Reviews of Festival Heights Retail Park
S. S.
Pretty good retail park lots of parking all the usual stores new Go Outdoors, B&Q, Costs, restaurants and hopefully the multi screen Cinema, bowling back soon. McDonald's, Morrisons. Pretty quiet but I'm sure it's going to pick up very soon. Enjoy! 😊👍
K. R.
A beautiful building, regal and splendid. Worth a visit. Near to the river and colleges.
J. E.
There's plenty of space every time we go. Usually, it's just for Pets at Home. Had no issues with traffic so far when getting in. Shops are a decent size.
J. “.
All ground level stores. Good selection of stores. Car park is confusing. People going the wrong way with one even ignoring a no entry sign and going out of the 'in' access and could have caused an accident. Or perhaps it was a 'karen' who won't follow any rules
M. H.
Loads and loads of shops you can get everything you want and more plus a game of Ten pin bowling see a film at the cinema and a meal and a drink at the Moat House or what about a swim and a play at waterworld fun for all the family there's even an Hotel called the Moat House once the home of Josiah Wedgwood, this is also the land that the National Garden Festival was held in 1986 some of the things can still be found around the site, if you look for them. A big difference when you think that it's reclaimed land once the home of a massive steel works called Shelton Bar making it well worth a look around.
U. S. T. H.
A big retail park which adds on futher at the top. You have a pets at home, argos, next, boots, pc world, B&Q, a morrisons super market, and many more shops. Food wise, if you like to eat fast food theres a kfc, frank and bennys, mcdonalds and pizzahut. For entertainment, theres a cinema, ten pins bowling, and waterworld.
J. N.
Morrison in Festival park have changed for the worse now a days. The beautiful display of veg, fruits, fish counter, have changed. A free phone to call a taxi has been cancelled.
T. D.
Shops change often here but it's pretty standard as retail parks go
C. H.
Just on my doorstep for the grandchildren and walking 🚶♂️ the dog 🐕 take a stroll anytime 😊 when it suits you feed the ducks the place always has someone there.
M. D.
Nice place, plenty of shops and easy to park.
N. C.
Nice retail park with more shops than I expected. Huge parking although I walked from my boat on the canal.
S. P.
Only popped into Next fir a gift card. Quite busy in site but easy parking fir a change
G. S.
Great retail park loads more than you see at first stores are well equipped and staff very friendly
E. L.
Lots of parking. Many large shops.
G. B.
Try to go very early morning on a weekend, if not it's a nightmare trying to get off. There's some good shops but it's not your massive out of town shopping village. There is a lot of parking spaces but just be aware of your time, I think it's 3 hour's parking only after that you will be issued a parking ticket.
D. T.
Good for Buying things makes a Change from buying off the Internet. Get yourself out you might enjoy it.
D. L.
This is a very good Next store -I speak in respect of the menswear department, it has a nice choice of clothes. It's really difficult to find a menswear shop these days due to shop closures and the proliferation of nasty cheap shops.
M. A.
Shops are fantastic, everything is here from camping to furniture, parking can be stressful at busy times though.
A. A.
Many shops with many parking spaces. Gets real busy in the day though. Easy access to A53 and A500 main routes. Situated near Hanley in Etrutia. Multiple retail parks all close to one another with sufficient dining options.
D. M.
Some great shops here. Several places to eat. Well worth a visit.
J. B.
Festival has my favourite shop River Island, I always see such great clothes there and staff are so friendly. Long live River Island.
J. B.
Very impressed with how festival park is shaping up , really nice selection of shops , free parking and plenty of food outlets , no need go up Anley duck
Q.
Free parking lots, many restaurants and cafés around, better prices compared to the city centre
C. H.
I really like this store. It's big, clean, lots of space and range of clothing/home products, staff are helpful and friendly. There's also a Costa and Paperchase inside...and lots of parking. #winning 😉
D. H.
Easy access , just limited stock sadly , a Plain Black shirt not even available to order ?
