Both very large stores with free parking. Gets ridiculously busy at weekends but is very quiet off peak. Sainsbury is as you'd expect. M&S has reasonable choice these days, but is probably less appealing to younger shoppers. The men's selection of clothes is pretty good, home ware is boring but useful for household essentials.

I'm an avid M&S fan, but I was even overwhelmed with the size of this store. It is said to be the biggest M&S store in Europe. I aim to visit again in order to spend my gift vouchers I received recently for my birthday. On the other hand I might go back to my local M&S store in London where I've enjoyed shopping for many years. However, I recommend this store to those shoppers who like big stores. I did not visit the Sainsbury's but my son who did said it was equally awesome!

We only went to m&s today but found it very good, plenty of everything and well displayed also department's easy to find, we could not go home without visiting the food hall and yes we bought food as we already knew that it would be good,and we'll be back 😀.

The M&S is in another league, amazing range, fresh cooked pizza, Pasta Evangelists, fresh cooked Piri Piri chickens and staff that are the best in the business, a truly brilliant shopping experience. On top of that, coffee to go, petrol on site, masses of parking and immediate access to the M27. Why wouldn't you shop here every day?

Love this M&S! good quality food & nicely laid out. It is slightly more expensive than some supermarkets but I do find you get what you pay for. Staff are always extra polite unlike some other places that throw your shopping at you. They do a good gluten free range too which is great!

As a shopping centre there is almost something for everyone if you include the new lidls and B&M. Technically they may not be of the same complex but they are so well linked, they now are. ARC car wash and Sainsbury's fuel is also available on site.

This is a lovely café it was very clean, bright and airy. The staff were all very nice. The tables were clean and tidy. The food is what you would expect from M&S great quality and very tasty. The hot drinks are also very good. I ordered Southern Fried Chicken Burger Meal - I can honestly say that it's great value! It came with chips and drink which were all exceptional. I would happily return and highly recommend! And the M&S food is well stocked with good quality produce. Plenty of free parking spaces too.

It's a shopping centre with a large M&S and Sainsburys. There's also a new Lidl and something else around. Basically, it is what it says on the tin ! However, avoid on Bank Holidays and Friday evenings - the traffic is horrendous !!

It's a typical M and S , big store , a bit over priced and the store looks a bit rough round the outside of the building. It is also joined together with Sainsburys and Argos . Parking can be chaotic at times and often queues in and out .

Fairly rectangular in shape. With amenities located inside. As you would expect. Large car parking area with lots of spaces. The spaces seem to fill up quite quick. And then empty after people have bought what they came for. Of it was the car park you have come for, I would come wile the shops are closed. If its shopping you have come for, then come when the shops are open.

Some useful shops and decent amount of parking. I say useful shops but actually there's only M&S and Sainsbury's but the latter now housee an Argos as well as a Timpsons. But be warned, it is very busy the whole weekend, making getting in and out with a car a nightmare.

M&S, Quite possibly one of the best shopping experiences on the South coast. In all honesty, I hate shopping, but the choice here, from sushi to pizza, fresh veg and an amazing self blend (ground if you wish) or a fantastic choice of pre-blended at a cracking price. The clothing range is outstanding and staff so friendly and helpful.

M&S is excellent. The choice of food items in their Food Hall is phenomenal. The fruit and veg are really good even after their use by date. I didn't venture into Sainsbury's on this visit but in the past I have shopped there too and been happy with their produce, etc.

We shopped at M&S. It was quite a comfortable affair because the space is vast and not over stocked, despite the variety of choice. It is possible to browse without worrying about keeping a safe distance from other shoppers. The precautions for the safety of both shoppers and personnel have been adequately taken. We also shopped at the Food Hall. It was a little bit more crowded but shoppers were really being very considerate in keeping apart. I would go there again.

This is one of the biggest M &S store and the food section has a lot of choice. As well as the cafe upstairs there is a table with a pizza bar, coffee and sushi which means you can grab a quick snack. Could do with another table though as it's usually full. The cafe upstairs has space and a choice of soup, panini's, jacket potatoes and other snacks. Wifi to, should you require it. Because of the space you get a good range of clothes and household and although changing rooms are closed there are mirrors around to view yourself. Sainsburys is also large and well stocked with a good range of groceries, gifts and clothes. So basically you are spoiled for choice. Plenty of parking 🅿️ as well.

You're always spoilt for choice food wise here! The range is amazing, from freshly baked bread, pizzas, cooked chickens to freshly prepared salads and it all looks nice and fresh. Their prices are comparable to most high street supermarkets too!

I love, love Mark's and Spencer's. I spend too much money in this shop. The renovation of the "Food Hall" is really Deli/Artisan type decor now. Really love it. The Hot Deli and the hot plate shelves are fab to pick up a hot lunch or dinner if you cant be bothered to cook. The only downside is the prices of the sandwiches. Some are up to £3.80! This is a bit steep.

