Excellent service received today. I had real issues with my Nintendo Switch - Nintendo were so difficult to get hold of and we’re unable to help on the chat and took weeks to respond via email - so I gave up and thought I would give Game Warrington a try, so glad I did. The assistance I received today instore was exceptional, the gentleman had lots of patience and knowledge and was able to fix my issue. Both colleagues instore we’re extremely helpful. Thank you so much for all your help. I would highly recommend this store, plenty of stock and great service.

Great friendly, helpful staff clean shop a must visit if your unsure of what your buying or you don't wanna order the item online

Bought a nice collector set for Pokémon was quite cheap and really nice staff was friendly and approachable everything there is kept in a good state. Most stuff is a bit pricey but high quality, would like to see more high end keyboard and mouses for same prices as online to have some competition with big stores or Amazon, rest of the shop is amazing always nice pops and cool games on display

Brilliant. Staff member was fantastic and patient. Delt with every question I had which is like hundreds over different products. I always forget about game store and when I do remember I'm always leaving the store a happy and poorer 🤣. The website doesn't do it any justice so definitely go in and ask, because I got what I wanted that I couldn't find on there website, plus cheeper than else where.

Don't go in overly often as it's just the same usually. Staff are abit away with the fairies sometimes. I tend to go to cex for games as cheaper most of the time

Had had a problem over there care cover,after several store visits and calls to head office it was resolved...could have been sorted on day 1 if they had listened to there customer. 2 months on the guy in store today took the time to look into and agreed it was there error and honoured the cover. Thanks

Game is a ok store but some of the prices for games are way to expensive. Game does have some good funko pops which are priced alright tbf.

Great as always, polite staff, great prices even still had some shining Fates in stock which was a bonus!

Staff are nice in there and the variety of merchandise they have is ever growing and pleasing but Game as a company are expensive and seemingly cant keep up with the price drops on the internet. This store itself has friendly staff and dont try and push pure pre orders this or reward card that. Was much better going in and not having things being sold to you when all you went in for was a game.

Went to pick up an Xbox for my daughter for Christmas, staff were so so but it was a week before Christmas, didn't feel like a valued customer to be honest and if I order again online, I'll arrange a home delivery instead of a store pick up

Decent store usually has all your needs not too big but has all the stock you need and is conveniently placed inside the warrington golden square nearby all other shops frequently visit this shop never had any issues staff are always helpful

More trustworthy than CEX; which isknown for their illigitimate collectors pieces, some nice games and merch, no pc parts but sell some pc peripherals, video game controllers ect.