K. E.
Good place to shop and window shopping
P. J. B.
Love this large shopping outlet. Every shop you need. Free parking. Clean. Disabled access.
C. G.
Variety of shops and places to eat, good Morrisons here too, ample easy parking places.
g.
Much better now the car park has been sorted.

Not very busy at it was cyber Monday. Some shops looked very quiet. Majority of people were wearing masks but empty hand sanitising machines were very evident.

Not a bad selection of stores also places to eat and free car parking .
W. O.
Its alright for a bit of shopping, can get afew bits and bobs for different retail outlets
C. C.
Really good shops ample parking too. (Free).
L. H.
Nice clean retail park but gets extremely busy at weekend.
C. I.
Decent selection of stores and lots of free parking.
D. N.
Not a bad location and parking is plentiful. The stores are decent but it seems they are constantly changing as they open then close.
P. S.
Go out doors just brilliant, great new site with loads of room to look at items.
Good accessibility for any disabled person and if like myself a wheelchair user you'll find it easier to get around
..
L. L.
I love Festival Heights ...Shopping here..makes me feel..On Top Of The World !! 🌍
K. B.
Great variety of shops poundland staff in clothing department was very helpful
R. A.
Nice area, good shops but marked down due to Costa in Next. If the staff served rather than stand chatting you may not queue so long. Gave up in the end and went elsewhere.
m. t.
Amazing place, great clothes and a lovely little cafe up stairs. Will visit again.
D. M.
It has everything you want can't go wrong
R. K.
Love Fezzi park. Lots there.
S. D.
Great range of shops, pretty quiet and enough space for parking.
A.
Pretty good, wish they had more shops of different categories(could fit many just on the parking next to morrisons which is never filled because there's too many spaces).
k. e.
Retail park is what it is , got everything u want if your into retail therapy.
m. c.
Staff are helpful. Disabled facilities are not very good
M. E.
Great place to shop. It's got everything you need
E. L.
Nice place to shopping, eat or drink a coffee 😃
S.
It's a few destination stores. That's it. A massive missed opportunity to create a superior retail environment that could encompass the leisure opportunities available over the road. Flatten it and start again? Yup. Otherwise, the shops that are open are good.
a. c.
Just visiting one shop.easy parking. Good experience
z. r.
Very useful. Good top brands with nice food options on top, free parking. Can spend few busy hours in shopping here.
S. H.
Good selection of shops - free parking however, can be a bit of a pain when leaving the site due to alot of congestion
N. C.
Fairly good range of shops, unfortunately a few large empty ones now.
e. b.
Good shopping area a few eating places could spend all day also free parking.
S. U.
Place has good brands however variety here is not much, plus it is missing primark and retail outlets. They should add those
A. L.
Everything you could need, good selection of shops.
A. B.
Like looking around shop's I can't resist buying, especially when they are large shop's with great bargains.
T. L.
Excellent service and shops good fast food
L. F.
Only gave 3 stars as several of the stores were closed when we visited ,which was disappointing, worth a visit if you have a spare couple of hours
M. S.
Excellent only popped into currys and next great stores big too .
V. C.
Great variety of shops and restaurants, good parking
e. b.
Stores are great but them little parking bays are a poor design and a nightmare, WHATS THE POINT just make it a car park rant over
P. M.
Good variety of shops with free parking
M. D.
Quirky interior, friendly staff, and pleasant to each other..
Clean, good food and reasonably priced...what more can I say
a. j.
Amazing site, was in desperate need of a few items while away from home and this place had everything we needed.
S. O.
Great place to shop. Remember your BLC or NUS card. Good deals here.
A. F.
Uncluttered, clean, plenty of stock and pleasant staff
R.
Best location in Stoke-on-Trent at the moment. Food, shopping and more.
C. E.
Got a lot of what you need so didn't need to go into Hanley. Would be great if there was a few more options for food.