I went to M&S today 31st August 2020 to shop and have lunch. Shop excellent as per usual, lots and lots of choice. And cafeteria in M&S, I had a smoked bacon bun and for 5 minutes I was in heaven! Never have I tasted such a good bacon rasher so far. Magic.

Like the quality of M&S food, but this store is a tad inconsistent with its supply and I am often disappointed because a regular item is not there. I was there yesterday evening and they had no nectarines. Count on us four cheese ravioli is often not in stock. When the refurb was planned they obviously didn't know about covid, but now I find it too claustrophobic - difficult to social distance. Having said that, the staff are always friendly and helpful. They need to use some of the empty clothing space and increase the size and range of the foodhall.

The M&S store was well stocked and functioning quite well. I found it a bit dark and gloomy in places and it is a large store, so not great if any health issues. Decent car park.

Good dual outlet, with free parking & plenty of it, beats going into a town centre hands down. One slight negative point to note, in this day & age is that there's absolutely no catering for EV's.... Come on landlord, or M&S / Sainsbury's it's 2021 & the move to EV's is here like it or not. So why not embrace it & make a visit more attractive to the punters by letting them charge whilst they spend their hard earned cash with you?.. many a supermarket is already on it. Hedge End is a black hole in the charging network currently, so get a step ahead of the game?

M & S l love the shop but oh dear, they have stopped doing size 24 you complain when your sales drop, young people don't want to shop there, it's a 35/70 age group. My nieces always refused to shop for clothes there, the only things they'd buy was underwear. Come on, think about it

A very good shopping complex with plenty of free parking. On the one site are M&S, Sainsbury's an Argos. Both main stores have restaurants and toilets. Easy access for wheelchairs with lifts and escalators to the upper floors in M&S.

Massive queue outside that we'd booked a slot for but you can go through the clothes end and go straight into food?! It was absolute chaos, people coming at you from all directions, pinning you in, no manners. Shouting over you, without masks. There are no signs to follow, nothing is socially distanced it was an awful experience. The staff are superb though & very helpful. We left and went next door to Sainsburys.

There's a huge M&S here. Last time I visited ( Sept 2019) it was under construction. I think they are improving the food hall. It's still open but, because of the construction, only about half the store is accessable. There's a Sainsbury's next door with a petrol station. I'm sure there are other shops here also, but I've only been once and can only remember these two for sure.

Never mind the fast food, if you want good service, go to the other stores. Halfords have some more mature staff in these days, who, in the event that they don't know what they are doing, they will certainly find out for you with a smile. I wouldn't let them fit a bulb for me through. The tile stores are great, I'd that's what you need, and, even the tire and exhaust centre is honest.

Car parking spaces are too small and road markings very worn. The mobile coverage is zero inside stores here for some reason on 3 and Vodafone so you end up using WiFi. Exit onto M27 west is exciting trying to cross all the lanes. I avoid this retail park when possible as traffic around it is terrible, the experience of parking is bad and it tends to be overcrowded. The redeeming feature is the shops are useful.

Great day out shopping for the family, everything you need in one shopping centre + food shopping. Free parking. Wheelchair accessible entrances, parking very close to shops, disabled toilets, lifts and mobility scooter rentals. Help desk. Great service as ever from the staff at M&S Hedge End, though the same cannot be said of the M&S Android app, which would not display my Sparks card until I was connected to the Internet and even then was hidden away. A very patient sales assistant then told me my card was decided. I then had to borrow the Landline phone to contact my bank and get my card unblocked. Eventually did that, it was now 10 minutes after store closing time, but I was still able to complete my purchase and was treated efficiently and politely. Well done M&S staff, but please fix your app.

Large Sainsbury's and Marks gives you a great selection. Nice little outdoor area. Seating in cafés for wheelchair users is not terribly good. Best thing is you can always find parking. But bollards behind wheelchair spaces mean it's not so good for a rear access wheelchair car. Also at busy times expect to take a long time to get out.

Reserved something online from pc world and went to collect. It wasn't totally clear where to queue as staff were very busy and a queue was forming near customer service but with people collecting. When eventually we could be served the poor guy was dealing with 3 customers at the same time and noone had placed the item behind the desk area when he looked for it so someone else had to go to the warehouse.... maybe because they were busy I don't know. But it would be good if they had someone on the collection desk dealing with that so they weren't listening to on hold phone conversations and allsorts at the same time.

I had to pay Toolstation a visit which is situated on this Industrial Park, it's quite a useful place with businesses like Toolstation and Screwfix, and plenty of other various types of businesses. It's located very very near Hedge End approximately 1 1/2 miles away from the M27 motorway.
