Just popped down today to have a look around ended up coming home with a fluval roma 90 tank and cabinet. Don't know how they are able to do it but I purchased the tank £80 below RRP and it wasn't even on offer. Staff seemed very friendly got asked multiple times by nearly everyone if I needed a hand to carry my stuff.

Went to the shop as our local shop closed and believed one of the member of staff from our old shop was working there. He was friendly enough as he always had been . Bought some rummy nose and glow light tetra. Tank had been running for a very long time well established, no water issues... bought on the Friday by Sunday two had died and noticed white spot so bought treatment and treated the tank accordingly.called on the Tuesday to advise they needed to check their stock and was met with response can't do anything about it as its after 48 hours ... wasn't actually asking them to do anything about it but the person on the other end of the phone was very dismissive and didn't appear to care. We have now lost all the stock bought from them along with a few well established fish , we know disease can happen but their attitude towards it was extremely disappointing would never have got that from A to Z ..extremely put off from purchasing from here again.

I'm not really one for reviews but just Finns definitely deserve one. They are fantastic. There shop is very clean and spacious so you can browse without being squished. They have a fantastic range of tropical, cold water & marine fish and there discus stock is AMAZING!!! All high quantity fish, tanks look nice and clean and fish are healthy. Very knowledgeable staff, always greeted with a smile and go above and beyond to help. If you've not yet been I'd definitely recommend visiting.

I've been in them all and have to say this is the best around.. I don't usually boast about just one place but here totally deserves it. Staff are AMAZING, super friendly and know their stuff. I've a tropical tank and today they installed my new marine tank, again service went above and beyond.. Must point out also the 5 star quality of the fish and the same high level of care given to the fish. The whole place is super clean and well spaced out, which means now our daughter can enjoy looking for new fish. So whether it's pond, tropical or Marine they have it all and more.

Rang before I visited to make sure they stocked what I needed. Staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. Much bigger than I was expecting with loads of aquarium equipment, foods and fish. Unfortunately, none of the fish I wanted were ready to be sold as they had only just arrived. But they gave me their card so I can ring them again to find out whether they are ready or not. However, I did leave with what I set out to get which other fish emporiums didn't have! 😁

I have quite an old tank using T8 tubes. Spoke to Mark when needing replacement bulb who advised a retro fit LED tube. As he didn't stock T8. Took his advise and so glad I did. Just one led strip makes such a difference. And couldn't be happier. Cheers

Thoroughly enjoyed visiting this store today! After a couple more fish for our pond, we thought we would give this place a try. The store is lovely, bright and spacious and has so much to offer! As you enter you are reminded to wear your mask and there is a sanitising station in the atrium (as well as a beautiful little marine tank with a couple of clown fish that caught our lads eyes as soon as we walked in!) The store is filled with lots of varieties of fish from marine, tropical and cold water. There are lots of tanks of varying sizes and set ups, as well as plenty of accessories (rocks, gravel, filters, wood etc etc). I didn't take it all in as I was on a mission to get pond buddies for my fish but I took a quick walk around and it was well stocked! The tropical fish area was pretty big and a lot of variety, including a spectacular long tank with a wonderful display of cichlids. In the cold water fish area there were lots of aquarium fish, couldn't tell you what was there, but in the vat area for pond fish was a wonderful selection of goldfish, in varying colours, shubunkins and various koi! There were also pond plants, mostly marginals and a couple of healthy looking lillies. They have said they have some submerged and floating plants en route but things are all a little delayed at the moment, so I will be back to check on what they get! Customer service wise - well this is the reason I'll be back! A guy came over to check we were OK, and he was super helpful answering a couple of questions, helping me pick some beautiful fish to add to my pond (he was very patient and let me handpick my fish, although being awful at decision making I let him be the judge of the best fish and pick for me haha!) He was really helpful, kind and efficient, and a real credit to the store 😊

The new premises will provide them with opportunity to sell a wide range of stock. They offered a range of different fish and fish tanks at good prices. The fish looked in good condition in the tanks and were healthy when we transferred them to our tank.

Found Just Fins yesterday when I was looking at getting some Java moss for a tank I want to start for some shrimps that I have well they didn't have the moss but what they did have was an offer on a tank and stand as it was the last of this type so looks like my shrimps are going to have a much bigger home than I thought I was given some excellent advice on which substrate to use and bought a bag specially made for shrimps and thought there was never going to be enough for a 2 foot tank but the young guy said it would cover and yes it did, but now down to the serious part the tanks in the shop are spotless and look amazing which in turn means as you look around the fish are very healthy. Well done to Mark and his staff for the work you put in to keep the place welcoming and a pleasure to look around, as the saying goes I will be back all the best Graham oh and will post pics once the tank has cycled and set up

It's not very often that I "recommend" items/services on Fbook,but if your ever in the market for anything Aquarium related you need to go to Just Finn's Aquarium shop on Hartshill bank Stoke, nothing is too much for them, quality of stock is outstanding,and unlike any other shop Ive used they won't just "sell" to fish or dry goods to make a sale,my tank was a new set up and they had the welfare of the fish foremost and advised no fish until water test was ok, their advice is second to none.Always on hand for advice via messenger,they respond quickly and are polite and courteous at all times So if it's aquarium related go see Mark or Scott at Just Finn's