H. D.
Needs a better variety of shops and a lot of the better ones have closed
C. w.
Not sure if the locals understand there's a one way car parking system
C. R.
Great place to shop lot's of top shops next, morrisons, go outdoors boots and more
D. R.
Lovely shopping area most needed shops on site
Y. H.
Had a recent makeover and road re route in places. Has more big name stores in site now. Still a carparking challenge and very busy.
S. K.
Clean and friendly. Always a good crowd here. Great place to grab a quick drink.
C. L.
Easy to park and a good selection of retail outlets.
C. S.
Busy place. But good selection of big shops
D. M.
Good range of stores. Adequate parking with good access points
L. W.
Has stuff. Some is good. Yeah thats my review.
M. H.
Great all shops for everyone s needs
P. K.
Good variety of shops and easy parking
D. P.
I visited today and got quite a few Halloween items that I hadn't been able to get hold of. Lots of stock on the shelves. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
G. B.
Get's very busy... load's of good shop's but if you're going go early. It's not unlimited stay on the carpark so just keep an eye on your arrival time. No food places open yet only McDonald's.
A. I.
Visited the KFC as I was looking for a place that closes a bit late, the cashier was friendly enough, but KFC always let me down with one thing or the other. This time the chicken took forever. The KFC closes 11.30pm.
E. D.
Great choice of shops and parking.
C. S.
Average shopping area, good selection of shops, need to hope the two empty units quickly get used.
D. H.
People are quick to bash this place and the potteries. I'd rather go here than the Trafford Centre or the Arndale in Manchester. The shops are more or less the same!
J. s.
Always a great place to go plus free parking for 3 hours a lot better than hanley its so expensive
J. w.
Nice place to shop lots of different shops and food places
D. W.
The mix of shops used to be better - now it's mainly clothes and bargain/budget shops
p. c.
Poor parking layout and signage. shops were overcrowded for the most part
S. B.
Good selection of a variety of shops, and easy parking
t. W.
Great experience and good range of shopping outlets
S. P.
Good organized to keep you safe, and from one carpark shopping several shop's
B. S.
Very well set out and good range of clothes for young and old
M. J.
Nice place to shop generally. My first port of call. Don't go there for meals though. Disappointed with eating establishments. Too much microwaved food.
A. K.
Best place for shopping be ause of car park.
P. P.
Huge parking and a good range of stores. Only downside is the McDonald's drive through causing traffic chaos as it spills out round the main roundabout.
C. S.
Very polite and friendly staff will definitely come back again.
j. l.
Great place all designer, but worth going especially when sales are on. Plenty of parking.
h. w.
Good stores, plenty of parking spaces.
A. W.
Went to the main TUI holiday store to sort a holiday. A lovely clean place with very knowledgeable and friendly staff all eager to help you get sorted.
g. o.
Brilliant place for shopping or eating out or catch a movie.
F. F.
Good mix of retail shops including b and q , Costa
T. B.
New menu at Frankie and Benny's and they seem to have delisted all the favourites which was disappointing however upon mentioning this put spaghetti and meatballs was created for us, I had pizza which was massive and very much enjoyed.
mr merecat made the bill acceptable and our hostess was friendly and efficient.
N. S.
Good range of shops
M. P.
Lots of nice shops here and places to eat can recommend 😀
J. H.
Love it.... access to lots of shops👌
J. K. G. (. B.
If you know what Ur after and the stores have it in stock it's a great place but not the type of place to wander & shop...
S. D.
Excellent range, plenty of parking.
G. J.
Large variety of stores, because of that a large variety of products on sale.
Be warned that there is a main road that is very busy and only a few crossings.
D. G.
Good place to visit. Free parking. Great selection of stores to visit.
D. K.
Its gud all shops are less crowded and much more to explore
P. B.
Visit to next and had a Costa coffee as well
g. d.
Ok but very busy not many good deals
E. G.
Good for quick shopping trips, bonus not to have to worry about parking as there is always spaces when I've gone. Nice to have stores close to each other, especially with new ones opening like the recent Next store. Has some restaurants close by to catch a quick bite, although I wish they had more variety than pizza hut and McDonald's. Would also be nice if there was outside seating available as sometimes it's nice to just rest in between stores.
