Bought a sofa today from SCS Vicky road with a lady called Natalie. Lovely lady, wasn't following us around or being pushy but always on hand to help which is what you want. Can update the review when the sofa comes which is around 3 months time.

I visited SCS in Fenton, Stoke on Trent at first browsing for a new 2+3 sofa. Greeted by Louise on my first visit there and showed me around and was very helpful of the different ranges of sofas I was looking for. After seeing one that I really liked I went back home and thought about it. Going back couple of days later after making my mind up on which one I wanted. I was made welcome by Gareth this time. Very happy with the choice I made and the process of the sale done by Irene. Very happy with the choice I made. Very helpful and friendly staff. Couldn't be more happy. Can't wait till my sofas come. Thank you SCS Fenton. Definitely recommend buying a sofa from them.

Very pleased with my sofa from ScS, great service and delivery. Special thank you to Mark Rogers from the Stoke on Trent store who gave us a great deal on our new sofa. Brilliant price with it being in the sale and with it being a sofa on display, he organised quick and efficient delivery, brought on the Wednesday and delivered on the Monday. Called yesterday to purchase a sofa. Hand sanitiser available and one way system in place. All staff wearing masks. Greeted at door and explanation given re layout. No pressure. Good choice of furniture. When we were ready we were dealt with professionally and courteously. Recommended.

Same as all the others really did have lots of choice on sofas cause that's what we went in for and fantastic prices on complete suites upstairs. Carpets also available, the only down side is the 16 week wait for my sofa but that's like most stores. Lovely friendly sales staff and they knew their stuff as you would expect, will definitely recommend this store.
