasm in the world to help my son obtain our first family pet - Jelly the Gecko. He walked us through exactly what we needed and how to look after her. Nothing was too much trouble and his enthusiasm was infectious. It's so refreshing to to support a small business and see the passion the staff have for reptiles and their job.

Grange reptiles has been my go to for all supplies and live food for my bearded dragon for just over a year now after I bought my Delilah from them last September. The staff are always helpful and have a strong knowledge in everything they sell both equipment and animal wise. Anyone that I know that is in need of a strong reptile shop I recommend to Grange Reptiles as they’re the best I’ve found around.

Nice little shop had a very good selection of tortoises and some more unique animals that you might not find at other reptile shops. Had a great range of woods for animals which and was able to the perfect piece for our vivarium. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. The only odd point to raise was that it was a bit dark inside, apart from that was a lovely place, will definitely be back and would recommend.

Went here with my girlfriend to look around, was taken care of by the dude i believe was the manager. He was super knowledgeable about the animals they had. I was incredibly impressed by the set up of every single animal!! I usually dont buy animals from stores unless im genuinely happy with their animal care and knowledge. I left with a dune gecko and a whole new set up for the little guy!! I will go back soon and get something else!!

I like the shop and the people who work there as they are friendly and give good advice. Great! Currently they too are wearing masks as we did, which is good to see as we all have to protect each other, but some shoppers think they do not, which is a shame. Need to enforce this please. Thanks

I've been going here for a few years now and is definitely one of the better reptile shops I've been too. The animals are well cared for and the staff are enthusiastic and full of very helpful advice. My only minor gripe is it is a tad more expensive than other shops I've been to, but the excellent service makes up for this.

Came to the fun day and was great. Staff member Jess was great she showed real interest in all the animals/ reptiles and was great with the kids telling them lots of facts about each one. We bought our awesome bearded dragon here. The staff are super knowledgeable, and they gave us soooo much kit in our setup.

I collect tarantulas. I found their tarantula collection pretty typical for an exotic pet shop but they had a range of other inverts, including many assassin bugs and jumping spiders. Ts were well kept, prices for some were a bit steep, and a nice shopping atmosphere. Not bad.

Nice lady was amazing and super knowledgable, really great service. Unfortunetly, someone who I assume is a manager was barking orders at her for rediculously simple things that would have taken him 2 seconds to do himself. The entire time I was in the shop he didnt do a single thing. Hated hearing that, I used to work in Woolworths and had a manager that would bark and shout while standing there pointlessly in the corner like him. People like that are a waste of wages! im giving 5 stars for the quality of the service from the lovely lady, not the desgusting attitude my ears had to endure.