F. L.
Good camping shop, good parking. Not very bust
P. I.
Great shops, not too busy
G. E.
Nice selection of shops with easy parking mid week, though best avoided on a weekend afternoon unless you fancy a row over a parking space.
J. C.
Went to Go Outdoors for walking boots..We were monitored in ..so a small social distanced queue ..lady on the boots section very helpful..with their discount card saving me money and being able to park right opposite the store it was a good visit to the Festival Retail Park
P. W.
went to go outdoors which is indoors although outwith this situation I got a good tent peg deal so I can stay grounded.
V. K.
Love it here. Good choice and a Costa inside.
j. r.
Free parking and great selection of things to do
S. H.

a. m.
If you like shops you'll like it. I don't like shops so...
D. G.
Love next ...
However need some new lines , feels as if its become a little stagnant since the opening .
D. E.
Lovely little shopping area in Hanley. Some of the big names like Next, New Look and JD Sports. A few good places to eat as well. Free parking .
L. “. L. C.
Great range of shops, pity there is no disabled parking near the chemist though. Very strange with it being the shop the disabled are most likely to be going to.
M. A.
A mixed bag of shops catering for most if not all needs! Most are large and through all price ranges. From poundland to b and q and clothes shopping and all inbetween. Plenty of free parking and not that busy surprisingly! Is clean and well maintained and has no boarded up premises!! Great.
P. S.
Went to B&Q went relatively early about 09.30 parking was better than I thought it would be
D. V.
My wife and I seem to live here. Great shopping.
D. K.
We love Festival Park. If you need anything you'll probably get it here.
J. D.
A bit disappointing really as some shops closed.
S. M.
Shops doing there best with all going on over the virus carefully spaced clothes racks
C. A.
Plenty of parking throughout the retail stretch. It's a shame to see some empty business lots on the park though. I love having such a varied range of shops to look in all in one area. Varieties of food outlets, bargain stores and high end stores to shop in too.
S. J.
Great place to shop and enjoy a coffee.
T. W.
Great place. Lots of varieties in the shops
P. L.
Lots of parking. Nice shops.
S. S.
It's ok shame a few shops have closed
L. K.
Fabulous shops, free parking, restaurants, not too busy. What more could you ask for?
G. S.
Great shopping ,free parking a bonus
J. H.
Plenty of parking. Not too far to travel for the locals with everything at hand. Xx
R. B.
Plenty of parking and some decent stores. Bowling, the cinema and snooker Hall have been there for years but the rest are mainly new shops. I do miss the big Toys R us, many happy days of childhood spent there.
The only criticism is there could be more a mix of shopping stores and the layout is in one big line, more of a circular arrangement would have worked better.
T. K.
I only went to go outdoors and bought what I wanted easily
B. F.
quite a lot of shops closed but what they had open were good clean and tidy .
E. A.
Lots of shops, it seems all big retailers are moving here out the way of hanley.
d. d.
good for a walk round shops
m. b.
Looking for cheap collapsible chairs all out of stock bought garden table umbrella and 6 folding chairs more than 50% off
R. H.
Good retail park with plenty of shops. There is a wide variety of products to chose from. Obviously it can't compete with the Internet for options but you can go and see the product before you make your purchase. The toys r us is good for taking kids to too. There is ample parking and a few fast food outlets too.
Z. S.
Decent ish place something for everyone here. Not what it once was but still ok :)
D. J. G.
Plenty of shops great parking spaces popular food restaurant s big name shops you can more than likely get everything you need from one place
P. T.
Lot of parking good place go and have a look round if you have an hour to kill also a good park to walk round if you have 2 hours
k. w.
Always great, no problems with parking close to the shop I want to visit
v. m.
Great selection of shops places to eat and large free carparks.
D. G.
Everything in one place does get very busy
D. E. C.
Ample parking, although finding a space can be difficult on occasion, and during busier periods. A fair selection of retail stores and outlets. Conveniently located close to entertainment complex (cinema, bowling, etc), food outlets and restaurants.
