Had a bit of an odd experience to start with, the tent was out of stock so it didn't arrive and the replacement tent was also out of stock which I was supposed to receive the following day but that also didn't arrive, so I was panicking over the weekend. Spoke to a lovely lady called Elizabeth on Monday, who sorted everything out very quickly, and apologised greatly on their behalf. My package will arrive tomorrow with some extra bits for the inconvenience caused. Couldn't be happier after speaking to Elizabeth! She's the best.

As promised here I am changing my bad review I had posted this morning. I just needed to get the right person to get all my trust in this company back again. Just can say MASSIVE THANKS (specially to Sharne, from customer service 😍😍😍). I had an issue with my order, cause a few items were out of stock and a bit of miscommunication but was quickly solved by the customer service team. I just can say thanks and totally recommended with all my friends. And to say as well that the package came totally safe, specially the light. Everything packed with protection paper.

I recently ordered from this shop as can honestly say I was amazingly impressed!!! I ordered quite a few items which arrived in multiple boxes the main worry I had was how it would have been packed but once it arrived this was put at ease everything was properly packaged within the boxes with extra packaging to fill the gaps very happy :) There was one item missing but this was so easily rectified and sorting the issue with the staff was a breeze, can not recommend highly enough and they have defiantly earned a new customer for life :)

The best service ever! I had made a large order, for delivery in France, , and was about to go on holiday in 10 days. Was worried it would arrive, later. Couldn't believe it when it arrived in 2 days by UPS . Leading up to my order, all questions were quickly answered, and one small problem with a damaged item, was death with. I was very sceptical of ordering online after having a few bad runs with not seeing before you buy. When I found the one stop grow shop I thought the prices where too good to be true, when comparing to other hydroponic shops their prices are second to none! I ordered quiet a large order, and not even 24 hours later it was at my door, other end of the country with free delivery! All of my items where packaged incrediably to ensure nothing got damaged in transit. I would not hesitate to purchase again, and I will be recommending to everyone i know. Shocked to see people leaving bad feedback as I’ve used this company more then once and they are the only shop that offers free delivery to N.Ireland. Order comes within 2 days and is fully tracked also any time I have phoned asked questions etc the staff are very friendly and helpful also my main reason for leaving feedback is the packaging I’ve never seen a carbon filter box wrapped in bubble wrap then black film they go above and beyond in my eyes and also very good prices 👍

One Stop has got a massive selection of grow gear - probably the biggest of any hydro shop I've ever been in. You can always pick up everything you need without any hassle and without having to wait for weeks to order things in. The staff are all decent characters and know their stuff. Highly recommended.

If i had wrote this review a couple of months ago this would have been a 1/5 review. Long story short i tried to buy a setup, rang the store (Cannock) kept getting told everything was not in stock when the website showed in stock. Slightly annoying but what can you do if the items out of stock. Couldn't sell me an alternative wasn't helpful at all. So then proceeded to buy from somewhere else. So well done Cannock on loosing that sale. I then realised i had missed something off the order and what I ordered wouldn't fit. So, then I’m a panic i then went to their stoke store begrudgingly as i had no option. Well what a different experience I had. I found out i was actually fed a load of rubbish from Cannock and stoke had everything i wanted and needed in stock and the levels were accurate. Not going to lie was extremely annoyed id spent more than i needed too as One Stop was the best price i could find and was the closest hydro shop anyway. So if i had got through to stoke not Cannock i could have what i wanted when i wanted. Also, one stop had missed out on a fairly large order. (Again, well done the Cannock sales advisor) So in store a gent called Ollie actually served me. When i explained to him what had gone on you could tell he was ashamed by what had gone on and couldn't apologise enough. He helped me out with what was missed out from my other order. He didn't have too. He then went above and beyond for me to make me happy. Gave me plenty of helpful advice and being out of the game for a while and spent a bit of time getting me up to speed. So that completely changed my opinion of the company instantly. Since then I’ve been in multiple times and each time Ollie remember me and actually remembered and not pretended too. He remembered my order and advice he gave me he knew what products i needed next. He sorted me a good deal on the remainder of stuff i needed too get. Again gave me some amazing advice his attitude is spot on very professional his product and general knowledge is on point and to top it off he’s actually a sound guy. Im not the biggest customer they have at all by far however he doesn't treat you like that at all. He will go through a products explain what it does and why its needed and makes sure you understand what you are doing. If any owners or managers see this review i will say that if it wasn't for him and his attitude then i wouldn't have been back and spent as many times i have. And i feel comfortable to say i won't use any other shop now, ill continue to go in store in stoke as everyone who i have delt with there has been fantastic. I wont deal with Cannock tho.
