Wonderful aquatics shop, they had the biggest puffer fish I've ever seen! Such an array of different fish to buy we didn't know where to look first. The tropical fish were unbelievably beautiful. The staff were very attentive and friendly when we bought our Dr fishes. Can't wait to go back!

Had lovely fish from here, but unfortunately one of our most recent purchases has ended in sadness. After a matter of less than 2 weeks, and a very quick decline she has died. Based on her look we called her Toothless, and thought we we rescuing her from isolation. Seems we both paid a sad physical & financial price for that decision. I just hope it was nothing which will damage our other fish.

The manager was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure our fish were well packaged for a long journey to mid-Wales and indeed they arrived in good health. The total price was also rather good.

Great Shop to buy all kinds of different fish! There's such a large selection of different fish, cold water & tropical. This is the best shop I've been to by far if your looking to buy any fish or accessories, fish Tanks & ornaments ect.... the staff are very helpful & friendly There is also a large carpark, and a lovely pond outside to which you can take a walk around if you want . Will be coming here again & I highly recommend this shop to all .

Bought outdoor pond last year and very happy. Just bought indoor tropical tank and had trouble understanding the instructions. Told to come in and went here today and the owner was fantastic showing me how it worked. I have kidney failure and when I bought the outdoor pond last year he carried the whole kit to the car for me. He also last week carried the cabinet and tank to my car for me again. He said when I'm ready to go back in and he will tell me the fish I need. Very helpful staff and feel very welcome. Thank you guys

This is the best place around to get all your aquarium supplies. Honestly the staff are so helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Every member of staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I really love the fact they don’t just sell fish to make a profit. They help educate you on what your buying and make sure that the fish you want has the best home to go too! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else now!

Absolutely amazing shop! Extensive range of tropical and marine fish. A great range of substrates and decorations. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and has helped us massively. Great shop! They have a wide variety of fish including marine, tropical, and even various sized koi for ponds. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We go every weekend recently and there is one lady called jenny who always takes care of us and tells everything we need to know. The shop is great for ornaments and substrates of different kinds. Our daughter loves it here due to the very friendly staff and the fact she can see all the fish very clearly. The prices are extremely reasonable. We have bought several fish and plecos and even plants and they are thriving! Thankyou very much to everyone at maidenhead!

Personally highly recommend travelling to this store. We travelled a 72 mile trip there and back and was 100% worth it, for the amazing customer service,friendliness and advice from all staff but particularly Jenny. A completely different experience compared to other local Maidenhead stores local to us. ( Radyr, Caerphilly, Pontyclun stores).

Part of a large Aquatic group who seem to have put most of the small aquatic businesses out of business. Quality of the fish is not great, have had quite a few die on me after a couple of days. Quite pricey too. Due to almost every Aquatic store now being Maidenhead, I've not got much choice but to go to one of them unfortunately. The plus side is that the staff are very friendly and helpful and they have a large range of goods.

I have been using this place for years. It is not consistent in any way. Sometimes the tanks are clean and the plants are fresh, other times it is the opposite. It is the same with staff, today I had to look for somebody to serve me.