P. T.

A. A.
Great selection off shops
A. L.
Love going here nice shopping bit but you got to know what your after with been here as not allot of shops. I love pound shop there and b&q, next is abit to expensive.
S. D.
Good selection of shops but very poorly designed parking.
Plenty of spaces but only 2 entrance/exits.

S. C. M.
Best shopping place in stoke better than Hanley
M. J.
Drove straight through to avoid traffic. Fairly quiet for 9am
S. D.
My Daughter and her Friends like to go shopping here it has free parking - added bonus but only for 3 hours. It has a few places to eat some Fast Food places like Pizza Hut, McDonald's. So plenty of places to jeep the Children happy.
P. T.
The new viaduct/ spur off the A500 to Festival Park seems to be taking an age to complete but will be good to disperse traffic.
M.
Went to outfit to buy my son new jeans changing rooms closed due to scamdemic couldn't try them on so had to take them back ridiculous!

A. H.
Exactly what you expect from a retail park...fast food, Costa and B&Q.
D. R.
Good selection of stores. Parking is poor.
R. W.
Some good shops here and a few restaurants. Can become really gridlocked at busy times.
M. R.
Hate the speed bumps but access to large stores is good.
P. S.
It's very convenient from all around the city. They have most of the things that you need.
S. T.
Festival Park has a good selection of shops and a few places to eat. It is a very busy place, but ample parking means you are not often disappointed. The biggest issue is the state of the roads...pot-hole city. This is in the road leading into Festival Park and throughout. I wish the council would do something about this problem!!
E. M.
Very good place for that is am go festival park Costa caff
S. Y.
Food tasty, staff friendly.

Lots of blue badge bay abuse b and q is the worst managenent blame the parking company who in turn dont take any action
J. K.
It's okay but more women's clothes shops than men. Not much I'd really go for myself
M. R.
New seats were amaizing!!!! You don't have to worry about landing on the people behind you because the rows have a lot of space between them. I rate this cinema 5/5 because they have taken it to the next level! I definitely recommend this cinema to you if, you do visit you will not be disappointed.
J. D.
Argos were very busy today Christmas eve, the staff were dressed in their Christmas out fits. The staff were warm and friendly. The service was excellent. I only waited for about 7 minutes for my item. Ten out of ten well done Argos. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Good place to.go and shop
T. S.
A large outdoor shopping complex, consisting of Next, B&Q, Pizza Hut, Frankie and Bennies, Pound land, McDonald's, Morrisons, KFC, PC World, Pets at Home, to name a few. Parking is almost always available, however you may need some patience when leaving if in peak times.
S. H.
Next, B&Q Boots, new look TUI, JD sports, Argo and pound stretcher, go outdoors. No more mothercare or Outlook, but a few places to eat, pizza hut, Frankie and Bennys and McDonald's, then at the top end, Pets at home, Curry's PC world, Halfords and M Club gym. KFC and Morrisons. Free parking so easy little stop and shop. New 7.2kW EV chargers from PodPoint near NEXT at the bottom end of the shops.
A. M.
Great place gets bigger every time we visit
S. O.
Not bad, shame that all the shops will probably be closed, they dont seem to fill them up quick enough so it makes you wonder if more could be done?
a. T.
Only went to one shop but u cant miss seeing other shops there. To name a few,saw "Currys PC World","Pet shop" and "KFC" right across from "Bensons for Beds". A large and spacious parking area.Drove past Waterworld as well. Its a "one stop shopping park".You got shops for electronics, pets, home, leisure and food. This place is good for people of all ages & access whether u drive, walk or ride. Not sure if they have a bus that goes through there though
M. H.
Lots of nice shops and near canal if you fancy a walk.
E. T.
Nice retail park can be busy but usually there is plenty of places to park.
S. M.
Great for your bargain.
J. P.
Good selection of shops, good parking. Visited B&Q on this occasion
M. M. S.
An improvement with a change in retailers since my last visit.
S. C.
Love to shop here, it's just a shame that the access roads can be jamed at popular times and days.
T. W.
Lots of shops just a 5 minute drive out of Hanley town centre. Plenty of parking, and disabled parking bays. There's clothes, toy, DIY, boots the chemist, Thomson holiday shop, and food restaurants to mention a few. Gets really busy at the weekend as you'd expect and also Christmas time you might have to drive around for a parking space even though theirs lots. Good for a quick visit or a big visit!! The choice is yours.
G. -.
Ample parking, Plenty of stores including kfc, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and Frankie and Benny boys
L. T.
Not enough parking spaces even in a working week
A. D.
Plenty of free parking available with disabled and parent and child spaces available.
A number of different retail stores offer a range of products. All bigger stores, it's easy to visit if certain products are needed (e.g. DIY products from B&Q, baby items from Mothercare, etc).
O. M.
Good for essential shopping including household items
J. M.
Since the shops and car park have had a makeover, its much nicer now,and the car park is easier to get around, one thing to watch out for though is that you only have 3 hours before incurring a fine.as it has cameras on entrance and exit,it's also better since NEXT and POUNDLAND arrived.
S. T.
Easy to access large variety of shops
C. C.
Has just about everything you could want.
D. A.
One of the better retail parks in stoke. Good selection of shops for fashion with a new next, river island and JD sports. There a some other bits there and some places to eat. Although it can be really busy there at the weekend.
G. G.
Busy. Good variety of shops however face masks were not enforced at JD sports and quite a few customers not wearing or wearing incorrectly. No limit on number of customers so social distancing impossible
E. S. M.
Many stores, available parking
J. C.
Brilliant place lots of shop choices
I. H.
Everything in one place well worth a visit
M.
Best thing is free easy parking
F. R.
Went Costa Coffee in next it was good
S. S.
All the shops here are top knotch and combined with high quality food places, bowling, cinema, marine and all with free parking. Oh and festival park is a lovely place to walk but a bit too hilly for the older person.
G. H.
It's got most of what you want. Speed bumps are unnecessary. One way system can be awkward. X
S. C.
Ok, parking is better now.
M. B.
Plenty of parking for all the shops and food outlets, you have everything you will need in one place.
Everything is on one level so wheelchair access to all the shops is fantastic and also being on the flat getting around is easy for the less mobile of us.
You have a supermarket at one end and various shops along the way to the other end which is about a 5-10 minute walk away and if your feeling adventurous there's a cinema and a Toby carvery a bit further, on a nice day the stroll is fine or you can get back in the car and a short ride for extra parking both sites are FREE PARKING but beware its time limited and cameras checking your entrance and departure time 😁
Can't go wrong 👍🏻👍🏻
R. P.
Good range of shops, with a good amount of parking spaces
M. B.
Good place for all your needs
G.
Plenty of free parking. They have at last reorganised the access routes in the car park . Quick & efficient visit to argos made this trip a pleasant one
S. P.
Good shopping experience and a lovely mug of coffee in Costa
C. A.
Good choice of shops
j. l.
Google goodfor getting around free packing it would be good if there was still the bus from Chell heath
N. W.
This is the sort of retail park I have been a few times but never actually brought anything. I mainly go here for the paper chase inside next. Will be interesting to see what takes toys r us place, but if you're looking for somewhere to eat, there is a good choice, but I find the selection of shopping odd. Parking is hit and miss and it can take an age to get off the carpark, but at least it's free!
R. E.
Great choice of shops
P. K.
Good place to shop lots of choice
K. S. S.
Fantastic place, free parking, huge superstores. Must visit retail park.
A. P.
Next is well worth a visit
m. a.
Itams not available in store have ordered on line wait for it to come available.
T. S.
Does what it says on the tin. It's a retail park, the selection of shops is decent and the parking isn't too hellish. Just watch out for the maximum stay if you're planning on being there for a while, e.g. shopping, eating and visiting the cinema. The management do *not* back down on fines issued to paying customers!
W. B.
Good choice of shops but can get hectic at times
J. B.
Loads of places to shop , good choice of places to eat and drink, excellant beauty hall in boots.
D. K.
Very covid safe. Not over crowded.
M. H.
Plenty of shops and free parking
C. H.
Very good range of shops and eateries available.
S. C.
Good range of shops and plenty of parking.
S. J.
Loads better than going to Hanley
J. G.
Rather limited in terms of shops. Mainly just clothing.
K. B.
This place is a nightmare around Christmas, there needs to be another exit at the fly over end because you can be sat in traffic for well over an hour at busy times
S. B.
Didnt have item I wanted in stock
D. I.
Busy car park. Shopping was good
R. B.
Great, free easy parking
L. B.
The only downside to the experience is events out of PC world's hands.....the social distancing and the myriad of road works getting there.....but the staff were helpful and it was cool and refreshing inside after having queued in the lovely but unforgiving summer sun!
S. C.
Only used the Costa coffee shop great service inside next.
R. W.
I visited curry's to get a new laptop staff were very helpful.
W. M.
Easy parking, love the shops with plenty of choice.
R. M.
New Go Outdoors great outlet
M. H.
Getting better now especially as the ToysRUs store is now occupied by Go Outdoors. Plenty of free parking as well
M. S.
Just been to B&Q. Fantastic organisation by brilliant staff. All deserve a massive pay rise.

C. S.

S.
Loved next and Costa coffee upstairs,, amazing staff ,so relaxing.
d. u.
Good selection of shops
C. W.
Car parks are set out like they were designed by a monkey with a box of crayons. Once you manage to figure out where to park is got plenty of good stores.
J.
Got what I needed all good.
B. C.
It had started to look run down but with the new next store its added some life to the place just needs more big names like this unfortunately there's a cheap pound shop kind of establishment there not the type of image the area needs.
D. B.
Good variety of shops, would recommend a visit.
S. N.
A good range of shops and stores
P. P.
Good selection of shops and good parking
K. P.
Yes it is popular of childrens toys. We can see varities of small kids toys.

S. K.
Nice shopping place with free parking
L. K.
Excellent store with Costa coffee too
M. B.
Quite a few shops and it's near Hanley town centre.
T. O.
didn't really have much chance to go round as the vast majority of places which shut it was just the food places that were open. not the biggest retail park in the world however there is plenty of variety and I would probably go again when more places were open and update the review then
S. G.
A shining star is rising from Stoke. Lovely place to chill out with your love one. Always worth a visit x
d. m.
Can be busy.it can take ages to get off the car parking

Y. P.
Love next and staff very helpful
C. W.
The oly shop missing is a shoe shop now Brantano has gone but you can get most of your shopping done all in one place and then go for a meal or a coffee, job done 👍
P. B.
We like Festival Heights, You can call and get your shopping at Morrisons and then there's enough outlets to get anything else you need. Also places to eat whether a snack or a full meal at Morrisons or China Garden. Store's to mention JD Sports, Pets at Home and Curry's are very good.
E. M.
Free parking nice sized store
S. H.
Good place to shop and saves time and you don't have to visit Hanley
A. W.
Not the most exciting shops
S. F.
Good range of shops and restaurants.
L. W.
Item looking really good now got quite a few shops a next river island new look a Bit&q for the men why we shop lol. Next has a Costas cafe. Theirs Morrisons which also has a cafe and kids eat free after 3pm 1 child with each paying adult, which is great. There is a Curry's PC world travel agents, Mothercare and a few more, lots of free parking. Franky & Benny's, McDonalds, pizza hut, across the road there is the Odeon cinema and Bowling.
J. H.
Modern shops out with my teenage grandchildren a seat or a bench would be nice while they spend ages and ages in the shops
M. D.
Lots of good shops
J. S.
Great new go outdoors on site,

1. S. B. 2.
Wait didn't this place close down or am I going crazy? I know it says festival heights retail park and all but the photo was toys r us. I miss that place. But yes, overall good place.
S.
Apart from all the shops that keep closing, there is still a lot here. Oundland is huge, mothercare has a nice cafe and next has a Costa
m.
Clean inviting ,can't beat stoke!
C. C.
Nice staff, Gd coffee. Always busy.
T. Y.
Some really good shops at festival, next, boots, new look and now b&m so now can pretty much get all what I want from there even a refreshing drink at Costa in next, then on the other side you have the cinema and Toby carvery at China gardens, only downside is how much traffic there is it's like been on the motorway.
D. M.
Best place to do your shopping in Hanley
c. b.
Didn't know this existed
L. 1.
Lot of stores open now, parking still restricted in some places but food, drink and toilets available.
g. L.

Safer place to shop than Hanley
K. L.
Been to visit the Tui store today. Very impressed. The staff were very helpful. The store was very busy today due to the unfortunate administration of Thomas Cook. Paul who came to our rescue found us another holiday Paul had a very professional manner. Really impressed with customer focus. Thankyou Paul
D. O.
Standard retail park. Not a bad place for a b&q, toys r us, maccys, next, currys and a few others. Ideal for a little walk round. Dont bother with tge odeon cinema go hanley, its much better
M. P.
Shopping is great but sort the car park entrance/exit out. Had to wait 20 minutes to get in and the machine on the exit gate takes about 10 goes for it to work so huge queue to get out as well.
J. W.
Excellent choice.. the care on next is really relaxing and gives such a good experience for the shopper..
S. B.
Lots of free parking and a good range of stores
J. H.
Very busy place. Plenty of free car park places. It’s quite a large place and not everything is in one place . There is Poundland , Next, B&Q, Go outdoors, carpet shop, Curries and PC World, Mothercare, TUI, Boots, Topshop, Morrison’s, Several fast food places . KFC, Mc Donald’s, Pizza , Frankie and Bennies,. Furthers along there is cinema, Bowling, Skiing , Waterworld, Hilton hotel and spa, A canal where there is a Harvester restaurant with facilities to eat outside and in . There are also places of work , residential and warehouses . You can get to the festival park in 3 directions coming from Hanley, Cobridge and A500.
K. A.
Loads of good shops and places to eat. Not too hard parking day after boxing day and was a nice day out without trecking into the middle of Hanley!
R. S.
Lots of different shops, leisure facilities and a hotel. All very close together with lots of car parking. A large Next store, River Island and JD Sports have recently opened on the site.
s. c.
Not much there now as alot of the shops are shut but it's still good to get down there at least once a week because it has alot of shops still there, it's one of the top 3 shopping estates around here
B. S.
Easy to get too and plenty of parking
L. H.
Loved it go again x
m. y.
Poor range of shops alright if you're after clothing, plenty of parking spaces though.
S. M. (.
Your typical out of town shopping area. This one was built way after Festival Park was, but is mostly considered by the locals to be part of the same area. There is a KFC and a Curry's here I think and Morrisons near by.
I. B.
I can usually get what I need from here. So much choice
J. H.
A great place to go shopping
B. C.
The retail park as a good selection of shops and a tui holiday shop.also there are a couple of places to eat one being macdonalds.there is plenty of free parking it dose get busy thou.At the moment one of the main roads is closed which can make your journey a bit longer
C. F.
The shopping experience is ruined by the third world condition road's.
L. C.
Easy access. Good value for money
A. J. Z.
Okay but one way driving system confusing
S. F.
Absolutely hate going purely because of the traffic but currys there is the best in the city staff so knowledgeable helpful happy and cheerful help to your car with products if you need it so the five stars are for currys pc world it's a pleasure to shop there
r. l.
Not many shops open at the moment easy to get around
P. G.
Good variety of stores on the edge of the town centre.
S. S.
Not a lot of shops but it's ok for a quick shop
M. B.
Parking much better now it has the new lay out.. not much in relation to shops and I've never really rated the outfit shop.. could do with an M&S.
L. C.

Everything you need at one place. Very convenient
A. S.
This retail park is great!
A. H.
